Heyo!!! Here with a request since I've recently appeared again lol! How about a good old-fashioned Fuyuhiko and Gundham drabble? Perhaps some fluff with a bit of miscommunication?

While Gundham normally wouldn't mind Fuyuhiko hanging around his animal sanctuary, knowing very well it was one of the only places the yakuza felt safe with so many animals around, it very nearly impossible to sneak in without at least a few dozen of them throwing a fit at the intruder, he was less willing when Fuyuhiko was so very clearly ill. His worry was on his animals, yes, with some being capable of catching certain human illnesses, but the yakuza looked like a husk of his usual self, the sight of sunken eyes and skin so pale even his freckles were hidden amongst the pallor, making Gundham's own stomach twist in sympathy.

Glancing up from where he was attempting to give a rather ornery kitten a flea bath, he sighed at the sight of his boyfriend where he sat slumped over with his head on the towel Gundham intended to use to dry the little thing when done. "You cannot sleep there, love." His tone was soft, gentle, meant to be said in care instead of a demand, but with Fuyu's head foggy with fever, he wasn't able to see the concern between the poorly spoken words. He sat up with a huff, a glare being sent the breeder's way as he shifted in his seat in a futile attempt to curl up on the hard plastic with a short series of aggravated coughs.

Reaching for the towel now that it was free, Gundham sighed once again as he carefully dried the screaming kitten, the squeaky mewls muffled by the fabric that soon engulfed it's tiny body. "Or there, dear heart." That earned a growl this time, the breeder too absorbed in his task to realize his desire for Fuyuhiko's comfort was being misconstrued as a sort of annoyance.

Untangling himself with a squeak of his shoes against the hard plastic seat, the soles hit the floor with a pair of heavy stomps before his knees quickly followed. Now curled up on the floor, head braced on his arms, Gundham sighed yet again as he turned to return the kitten to its kennel now that he was through. He wasn't able to speak this time around though, Fuyuhiko slamming a palm against the tiles next to his head with a cough where there should have been a yell as he sat up.

"If you don't want me here, just fucking say it!" Voice rough between coughs, it was tough to tell if his eyes were watering from the strain or at the idea that Gundham very well may not want him around when Fuyu needed him the most.

Clicking the door to the enclosure shut, a gentle pull at it to ensure it locked, Gundham paused in a moment of confused silence, his fingers lingering between the bars as the kitten licked the pruned pads just in front of its nose. "Why on earth wouldn't I want you here?" If Gundham truly didn't want the yakuza there, he would have said so. He would have made sure to be gentle with the request though, so that Fuyu wouldn't get the...wrong....idea....

Oh no-

Realizing all to late that he had been misunderstood, he wasn't fast enough to offer a correction before Fuyu had been set off at his question.

"You fucking tell me, asshole! I can't sleep here, I can't sleep there," Gesturing at the table and then the chair with a jerk of his hand, he turned back to Gundham with a sneer, wondering if the breeder thought that the red flush to his cheek was of anger instead of illness. He wasn't that mad, if he was being honest, he was just scared Gundham didn't want him around tired and unwilling to admit it. "Where the fuck can I sleep, huh?"

Waiting until the yakuza was through with his short fit, the steam being lost rather quickly thanks to his illness, Gundham gave the kitten still licking his finger a little scratch to it's nose before turning to his pouting angry boyfriend. "Our bed, would be most ideal, would it not?"

Stepping over to the confused yakuza, he held out a hand and helped the other man off the floor, his coat being slide off his shoulders and onto Fuyuhiko's a moment later. "It was not my intention to make you feel unwanted, dear heart. I simply wish for your comfort when you are unwell." Now able to see the softness in Gundham's eyes paired with that same gentle tone as before, Fuyuhiko felt rather silly for even thinking Gundham would ever kick him out in such an uncaring manner.

"...Oh. I...I thought...." The rest remained unsaid, Fuyu pulling the coat tighter around himself as he watched Gundham tidy up in preparation to leave, his feet moving in a slow shuffle behind the breeder as he checked each enclosure one last time for the night.

There was no clarification needed, no more apologies, it all could be said with a kiss pressed to Fuyuhiko's forehead once he was finished, an apology accepted and returned with the simple gesture.

"Let us get you to bed, hm? You will need to bolster your constitution to stave off this vile curse that has been placed upon you." The over dramatics making Fuyu laugh as intended, it ended in an another series of coughs as he leaned forwards to press his face into Gundham's chest in a futile attempt to hide his smile.

"Shut the fuck up and carry me to our room, dorklord." Another laugh from Gundham this time, the breeder leaning down to scoop the smaller man into his arms before making his way towards the door.

"As you wish, my love..."

I wanted to turn them into aliens so I turned them into aliens- 

And I did make up a bunch of shit about their races but there’s so much I don’t think I’m gonna cover it all- 

Here are the basics:

Gundham is a herbivorous mammal, thrives in winter climates, and is excellent with terraforming and balancing ecosystems. He’s 6′10″ and incredibly soft and warm. 

Kazuichi is a carnivorous amphibian, thrives in water and is skilled with spaceships and body modification. He’s 5′7″ and cannot survive on land without his tech which ensures his body doesn’t dry out. 

Fuyuhiko is an omnivorous reptile, thrives in dry, hot climates, and is a skilled captain. He’s 4′5″ which is normal for his race but they are still known for being able to take down massive enemies with their incredible speed and sturdiness (not to mention their sharp claws, teeth, so on)

"You know, I fucking hate you." The words are spoken after a prolonged bout of silence, the two moving about the kitchen with nary a word between them in the wee hours of the morning. Sleep always seemed hard to come by for them, it being what drew them to each other in the first place. Not many were awake at such an hour, and if one wished to not be alone after the throes of a nightmare or insomnia, even the most lone of wolves couldn't be picky.

That was then though, now the two actively sought the other out instead of being thrown together by happenstance after turmoil.

Fuyuhiko sat upon the counter, having knocked on the breeder's door knowing very well he was awake, and that even if he wasn't, he would be more than happy to keep the yakuza company. Gundham knew well of demons after all...

Pausing with a hand lifted above him to reach into the cabinet beside Fuyuhiko's head, Gundham raised a brow at the comment, the smirk on his face telling of his disbelief around as much.

"Yes, that is why you came to my realm at the hour of witching, and are currently donned in one of my shirts I do not recall lending." A blush bloomed across Fuyu's face at the observation, each freckle popping out against the reddened skin as he sputtered.

"You don't know it's yours!" It was a weak defense, the garment being far to big for the yakuza, not to mention that it had the print of a hamster peeking from the breast pocket...

Gundham simply laughed, finishing in his reach for a box of cookies on a high shelf as per Fuyu's request, handing them over to the other man as Fuyuhiko's cheeks steadily burned brighter now that his theft had been noticed.

"Tell me, He Who is Bound by Blood, what have I done to draw your ire?" Tone playful, the breeder knowing very well by now that the yakuza's insults were his own arcane shield, he leaned a hip against the counter beside the other man, arms crossed and smirk ever present as he watched Fuyu tear into the box.

"You're too fucking tall. It's annoying as hell." The effectiveness of the complaint was diminished with the words being muffled by a cookie, the treat shoved into the yakuza's mouth in a single bite as he set his gaze from the looming breeder to the box.

"And yet if it weren't for my height, you would not currently be consuming the confections you requested I retrieve." Fuyu just grumbled at that, shoving another cookie into his mouth right after the first with a muffled "shut up."

Giving another chuckle, Gundham reached for a cookie of his own, the yakuza putting up a playful fight by pulling the box away to deny the breeder as much. Giving a fond scoff, he played the smaller man's game, leaning into him in an effort to get the box.

With a triumphant laugh after a moment of struggle, Gundham pulled the box from Fuyu's hands, the yakuza unable to fully keep it from him with the taller man's advantage in height.

"Hey! Give that back, you bastard!" Fuyu yelled as he hopped off the counter, Gundham turning this way and that as the other man made grabs for the box. The breeder just laughed, pulling out a cookie and shoving it into his mouth with a grin.

"You don't even fucking like that shit! You just wanna rub it in that you're bigger than me!" Gundham didn't deny this, his grin only growing as he held the box out of Fuyu's reach above his head. There weren't many that could comment on the yakuza's shorter stature, and even less where he would acknowledge it himself.

Grumbling out a series of curses with a few futile hops for the box, gears in the yakuza's head turned with every failed attempt. Glaring up at the breeder with clenched fists, Fuyu let out an indignant huff as he pouted.

"You're such a dick." But before Gundham could respond, Fuyuhiko had a fist in the front of his shirt, the breeder able to get out just short squeak of surprise as he was yanked downwards, their lips meeting in a hard press that had his paler face blooming as bright as Fuyu's.

Using the distraction to his advantage, Fuyuhiko yanked the box of cookies from Gundham's hand with a triumphant "Ha!", the smaller man then dancing away a few steps when a playful grab was made towards him.

"You may be bigger then me, but I'm faster, motherfucker!" He said before taking off out of the kitchens and down the hall towards the dorms, cackling the whole way. With a laugh of his own, Gundham took off after him after only a moment of hesitation, the two able to delve into a more playful side without the prying eyes of their peers. Sleep may evade them, but at least they could find a solace in each other.
