Soo I have a wee theory,

I find it interesting how Lonely Is The Muse hasn't had it's own section on the For My Last Trick site, I was like maybe it's because it's not an official single but neither was The End, and it shares with Lucky....

Now I am really really hoping that we are getting a double album, and what if Lucky and LITM are sharing on the FMLT site because Lucky is the lead single for one of these albums and LITM is the lead for the other?? If it's like an H5/A02 album I would say Lucky is the lead for the Ashley side and LITM is the lead for the Halsey side.

Also cause I haven't officially said anything about it yet I ADORE Lonely Is The Muse, it gets better with every single listen and it's a real punch in the guts.

Let me know your thoughts!!

Another wonderful song by halsey . It takes me through so many emotions, it makes me want to scream the chorus until I'm breathless. I fell so connected to this song without even being able to explain it.

I've been a fan of her work for years, and her songs have helped me more than once. With 'The End', 'Lucky' and 'Lonely is the muse', Halsey once again shows her mastery of different styles.

While we're on the subject.....imagine ✨️

Set the stage, one drummer, center upstage, blue spotlight, gentle fog misting downstage

One individual with a guitar enters stage right, sets up a mic stand, and begins to play Lonely is the Muse accompanied solely by the drummer.

Is interrupted/joined by a second individual who also has only a guitar and mic stand who sings the chorus

Third individual sets up center stage and sings the second verse. Followed by a fourth for the second chorus.

The vocals are a mix between the four, sometimes one, two, three or all of them depending on the point in the song.

Finally we are joined by 5th individual who takes over the stage with the guitar riff from the bridge area before all 5 together sing "i will always be a martyr..." They stop playing and it is just the drummer and the 5th individual whispering "I will tear apart your bedroom...." adding in the guitar as is done in the song

We end with all 5 muses assaulting the audience with guitar and various harmonies layering "lonely is the muse"

And obviously the 5 muses are dressed to represent H's specified decades.

Track Claim!!

Before the release of Manic I organized a track claim (which I will reblog) and it was so much fun I want to do it again! Basically if you would like to claim a track then please contact me and let me know and when the album comes through you can send me your thoughts about said song and I will post everyones responses :)

Of course 4 of the songs on the album are already out, I believe Ego is Track 2, The End Track 6, LITM Track 12 and Lucky Track 16, if anyone wants to claim those songs then of course they can!

I think I am going to claim Track 11 for no other reason then it randomly popped into my head, and Track 4 has been claimed by @hunterthewriterworld !!

yeaaaaaars ago, i wrote a lil poem. obv words are not as golden and lyrical as h’s (they are a genius) but i felt like i heard my poem in a halsey song and that was so fucking unexpected. i don’t share my poems with any other soul but i wanted to for this one.
