The shop was a great way to lure in targets. I mean sure, it was also an actual buisness but the only reason it exists is to lure in assigned people. It was almost perfect. Julius would announce a big sale, along with a new line of fashion, and his shop would have a line around the block, filled with people just waiting to get in. Whilst julius works, his dear killian would do the dirty work.

All the other customers are busy browsing clothes and checking out, all the while killian lures the targets to the back rooms of the store with the promise of free clothing that wasn't going to be used. Obviously the people who followed him were never heard or seen from again, but that's for another time. And that's how their process would have stayed too.

However, today you just so happened to make your way into their store. Originally, all was going as planned, julius would check customers out, and killian assassinated their targets. You were quicker than they expected you to be though. You had only just heard of this shop from a friend of yours, and figured that you'd buy just a simple jacket to see if you like their brand. By the time killian had caught up to schedule, you were already at the front desk, being checked out by julius.

Killian heads over to julius and whispers into his ear that you are supposed to be the next victim. Julius looks at you for a moment before turning back to killian and nodding, giving him a sweet kiss and telling him he'll handle it. "What's wrong?" You ask, still waiting to be handed your card back. Julius snaps out of it and shakes his head "oh, nothing, sorry." He says, finally swiping your card and handing it back to you. As he bags up your jacket he looks to you. "Hey, tell you what. Since this is your very first time here, why don't i give you some coupons? Half off an order over 40 dollars, it can't be beat!" He exclaims in his best customer service voice.

You smile and nod. "Oh really? That's so sweet, thank you!" The way you smile at him almost makes julius's heart ache. Almost. He pushes through this feeling and gives you a flashy smile. "Not a problem! Just go tell that guy over there that i sent you, and he should take you back to get your coupons!" He says, pointing over to killian who is scanning the crowd of consumers. "I'll keep your bag here for you, that way it's sure to be safe." He adds. You give him a single nod, say thank you again, and head over to killian, who is now leaning against a nearby wall.

"Um, excuse me?" You ask timidly. "The guy over there said that you'd give me some coupons?" You motion over to julius. Killian looks at you, then to julius, and back to you again. He is quiet for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, i got some in the back. Follow me so i don't have to try and find you in this big crowd again" he says, taking the key on his lanyard and unlocking an "employees only" door. You nod and do as told, follwing him down the short hallway before coming to what seems to be a storage area of sorts. He rumages through a few boxes before cursing under his breath. "Uh, the coupons are in that small crack there. My hands are too big, but yours might just be small enough to reach in there and grab 'em. Do you mind?" He asks, letting out an embarrassed chuckle.

You smile and move towards the box he mentioned "not at all!", as you stick your hand between the crack of the box, he slowly walks behind you and pulls out his knife. He was gonna make this quick, clean and simple. Right before he made his move though, you accidentally brushed up against him, making him freeze immediately. He can't do this, you're too vulnerable....god, what's wrong with him??

You come up a few seconds later with the coupons in hand. "Alright, got them!" You bid him a quick goodbye before leaving the storage area and getting your bag from julius. Killian emerges a few moments later and walks over to julius. "What happened back there?" Julius asks. "It's not like you to fail" killian shrugs. "I don't know what came over me...i had them right there but i couldn't do it!"

Julius sighs. "Dammit. They got to you too?" Killian raises a brow. "What do you mean 'me too'?" He asks. Julius taps his fingers onto the counter and mumbles embarrassedly. "When they first came up to the counter, i almost couldn't do it. Send them your way i mean."

"Shit." Killian grumbles. "What are we gonna do now..."

About a week later of wearing your coat, you realize that this is one of the most high quality jackets you've ever worn! And it's fairly cheap! And after remembering that you have those coupons, you decide that it wouldn't hurt to get some new clothes. You pack your bag (if you carry one) and head out with your coupons in your pocket. As you arrive at the store, you begin to look around at the clothes. You find quite a few nice things, much to your delight. You were so entranced in your shopping that you didn't even notice the two pairs of eyes lingering on you.

The pink haired boy sighs and finally begins to work on sewing button back on the returned jacket that's been sitting untouched on his desk since you entered the store. "We need to tell them" he finally says. This makes killian jump a little in shock. "You're joking, right? What are we even gonna say?? 'We were supposed to kill you, but we decided you're hot so woopsie daisies'???" As killian speaks his hands move with his speech, enunciating his point. "Well we have to say something to them! Its obvious that we can't fulfill this task, so we might as well make the best of it" julius argues, tossing the jacket to the side once more. Killian sighs, and it's then that you walk up to the counter, already ready to check out.

The boys quickly shut up, and julius checks you out. He gives killian a look, making killian scoff and roll his eyes. He waits for you to finish being checked out, and then clears his throat. "Hey, can you follow me for a second?" He asks. You raise a brow "im not getting more coupons am i?" You ask with a chuckle. He shakes his head before walking to the same back room you had originally gotten your coupons from. You hesitate to follow him, but eventually do, julius following closely behind.

"Ok, listen because I'm only gonna say all this once" killian starts. "We work for an assasination business in the underworld where we are given different targets and paid upon completion. You were supposed to be one of our targets, but when we saw you we..." his fast speech finally slows. "We uh....we fell in love with you...and now we can't finish our job." He started out confident, confrontational and fast-speaking, but by the end of it he was avoiding eye contact, stuttering and blushing. You look to julius to confirm this crazy idea, and see him behaving the same way as killian.

Everyone is quiet for a moment, you take all of the information in. You'd be lying if you said you weren't a tad bit scared, a little betrayed even. But theres a longing you sense, and while it might sound crazy, it might be worth a shot? You gently take julius's face and press a soft kiss to his lips, then do the same to killian. Their ashamed heads rise and look at you with immense shock. You smile at them and look away bashfully. "I think that maybe...this could work. BUT. You have to promise me to always be honest with me from now on"

They both nod eagerly, and smile as you hug them both.

As killian walked through the door, he almost immediately knew something was wrong. It was way too quiet, and you didn't come down to greet him like you usually do. He puts his things away, takes off his shoes and then begins to walk up the stairs to your room. When he opens the door, he sees you pacing around. "What are you doing?" He asks you softly. He can tell that you aren't in the best state of mind right now.

You stop pacing for a moment and take a shakey breath in, before shaking your head dismissively. He frowns and walks up to you, taking your hands in his own. He then moves your arms to be draped over his shoulders. He cups your face and kisses your nose, "hey, its gonna be ok. I promise." He whispers. You dont answer, you dont have to, because as soon as the words leave his mouth he is guiding you to your bed and sitting you down.

"Wait here." He says simply, before walking away. He comes back with one of his blankets, his fluffiest one, and wraps it around you. He then hands you a notebook and a pencil. "Write down all your feelings for me, so i can understand. Is that ok?" He asks, coming to hug you tightly. You nod and begin to scribble your thoughts down. While you are doing this he lights a few candles for aromatherapy. He also turns the lights down low, as well as turns on some rain noises.

When you are finished, he reads through what you wrote. It doesn't matter what you wrote, wether it was angry, sad, happy, etc. Whatever you wrote for him, he simply folds up and sets aside. He kisses your forehead and tells you how good you did. He then pulls you into a laying position, making sure you are comfortable as he wraps his arms around you protectively. "Now that you've written it down, just forget about all of it. Focus on me, ok? It'll all be better in the morning, promise."

Helping Killian through a depressive state

Killian struggles heavily with his mental health. This is widely unknown by most creeps. He is seen by most as a cold, emotionally detached individual. But you knew him.

You knew the way his eye twitched when he's tired. You knew the way he furrowed his brows when he's focused. You knew the way he grinds his teeth when he's annoyed.

And it's these little things that help you read him. It took a while, but after learning all of his little quirks and traits, you are able to take one look at him and practically see what he's thinking written above his head in bold letters.

Today, he was even more distant than usual. More cold. More detatched. You studied him carefully throughout the day, trying your hardest to at least get him to talk to you, but it was no use. When he got home from work, he didn't greet you with a mumbled "I'm home." And a sweet kiss to your nose as he usually does. Instead, he went straight upstairs to his bedroom.

After hearing the door close gently, you get up from the couch you were sitting on, and look up the stairway. Dark, hollow, empty. You begin to walk up the stairs, calling out to killian softly. There was no response. And as you reach the top, you see the glow of the light from his lamp. You open the door and call out to him once more.

"Killian? Darling?" You say softly. You see a slight movement from the bed. You walk over to him and press a hand to his shoulder, which receives a flinch in response. That's no good. You take your hand away and tilt your head. "Are you ok?" You whisper.

It is silent for a moment, before slowly, the blankets are pulled down to reveal bloody cuts along his arms. You gasp and get off the bed, coming to kneel at the edge. There are new tears that trickle down his face as he stares at you blankly, awaiting your response. You wipe the tears from his cheeks as you observe the wounds. "Oh, angel..." you whisper. "Im sorry" he whispers back.

You stand and pull him into your arms, coming to lay back down on the bed with him in your lap. You cradle him, and shush him. "No, no. Don't ever be sorry, baby" you mutter to him. "I'm sorry i wasn't there when you needed me"

He shakes his head and holds his arms. "It hurts so bad." He whispers to you. "I know angel, I know. Come on. Let's get you cleaned up."

You help him stand and begin helping him clean his wounds and bandage them. He is silent during the whole process, and you are too. You have him wrapped up in a blanket sitting on the couch before you speak again. You are cooking him some food as he stares blankly at the floor. You look at him with a worried look before opeing your mouth to talk. "Hey, I'm here for you, you know? It's not like I'm gonna dissapear the second you need me."

He smiles to himself and looks up at you. "Thanks." You cup his cheeks and kiss him sweetly. "If we need to work something out, so that you're able to feel comfortable asking for help, thats ok" you whisper to him with a smile. He nods. "I think I'd like that" he responds, kissing you back.

How killian spoils you

Killian's love language is physical touch

Not in the clingy way, rather in a way where when all else fails him, he just lets his body speak for itself

Which happens quite often

He has so many feelings- so many complex feelings

And its things he can't explain with mere words

So he communicates to you via soft touches and kisses

When he showers you with love it is in the most tender and heartfelt way he can think of

His favorites are taking you head in his hands and kissing you all over, and of course, cuddling with you

When he cuddles you its always in a slightly protective position, with him holding you tightly and as close as he can, whispering sweet nothings into your ear and telling you how much he adores you

You make his heart ache and his knees weak, he just doesn't know how to convey that to you in words

Despite gift giving not being his main love language, it still sneaks its way in there sometimes

For instance, maybe he sees something he knows you'll like ("signs", he calls them) and that will set him off on a whole rampage of just getting things for you

"Oh, Y/n would really like this...Oh! That's Y/n's favorite soda! I might as well get it for her....and what good is soda without a snack? Perhaps I should get her some more cozy blankets...you can never have too many"

And on the drive home...

"Hey, that's Y/n's favorite fast food place! Well, since I'm already headed towards it I might as well..."

He ends up coming home with so many things in his arms, and a dopey love struck grin on his face

"I uh...didn't mean to get this much" he says sheepishly, setting all of your stuff down and awaiting his "welcome home" hug and kiss

You can't help but smile at him, your poor silly boyfriend

He will also spoil you in other things as well!

For example, if you like to get your nails/hair done, he will of course pay for you!

If it makes you happy, and makes you feel pretty, he is more than happy to pay for it

Or if you are someone who likes doing other things such as getting piercings or tattoos, he will also pay for those!

And don't even get me started on this mans pampering

An example would be, if you had a bad day, he will usher you out of the house, giving you a wad of cash and to go spend it on whatever you'd like

While you are off doing that, he would clean up your bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas

He will order your favorite food (he can't cook to save his life)

And the grand finale, when he knows you will be arriving home soon he'll begin to run your bath

Nice warm water that he puts bath salts, flower petals and bubbles in

He lights a few candles, turns off the lights and sets up a nice little bath table for you with your food on it, and if you'd like, he can set up a speaker with your favorite music or a movie on the table as well

As you get home, he helps you set down your things and tells you that he has a suprise for you and to close your eyes

He leads you to the bathroom, where he lets you open your eyes to the scene around you

A nice warm bath, good food, and your coziest pajamas laid out for you to wear when you get out

He will ask you if you want him to stay or leave, and will respect either choice you make

If you ask him to leave, he will begin setting up his bed with comfy pillows and blankets, as well as some nice drinks for you two to indulge in

If you ask him to stay, he will sit by you on the floor, either listening to you as you rant about the bad day you had

Ir alternatively, he will be your shoulder to cry on if you just need to let it out

Or maybe you just want silence, and that is ok too, he will press gentle kisses to your damp shoulder and massage your back

All around, definetly one of the best boyfriends

Killian's love confession and tattoo

It had been 2 years since you and Killian had begun dating. 2 wonderful, amazing years.

And yet, neither of you have said "I love you" yet. On your part, it was because you were just too nervous to confess. He is more on the cold side, not very emotionally expressive. You were scared that he'd laugh at you, leave you crying and lonely.

On his part, it was because he wanted to do it in a special way. He wanted it to be an occassion you never forgot, he wanted to look back on it in 10, 20 years, smiling fondly at the memory. The only problem was, nothing he could think of does you justice. You are his light and life, and he wants this moment to represent that.

Tonight though, he just might have an idea. You had planned out a nice date night in the woods, both of you would get dressed up in whatever you wanted, taking a stroll in the seemingly enchanted woods, in search for a spot to have a romantic picnic.

He picks you up, and seeing you all dressed up for him makes his heart flutter. "You look nice" he says, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. You smile and stroke his jaw. "So do you" you mutter, wrapping your fingers around his and pressing a kiss to his cheek.

The stroll begins, you both point out potential spots, before settling on a nice clearing with flowers and an old tree bending over the clearing. You spread out your blanket and begin to set up your food and candles, laughing and chatting away.

Then there is a silence. A nice silence. You see Killian staring at you, and you wave your hand in front of him. "You ok in there?"

He flinches and nods. "Yeah, yeah. Just thinking." He says, looking off to the side before looking at you again and taking your hands in his. "I....I have something to tell you, but i need you to do something for me first" he whispers. You smile and nod. "Anything." You whisper back.

"I need you to close your eyes."

You do as told, and close your eyes. You feel his lips on yours, and you smile, kissing back. When he pulls away, he leans into your ear and whispers a sweet "I love you so much. Mor than you could ever imagine"

Your eyes open and you gasp, cupping his face. "Really?" You ask with tears in your eyes. He nods and smiles. You kiss him again, pressing a long kiss to his lips and then kissing him all over the rest of his face.

After the kissing frenzy is over, you pack up and go home. You lay in bed together, but you are being a little too quiet. Killian takes notice and kisses your nose. "You ok? You've got your thinking face on"

You sigh and smile. "Earlier, you told me that you love me more than I could imagine.." you say, rubbing his cheek. He nods "yeah?"

"Well, I was thinking...is there any way to show you how much I love you? And that's when I began to ponder....what if I got your name tattooed on me?"

He almost chokes. "What? My name? Tattooed?"

You smile. "Yes!" He thinks about it for a moment. "Well, I think theres an old tattoo gun in Helen's art room...you wanna see if he'll let us use it?" You nod. "It's worth a shot"

You end up talking Helen into letting Killian use hid tattoo gun. You sit on a chair while Helen finishes setting it up. Killian warns you that he may be shaky, but you insist on getting the tattoo. He signs his name, and you show off the tattoo to all your friends, who suggest that someday, you tattoo your name on his arm <333
