Can't lie, the Emo ask image inspired these for my Dad Eclipse au. Eclipse, like his kids. Are made of NanoMachines, but they grow and age like humans.
Sun was the one that raised Eclipse, so he did his best to support his wonderful gothic child.

Added even more dramatic little wall trinkets to my living room after hitting up my two favorite thrift stores today (and picking up a stunning framed print from Spirit Halloween of all places) ^^

I also bought more books. My favorite thrift store was having a giant garage sale moment today and holy mother of sin there were HUNDREDS of books in row after row after row of boxes. Just… soooo many books 😩 Most were $1-2 ($2 max though!!), but a bunch were one grocery-sized bag for $1. I bought 21 books for $7. I’m too tired to take more pictures and make another post tonight, but dw I’ll share tomorrow ;)

I love spooky forests, and creepy lights in deserts, and idyllic suburban towns hiding dark secrets as much as the next person but WHERE IS THE URBAN SUPERNATURALISM?!
Give me spooky sludge living in pipes, abandoned lots between buildings that maybe were abandoned for a reason, street performers playing songs strangely familiar late into the night. I want urban/new york city gothic!

Half-formed thought here, but. Usually in my mind I assume that the topic of Abigail goes almost completely unspoken between Will and Hannibal post-canon, but... man. What if they were even more unhinged about it than that. Like, what if they displayed a massive portrait of her on the mantlepiece or something, as a symbol of Will getting Hannibalpilled and buying into the idea that her death was a sad but inevitable consequence of the force of nature that is Hannibal. And then everyone who visited the house assumed she was just a beloved relative of one of them or something, without knowing anything about the details of how she died (or even that she was dead). And whatever murder buddies/protégés/frenemies/pseudo-children/sexy little thirds/[whatever unholy combination of those things] Will and Hannibal acquired would piece together some very idealized understanding of her as the Perfect Dead Sister-Daughter that they could never measure up to, whose ghostly presence hangs over them... and then coming to the very macabre discovery that Hannibal was the one who killed her! I think that'd be neat.
