I need more of Hunith for a number of reasons.
1) Arthur gets some motherly affection, God knows he needs it
2) Merlin has a more solid support system
3) someone to counter some of Gaius's more...out there advice bc I could so see her 😒 some of his suggestions
4) Hunith: "LOL fuck the King." Morgana: 😀💖
5) let her yell at Kilgharrah. Just once. Please.
6. her & Gwen are the most observant characters (other than Merlin) and would have the most...fascinating tea time gossip (obviously Leon gets invited at some point)
7. she's book smart herself (who else taught Merlin how to read) and would be beneficial help to strategizing how to defeat Camelot's monster/villain of the week
8. mother-henning the knights is a MUST
9. emissary for Emrys to the Druids (saves Merlin so much stress and everyone knows how much she means to Emrys; the trees protect her as well when she journeys to them)
10. bullies Uther (he's unaware her "compliments" are, in fact, insults)

The one where Matty reads smut to you
Tumblr media
I don't know what to call this but it was fun to write! Shout out Matty reading part of 50 Shades of Grey in like 2015
Fem! Reader
Contains: dom! Matty, him making fun of her shitty romance novel, Matty reading smut to her, recreation of book scene, fingering in front of a mirror, blink and you miss it pussy spanking, praise (good girl)
WC: ~2.8k
—-------------------------------
Matty discovers his girlfriend’s secret reading habits and can’t resist recreating one of the scenes.
—-------------------------------
You can feel Matty’s eyes on you without even having to look up from the pages in your hands. A smile twitches at your lips. It’s like a little game, pretending you can’t feel his gaze drinking you in, admiring the way the sunlight streams through the window. The way the light graces you, bathing your skin in glowing warmth. For a man who prides himself on his talent with words, he finds himself speechless. He doesn’t mind it one bit.
You’d been immersed in your book for hours. Admittedly, it’s not high-brow reading in the slightest. But when life is so serious, sometimes a shitty, steamy romance novel is exactly the remedy you need. Sometimes, you like to disappear into the dynamics of someone else’s life where things are simple and clean-cut. Predictable.
Unhurried, Matty pushes his weight off of the doorframe, padding across the floor to you as you lay on the couch, your book comfortably resting in your lap. He leans down, his necklace dangling in front of your face as he brushes a strand of your hair behind your ear. Your eyes flicker away from the pages when you feel his lips press to your forehead with such tenderness that your heart swoons. You listen to his soft hum as you reach up to cup his face, your fingers naturally finding their place against his jaw.
“Hi, baby. What have you got there?” he says softly, trailing a hand down your arm absentmindedly.
“Just a silly romance book,” you answer, marking your page before handing him the book.
He takes it from you, motioning for you to scoot over on the sofa to make room for him. Curled up at your side, Matty runs his finger down the spine of the book, observing the cover with a squinted, analytical stare. You already know he’s going to have plenty of opinions just from the art on the front alone.
“You’re not gonna like it. I’m sorry, it’s not philosophical, foreign literature,” you joke, causing him to scoff.
“Oh god. Don’t start with me, miss,” he murmurs, his eyes flickering over the title, “Well, I certainly don’t read about kissing and stuff but I’m not above trashy reading sometimes. I guess I always thought these books were for grandmothers and like, desperate housewives.”
“They’re not just for grandmas and housewives!”
“Alright, alright. Forgive me,” Matty chuckles, kissing your shoulder apologetically, “What’s this one about then?”
You give him a look. An untrusting one. Matty looks at you right back, cocking an eyebrow.
“You’re gonna laugh at me.”
“No, I won’t. I swear. Tell me.”
Sighing, you watch as he cracks open the book, beginning to leaf through the pages, smirking to himself as he scans over words with eager eyes. He nudges you with his elbow expectantly, waiting for a synopsis of the story that feels increasingly dumber and more cliche the more you think about how to explain it. But, damn it, you’re allowed to read something silly and romantic in your free time if you want!
"She's a princess and he's the knight bound to protect her. He's kind of roguish, and she's never really experienced anything, she's bound to the castle most of the time but she’s still a badass. They fall in love even though they know they can't,” you mutter, watching his smirk grow wider, clearly amused. “Ah, I see. Classic, cheesy, forbidden romance shit,” he nods, glancing over at you with a glint in his eyes (one that means he’s about to say something stupid). “Is the knight hot? Does he have a big sword?”
“Yeah. Huge,” you snort, making Matty cackle in response, flipping through random pages, only making you feel more on edge. You should survive this as long as he doesn’t come across a few particular parts…
He scans over a passage, his brows furrowing slightly as he goes, seeming thoroughly unimpressed by the author. You listen as he mutters the words to himself under his breath, practically being able to see how he’s mentally tearing it to shreds as his eyes catch over the sappy dialogue and paragraphs of woeful yearning.
“Christ. How many times is she going to use the word ‘longing’? This is… terrible.”
“Would you stop being a critic for once? It’s sweet,” you protest, finding the pining endearing. You’ve always been a slow-burn lover at heart.
Matty groans, yet he continues to read on, underwhelmed but curiously hooked at the same time. Just as you’d begun to lay your head on his chest to relax, he lets out a laugh, his eyes crinkling at the corners with mirth.
“Oh, he’s not just protecting her, he’s ‘trailing his calloused hands down her curves, his hands rough from years of wielding his sword’,” he reads before making an exaggerated moan, fanning himself with his hand dramatically.
You feel your stomach drop. You know exactly what chapter he’s reading from and it only gets more indecent from there. You pick your head up, feeling heat rise to your cheeks as, to your horror, he begins to read directly from the pages.
“‘Her breasts heaved as he unhooked her corset, his rough hands against her pale skin as he lays her on the silken sheets’. Wow, I take it all back, this is better than I thought, you didn’t say they fuck.”
You sputter, realizing you should have known better than to let him get his hands on your novel. You’re never going to hear the end of this now. God help you, the look on his face is absolutely wicked.
"But it's not just physical between them! He loves her more than anything and wants to show her what she’s been deprived of,” you shake your head, trying to snatch the book back to no avail, “You don’t get it, it’s for the girls, Matty.”
Matty rolls his eyes, chuckling at the heated scene that is unfolding on the pages before him, holding the book out of your reach. “Sweetheart, you can defend it however you want, this is absolutely filthy. You’re sitting here, casually reading pornography. Doesn’t matter if it’s ‘girly’.”
He leafs through the pages with the intent to get you thoroughly worked up, jabbing his finger at the page when he finds a particularly lewd section. He’s having far too much fun with this and he knows it.
“I mean, seriously, listen to this part. ‘His stare was piercing through her as he let her feel the stiffness of his pulsing member.’ Babe,” he chuckles in disbelief, “Horrid word choice there, so unsexy. I mean, just say dick.”
“Matty! Are you seriously doing this right now? Give it back,” you protest with heated cheeks, trying to reach for the novel just for Matty to hold it further away from you.
“No, no. We’re just getting to the good parts now, lemme see,” he grins wolfishly, curling up closer to you so his lips are brushing against your ear, “‘Maneuvering her to sit in front of the tall, gilded mirror, the knight slips her silk nightgown over her waist. With his fingers on her delicate jaw, guiding her gaze forward, he lets his opposite hand smooth down her body…’”
You can feel the air between you change as the detailed, obscene words begin to slip from his lips with ease. He has one hand holding the book while the other slides over your waist, stirring warmth inside of you as he gently moves his fingers back and forth. His tone has dropped down to a low, sultry murmur, a shiver racing down your spine at the slight rasp in your ear, the hairs standing up at the back of your neck. The tips of your ears burn every time he emphasizes dirtier words, rubbing little circles against your hip as he drawls to you about how the knight is tearing off her panties. The chapter is salacious enough as is, but the way he reads it to you makes it feel downright foul.
“... ‘She could feel an unfamiliar pressure building inside of her as he slowly curled his calloused finger upward, his thumb rubbing in tight circles against her heat, staring at her through the mirror’s reflection’,” Matty whispers, his breath hot, fanning against your skin.
He’s having a harder time focusing on the words when he can feel you getting increasingly warmer as you cling to his side, the heat radiating off of your skin from beneath your clothes. He doesn’t miss the way your hips squirm slightly, the crackling tension thickening the air between you as he reads. Matty can’t help but glance at you periodically, the unmistakable lust in your lidded eyes making him ache.
You can’t take it any longer, it feels like your entire body is buzzing with need, warmth coursing through you endlessly, pooling deep inside of you. You cut him off mid-word by turning your head and pressing your lips to his heatedly. Matty moans into your mouth, letting the book tumble to the floor as he moves to roughly grasp your hips with both hands, pulling you flush against his frame.
“Dirty girl,” he mumbles against your lips, kissing you with enough fervor to make your head spin.
Your hands cling to his shirt, letting his tongue slip past your lips as his eager fingers roam, groping and feeling you as he pleases. Your breath shudders as Matty pulls away to mouth under your jawline, alternating between heated kisses and nips of his teeth.
“Does it get you hot when you’re reading it, babe? Thinking about the knight fucking his princess?” he rasps, grabbing a handful of your ass.
You can only whimper in response, your head tilting back to give Matty more room to continue his loving assault on your neck, kissing and sucking at your sensitive skin.
“Yeah, I bet it does,” he mumbles, laving his tongue over a faded love bite just above your collarbones.
Matty slides his hands to the backs of your thighs, scooping you up with your legs around his waist. As he carries you from the couch to your bedroom, you can’t resist grinding a little against the front of his gray sweatpants, feeling him twitch beneath the fabric. He digs his fingers into your hips, you’re not quite sure if it’s as a warning or to encourage you. You love it either way.
Just as you think he’s about to lay you down on the crisp sheets of your bed, Matty lowers you to the ground in front of your floor-length mirror, pulling you to sit in his lap with your legs spread, just like in the book. He taps your thigh, signaling for you to lift your hips, allowing him to slide off your pajama shorts.
With an approving sigh, Matty smooths his hands out over your inner thighs, making a shiver skitter down your spine with tingling warmth. He coos, settling his chin on top of your shoulder as he stares at your body through the mirror.
“Aw, you really liked me reading to you, baby. Look at yourself. You’re soaked through,” he admires, parting your legs wider to allow you a look at your dampened panties.
Matty skims his hand up your thigh with a murmur of “don’t look away” as he starts to feel over the darkened fabric of your underwear. You shudder, your lashes fluttering at the sensations that begin to stir at just the light brush of his calloused fingertips. You can feel your cheeks flush brighter at this new perspective, watching the two of you in the reflection of the mirror, seeing not only Matty’s reactions but also your own. You get to see the expressions that Matty loves so dearly when he’s making you fall apart, telling you how pretty you are. You do look pretty like this, with your skin flushed and your chest heaving with desire.
Agonizingly slowly, presses two fingers against your panties, rubbing in little circles over your clit just to make you squirm in his lap. Matty kisses from the top of your shoulder to right under your ear, his breath hot as he watches you from the corner of his eye. His eyes are intense, darkened with urges.
Steadily, he hooks his fingers under the fabric, sliding the soaked material to the side with a groan that rumbles against your back. A gasp is ripped from your lips as he parts you with his fingers, exposing you to him with frustratingly gentle pressure. You can tell he’s restraining himself tonight. Even though he’s itching to have you writhing, he slowly dips his digits into your pooling arousal, his fingers slick as he finds your clit with practiced ease.
Your eyes roll at that feeling of first contact, sensations coursing through you as you get your first lick of relief. Matty traces firm circles with his fingers, his other hand moving to grasp your breast, thumbing at your nipple over your shirt.
“Matty, faster, please,” you pant, your voice wavering with need.
“Shh, this is how it went in the book, hm? He was so gentle with her, isn’t that right?” he mutters, dismissing the way your hips jump, aching for friction. You can’t stand it. He’d whined about how awful your book was, but now he’s treating it like gospel, refusing to stray from how the scene was written.
Once he’s satisfied with how long he’s been lazily circling your clit, Matty picks up the pace just enough to make you whimper, still in control of your pleasure. His brows pinch together as your hips rock heedlessly on top of him, both of your eyes glued to his hand between your thighs. You can feel him, stiff and twitching beneath his sweats as the heat continues to bloom between you.
“That’s it. Show me how much you like it,” Matty whispers, dragging his lower lip along your earlobe, “What does he do next?”
“What?” you mumble, too caught up in the feeling of your brain melting down your spine to understand the question. Matty smirks with the satisfaction of rendering you wonderfully dumb.
“In the book, darling. What does he do to her next?” he finishes, landing a firm spank on your cunt, relishing in your soft cry, “You didn’t let me finish readin’ ‘cause you got impatient, didn’t you, sweet girl? Always just gagging for me.”
You try and gather yourself enough to speak as Matty presses on your clit, your head lolling back against his shoulder. He moves his hand from your tits to your inner thigh, holding open your trembling legs in his secure hold.
“C’mon, talk to me,” he says with a kiss to your neck, encouragingly rubbing his thumb against your soft thigh, “I know you remember.”
“He… he has her look into her own eyes as he makes her cum.”
Matty whistles lowly, impressed, sounding like he’s sorry he didn’t think of doing that to you first. He reaches for your chin, grasping it to tilt your head down, watching you meet your own stare in the mirror.
“Good girl, stay like that for me,” he murmurs, keeping his fingers splayed across your jaw.
You watch as your eyes widen the moment Matty begins to swiftly move his fingers against you, your brows furrowing with a shuddering moan. You grasp his wrist with urgency, feeling yourself approach the edge almost mortifyingly quickly as you pant and writhe on top of him.
“See how pretty you look when you’re about to cum? I fucking love that look. I live for it,” he grins, “That’s it, just let it happen, my love.”
He tightens his hold on your jaw, reminding you to watch your face as you feel it wash over you in waves of relief through your whole body, your expression contorting with pleasure.
“Ah, fuck!” you cry, listening to him mutter breathy sighs of “Good fucking girl” and “Yeah, that’s right” in your ear.
Once you go slack against his body, Matty withdraws his fingers, bringing them to his lips to suck them clean, obscenely sliding his tongue between them while you catch your breath.
“I reckon I did it better than him, what do you think?” he smirks, his voice muffled around his digits. You shake your head hazily as he lets go of them with a wet popping sound.
“You’re insufferable…”
“You love me. You looove me so badly,” he sings, grasping your sides lovingly as he presses his lips to your cheek.
You do love him. Badly. Even if you’re never going to hear the end of how terrible your book choices are.

Hello!! Can I request for a platonic one for the Sparda bros with Nero and V? Like what if the twin have a younger sister who got most of their mom’s features, but still as strong as them. She’s kinda like Nero, stubborn, reckless, but has a big heart and like the twin she got an obsession with video games
Please n thank u 🙏
Yes, of course! Enjoy 💜
Sparda boys + V x Reader platonic headcannons
¤ Dante ¤
-Dante is reminded of you guys' mom every time he looks at you. You're basically a younger clone of Eva, which is both a good thing and a bad thing, because as much as he loves his mother, he is reminded of everything that happened when he looks at you.
-Dante trained you to be as strong as he is, (Vergil helped too) and is glad you turned out to be a badass devil hunter just like the rest of your family.
-Dante loves you, as any big brother does, but, being your sibling, he is obligated to argue with you at least twice a day.
-Will steal your food when you're not looking, especially if it's pizza.
-Sometimes your arguments turn into full on wrestling competitions where the victor usually isn't clear for several hours.
-However, Dante will always be around to play games with you when you want him to.
■ Vergil ■
-Vergil is that overprotective older brother that scares away all your friends and potential dates cause he doesn't trust them.
-He takes very good care of you because you remind him of his mother, whom he failed to protect. He'll make up for it now by protecting you.
-He'll train you to be a swordswoman who is at least half as good as he is so if you're ever in danger and he's not around to help, you can defend yourself.
-You are the only person who can get between him and Dante and stop a fight without getting injured or called deadweight in the process.
-Still, as siblings are inclined to do, you guys still fight a lot, usually over menial things. For instance, Vergil will insist you misplaced his copy of William Blake, you'll deny it, an argument starts, Vergil rises from his seat in anger, discovers he was sitting on it the entire time, and sits back down sulkily as you give him the silent treatment. About an hour later you'll be back on speaking terms.
-Doesn't know how to play video games because he's your boomer bro, but he won't object to being taught.
□ Nero □
-Nero finds you to be the cool aunt, though you're really more like his best friend since you have less of an age gap.
-Plays video games with you all day, every day, whenever you want.
-Is amazed that you have the power to stop an argument or fight between Dante and Vergil and that they actually listen to you.
-It must be because you look like their mom, Nero reasons, and he's right. Also, the fact that you look almost like a carbon copy of Eva means that Nero gets a chance to bond with his grandma and aunt at the same time.
-Loves to spar with you to test your strength and see how well Dante and Vergil trained you.
-Is really more fond of you than he is of his own dad.
● V ●
-V, being the human half of Vergil, knew who you were and had some level of familiarity towards you, but carried none of the brotherly love Vergil had.
-Because the memories he gained from Vergil are somewhat fuzzy, he mistook you as Eva herself when he first saw you and had to do a double take. Then when he saw you and Trish standing side by side, he thought the two of you were twin sisters.
-Does not know what video games are as he's only ever read poetry, but with your guidance, he might learn...someday...when he finally understands that the controller is not magic and that the TV is not a window to another universe...
-Is very glad you're as strong as the Sparda twins because his condition warrants a bodyguard, ashamed as he is to admit it. You, the younger sibling, must now protect her older brother's human half because said human half is trying to protect you.
-V cares for you, and even though he doesn't see you as his sister, he does see you as a very dear friend.
-He will divulge Vergil's secrets to you, and also spill the beans on how this MOTIVATED man feels about his baby sister so you can use it to tease him later.

dude, i am insane for your World domination au. just the layers of it all, with the crap pop troll mental health and the super co-dependent Broppy. So good, and I love all the designs. the latest pic of Branch almost whimpering for Poppy not to leave him while she had him bound is perfection. Seriously am loving your au. ^^
Oh my god- Thank you!
I was so worried about that dynamic, what a relief to know that someone liked it!
I'm so happy with the dynamic their relationship ended up having!
Because Poppy is such a good villain?????
Like- her character in general. Her mentality of toxic optimism, her inability to listen to others and impulsivity, her insecurities with being a good queen!
She is smart and charming, and that allows her to also be manipulative. But she isn't cold, actually quite the opposite, she is emotional and unpredictable!
It was so easy to turn her into a villain that it's even scary lol
Ramón, on the other hand...
He doesn't really want to do any of this. The plan involves feed innocent people to the same monsters that took away his grandmother, it's really triggering
But his heart is not with the plan, it is with Poppy.
So he just keeps going. He really embraced the idea that he is a murderer you know? That he murdered his grandma and now is doing the same thing just- on a larger scale.
My idea when I started with that draw/text was that Ramón was going to confront Poppy and reply something really badass like- away, safe. But THEN I added a "safe from you..." Here's a dramatic pause "... And from me"
Ramón- he's not going to betray her. He just can't. And he's not going to leave. No matter how much his brothers- or well, everyone else- wants him to
They are together, for the better or the worse... Until death separates them

Movie Musical Divas Tournament: Round 1
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Those who played at ghost singing, and those who lived it
Debbie Reynolds (1932-2016): Kathy Selden in Singin’ in the Rain* (1952) | Molly Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown (1964) | Judy in I Love Melvin (1953) *Dubbed in two songs by Betty Noyes, high notes and taps dubbed throughout.
"Part of one the most iconic movie musicals of all time (this movie is legit studied as the quintessential movie of the genre), held her own with G*ne K*lly and Donald O’Connor at just 19! Nominated for an Oscar in Molly Brown for portraying an equally badass woman. AND mother to The Carrie Fisher!" - @kingscatt
Marni Nixon (1930-2016): Deborah Kerr’s character in The King and I (1956) | Maria in West Side Story (1961) (she also was the voice of Anita during the Tonight Quintet) | Eliza in My Fair Lady (1964) | Sister Sophia in The Sound of Music (1965) | Marilyn Monroe's high notes in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953)
"Time Magazine called her “The Ghostess with the Mostest” for her contributions to musical movies. If you like movie musicals from the sixties, chances are you’ve been listening to Marni Nixon the whole time and didn’t even know. Her career at Disney, while not relevant to the poll, is quite impressive as well. She had singing roles in Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Mulan. Without Marni, some of the most popular movies of the sixties would have sounded very different." @anton-wyzek

Royal Woods Cemetery. Probably the last place you'd ever thought to be visiting, especially at this time of the night. Despite having known Lucy Loud for a while, this was the first time you were ever invited one of her Mortician Club activities. Or so you thought.
As you walk down the gravel pathway past the rows of gravestones in various states of disrepair, you notice a faint red glow in the distance and approach it.
"Are you sure the spelling is right? It has to be perfect." A monotone yet serene voice could be heard faintly as you got closer.
"Trust me. I did not spend all this time in the library researching the subject just to mess it up." The second voice replied in equally cool manner.
Underneath the silver glow of the moon sat Lucy and her fellow club member, Haiku, in a small clearing. The duo perked up as you approached them with a hand wave.
"Glad you could make it." Lucy remarked with a smile.
"About time as well." Haiku jokingly added. "Did you bring it?"
You sit down next to them and reach into your haversack and reveal to them one of three large wooden baseball bats that was stashed inside.
"Excellent. We can begin now." Lucy chirped while still maintaining her usual tone.
You sit down on the grass amongst them and look in awe at the the summoning circle they had drawn on the ground with red paint. Five smaller rings surrounded the summoning circle, each with a red candle inside of them that glowed with a bright red flame. Emblazoned around the ring were words written in a runic text along with lines which intersected with each other to form a star. What caught your eye however was a small, green cube in the center of it all.
"Impressive isn't it? As far as summoning circles go, I daresay I have outdone myself this time." Haiku boasted while admiring her handicraft.
You point towards the cube at the center of the circle and enquire about it.
"That? There's quite the story behind it." Haiku mused as you lean in closer to listen.
"You remember that big fight between Lady Ace and that badass woman with the crazy hair some time ago? Well, what if I told you I was there when it happened?"
You let out a gasp as Haiku continues her story.
"Long story short, I was out looking shopping for some new funeral gowns when that woman attacked some kind of military convoy. She was attempting to steal its cargo, but during the battle this strange cube fell out of the truck." Haiku explained.
"When I saw the cube I was instantly reminded of Lucy's journal and I knew I had to snag it."
Haiku's words shock you, and you start to berate her about it, however the duo merely chuckle as Haiku explains herself.
"Come on, do I really look like the kind of person who would steal stuff for the heck of it?"
...
"I'm not." Haiku glared. "But it just so happens that there is a summoning ritual in Lucy's journal that we wanted to try out."
"And as luck would have it, that cube is exactly what we need to make it work." Lucy continued as she passes the old book she had in her hands to you. The page she pointed out was inscribed in a language you had never seen before and scrawled on the left most page was a hand drawn rendition of the cube that matches the actual artifact itself.
You look at the cube with uncertainty as it crystalline form pulses with a faint green glow from within it while its edges were surrounded by a tarnished gold brace which shimmered slightly from the red light of the candles. Lucy's pet bat, Fangs, waddling around the edge of the circle with a look of caution on his face which somewhat mimicked your own. This leads you to inquire about the journal and the ritual.
"Oh, this journal? I discovered it while my family were cleaning the attic. Turns out it was one of many my Great Grandma Harriet kept, but this is the first time I ever seen one of them written in this language."
"Lucy and I spent a lot of our free time trying to decipher the language. Almost six years I think?..."
"We've only been doing it for a year." Lucy corrected her.
"Well it sure felt like six. Translating an unknown language from scratch isn't easy work." Haiku lamented.
"Regardless, we were able to roughly translate a number of sentences from these pages. Its not perfect, but I think we have managed to nail down the ritual, amongst other things." Lucy boasted which peaked your interest.
"Did you know that according to the journal this language is called Zephorean?
"Xiphorean." Lucy corrected her friend.
Ignoring it, Haiku continued on about their revelations on the journal.
"And according to the pages, this cube is a source of great power, and has been used to imprison many beings."
You swallow hard and ask Lucy about the possible dangers of the ritual.
"Well, that's why you're here. We're hoping that the entity sealed inside might be the kind will grant us wishes for setting it free."
"Or maybe a handsome demon prince who will be indebted to us for life." Haiku imagined with a grin on her face.
"Or perhaps both." The two girls remarked at the same time while clasping their hands.
Both of them let off a long swooning sigh, but were interrupted when you made deliberate cough, urging them to continue as you pass Lucy back the journal.
"Right... But just in case whatever comes out isn't to our liking, or decides to get physical, that is where the bats come out.
Haiku's statement made Fangs let out a small squeak of confusion.
"Not that kind of bats." Lucy replied to her pet.
You are still uncertain about the ritual and comment that it would be better if the other members mortician club were around, citing safety in numbers.
"That is true, but this kinda is our personal pet project. The others gave up after a few weeks when the translation progress became slow."
"Plus, if it really is a handsome demon prince inside there, there will be less competition if is just the two of us." Haiku snarked as she gave Lucy a wink who smiled back in glee.
Putting you hand on your forehead, you give a sigh and tell them that whatever happens, you'll have their back. Lucy smiles back and turns to Haiku.
"Shall we begin?"
"Lets do this." Haiku replies with confidence as the two of them stand up followed by you. The two girls each hold one end of the journal as Lucy clears her throat.
"Arcane echoes, liberate the prisoner of the void!" Lucy pronounced over the circle with her free hand raised and begins chanting the Xiphorean language alongside Haiku.
A strong gust of wind suddenly blows, extinguishing the flames of the candles. However the lights did not cease, as the summoning circle began glow in the same red hue as the candles. The longer they chanted the brighter the circle became.
You watch as the cube slowly starts to levitate off the ground, glowing brighter and brighter with an emerald green light. The longer the chanting went on, the more it started to vibrate as red cracks start to form on the brace containing the artifact. A loud sickening hum pulsating from it as it rose further and further off the ground, electrical bolts crackling from it.
"I... I think its working!" Haiku shouted while Lucy continued the chant. However her words don't fill you with confidence, as you slowly pull out the bat from your bag in preparation of what's to come. The cube was now hovering directly above you and the girls, vibrating at a terrifying speed.
All of sudden a loud bang echoes from the cube along with a bright light engulfs you and the entire cemetery.
You attempt to shield your face from the light, but it does you no good.
After that there was nothing but darkness and silence.

A Gift for @neonio99 as a part of a Secret Santa event on another server I'm on! Featured are his favorite characters, Haiku and Lucy, about to do some summoning in the Royal Woods cemetery. I'm sure nothing could possibly go wrong.
I was inspired by CoyoteRom's artwork of the two of them for this gift, but instead of just drawing out a typical summoning scenario, I wanted to add my own spin to it.
Anyway, with the last of the Christmas art out of the way, all that is left is one for the New Year, so stay tuned!

Hi my fav author!
I’m wondering if you can share some songs you listen to while writing Thrown to the Wolves! I’d be greatly appreciated! I’m absolutely in love with the story!!❤️❤️
Kat
Hello! This is so sweet that you're interested in this omg 😭
I listen to Die Antwoord quite a lot – yes, I know they are shitty people in real life, sadly… But I think their music suits Feyd's aesthetic very well. Especially "Pitbull Terrier" (he is Reader's Pitbull Terrier FOR REAL) and of course "Ugly Boy" but I also like "I Fink You Freeky" 👽
Speaking of dogs, then of course we have The Stooges and "I Wanna Be Your Dog". A classic! 🐶
There is this song I have known since forever because my mum used to love punk rock when she was my age. It's called "Sex and Violence" by The Exploited and to me that is Feyd's anthem 🔪
Overall, I listen to a lot of punk and proto/post punk music while I'm writing for Feyd. Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop, Ramones, PJ Harvey etc… 🚬
SPECIAL MENTION for Skunk Anansie's song "My Ugly Boy" because that is yet another Feyd anthem in my head 👑
I also love to listen to these songs that have a badass bitch vibe like Ashnikko (especially "Daisy"), some of Billie Eilish, Kim Petras (her album "SLUT POP" is so funny but also so Feyd lmao) 💅🏻
There's this song I found out about from YouTube Shorts (I'm a grandma without TikTok) and it's called "Little Girl Gone" by CHINCHILLA and it makes me think of Reader meeting Paul at the end of Dune: Part 2 🙊
Taylor Swift's "Reputation" album is also often in the background when I write "Thrown To The Wolves". It's totally giving me the vibe of the Reader playing her court games right on Giedi Prime 💄
"Tainted Love" by Soft Cell fits Feyd and the Reader, too, I think. It's giving that twisted love game vibe 😂
Speaking of #LoveGame… Lady GaGa of course! Mother Monster from her The Fame and The Fame Monster Eras is sooo Harkonnen, you can't convince me otherwise… 🥴

Propaganda under the cut
Ethel
She is literally a Hag
She's so much fun. Evil hag who eats children and she has such a memorable character.
has an alt hag model (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/File:Auntie_Ethel_Hag_Model.png)
Genkai
The OG badass granny. She trains Yusuke, joins his team in the Dark Tournament, and kicks all kinds of ass. She's surly and mean and rude and she's also a gamer. She can purify corrupted souls, reverse the energy of attacks, or lay down a solid gold asswhooping. She is the tough grandma mentor that Yusuke needed to set him straight.
Listen, I know Genkai is most likely responsible for the multitude of young-looking old ladies in anime because of her younger state when she uses her full power, but it's unfair to say that Genkai herself is bad because of it. Like 90% of her screentime is her as an old lady, her young form is treated like a transformation.
She's an old lady who beats you up and cusses you out what more could you want
(mods input...yall..she is my icon): THE HAG!! apart from everything mentioned above, her whole character is basically the antithesis to youth and peak physical apperance as an ideal to strive to. i dont want to spoil the whole dark tournament arc here but her relation to one of the main antagonists is soooo --- ugh. society if shonen authors had copied the points togashi was making here (TOGASHI INCLUDED BITCH WTF IS BISKY HXH)

I've been listening to A LOT of Sabaton lately, and I found that i really like especially the song Night Witches.
Which is, as all Sabton songs are, based on a real life story. Specifically about a group of Soviet women who learned to fly bomber planes, formed the Night Bomber Regiment 588, and terrified the Germans so badly they earned the nickname "Night Witches".
Now, the entire Phandom seems to agree Geandma Ida Manson is a badass.
What if, in her younger years, she was a part of the Night Witches, partly because she was vicious as a teenager (Sam had to get it from someone) and partly because, as a witch herself, it was hilarious to hear people call her a Witch but not the right kind of witch.
Ooh~ I think theoretically it could be possible, I am just unfamiliar with the history of Soviet Jews especially during WWII. (And we know Sam's paternal side is Jewish since her father has been seen wearing a kippah in canon.) But you are totally right, and I too like to headcanon Grandma Ida to be a badass both in her youth and in the present, even if in a different way than before. lol I would have to do more research before I said for sure, just to be safe, but I definitely think Sam would find it funny if it were true. 🤭 Fate works in funny ways, and it has a wicked sense of humor.

Oh my GOD I have SO MUCH T SAY EEGTHWHAHHH ok first of all THANKYOU FOR THE CHAPTER I WAS WAITING FOR THIS ONE EEEEEEEE YOU'RE FEEDING US SO WELL IM SENDING YOU ALL THE LOVE I HOPE YOUR PILLOW IS COLD ON BOTH SIDES
Ok listen I LOVE the subtle difference in the way she addressed him when she went from "sir" to "alpha?" When he got shot that showed the shift from soldier to packmate CUZ SHE WAS CONCERNED:(( IM CLAWING AT THE BARS OF MY CAGE PLSSSS IM GOING INSANE FUCKKFKGJRJ AND AND AND I LOVE HOW HE COMES TO TALK WITH HER WITHOUT SUNGLASSES, whether intentionally or not him doing that says (at least to me, cuz I might just be reading too much into it and I'm just insane) that he is here to communicate!! He's not hiding!! His walls are down and he's ready to be vulnerable!!(which he obviously HATES I LOVE seeing him struggle, him asking if he has to spell it out for her despairingly made me CACKLE) AND AND WHEN SHE CUDDLED UP TO HIM AND HE WAS SO GENTLE AND AND AND AMD BEING HELD REMINDED HER OF HER DAD I NEED TO BE SHOT IM IN TEARS FUCKK AND AND WHEN KONIG GLANCED AT HER WHEN SHE SCURRIED OFF I bet he was debating whether to go after her, I also bet he was the one that was like 🤨 go talk to her what did you do something is wrong AND AND AT THE BEGINNING SHE SENSED SOMETHING HE DIDN'T AND PROBABLY SAVED HIM FROM GETTING SUPER INJURRD AND AND SHE WAS SO BADASS GIRL DIDN'T EVEN FLINCH THAT SCENE WHEN THE BULLET HITS THE ROCK AND SHE DOESN'T CARE LESSGOOOOO AND ANDARRHRGGGRHRHHRR IM GOING INSANE THAHNK GOU FIR FEEDING THE BRAIN WORMS I HAVE YOU WRITE DIALOGUE AND SUBTLE INTERACTIONS SO WELL ARRURGHHHH IM SOOO AHRHRHRHRGRGEVAOMWOOUGHHHHJJ
-🦄
Oh darling you're getting an A++ in reading here. Seriously. Just. You're spot on. The switch from "sir" to "alpha" was very intentional, on my part. She didn't even think about it. We will learn more about this but she's never been in a military pack, so she is still figuring some of that out.
Horangi definitely knew that he needed to be a bit more open with her. He's used to König, who knows him well enough to read him better. Those two still don't have emotional talks but they have a physical aspect that Mink doesn't (yet). So they communicate better. Horangi realized he done fucked up and knew he needed to fix it. Mink hasn't seen this yet, but he and König both are already warming up to her and beginning to think of her as theirs. It's part of why they want to spend more time with her, and one of the reasons Horangi grumbled at her not to fuss. (Also because König fusses enough for like three grandmas.)
Thank you so much darling!! You made me giggle and kick my feet (and also cackle in evil glee). May your pillow be cool and your bed just right. 💖

Class 1-A continued (pt. 2)
Yaoyorozu Momo
Goddess by Jaira Burns
Where did this confidence come from? Well... it's a work in progress? How much she adores the lyrics is her lil secret. But... maybe they could apply to her? (And yes, queen, they could. Oh, and you dropped this. 👑)
-
Asui Tsuyu
Big Boy by Payday
It's quirky, it's fun, and you can't help but like it when you listen to it. It's so Tsu.
-
Hagakure Toru
Pretty Girl Rock by Keri Hilson
Guys, she’s so pretty. And you guys don't even notice. 🙄
-
Fumikage Tokoyami
Wires by The Neighbourhood
Deep. *nods solemnly*
-
Shouji Mezou
Point and Kill by Little Simz and Obongjayar
This was a rec from @goblin61546165, and I think it matches his vibe bc it's chill but also goes so insanely hard, and it's just badass like he is.
-
Koda Koji
Beautiful Day by Joshua Day
This song reminds him of when he used to help out his grandma when she baked, and they'd hum along and giggle as they danced around the kitchen smelling warm and sweet w fresh pastries. 🥰
-
Ojiro Mashirao
Socks by Dominic Fike
Is he sad? Not... a lot. Just the normal amount. He just thinks a lot. And this song puts him right in that in-between headspace floating between contemplative and clear.
-
Sato Rikido
Pretty Thing by Bo Diddley
There's nothing like the old hum of a record spinning. And this one checks all the boxes: jazzy guitar, harmonic riffs, strong bass. It's such a classic, and it makes him smile.
-
Aoyama Yuga
Obsessed by Mariah Carey
Babe it's so 🙄 obvious you're obsessed 💅🏻 Please ✋ It's embarrassing 🤭
-
Mineta Minoru
Penis Song by Macklemore
REPRESENTATION. YEAH. Even though Google said that one time he looked it up that Macklemore has a 5-in dick, and Mineta's is only 2 inches... hard... IT DOESN'T MATTER. SIZE DOESN'T MATTER.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This thread will be continued in a new post because Tumblr only allows me to link up to 10 songs in one post :)

I feel like Vegas Bride actually has a grandma who lives with her. She’s a straight up badass and a classy old broad. She makes Henry pour her whiskey or make her morning martinis ever since he’s been coming around. He also lights her cigarettes or joints. He’ll listen to her bitch and give him life advice and tell him all about how she had to raise Vegas Bride because her father was a fucking psychopath.

Highlights from LLTG finale (eps 55-56)
(SPOILERS AHEAD)
- Zhao Lusi’s acting in that moment where Shaoshang thought Buyi was dead 😭😭😭😭
- The love confession between Lou Yao and He Zhaojun - it’s nice that we got some closure about their characters and made sure they’re doing okay with their lives after everything they have been through
- Yuan Shen finally getting a decent comic relief moment by reminding everyone about the ongoing assassination attempt on the Crown Prince
- Avengers couple Buyi/Shaoshang
- Everybody referring to Niaoniao as 少女君 even though she’s not married to Buyi yet
- NiaoNiao protecting that little girl really reminded my of Xiao Mei :(( You cannot convince me that was not intentional
- 我信她!The emphasis on their trust to each other and their belief in their common goals 😭 they’ve come a long way around and finally became 并肩同行之人
- The scene of Cheng Shi and Yuanyi arriving to save their baby girl which will go down in cdrama history
- The whole Cheng family listening to Niaoniao’s instructions
- Badass Yuanyi AND Qingcong in armour? They are feedings us good
- I started crying during the reunion scene I love them so much (and also during the final kiss scene)
- Cheng Shaogong you were barely there but I loved you keep doing your thing (also keep bringing out your Second Brother’s dirty laundry)
- Wan Qiqi being a girlboss for a final time
- XUAN EMPRESS 😭😭😭 You deserved to see Niaoniao’s wedding but I loved how they took the time to delicate this moment to her nevertheless
- Also can we talk about how beautiful and atmospheric the lighting in their final scene was? And I love how it brings back to memory the New Year’s scene where Buyi saw Shaoshang for the first time.
- Cheng Shi being scandalized by their kiss 😂 And Yuanyi being supportive for once awww
- Grandma Cheng joking about the wedding presents she has to receive we love a consistent character
- Wen Emperor getting bullied by Buyi and Empress Yue in the same scene poor man can’t catch a break
- Seeing Shaoshang and Yuanyi next to each other laughing almost made my heart burst
- I think it’s nice that we see Huo Buyi in the end realize that he has not only met the love of his life, but can count on her supportive family network. He isn’t alone anymore, he doesn’t need to rely only on himself, he has both a partner/wife and a family.
- My only complaint would be that I wanted to see Third Madam Sang Shunhua one last time :( but otherwise it was perfect.

would anyone like to read my story
Zombie apocalypses are supposed to be… apocalypses. That’s what I thought until I was sixteen, when what the scientists call Opheliacordiceps was discovered.
I was raised on a ton of zombie media-- shows, books, video games, you name it. It had what appealed to every teenage boy-- the fantasy of laying down the law with your shotgun. When the Brazilian government revealed they had discovered a fungus that could reanimate the dead, I and every other misanthrope on the planet pervertedly fantasized about the collapse of society, imminent mass death, and becoming the badasses the games convinced us we’d be.
The doomsday preppers must have been real disappointed when business continued as usual.
Two things, we learned that fateful year. One, that the fungus didn’t actually do anything to you until you were already dead, and two, that we’d been in contact with it for a lot longer than we’d realized. Have you eaten a piece of fruit in the last two months? Congrats, you’re going to be a zombie when you die. Sure, getting bit accelerates the process, but the consequences are the same.
Even now, sometimes I find myself wishing that society had collapsed anyway. Humans and their damn perseverance.
I didn’t know my mother passed away until I got home from work yesterday. My daughter pointed at the TV and asked why the news was looking for Grandma. I called my boss this morning, asking for the day off so I could grieve and be with my family.
He said no.
What could I do? My daughter has to eat, so I took the bus to work.
Collections officers frequent the crematorium for obvious reasons. You can tell them apart from civilians by their tired, anxious expressions. They’re a little like paramedics. However, for Collections, a misstep will cost more than one life.
I don my gas mask.
It’s grotesque, the way the dead strain against their bonds. False people, bound to planks of solid oak, fingers thick with bloat. My job is to make sure they don’t get up.
Sometimes people come here straight from the hospital. There have been a few cases where they aren’t even quite dead yet, but are still bound and sent to the crematorium in anticipation of their death. It makes it easier on Collections, I guess.
People are often less than whole when they die, too. Sometimes Collections nails the parts to the boards in a last ditch-effort to keep them in place.
I spy one such woman. She’s been cut cleanly in half. I heard it was a workplace accident. Her hand seemed to have gotten caught in the machine too-- it’s stapled to the board, detached, straining eerily against its prison.
I scan the bodies one by one as I burn and document them. None of them have been my mom.
When I finally go on break, I’ve neutralized 36 threats.
“You’re working slower than usual, Jim. I hope I don’t have to write you up...” Johnson drawls.
“You can’t be for real,” I say through gritted teeth. “I told you my mother--”
“She’s still running around, no? They’re not dead until they go through us.”
“That’s not--”
Johnson has the gall to pat my back like he’s my friend. “Listen. I know something that’ll cheer you up.”
Despite myself, I meet his eyes.
“I’ve picked up a new hobby. If you can spare a few hours after work, I’ll explain on the way.”
“I don’t know…”
“There’ll be beer.”
“I’ll be there.”
“Good man. Now, pump those numbers up! Those zombies won’t roast themselves! Though I certainly wish they would,” he says, guffawing at his own joke.
The rest of my shift goes by without incident. I try my hardest to put thoughts of my mom out of my mind.
5pm rolls around and Johnson motions secretively to me from his car.
“People aren’t supposed to know about this kind of thing, you see. So you’ll have to keep it between us.”
“That’s fine,” I say, not sure if I’m lying.
He pulls out of the parking lot and puts on some smooth jazz.
“So Jim, what do you know about operating a gun?” he says, eyes squarely on the road.
“Huh? Um, just what I learned in college. The mandatory courses, after..”
“Not that they have any effect.” Johnson snorts.
“Yeah.”
“Well, you’ll learn today.”
“Are we going to a shooting range?”
“Eh, not quite.”
I try to pry more information out of him, but no luck.
We pull into the driveway of what is probably the biggest house I’ve ever seen. That’s a real mansion, no doubt about it…in the middle of the woods.
“You know  this guy?”
“He’s my brother,” Johnson snorts. He buzzes himself in with the thumbprint scanner.
The mansion is practically empty. Most of the furniture is white. Sometimes I’m not even sure there’s furniture there at all, if I move my eyes too fast.
“Oh hey, Dave. You brought a friend this time?” It’s a man that, unsurprisingly, looks like Johnson.
“Jim, this is my brother Cory. Cory, this is Jim. He’ll be joining us this evening.”
“Ah, I see.” Cory grins. “He’s got just the build we’re looking for, too.”
“Build?” I can’t stop myself from asking. Johnson hands me a beer.
“We need young, fit guys. Most of the people who try their hand at this kind of thing are old coots.” Cory rolls his eyes. “Wait, did you tell him?” “Oh, yeah, we’re going hunting.” Johnson says casually.
“Oh. I’ve never hunted before.” I’m not sure this is going to make me feel better at all.
Johnson seems to read my thoughts. “You’ll find this cathartic, I promise.”
I don’t answer. I just take a swig of Cory’s expensive beer.
“Sun’s about to set,” Cory notes. “They get more active at night. We should start preparing.”
“You have a gun preference?” Johnson asks as we meander our way to the shed.
“Well, I haven’t shot a lot of them.”
“Just pick something that looks cool.” Cory shrugs, pressing a button.
As the motorized door slowly slides open, I can’t help but find myself in awe of the sheer collection in front of me. It’s the decade-old violent wet dream of every teenage boy.
“Tell me, did you ever play ‘Gears of the Dead,’ Jim?” Johnson says smugly.
“Not for ten years. Wait… do you mean..?” I can’t make my mouth work.
Cory winks. “Take the shotgun. I have a feeling you’ll like it.”
Johnson himself chooses a pistol. Cory has a sniper rifle. I obediently take the shotgun off the wall, trying to remember how to load it. Something tells me the games I played as a kid wouldn’t be very accurate, and my college memories are hazy.
“Eyes up, men!” Cory says, in an approximation of a commanding voice. “Once I open this door, we’re in their territory.” He’s at the other shed entrance.
“Let’s kick some ass,” says Johnson, in the lamest way you could possibly imagine.
I just nod, and we enter the vast, gated forest.
“On my mark, gentlemen.” Cory says, closing the gates behind him.
“So… you play zombies in here. Is that it?” I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t had so many beers.
“Shh!” Johnson says.
Cory leads us further into the woods.
“Some kind of camp there,” Johnson notes.
Cory nods. He takes a metal stake from his pack, and then vaults up the tree, perching himself on a thick branch with rifle in hand. He signals to Johnson with a nod. “I’ll watch your back. You two raid for supplies.”
“This is your property.” I say in disbelief.
“Cory has the servants set stuff up here so we never have the same scenario twice.” He lights the fire nonchalantly.
Incredulously, I check one of the tents. Bullets.
I cautiously check the other tent and all of a sudden a hissing zombie launches itself on top of me, pinning me to the earth scarily close to the campfire. I try to kick it off, its deathly scent making me gag.
“Johnson! Help!”
“Use your gun, man! Come on!”
“You have a g--!” I give the thing a swift kick in the gut before I scramble to fire my shotgun. White pain shoots through my stomach. I must have fired it incorrectly, because my ribs hurt like crazy, but the zombie reels back with pellets peppered across (and in) its chest.
Cory fires a bullet through its brain, barely missing me. It slowly falls over, searching for its head like a drunken man searches for his dignity.
“You aren’t very good at this.” Johnson says, frowning.
I slowly sit up, clutching my stomach. “I needed help!” I lift my shirt up to check the damage. It looks like this is going to bruise pretty badly.
“You needed the practice.” Johnson says dismissively.
“Hey, he did fine for his first time.” Cory says, hopping down from the tree. “Was it guarding anything?”
Johnson fires another bullet into its spine, stopping it almost entirely. “You check.”
Cory steals into the tent, coming out with a few beers and a loaf of bread. “Eh. This is alright. Did you see that headshot, Dave?” He grins.
“Ah, yes, from point blank range.”
“You still saved me, though.” I mumble. “Thanks.”
“See? He appreciates me.”
“So this is the game you play?” I say slowly.
“Jim, there are very few times when a man can fulfill his actual potential. You have to fight to feel alive in this world.” Cory says with mock wisdom. “Sometimes, Collections will miss somebody. I do society a favor by bringing those missed souls here.” He opens his arms grandly.
“...how do you catch them?” I say, stunned. ‘Usually Collections won’t rest until they find someone.”
“Hi, I own the Crematorium,” Dave says casually.
“I also make deals with Collections,” Cory nods sagely. “That one, though?” He gestures towards the now motionless corpse. “Bobby Carter. His daughter agreed to give him to me after I promised to pay his outstanding medical balance. Cancer treatment ain't cheap.”
“She…sold him?”
“You can sell anything for the right price.” Johnson said. “He was already dying. I was doing her a favor. I get to keep my hobby going, and she gets to be debt free. Win-win!” He grins.
Something boils in my gut, but I can’t figure out what it is.
“Get up,” Johnson commands, offering his hand. I don’t take it, and instead stagger to my feet. Worth it to spite him.
“Let’s keep looking. I want to find the tower before Junior gets himself killed.”
I want to tell the both of them to go fuck themselves so, so badly, but I bite my tongue.
We walk for at least thirty minutes. The brothers fight off another two zombies with ease. I don’t understand how they do it--how they can detect them near-instantly. They must have been doing this forever.
We arrive at another camp by a small creek. Obviously new and planted by Cory’s staff. Not well-worn by genuine hardship.
“Jim, here’s your chance to try again,” Johnson says haughtily. “Keep your wits about you. We’ll watch your back.”
“You got this.” Cory shoots me a thumbs up.
Johnson leans back against a tree, while Cory climbs it again with ease. I don’t want to do this anymore, but the last thing I want to do right now is lose my job, so I steady myself and make sure I’m holding the shotgun correctly this time. I walk slowly towards the camp, trying to listen for zombie noises.
I try to survey the area like I’ve seen Cory do. I’m shaking. I check all three tents. No zombies.
I wave to the brothers. “Hey! It’s all--”
Something grabs my ankle with violent force, dragging me into the water, I kick myself free and then I see the zombie’s face as I stumble and fall backwards.
“Mom..?”
Really, I should have expected this. I should have thought about this the moment I figured out the Johnson brothers were hunting zombies for sport, and that my mother had never been collected.
I can’t make myself shoot her. She’s blue, bloated with water, but it’s unmistakably her. Her leg is mangled, and her torso is just barely holding together. She’d been hit by a car, after all.
I slowly slide away, unable to find the strength to get up.
“J…” I think that’s what she said. I don’t know if she can recognize me. Could Ophelia do that?
I try to make out if she’s mouthing something. “It’s me, Mom.” Tears are running down my face. “It’s Jim. I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye.”
“What are you doing, Jim! Shoot her!” Johnson yells.
She grabs onto my ankle again, and I stop crawling away. I just miss her. I just want to talk to her. “Kelsey misses you too. She’s five now. I wish you could hold her. She’s gotten so big.”
Mom opens her mouth. Is she about to say something? She pulls herself closer, using me as an anchor. Opheliacordiceps buds are sprouting from behind her ears. It reminds me of one of my favorite pictures of her from when she was young. She’s got a white flower crown in her hair, in that one.
And just like that, Johnson sends a bullet through her neck. Her body is so weak that her head flies clean off.
“No!” I yell, pouncing on the head.
“Let go of it, moron! She can still bite!”
“No! That’s my mother!” I scream. I’m so angry. I clutch the head close to my stomach.
“Jim, you’re no good to anyone dead,” Cory says slowly, hopping from his perch. “This isn’t how she would want you to go.”
“Keep her memory out of your fucking mouth!” I yell. “How many-- how many people do you have trapped in here! Do their children know? Does it matter one bit to you that you’re tearing apart someone’s family?”
My mother’s head has bitten into my arm. I barely recognize it, and hug her tighter.
“This is a necessary evil.”
“Jim, you burn these people for a living.”
“Yes! To keep people safe! Not to stroke my ego!”
“Dave, I think he’s been bit,” I hear Cory whisper.
“I’ve always hated you.” I spit at Johnson.  “I told you I wanted a day to grieve and all you do is squeeze and squeeze me until I have nothing left. So here’s the deal, you sons of bitches.” My vision is starting to fade. “I’ll play your little game… but Kelsey… everything… she needs to be taken care of. My daughter.”
Johnson turns to Cory. “Well? He’s young, and well built, and he doesn’t have any significant injuries.”
Cory nods. “He’d make a nice challenge for sure. But…”
“But what! I’m already dying!” My vision clouds with white fibers. This is the part where Ophelia grows through my eyes. It hurts so bad, but it’ll all be over soon. I won’t be here for these men to tear my body apart. At least, I hope.
“But I don’t remember negotiating that in your contract.” Johnson’s voice is sharp and cold. And then nothing.

What if lo’ak and Tsireya had kids
P.S this is my first time writing so it may not be the best btw
After the war with the sky people they never came back it had been 20 years sent  then now lo’ak and Tsireya have mated and have become parents to three kids a boy named 17 years old Nete  after neteyam and then a girl named la’reya 16 years old and another boy named Zel 12 almost 13 and with all of these kids u would think they had very different personalities well they did you see Nete with being the oldest was the leader in a way protecting his younger siblings from whatever trouble his sister made with is parents being two different kinds of Na’vi he took more after his mother his body was like the sea people he had 3 fingers but his color was a mix of his dad and mom like a dark teal his sister was different she was just like her father had a body of the forests people and the hair like the forests people and had yhe same color she had 3 fingers as now only being 25% not true Na’vi  it was going to be harder for her because they lived with the sea people now the baby of the family Zel was full sea people he had the same color and body but had 5 fingers and his hair was of the forests people but from a distance he looked like the sea people that’s the family  Nete was a good boy like neteyam really he was the perfect child the golden child now la’reya was her fathers daughter she was the troublemaker of the family and was the fighter too and a good one she had never lost a fight and had a mouth when it came to fighting and talking to anyone who disrespected her of her family she was a badass like her grandma Neytiri but she had her moments when she was her mother daughter and was kind and sweet she was beautiful they most beautiful Na’vi in the clan even if she didn’t look like them all the guys wanted her which made all the girls jealous of her now for the baby of the family Zel he was only 12 so people would call him cute he was his mothers son he was sweet and nice always helping people which made it hard to believe that his older sister was la’reya but her would get bully wilhich made la’reya get in too fights with people who bullied him it was always older kids never kids his age he was popular and was know as oh that kid he’s the nicest guy I’ve ever met which he loved to be know as .
