There are currently four of us in our little system.

Margret (she/her) who is a teen

Jean (she/her) who is older than I am

Sam (still unsure) who is a toddler

And me, Charlotte (they/he) the host

I’m still learning every day and this is scary.

Some days are blacked out for me because one of them front for most of the day and I’m left with a blur. I’m the only one who keeps up with the journal, so I don’t know what’s going on and who is doing what. There are very few times that I have been informed on what’s happening or slightly present to watch it happen.

I wish I could help people understand what’s going on..

Like 20% of women experience benign heart palpitations at some point in their lives. I know because I got them too and the cardiologist told me. You should try to get a referral to a cardiologist to check on it but I wouldn’t worry too much ^_^

i get them regularly... =___= and last night afterwards my chest felt weird and light but itmight be because I was kindascared afterwards lol. i get them regularly though idk why not too often but like several times over the past few years... sometimes more than one in a day. usually it doesn't worry me unless it was the first time but -__- its not anxiety either like it happens when I'm just sitting at home ..relaxing... and boom. heart fluttering whoosh feeling
