there was this time at my food service job when the line cooks paid for my food for like several weeks bc they bet i wouldn’t eat like weird food concoctions and i always did bc?? duh.

i could see that shit happening with carmy & luca, like a late night in the kitchen of someone’s apartment throwing together the weirdest combos and whoever can’t follow through has to strip off a piece of clothing and eventually y’all are willfully denying like the most basic food combos just to get undressed faster hehe

carmy would take it very seriously at first but once you and luca start ragging on him for being such a wet blanket and then he begrudgingly tugs off his shirt and throws it out the window onto the fire escape as a show of dramatics

i mean, it's gotta be keep going, keep going come way may. like. i wrote that before coma buck was even the inkling of a theory. i just thought the Vibes would be cool. and they WERE. and it helped me process a lot of the grief i was experiencing at the time, too. idk, i feel like it maybe doesn't get too much traction because of the summary??? like, people assume it's an au or something idk fjsakldfj but i'm really proud of it and i always enjoy a good deep-dive into buck's psyche
