In letzter Zeit fühle ich mich nicht, wie ich selbst. Ich spüre so einen dauerhaften Druck in mir, von dem ich weiß, dass er nur wegen mir existiert. Und ich hab das Gefühl, dass es alles aufhören würde, wenn ich mir nicht mehr so viele Gedanken darüber mache. Aber es geht nicht. Durch diesen psychischen Druck, kann ich mich auch nicht mehr so gut konzentrieren. Alles, was ich sage, hört sich so verwirrend und durcheinander an. Ich sage alles so wie ich denke. Und weil meine Gedanken so verworren sind, sind auch meine Worte so. Sie sprudeln einfach aus mir heraus. Und danach frage ich mich: „Was war das? So möchte ich doch garnicht reden. Das kann doch nicht ich sein.“

Und jedes Mal frage ich mich, wie ich hier wieder rauskomme. Aber ich hab das Gefühl, dass es besser wird. Das wichtigste ist: Tieeeef durchatmen! Spürst du die Luft in deinen Lungen? Das bist du! Und genau du bist auch diejenige, die entscheidet, wer du sein möchtest! Möchtest du glücklich sein? Dann sei glücklich! Möchest du zeichnen? Dann zeichne! Möchtest du mehr in die Natur? Dann zieh dir deine Schuhe an und geh raus!

Und? Siehst du schon den Silberstreifen am Horizont? ✨
