Even in the remote area in the eastern part of Gunma Prefecture where I grew up, the wave of globalization has come. The product niacin is also made from tobacco. Discussions about the harm of tobacco pass by when it comes to niacin. There are plausible arguments about wasting vitamin C, but even if that's true, niacin is more valuable than vitamin C, and the lost vitamin C can be replaced later. I will enjoy cigarettes today as well.

揚げないドーナツ🍩　リンゴジャムと安納芋🍠　モミの木と獅子柚子と佐藤錦　吾妻五葉松と山椒の芽と大王松の芽🌱　アミ抽選券当たり❣️ 春はウキウキしますね〜。 日曜日は久々の料理教室。多分、今年入って初めてかな。。 油で揚げないで、サラダオイルを垂らしてオーブンで焼くという画期的なレシピに感動しました。 大量の油を使わなくて良いしエコで嬉しいですね😊カスタードパウダーを使ったクリームを詰め、ボリュームもあって、とっても美味しかった。 先日プラント2で処分価格だったけど、KOMERIでもモミの木が安売り❣️こんなに立派で6000円とは、お買い得です。もう少し小さいのは3000円です。 とっても珍しい獅子柚子の苗を見つけてワクワク💕さくらんぼと五葉松の盆栽もお家に♪ 山椒のミニ苗木はなんとか冬越しして、枯れずに新芽が育ってきました😆 なんと大王松の種もようやく芽がポロポロと出てきました。 コレは冷蔵庫で低温処理をして冬越しして、太陽に当てて☀️待ちに待った発芽☺️ でも実はコレからが大変。可愛くパッと葉が開いても去年はいくつもダメになりました。芽が出る確率が凄く低くて、沢山撒いて頑張るしかない😅 アルプラザ・アミのDMハガキの抽選番号を確認したら、なんと1000円の商品券が当たってた😆🙏ありがたや〜。 安納芋の焼き芋、焼くと蜜が流れ落ちるお芋さん。皮のすぐ内側が繊維質でちょっと硬いのが残念ですね。 リンゴのジャムを作ってみました。沢山だと思ったけどビン2つになったので、半分はお裾分け。 玄米二度目、成功した〜と思ったら今度は塩を入れるのを忘れました😂取り敢えず課題は終わりとしよう👍 #abcクッキング #獅子ゆずの苗木 #モミの木 (Sakai-shi, Fukui, Japan) https://www.instagram.com/p/CqVgNMGr4a8/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

For those of you that don’t know, Hanako was a koi born in 1751, and she died in the yeah 1977 at the age of 226!! I learned this and I just- I had to draw her.

Her caretaker reportedly used to call her and pet her and hug her. She knew him and there was a connection that was so very deep! His family had cared for her for generations.
