Weird request but- if that's okay could i request Zenitsu, Tanjiro and Inosuke with a demon slayer reader that comes from another country but knows doesn't know japanese? Like the first time they met for a mission they literally communicate with gestures. They do learn pretty quickly in the end but their lack of knowledge often leads to hilarious situations/shenanigans (So crack basically!!).

first and foremost this guy is amazed, and also kinda puzzled that demon slayers existed outside japan

you stumbled upon him when he was going undercover as a hostess too in the red light district

you two immediately recognized each other, because of his keen sense of smell and because of your sharp eyes

IT WAS A MESS

you resorted to just helping the people evacuate because you did not want to get in the way of combat

you learned japanese pretty quickly but there was still some naivety when it comes to their inside jokes and culture

a lot of dumb moments with this guy

it was a mess, because you two cannot understand each other. it was a whole two hours of gestures and drawing of diagrams and pictures. you had to hold back your laugh at tanjiro's poor illustration of his friends and the pillar. after confirming each other's identity, tanjiro brought you to the meet up place of him, inosuke, zenitsu and uzui.

there was one thing though, the language barrier. the only thing that made communication possible was because of uzui's knowledge of the language you speak, being a former shinobi

you managed to get your message across, that you'll be responsible for evacuating the people, since the four of them are the ones who are able to communicate during combat

after that, you sticked to tanjiro, and the two of you managed to understand each other. it was funny at times though, because you are gullible, and he's an airhead

"so, the pillar that night is the god of flamboyance?" you asked, you never knew that japan had these kinds of god. he nodded feverently as he continued to eat.

"how about you, which do you rule over?" you inquired and he stopped eating, looking straight at your eyes. he blinked once, twice, thrice.

"rule over?" he asked back

"yes, aren't you a god too?" you queried carefully. he put down his chopsticks and began to blink rapidly. he pointed to himself and tilted his head while looking back at you

"i'm a god?"

"are you not?" he seemed like someone who could be the god of honesty, because he was not capable of lying. he racked his brains for answers before giving a firm nod at you

"i am"

❄︎ inosuke hashibira

the two of you first met at his solo mission at a nearby town

you were on your way to the headquarters because oyakata-sama requested for some aid and manpower from foreign demon slayer corps

THIS GUY WILL UNDERSTAND IMMEDIATELY

his guesses are not on point but he gets what you're trying to say

even as you learn japanese steadily, this guy will make everything about him

teaches you boar language as well

you were staying at a rest house when a commotion occurred outside. grabbing your sword, you saw a boar head sparring with a demon. apparently, one managed to escape your hold earlier. you opted to get the people to safety to prevent damages

afterwards, you tried to introduce yourself to him and explain your situation but it took a few tries before he understood you (with the help of his kasugai crow).

you weren't able to meet oyakata-sama yet because of personal reasons, so inosuke insisted on taking a detour on the mountains, he taught you a few words that could be useful when communicating during missions

"so you're the boss?" you asked with wide eyes as he let out a boisterous laugh while nodding in agreement

"and you're also the god of the mountain?" you continued, watching as he relished in your acknowledgement and praise. "do you have a shrine? or a temple?" you asked, making him stop in his tracks

dear god you just inserted a new idea in his head.

the next time you meet him was when your aid was needed in a mission in the red light district. remembering that he told you that he was the boss, you exclaimed and greeted him from a distance

"oyakata-sama!!!" you shouted, making tanjiro and zenitsu freeze. uzui's eyes almost popped out of its sockets as he glared down at inosuke.

"WHAT NONSENSE HAVE YOU BEEN TEACHING THE FOREIGN MEMBER!? HOW DARE YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF AS OYAKATA-SAMA!?"

you didn't mean to almost end inosuke's life by the hands of uzui, but, he is oyakata-sama? right?

exhilarated at the thought of a new female slayer joining their missions

TRIES SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND YOU

to the point he wants you to teach him your language

the two of you met at the butterfly estate when he was recuperating

you popped in sometimes during their training and during your breaks from japanese lessons

saves you from tanjiro's and inosuke's dumb concepts

"y/n-chaaaan~" he called out upon hearing your footsteps approach them, making him pause from training. he grumbled in annoyance when aoi pulled him back.

introduction was quick, because his enthusiasm went through the roof, and he understood your drawings and diagrams and broken japanese while explaining your circumstances

literally pulls you away from tanjiro and inosuke because he knows that those two will try to trick you into believing false things about japan and its culture

however, he can't always keep his eyes on you

so one day, when you two were training, you brought up a topic that you got from a reliable source (tanjiro and inosuke)

"hey, zenitsu, what's it like being an oiran?" you asked innocently, cleaning the blade of your sword. zenitsu, on the other hand, looked like he was about to butcher two people soon

"w-wha- where did you even get that term?" he asked slowly but you can see his eyes filled with bloodlust. oh how he wanted to bury his friends 6ft underground right now

"well, tanjiro and inosuke told me that you were an oiran" you said, making steam go out of zenitsu's ears

"what did they tell you it meant?" he treaded lightly, making you turn to him confusedly. "well, they told me it is used to address someone who almost turned into a spider" you answered back and zenitsu did not whether to laugh or cry. "i heard about the natagumo mountain mission, there are a lot of oiran in the corps, huh?" you muttered to yourself

safe to say, zenitsu made tanjiro and inosuke feel what it feels to be almost turned into a spider

so yes, he pouts the first time you do it

because you love his kisses, always asking for one when the opportunity arises

so he was a bit confused and hurt when you ducked out of the way 

he’d go in for another kiss, only for you two to lean to your right to avoid it 

he’s so confused and hurt at this gesture so he tries to think if he did anything wrong to upset you or make you act like this

then it clicks in his head

it might be because he used the wrong detergent, and the whites are now stained with color

his eyes go wide and he tried to lean in for a kiss again, testing his theory, proving it right when you avoided again, frowning at him this time

his eyes gloss with tears, clinging to your arms and refusing to let go until you stop avoiding his kisses

you give in after five minutes only because he also decided to tickle you while kissing you, making you unable to evade his kisses, a big smile on his face

“okay okay, it’s just a prank” you admitted and kissed his cheeks softly, earning a giggle and playful smack on your arm

he leaned in to press a quick kiss to your lips before resting his head on your chest

“hey, i’m sorry for the laundry, i didn’t mean to mix them”

your eyes went wide, nudging him off your chest, making him look at you confusedly

convinced that it isn’t a prank because you cannot resist his kisses

he rarely gives you kisses so you usually cherish each but you’ve kept on evading them for three days, it’s not a prank? right?

he racked his mind to think if he ever did anything to make you mad or upset

did gojo put you up to this? he might just punch that mop hair one of these days

did gojo record the other day when a girl asked him for directions and misled you into believing he was flirting?

that can’t be right, you won’t believe gojo that easily

let’s just say you had doubts that gojo was the strongest sorcerer around when megumi’s divine dogs beat him up the next day

also, no kisses from him for ONE WEEK

(yeah no, your face is going to get bruised by kisses no matter what kind of evading you do)

but you kind of like that so you’ll go ahead with this prank

is kind of suspicious that this is a prank, but the glare you sent her made her yield and believe that you really are mad

but she did not believe that she did anything wrong, because she is always right

she’d kiss you all over with no relent, making you so close to giving him up

for the sake of that 150,000 yen worth of bet with gojo, you lashed out on her

“WOULD YOU STOP ON FOOLING AROUND, KUGISAKI?!”

SHE TEARED UP

you wanted nothing more than to hug her and cuddle her and kiss her for hours but a hundred thousand yen was on the line (this is for your new bags, nobara, please hold on) 

she runs out of the room, and you texted gojo, jumping in victory when you see 150,000 yen deposited in your account

you did not waste any time, buying her the new bag she wanted last week

you ran to the desert shop you two would always have a date in, seeing her gobbling down all the ice cream mochis

you chuckled and hugged her from behind, pressing a kiss to her nape, making her turn around to glare at you, eyes lighting up when she saw the paper bag, 

“that was a bet with gojo, your bag was on the line so i had to do it” you said, suppressing your laughter when her lips trembled

“and so? did you think i would yield on a limited edition designer bag?”

“you won’t?” you asked, rubbing the back of your neck while swaying the paper bag

“i would” she said and took the bag, peppering kisses all over your face, making you laugh

has surprisingly good patience, he lasted 5 days man

you were baffled, you thought you'd get him real good with this prank, but why'd it backfire?

you had to coax him this time, but he looked at you with blank eyes, refusing to lower his collar

you became the annoying one for the day, clinging onto him and following him as if you were his shadow, but to no avail, he refused to give in

you could smack gojo in the face for putting you up to this but that stupid infinity is holding you back (a traumatized ass honestly)

you set up a date night in your room, building a mini pillow and blanket fort and prepared some snacks

he arrived soon, surprised by the array in front of him

you tackled him with a hug, holding him in a tight grip while planting kisses all over him, not giving him a chance to evade them

"love, that was just a prank! forgive me please?" you asked and tugged on his collar

he chuckled and lowered his collar, planting a soft, sweet kiss on your lips

after that, he carried you onto the fort you made and cuddled, watching a movie

it might seem like it wasn't a big deal to him, but little did you know, he was already plotting a payback

so with bragging rights and his silence for three days on the line, you gave this prank a go, hoping that your girlfriend wouldn’t break up with you

so maki was dumbfounded when you ducked her kiss, opting to fix the blankets

she thought you did not realize she was about to kiss you so she hugged you from behind, leaning in to kiss you

only for you to evade, freeing yourself from her hug

girl was like “???? tf is wrong with you???”

UPSET MAKI ACTIVATED 

won’t talk to u for the entire day, no affection whatsoever too and won’t even eat with you at lunch, making panda and inumaki laugh at you as you pick at your food with a pout

your tactics doesn’t work aka you dug your own grave and desperate situations call for desperate measures

so you faked being sick, missing your first and second period to make it more believable

it succeeded when maki barged into your dorm during lunch with food, stopping in her tracks when she sees you cleaning

knocks the broom off of your hand and proceeds to carry you in your bedroom (bridal style) and spoon feed you lunch quietly

“hey, i’m sorry, please talk to me *fake coughs*” you continued to act, earning a grunt from her

you smiled in victory when she planted a quick kiss on your forehead, “do that again and i’ll find a new partner, airhead”

take this threat seriously because she WILL NOT hesitate to do it

does not matter when or where, he will hold your hand if he feels like it, as long as you are comfortable ad okay with it

loves playing with your fingers, running his fingertips along the expanse of it and twisting and pulling at it lightly to relieve the tension it has

in the midst of battles, his hand will still find yours and grip onto it tightly before unleashing a breathing technique

he likes holding hands at solemn moments too, when you two are recuperating from injuries, when you are taking breaks from training. for tanjiro, it is the short, stolen moments that makes it meaningful

and when the flame hashira passed away right in front of him, he held on to your hand so tight as if his life depended on it

and when muzan took control of his senses, it was your touch that brought him back. the scent of your hand and the smooth curves of your palms brought him back

for tanjiro, your hand is his anchor in this stormy world

his hands are rough and scarred after all those years of living and surviving in the mountains, also a bit sweaty at times

he actually has no issues with his hands, says that the scars shows his manliness and victories, and you couldn’t agree more

holds your hand all the time, you have to pry your hand off his grip most of the time because he is reluctant to let go

does not let the others see it though, so he walks behind the squad during missions, beside you, just to hold your hand

traces the lines on your palm with his nail, also likes to draw random stuff on your palm, letting you guess what he just drew

but there are times when he does not want to hold hands

that is in the midst of battles, and when he is injured

he does not want you to feel the coldness of his palms and does not want to hold you with bleeding hands

he really loves your hands, making flower rings from the prettiest flowers he found in the forest, makes sure you have at least 5 of it. 

even better if you have smaller hands than him, because he likes to compare hand sizes and wants to keep your hands warm by sandwiching it between his

has surprisingly rough hands accompanied by chipped nails, all because of the years spent under anxiety and pressure brought about his inability to perform the rest of the thunder breathings

the time or place does not matter, this guy doesn't let go of your hand

always holds on so tight, to the point that your hand becomes numb and his knuckles turn white, you're surprised he hasn't broken your bones yet

comes up to you and just holds it, sometimes using it to pat his head, or to cradle his face, he adores hand holding

when i said never lets go, i mean never. not in battles, not during recuperation. he only lets go when you are taking a bath

there's also one scenario wherein he lets go, but he often prays that this scenario does not occur often

he lets go of your hand when he's hindering you during a combat

so, after letting go and putting some distance to let you move freely, he waits until the demon you are facing turns to nothing but ashes

checks your hands for injuries, cuts, wounds. he doesn't want to see your hand dirtied or fractured

and when his weapon grazed you, your wounds regenerate just as quick as it was wounded

your fight lasted until the moon was high up in the sky and you knew that he was out of stamina

deciding to end this fruitless fight, you broke his wooden weapon

you were surprised that he didn't stop, began to fight you bare handed

you thought he was a nuisance

and so, you went with the next best thing, wounding him on an organ

there, he calmed down and sat beside you after realizing everything was futile

after that, he urged you to tell how you became a demon

you can't tell since you don't remember anything from your human days

inosuke decides that you are useful for battles and takes it upon himself to bring you with him everywhere

you silently agreed too, you found his flexibility scary but intriguing at the same time

you're more part of the corps than he is

simply because you're the one who gets the job done all the time

took his sweet time to the point the squad was getting impatient, so they had to improvise

you delayed it, kept on delaying and delaying until your patience finally wore thin, deciding to suck your uneasiness up and just confess

it was not easy

desperate situations call for desperate measures, you had to turn to eijiro, the best friend

being the best friend he is, he set you and katsuki up so you can confess without interruptions

d-day, katsuki was rooted in spot when he saw you there, instead of aizawa who "needed to talk to him"

he calmed down though, at the sight of your wide eyes and small smile

to be perfectly honest, he doesn't notice anything until kurogiri pointed it out

at first, he'd only point it out and tell you to gather your shit, because he doesn't want emotions getting in the way of missions

when your wellbeing declines dramatically, that's when he becomes a teeny weeny bit concerned, he can't have a member dying now, yknow?

so he forces you to eat, eat, eat but kurogiri tells him that it is ineffective when you throw up

so he resorts to patience

he tries to understand why this is happening to you, and spares some time to listen to your thoughts

and he becomes more aware and cautious about your circumstances

he lets you go bonkers when facing the enemy but steps in when you almost injure yourself

lets you play video games with him to occupy your mind and set aside the thoughts

he'd ask kurogiri to warp you and him to some good and peaceful places to ease your anxiety

you had a love-hate with this gesture

love it because it was one of the rare moments where he was okay with pda

so when you had to split up, you having to deal with reiner, and him having to deal with bertholdt, the kiss he placed felt  painful and bitter, a few tears landing on the back of your hand

and armin was awoken by drops of tear continuously landing at the back of his hands, a plea for him to wake up

at first, she thought that there was no way you two would get along. you two are, after all, polar opposites

add that you are gojo's bestfriend to that

but you never cease to bug her, amaze her, you just really slithered your way into her life

you squeezed in your way into her life and made a place for yourself, a place that only you could fill in

as for confessions, she would not confess be it a life or death matter, so you'd have to do it

and she could only hide her face in embarrassment at school next day when you keep hugging her, holding her hand and giving her smooches everywhere

feels like she should step in when people talk shit about you but then you beat her to it with your snarky remarks

has a hard time keeping up with your energy and experiments because she wants to get the job done asap

smacked you in the head LOTS of times when you asked to take home the curse you were supposed to exorcise

she at least threatened you once to stay away from gojo's antics or else you have no kisses from her

she can keep up with you but not when you are too inclined to gojo's mindset

as for confessions, she surprisingly does it after a mission where you sustained a lot of injuries

she doesn't mind that you shower her with compliments and affection, rather, she enjoys each and every one of it

doesn't take shit from people no matter who they are once she hears a mean remark directed to you and you'd actually need to stop her from beating someone up

sometimes cannot keep up with your energy, tries her best though

looks at you in shock when you choose to dismember the corpse rather than exorcising it straight away

feels triumphant when she manages to make you tease gojo in exchange for cuddles

gets jealous quite often because you're too good to be true and she feels that there might be a lot of people that can snatch you right under her nose

always looks out for you and prioritizes you on top of everything, you matter the most and that's not going to change anytime soon

if a scar will give her more time with you, she'll gladly accept more scars

this girl... she doesn't even look at you twice because all she cares about is money

she doesn't understand relationships thay aren't based on money

and though you have a high service potential, money is still her best interest

but oh so energetic and outgoing you made a space in her life and made her think twice about relationships

of course, you're the first one to confess, there's no way she would (maybe she will if you give her money in return)

doesn't like pda but she's alright with the private, intimate moments between the two of you

no one would dare mess with you whenever she's around because her eyes are more than enough to scare them away

manages to adjust to you energy as time passes by and learns to keep up with you

shudders everytime she remembers how you turned the curse (that injured her) to a pile of flesh and blood

doesn't mind that you hang around gojo most of the time because he has a high service potential and he's very very rich

making snowmen are a must!

snow angels too of course

though it often ends up with a snow ball fight

he'd be very giggly and happy while doing it, also makes sure that you are enjoying as well

he'd be trap underneath a pile of snow because he insisted on laying down for a few minutes more

ensures that you're warm and wearing enough layers to not catch a cold

would watch movies with you afterwards, snuggled together in a large, fluffy blanket

"yuuji! let's get back inside, the winds are getting stronger!" you laughed, trying to drag him back inside, but he made himself heavier, insisting on laying down on the snow angel he made. he chuckled and ignored your call, burrowing himself deeper into the thick inch of snow.

suddenly, the wind flew by immensely, making you stumble and let go of yuuji's hand, falling onto the snow, landing on your behind as you laughed at the sudden chill you felt. on the other hand, your boyfriend was flailing around as the snowman you two made was now trapping him in his snow angel.

you had to call megumi to rescue yuuji from the pile, quickly wrapping him in scarves while keeping in your laugh. he caught on and tickled you to the ground, only to be dragged inside by megumi, muttering something about being buried in a pile again.

you two took a hot shower and after drying up, cuddled on the bed underneath the fluffy blanket, sipping on your hot chocolate, watching a movie marathon of home alone.

"dang, how did that kid do that all by himself?"

ice skating! ice skating! ice skating!

i think he'll be really good at skating, learning it by himself when he was young because he found it amazing

he'd hold onto you tightly if it's your first time and guide you every step you take until you can maneuver yourself

he'd do spins and tricks with you if you are familiar with it

he'd often take you to go ice skating with him after this

"'gumi! don't let me go!" you screamed as he began to ease your hold on his arms. in a moment, he pulled you close by the waist, resting his hands on your back. he guided you through the rink, always beside you every step. he'd let go sometimes though, when he tells you try it all by yourself.

he'd watch you with a small smile on his face, eyes shining with adoration as you slowly and little by little manage to maneuver yourself without falling or tripping. you stopped in your tracks as you watch him do a spin, double, triple, ending it with a leap in the air. you started clapping and cheering for him, making him go red as other people began to look at the two of you.

when you feel tired, he'd guide you out of the rink and ease you out of your skating shoes, massaging the soles of your feet before letting go completely. he'd eat hotpot with you and talk about the movie you two watched the week prior.

after arriving home, you both would rest together, cuddling on the bed until you both fall asleep.

you wake up to gojo taking photos of megumi snuggled very close to you.

he'd make snow forts with you and even turn it into a competiton

(spoiler, panda destroys both of it)

he'd complain halfway how difficult snow forts are compared to making sand castles

actually beats you to it because he is a menace and he begins to throw snow balls at the base of your fort

he gets away with it because of his sneaky kisses

"hey! that's no fair!" you complained as panda appeared suddenly behind you, flicking a snowbrick that took you five minutes to create. panda just laughed and ran away from the two of you, shouting something about his food being on the line.

you heard toge chuckle beside you as he was adding final touches to his fort, his cheeks a light shade of pink. you finally admitted defeat inside and instead, took the snow bricks you made and threw them at his fort, earning a loud "okaka!" from him while he attempt to shield his fort.

you did not relent and continued attacking it from all sides, only ceasing to do so when he tackled you on the snow, tickling your sides. he plopped down on top of you then, his weight keeping you in place. he's press a kiss to your cheek afterwards.

upon arriving home, you two would go in the hot bath while sipping hot chocolate, almost falling asleep.

the snow fort competition and fight does not last there, because you aren't going to give him bragging rights. ever.

𑁍 satoru gojo

first snowfall with him owo (refer to the korean superstition)

he’d be surprisingly uneasy and fidgety, not knowing what to do or how to act when the snow began to fall

he’d tease you for being underdressed and not wearing enough layers, ends up giving you his jacket though

you’d have to break the ice (no pun intended) between the two of you

OF COURSE he turns cocky afterwards

“oh? it’s early this year” you mumble to yourself, extending out an arm to catch the snowflakes as they began to pour slowly, beginning to paint the streets white. satoru stood beside you, watching your profile as you marveled at the snow, oblivious to the stare he was giving you. he chuckled lowly at your expression, you seemed so amazed by the snow. 

he was taken aback when you turned to look at him with a weird look on your face, your eyes were clear yet glossy and you had a small smile on your lips. you looked at him as if you were waiting for him to do something. “what is it?” he asked loudly with a smirk on his face. 

you shook your head and snorted, pulling him down by his scarf. standing on the balls of your feet, you tiptoed to reach his face. you gave him a small smile before planting a kiss on his lips. quick, but gentle. 

you shoved him off after that, turning red as you realize what you just did. moments later, you hear laughter beside you, an arm wrapping around your waist. soon, your lips was met with warm ones, this kiss lasting longer than the one earlier. 

“didn’t know you were lovey dovey” he chuckled after pulling away. 

“yeah? well at least i’m not a pussy like someone else”

doesn’t let go of this moment, always teases you about it every chance he gets you.

you were busy checking your straps and gear when you heard the rapid sound of horses approaching. you did not bother to look at the incoming people, your brain too busy trying to comprehend the fact that you are on the front lines. most importantly, you are a recruit, a FRESH GRADUATE and the commander positioned you on the front lines.

you were nudged on the sides by a fellow graduate, making you turn to her with an exasparated expression, the anxiety clinging to your bones. she then pointed to the front with her lips, "hey, that's captain levi right?" she wanted to confirm to you.

you glanced at the front and sure enough, you saw the ebony haired midget busy checking his blades. "yeah? what am i supposed to do? clap and give him a grand entrance party?" you replied in harsh, hushed voice. your comrade rolled her eyes and fixed her boot.

you were calling to every god that might be out there when you encountered an abnormal who was keen on getting to you. it seemed like your prayers was answered when you spot a forest within your line of sight. you sped through the clearing and when you steadied yourself on a high branch, you let out a sigh of relief.

you anticipated the abnormal's incoming attack so when it passed by you, you seized the opportunity to slice its nape, making it fall to the ground. you let go of your worries and settled on the branch, taking a moment to catch your breath.

oh if you only knew how wrong of a move that was.

a quiet, abnormal titan was hiding behind the thick tree all this time, and upon seeing you relax, it took the opportunity to hold you in its enormous hands. you felt all air escape your lungs as its fingers digged into your ribs.

and when you thought you'll never taste your mother's meal again and instead become a titan meal, the familiar stench of titan blood and the foreign feeling of falling to the ground. before you could think, your body already reacted as you maneuvered yourself to the trunk of the tree.

on the head of the titan stood a small figure, drenched in blood and looking at you with a gaze you couldn't decipher. before flying off somewhere, captain levi turned to you one more time.

"don't let your guard down idiot. wouldn't want a recruit dying right now"

you guess you do owe him a clap and grand welcome party

the air was stiff and a wave of unease was flying around in the crowd. a person began to turn, walking away from the packed crowd. another followed, then another, and another, until the people who remained can be counted on two hands.

your knees buckled, contemplating your choices. you ranked 4th goddamn it, so why are you going to the scout regiment when you have the option to live safely in the military police brigade.

when you thought about switching in the last minute, you looked up from the ground, just on time to see bright, blue eyes star back at your own eyes. the gaze was firm, but not condescending. the commander's eyes remained on you, and it seemed as if it was asking a question.

"will you turn back to live a life peace? or will you stay and fight for survival?"

at that seemingly loud question, you stood rooted in place and faced ahead with a firm expression plastered on your face, failing to see the small smile on the commander's lips.

let bygones be bygones. your knees no longer buckled amd all sweat that adorned your forehead earlier was no more. there was nothing to lose.

well, your life actually.

but nothing seemed to matter at that moment. because those blue eyes that stared at yours was similar to that of the sky, limitless and endless. going beyond the walls was crazy enough. but it would be crazier if you turned back and denied yourself the opportunity to see more of that sky.

"you are brave souls who dare to wander the world beyond these walls. strong minds whose curiosity can only be quenched by the truth. and honorable people who fight for humanity and its future. i welcome you all to the scout regiment. devote your hearts!"

you finally understood that this is commander erwin smith of the scout regiment. he wields power and uncontrollable desire for truth and freedom.

he understood you as well, in your brief moment of hesitance. you seemed like another body, another life he would willingly give up and add to the mountained pile of former members who ceased to be. as if atop all those countless bodies, was the truth he desires to see.

and as you saluted, your eyes faltered to the determined look on the commander's face. you let out a sigh, of relief or worries, you did not know. but one thing is certain.

you would not regret your decision in joining the regiment.

❀ hange zoë

you stood by on the sides, making sure that the titans were bound tightly and securely to the makeshift chains. you couldn't risk these two abnormals to be set free and wander in wall rose. you sighed to yourself, thinking about possible reasons why the scout regiment would take in these titans, just adding to the workload of the garrison.

though you really had no right to complain because you were just loitering around and guarding the walls while the other was risking their life beyond the walls to search for the truth and freedom. as for the other regiment, they can burn in hell already because all they know is how to kiss the monarchy's ass.

hearing the commotion outside, you surmised that the four-eyed section commander must be here to visit her "babies", whom she named sawney and beane. she was still at the prime of her youth but she seemed to have a few screws lose up there.

she began to approach the titan beside you, putting little to no distance between her and the titan's face. you stepped in and pushed her chest back a bit.

"hey, don't get too close, we don't have tools to restrain its mouth" you scolded and motioned to her assistant, who quickly came to aid and pulled her back. but yours and his strength was not enough to keep the brown haired girl from cradling the titan's face.

oh my god when will your shift end.

and when you sensed movements from behind the titan, you sped through and pushed the woman away before the titan's teeth even had the chance to graze her.

she laughed in delight and hooked an arm around your shoulders, pulling you in close as his assistant tried to pry her off of you.

she is insane.

"hey, that was a close one! i would've lost my head if it weren't for you! thanks a lot, soldier" she said and went back to cradling her titans, checking their pain tolerance and resistance.

you stared at her and antics, surely, she was of sound mind. she's just really amazed by titans and their abilities and qualities, which pushes her to know everything about her.

she is insane. you love your job here in the garrison and you hoped you'll never cross path again with that woman.

but there was something inside you that that tugged as you walked away.

do you really want to stay in the garrison? or does the scouts have something more to offer?
