I worked out too hard Sat and spent all of Sun in pain bc I strained my arm tendons. Still hurts tbh
#personal#like the pain was so bad last night i took 2 aleve smoked myself numb and went to sleep with ice packs on my right thigh and inner elbow#i slept for 10 hours and tbh its not as painful as yesterday but still hurts#yesterday my arm hurt to where just propping it up on a pillow not straining or tensing my muscles at all still had it throbbing with pain#today it doesnt hurt just sitting around but if i extend my arm it still hurts a bit. my thigh still hurts also 😭#dont be a dumbass like me hurting yourself trynna get the abby gains workout smart instead#text post#not tlou#my thoughts
