INTRODUCING: CHILDRENS SHOW AU!
WAY too excited to share these guys !!!! im super proud of these designs <3
CTS!Y/n and information about the AU under the cut!
In this AU, FazCo is a company running a TV channel network called FazBS, where each animatronic has their own show!
Sun's show airs at mornings and is all about getting energized and hyped up for the day, its similar to LazyTown with it's cartoon-esc violence and slapstick humor, with scenarios that make little sense, but are entertaining to watch anyway! only very simple language is used to make everything understandable for younger kids, with cameos of the other animatronics! his show was extremely popular, just above Roxy's and below Monty's in popularity.
Moon's show airs around bedtime and is focused on getting kids to go to sleep, with a soothing music box soundtrack, Moon's trance-inducing voice, and more advanced dialogue that makes kids zone out, its known for how fast it puts kids to sleep, even the especially rambunctious ones fall asleep out of boredom. While his show wasn't as talked about nor popular as sun's, it was highly rated among parents.
[descriptions for the glamrocks' shows will be added later when i draw refs for them too! :D]
Well, that was before the entire channel went downhill after FazCo fired all of its human workers.
Yeah, despite the channel's success and being extremely profitable, this was the FazCo's end-game from the start. Being able to AI-generate children's content without having to pay a single human, FazCo thought that their animatronics have already learnt enough from being show hosts for more than 10 years now, but they thought wrong. The gradual decline in quality was felt by the parents, and after Bonnie's show was suddenly cancelled- even the kids noticed how bad things were getting.
[psst, i'll go into detail about how each show was effected by this change in another post!]
Parents called in, demanding the shows they grew up with to be good again, and it wasn't just nostalgia speaking.
So, in an uncharacteristic turn of events, FazCo responded! They said that Freddy's, Monty's, Roxy's and Chica's shows were going to have human staff again!
...what they neglected to mention, was that they were pulling funding from Foxy's show, and cutting Sun's and Moon's budget in half to make up for this change.
Sun now has to re-use and repurpose old props to make up for his inability to get new ones, buying with his now super limited budget cheap D.I.Y kits to make crafts with- not to mention, without having any human staff around, he had to play every sound effect in real time- because the new S.T.A.F.F bots FazCo got have ZERO idea what comedic timing is. Needless to say he was under a lot of pressure, his show was pretty well liked by both kids and parents, and he didn't want to disappoint them. He had to change a lot with the absence of human actors and no narrator to have a solid dynamic with, calling on his pal Chica often jus to have another person on the show.
Moon's show however, was doomed from this change. Y'see, his show featured a narrator, posing as a curious soul and asking Moon thoughtful questions he can answer in a way kids can digest, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood style, and with no off-screen voice he can respond to, Moon's show felt incredibly eerie, as his true thoughts were left free with no guidance from his narrator buddy. He started acting stranger and stranger, going on derailed existential tangents accidentally, making a few jabs at FazCo here and there from frustration. The kids didn't understand any of it, but the parents found it off-putting, and complained.
Eventually, Moon's show was put on a permanent hiatus, after a particularly bad episode where 'moon truly let his rising anger at FazCo loose', as an article described it. No recording was archived of this episode, and any attempts to post it is quickly struck down by FazCo.
They've re-run old episodes of his show for about 6 months now, with no sign of moon coming back.
This, however, is when Y/N comes in! after half a year of dwindling ratings of sun's show, and decreasing profits in merch sales, they caved in and hired a single narrator! after not being able to retrieve their old narrator, due to "a small disagreement."- they brought you, surely, they don't expect you to single handedly bring back sun's show from ruin!? ...well, did they?
who fuckin knows you'll find out in my [soon to be written] fic lol

Can anyone ever say they've been in the Lazytown fandom if they've never entertained the idea of an evil Number Nine? 💀
For context:
This includes a scene after Nine infiltrated Sport's airship.
They both get flung off and proceed to fall while simultaneously having an air brawl.
Nine now possesses black magic after extracting every problem/cry for help his own crystal detected. It's the same shadowy cryptid source I posted with Íþróttaálfurinn once.
While Robbie, in this weird universe I've made in my head, has wings and can fly, he is not flying that high. Plus, he really does not want to try and fight against Nine. THEREFORE, he manages to shoot his magic at Sportacus and give him temporary wings to help.
Of course Robbie wouldn't let his bf fall, tf??

I don't know if Lazytown officially has any jet hangars, but I'd like to think that they would if they intend to entertain world leaders,,

Sportacus on the Move! (prod 136)
Chris Crow (https://www.youtube.com/@handle6324) gave GetLazy an .iso of the ninth LazyTown DVD intended for promotional use only. To finally put the .iso to use, I decided to take all the screenshots in this episode myself. I also watched it using VLC.
Original airdate: May 18, 2006
Story by Magnus Scheving
Written by Noah Zachary, Cole Louie, Magnus Scheving
Directed by Magnus Scheving
Executive producers - Magnus Scheving, Ragnheidur Melsted, Raymond P. Le Gue, Mark Read, Brown Johnson, Kay Wilson Stallings
Starring Magnus Scheving, Stefan Karl Steffanson, Julianna Rose Mauriello
Puppeteers - Gudmondor Thor Karason, Jodi Eichelberger, David Matthew Feldman, Julie Westwood, Sarah Burgess
Sportacus is my favourite character, but this is a clip show AND in the style of an autobiographical documentary. So will I really even like it? Beware - I don't really explain most scenes good enough because they're mostly recycled from other episodes, so I keep it short.
The episode begins with a new cold open (good start!) where Sportacus is riding to town on his sky chaser. Once Stephanie sees him she puts in her letter. Sportacus checks on what she's doing, then she sends the letter. Sportacus rides back to his airship to get the letter, and he does.
We get some narration from Sportacus, who is thanking us for our letters. Some letters that were actually sent to LazyTown Entertainment pop up on the screen, with kids reading out their questions - and there's a big last group yell - 'can I be a superhero?' Sportacus says anyone can be a hero, then he walks through his morning.
Here is a recycled cold open from 'Zap It!' that I'll only explain as my Zap It review was rushed. Sportacus gets out of bed and flips into a pair of skating shoes. He grabs a hockey stick and skates over to his bed. He throws away a cushion then arranges the blanket.
He says that's how you make a bed, then skates over to his cupboard, spinning the hockey stick once more then putting it back in it's place, literally. He declares it breakfast time.
A recycled cold open from 'Dear Diary' - he slices up a banana with a ping pong racket, falls to the ground and tries to catch all the slices in his mouth. Still hungry, he calls for an apple but there are none left. So he decides to have some random watermelon that was on the floor.
Recycled cold open from 'Dr. Rottenstein' - he throws away the watermelon, does some cartwheels, jumps in the air, and now he's handstanding on the watermelon. Then he gets off, throws it in the air and catches it doing a power jump. He twirls it on his finger and it shatters to slices as he drops it on the table, then he eats it.
Now, it's teethy cleany time the Twenty Times way! Sportacus flips onto his aerobics bar, hangs on with his legs, and grabs his toothbrush. He jumps off and starts brushin!
The rest of the LazyTowners are brushing too to 'Twenty Times Time', but that all ends when Sportacus throws the toothbrush out of his accidentally-open door. He jumps out the airship and lands on the sky-chaser, and from then on, it's a mashup of 'Twenty Times Time' & 'Get it Together'. After the whole toothbrush thingy, Sportacus wants to play a little game with the sports spinner.
His first exercise is jumping jacks, and he adds a little Sportatwist to it - in the middle he starts flailing his arms around like those inflated people you see at car shops, then he starts kicking.
Then he just starts to fricking jump. That may just be some practice for his second move and my favourite one - Power jumping! So, he does a bunch of power jumps (no Sportatwists) before going on to a harder move - soccer. A recycled cold open from Soccer Sucker. Meanwhile, the kids are doing nothing!
They're probably bored because Sportacus isn't playing with them, but Milford tells them to do something fun like play basketball, and they all have fun doing so. After he throws back the ball, he says that he's now ready for anything, then something happens. He gets a letter, and reads it.
It's a question about why he moves so much. His answer is that he loves to move, and then he performs Get it Together. Once the song ends, he flips over to his water bottle and puts some water in his cup. Recycled cold open from Miss Roberta - he hits an ice cube using a baseball bat against the walls and it lands in his glass of water and he drinks it.
Then he gets a letter from an unknown person asking him to teach him one-arm pushups. This is my favourite part of the episode. So, he demonstrates normal pushups, triceps pushups, clapping, turning, then he tries ONE ARM!
Then jumping then clapping behind his back! Sure enough, he accomplishes it! Then he does his favourite - one arm, one leg. This is super cool. He calls for paper and a pen and he draws some pictures of his favourite pushups, and of course, a message. He sends his letter using air-mail, but he forgot to sign his name. He runs out, but the door isn't activated yet, so he has to turn the knob a bit. TWICE.
Finally, once it opens, he ties his feet to a white rope, then attaches the piece of metal to it on the magnet of his airship's door. He then dives off, catches the letter, and pulls himself back up. Then he signs his name.
Then he throws it back out. Now it's time for another energy boost. Meanwhile, a recycled scene from Ziggy's Alien - Robbie tries to sleep but is awaken by the sound of a kid yelling for help. In this case it's recycled from 'New Superhero' and Ziggy is falling. Then a recycled scene from 'Sports candy festival' where Sportacus' Club Special is consumed by Sportacus. I have complained about this so many times - but that is a plain lettuce and tomato sandwich.
The crystal beeps. Sportacus says before he saves someone he tries locating the problem, which he almost never does. Liar. So, he rides into the town and saves Ziggy with a skateboard and a comically long scarf.
The crystal beeps again - this time a recycled rescue from the VERY FIRST EPISODE involving Trixie being a moron, Stingy being a moron, Stingy flying in the air, and a seesaw.
Then a recycled rescue combining clips from both 'Sportscandy Festival' & the beginning of 'New superhero'. Milford is carrying a cake, he's about to walk onto a skateboard, but with the help of a carrot, he doesn't. Then a recycled scene from 'Sportscandy Festival' - Steph wants an apple, Sportacus throws a ball at the tree, Steph has an apple.
Then Energy is performed. Sportacus goes back to the airship using the sky-chaser. Robbie who has been looking through his periscope pushes it back of anger, then it comes rolling back and he makes a dive for it.
XD! So, Sportacus flips into his bed, day turns to night, and a recycled ending from the VERY FIRST EPISODE plays! Except this time there's an extra two seconds of Robbie's pained expression after lifting his arm.
3/10 - This episode was a bit boring as it was a lazy attempt to finish the season with recycled clips. The push-up and super spinner sequences really saved it for me, if those scenes were absent I wouldn't have liked this episode AT ALL.

LazyTown characters when they’re sick: headcanons
Sportacus
Sportacus can never seem to stay still for long, even on his very rare sick days. On these days, he tries to hide it as much as he can, but just focuses on gentler exercises and eats a lot of fruit to try and get himself better. But usually he ends up overworking himself, and when this happens he just tries to rest. But he always feels SO BAD ABOUT IT OMG- Cause he’s a superhero he holds exceptionally high expectations on himself and feels even more awful if he can’t save people.
Robbie
Robbie is used to getting sick because of his lifestyle, so he’s pretty much all set, but he still can’t stand being sick. He gets pretty grumpy as he’s trying to rest it off but the kids are playing outside and making a lot of noise. Somehow he always manages to get Sportacus to get the kids to play quietly as Robbie is sick and needs to rest. And, whenever Robbie is sick, he mostly just sleeps.
Stephanie
When Stephanie gets sick, she’ll spend the day in her pyjamas writing in her journal, reading books or watching TV in bed while her uncle makes her soup. While being sick does get boring for her, she tries to keep herself entertained by listening to music as she wants to get better as soon as she can.
Ziggy
Ziggy often becomes sick from eating too much sugar, so he gets pretty sad when he has to stay in bed and can’t go outside or eat any sweets/candy, but during these times Sportacus advises him to drink lots of water and get a lot of rest. Also, Ziggy would wrap himself up in blankets and watch cartoons while he gets better.
Trixie
Trixie gets really cranky and irritable when she’s sick, but mostly because she feels awful and drowsy, and because being sick is boring. But to pass the time, she reads books or comics (she doesn’t tell anyone that she does though), watches TV or sits up in her bed and plays with her dartboard. Or she just wraps herself up in blankets and sleeps a bunch.
Pixel
Pixel is all set when he gets ill, because, like Robbie, he’s pretty used to getting sick because of his poor sleeping habits. However because of this, it takes longer for him to get better. He mostly just stays inside and plays video games, until his friends eventually get him to go to sleep.
Stingy
When Stingy is sick, he is usually a lot more demanding and needy, and can at times be dramatic, often making his situation out to be worse than it actually is. He spends his sick days in bed reading or watching the TV, and he always keeps a bell at the side of his bed to ring when he needs something. (He probably has a butler or maid or something)
Mayor Meanswell
The mayor tends to overwork himself, even when he's sick. Running the town, helping Bessie, taking care of Stephanie, etc, even when he's ill. Stephanie usually notices this and tries to get her uncle to take a break and rest. When he eventually gives in and does rest, he would make himself soup, read the newspaper, knit, sleep, etc. He always feels a little guilty, however, considering he is the mayor and wants to be able to meet the town's needs. Poor guy needs a break.
Miss Busybody
Now if you think Miss Bessie Busybody was demanding enough when she's not sick, then hunny you've got a big storm coming (if you get the reference I love you). When Miss Busybody is sick, she becomes a total hot mess. What I mean by this is that her hair is a mess, and so is her mood, and her neediness is amplified by about ten times.
(Tell me your character sick!headcanons in the comments/reblogs !)

Visual roleplay and ask blog based on the Tupperbox community q and a and source material from "Lazytown" and the works of Missy Draws.
Please continue below and read the information under the cut.
Aliases/Nicknames: Too many to count! Honorable mentions include "Blue Elf", "Overactive Jumping Bean", "Sportaspud", and "Spob"
Gender: Masculine leaning; he/him pronouns
Powers/Species: elf- known for their functional immortality, incredible stamina, and ability to blend in seamlessly with humans
Physical Age: 39
Height: 5'9"
Eye Color: light blue
Hair Color: dark blonde
Bio: Sportacus is LazyTown's resident action-health superhero. Alerted to trouble by a large crystal on his uniform, he's ready in a flash to save the day! Patient and kind and always understanding, he doesn't tell the kids of LazyTown what to do- choosing to lead by example to give them room to learn and grow on their own.
Processed sugar is his greatest weakness.
💕 Significant Other: Miss Sophia Mansnoozie, the town literacy tutor 💕
Sportacus is in a happy exclusive monogamous relationship and is not looking for a third, you may send romantic asks and he will be happy to entertain a platonic friendship but be aware that your advances WILL be rejected. Please do not ask to date him, privately or otherwise or send him starters designed to coerce him into a romantic scene. He is not interested.
Asks, jokes, and memes about Sportacus and Robbie being "secretly in love", "divorced", or otherwise implied to be in any romantic relationship with each other are not welcome and will result in immediate revocation of access to this blog and its contents. We don't do that here.
SportaSteph content is not welcome, this blog is firmly against Proshipping and any asks from underage characters insinuating a mutual relationship or about Sportacus dating underage characters under any circumstance including plots where he is magically aged down will be directly reported to the relevant investigatory agencies.
Get help.
Asks about his relationship otherwise are welcome and will appear under the #SportaSophie tag but attempts to replace the established significant other listed above will be ignored and may result in further restriction from interacting with this blog- the answer is a hard no!!
Sportacus is an orphan who comes from a troubled background and the likelihood of him working the mines with relatives is slim to none. As such he won't be related to your character unless discussed beforehand ( Find me here! )
Likewise, he has not met your character unless we’ve agreed that they have, or if your character belongs to the lore that’s part of his source material.
Don’t hesitate to ask though, I’m a sucker for found family and would love to add to his, he can always use more friends, siblings, and adoptive children!
He does not, however, owe you his love or compassion and sympathy baiting will not be taken lightly. He is the town hero, not the town therapist.
If you or someone you know are struggling to stay safe, please contact your local suicide hotline!
You do not have permission to kill, maim, traumatize, or otherwise seriously harm my characters physically or otherwise.
Additionally, this blog is an all ages blog. To keep it that way, asks and starters intended for mature audiences will be omitted.
Original characters, characters from most other fandoms, and self inserts are, of course more all than welcome to interact. Sportacus is paired with one here after all!
* Will not interact with content pertaining to Steven Universe or its fans including roleplayers of the characters. The Diamonds in particular makes me deeply uncomfortable and I do not wish to invite people who support them to this blog.
* Will not interact with content pertaining to the SportaRobbie ship including roleplayers of the characters. I the mun will never support the pairing or feature any content for it on this blog. It makes me extremely uncomfortable and I do not want that content here. If your muse is one half of the ship or is romantically interested in the other, I ask that you not interact, thanks <3
I run this blog on spare time and spare energy. Because of this, more often than not I favor simple asks and light starters over longer and more serious posts.
Additionally, art reblogs are hand picked to match my interpretation of the characters to enhance immersion. Because of that, posts depicting other pairings, designs, and headcanons are excluded.
And finally, as this is a roleplay blog, this blog WILL feature AI generated content.
All content posted has been edited, transformed, or directly created by me and will regularly feature replies enhanced by Character.ai and audio trained on character data through So-vits-SVC. If you disagree with this content you are free to leave or engage in the posts not collaboratively made with this technology such as my drawings but I will not debate with you, entertain bad faith questions, or tolerate aggression.
Engaging with my blog with the intention of starting a fight will end badly for you, do not try it :)
It is also worth noting that I do not support the use of ai for the purpose of defamation or career theft. These posts are created for personal and nonprofit artistic enjoyment only and if you redistribute any of it with the intent to sell, to impact the legacies and careers of the very real voice actors and singers involved, or to feed it into any extra algorithm I will find your kneecaps and delete them :)
Failure to respect the boundaries outlined in this post will result in revocation of access to this blog and its contents

Baby Show Villain Tournament: Round Four
Ladies and Gentleman and The Rest of Em it's time to
PEEP!
THE!
BRACKET!
We had a crazy round last time! Tobey and Cedric fans were fighting up til the last minute. Wild Kratts fans had to decide who was the darling between Donita Donata and Zach Varmitech, with the former barely inching out, and Sesame Street fans did the same thing, voting, once again, FOR THE GUY WHO ISN'T A VILLAIN.
This time we're at final 8, so only four battles today, and they are!
Chuck the Evil Sandwich Making Guy vs. Tobey McCallister III (Both from Wordgirl)
Dr. Two Brains (Wordgirl) vs. Princess Ivy (Sofia the First)
Oscar the Grouch (Sesame Street) vs. Donita Donata (Wild Kratts)
Robbie Rotten (Lazytown) vs. Captain Hook (Jake and the Neverland Pirates)
We have 3 Dealer's Choice characters left in! Princess Ivy, Donita Donata, and Robbie Rotten! 2 if you don't count the last one!
I figure today I'd talk about who I want to win these battles
Between Chuck and Tobey, I'm definitely rooting for Tobey. I know the Cedric fans aren't particularly pleased with him, but Chuck beat out Esteban AND Dr. Doodlebug. Which. I would say Esteban alone is way worse.
Ivy and Two Brains I'm not too strong an opinion haver on, but I'm thinking Ivy. Not enough women's wrongs in this poll if I'm being honest. I think Two Brains will probably win, but I'll support Ivy!
Between Oscar and Donita Donata, I'm definitely picking Donita Donata. I've been behind her since day one, despite only seeing a handful of Wild Kratts episodes! I like her style a lot hehehe! Not to mention, Oscar? Still not a villain!
Robbie Rotten and Captain Hook is another one I don't feel strongly on, but I think I'm going for Captain Hook. No real reason other than it's really funny to see him in Jake and the Neverland Pirates playing with modern toys. The Skate Board. The Basket Ball. It's fun!
One more thing before I start making the polls! I appreciate all the propaganda, activity, and followers from this thing, and I would like to make a request that you guys watch some of these shows! Especially if you haven't already. I really like baby shows as like a thing I can sort of deconstruct and look at as a source of entertainment for children and their parents, as well as what lessons they teach children, good and bad. I've definitely put some of these shows on my watchlist! Notably Where's Waldo (2019) and Wordgirl (which i HAVE seen, just not a lot of XD) and honestly, if a character in this caught your eye, you should check out the show they're from! This may also just be my propaganda to get people to watch The Rocketeer (2019). I'd like to see a small fandom for that one please please please
Anyway, the polls will be up... When I get them up? Probably by the end of the hour!

Steddie AU where they're children's TV entertainment actors in a show akin to Lazytown with Steve as a Sportacus character and Eddie doing a Robbie rotten with this kids filling in the other characters too. it attracts a wide audience because the humour is just universally funny and it actually teaches really good lifeskills, but also because the chemistry between the hero and villain is too good

being someone who works in childcare and like cares a lot about children’s entertainment is a blessing and a curse tbh. On the one hand it’s not looked at strangely for wearing clothes with characters on it but also I get to pick the music in the classroom and have the delight of the kids choosing lazytown and Sesame Street over disney, but also I see So Much bad children’s entertainment.

The Sin Crew Watches "Pirate's Dinner Adventure" in Buena Park, California!
"Oh…."
"My Lord…"
"This show…."
"Is…..
"Adorable!! Look at the little children getting involved with the show directly! They got to be the heroes who helped save the Princess and stop the mutiny! As pirates and even Navy!"
"The jokes may be predictable, and we can spot all the licensed music from assorted pirate media like Hook, Pirates of the Caribbean, Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, and even Lazytown and Spongebob, but again--it's all done with sincerity. Most of the stunts, singing, and choreography may not be anymore than serviceable and competent, but at least Cirque du Soleil-type of stunts were nice."
"I love how the mermaid spent most of her time in the air than in the water, though. But her frequently trying to escape the pirate ship in the background--even going as far as doing Rock-Paper-Scissors to trick the pirates into letting her go--was genuinely a treat."
