June 9th is also national sex day.

Wednesday is also connected to Odin. (Or Mercury. Depends on myth/where you’re from) Whereas Thor is connected to Thursday. Thursday being the day of Thunder.

Chapter 5

Chapter five: Day One Begins

Prologue:

Mobius finally left the two alone near what seemed to be a cafeteria, for the time begging as he talked with his higher-ups. The two stood side by side, (Name) was much shorter than Loki, they scanned the room and sharing a frown “Feels like a prison to me” (Name) commented “...with slight freedom, I suppose” Loki answered back. (Name) was going to question it but found understanding in his words, although they will have to work for the T.V.A against their own will, however, they would still be able to live someone's life minus the questionable tracking bio-implant. They decided to sit in the back near a large window. (Name) was staring off looking at the endless levels in the common halls of what she could gather. Loki took the moment to study her for a moment. 'how could this Midgardian woman blindly fight for my future self when only she has known is this me that was under that titan giants control...curious' his thoughts continued to reel until (Name) threw a green pea at him to get his attention

"Oi frosty. We need a plan" she sighed from his glare but gestured her to elaborate her reason why "...look I worked for S.H.I.E.L.D believing that I was helping people-" Loki scoffed "and we both know how that turned out. But I stand by my morals, and you Loki… well I know you don't deserve death" "If I was remotely capable I would be touched by your blindness to faults" Loki rolled his eyes and ate the bland food "Oh no no I do think you need discipline. And if my math is correct, you said you were 1048, so if my math is correct your age is the equivalent to human years, you'd be 17? Hmmm, yeah makes sense, you are just a rebellious child" she held a fox-like smile.

Loki was angered slightly but the Fox smile of hers somehow sparked something in him, that was yet to be determined "Regardless of your petty calculations of my age, I'll have you know that the T.V.A keeps an eye on each possible future" Loki sighed "Loki I mean come on! You've double-crossed thousands of times before" (Name) slouched in her seat "so what makes this place and the people any difference?"

Loki stared at this woman, he gave a small smirk shaking his head finding amusement. He was able to figure out where she stood in everything, the grey area mostly. She had her morals but she had some selfishness in her "So you suggest that I betray the agency?-" "We will betray the agency. Look, the idea of you dying when you have yet to cause any horrible acts, is barbaric, and they showed your main future so… saying that you were going to "betray" your people when I'm sure you had your slippery plans" (Name) finished off. Loki was staring at her trying to figure her out all over again as soon as he thought he figured her out, it was like she did a 360 turn around and he was back at square one. He heaved out a sigh

"We shall see. We have to at least get their trust first" he paused "so for now we will have to play along with this hero card… but that won't be hard for you Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.”

The two were taken away and were given a de-brief by Mobius as they made their way to a variety of rooms. Eventually, Mobius explained he wanted to see more of their skills “Now, before your captures, it was a shock to us all how well you two worked with another” Mobius explained “Loki is known to be dangerous and unpredictable and (Name) is known to be skilled and adapts quickly and is equally as unpredictable” “And you want us to do a test run to see how well we do” (Name) spoke arching a brow at him “and make sure it wasn’t a one-off thing?” “Correctimondo” Mobius expressed snapping his fingers “so in here is a portal to a virtual training facility. It simulates real life-based missions” They all stood there looking at this portal with gold energy. (Name) frowned slightly as Loki looked unamused, Mobius, on the other hand, gave a nod smiling “So with that said. Good luck” he shoved the two in.

Loki found himself on a floor face first and groaning in annoyance until (Name) landed on top of his muttering a curse. Loki shoved her off him and got on his knees “Well that was pleasant. What are we even meant to do” (Name) said getting up and dusting herself off “Well, you’re Miss. Adaptable you figure it out” he snapped. She glared at him and slapped the back on his head and told him to watch his tone. She looked around seeing they were in a room with one red door. Around them a clothing rack and a screen dresser, she arched a brow as Loki walked to one rack and looking at the clothing “...Oh lordy me…” she sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. Loki looked her way giving a questioning look. (Name) was now at her clothing rack with a variety of dresses and business work clothes, near her was a desk that had a variety of guns, daggers, and some other things that looked a little foreign to her; and on the desk with the weapons was a file with a red stamp saying:

TRAINING EXERCISE: UNDERCOVER, DETAINEE AND OBTAIN

“Please tell me you know how to be normal” she groaned seeing the undercover part.

Thank you to all that is keeping up with this Loki series fanfic. A lot of content has been released since I started writing this, I will try and wrap up as much as I can in the next chapter to set it up for when the show start on june 9th on disney+ from then on this story will follow the episode roughly so there will be spoiler warnings in the beginning. Otome Birthdays 2020

Here’s the full list of birthday days. It’s not an exhaustive list as I plan on adding more as I play more otomes in the future and as more information comes out for various games. I had a near-identical version on my old blog, just now updating it to include newer characters and new games, like Ikemen Vampire.

Just as a reminder, I go by what Wikipedia, official websites (Idea Factory International, Otomate, Aksys, etc) and creator websites and pages (dicesuki, DateNighto, Cybird, Cheritz, etc), tell me as their canon birthdays. If I’ve got the wrong information, then I’ll do my best to update the information for future reference.

I’ve also added in protagonists’ birthdays, if it’s known, along with some side characters if they have a known birthday.

**Hakuoki birthdays, the creators have stated, are based on the real-life counterpart’s birth dates. Unfortunately, since keeping records of one’s birth in Japan didn’t really start happening until about 100 years after the time Hakuoki is supposed to take place, so some birth dates are lost to time and no one knows the date, which is why you don’t see Okita, Heisuke, Harada, etc on here. Characters like Kazama and the demons who were created for the story do not have canonical birthdays as they are fictional and have not been given a birth date either. The dates listed here, as far as I'm aware, are their lunisolar dates, thus if you look up, say, Hijikata's birthday, you'll get two answers (that Wikipedia refuses to acknowledge). His lunisolar birthday is May 5th, but according to the Gregorian calendar, his birthday is May 31st. I'm leaning more on the side of the lunisolar date, however, as a personal preference.

**Any of the Cybird history-based games, however, I will provide their dates given rather than what history says their birthdate is. Because Cybird does what it wants.

EDIT: I changed Sakamoto’s to reflect the correct date (it’s the lunisolar date (where the majority of the Hakuoki birthdays fall upon). If anyone wants me to make a separate post explaining about the lunisolar dates, I’d be more than happy to make one).

**August 17th is added as ‘Mod Day’ as that is my birthday.  I’ll be spamming with my personal favorite baes, but you are more than welcome to leave things in my inbox!

**I’m considering making another dedicated day in July, however, since Waltz is looking a little lonely there by himself. No promises, but we’ll see what’s up when July rolls around.

A Winter Soldier Dad

In this universe, HYDRA almost got caught out in their infiltration by Howard not too long after Tony was born, and things go rather cockeyed from there.

1917

March 10th: James Buchanan Barnes is born.

August 15th: Howard Anthony Stark is Born.

1918

July 4th, Steven Grant Rogers is born.

1921

April 9th: Peggy (Margaret) Carter is born.

1943

June: Stark Expo with Howard’s fail flying car.

June 14th: Steve picked up for project rebirth.

October: Bucky picked up at the front as a POW.

November 24th: Steve to the rescue as Captain America.

1944

December: Bucky falls off the train and is recovered by Russians in league with HYDRA.

1945

January: Steve crashes the Valkyrie into the ice.

1950-1952

SHIELD is founded by Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and Chester Phillips. Exact date unclear.

1970

May 29th: Tony (Anthony Edward) Stark is Born.

1971

January 7th: Clint(on Francis) Barton is born.

October 20th: HYDRA catches wind of Howard looking into their doings, ends up making arrangements to deal with him.

November 19th: The Winter Soldier kills the Stark parents. The child ends up going with him instead of being left behind, and he does not return to base.

1975

The Winter Soldier, now Bucky, stops traveling for the first time to allow Tony to have a year of school. He ends up moving them halfway through the school year, a trend which will continue until High School.

1982

A teacher finally has Tony long enough to find out how smart he is, gets him skipped up a couple grades, and Tony has the paperwork and tests done to start high school early. 

1986

Tony offered scholarships after his testing to several schools, and ends up picking the one that will let him follow a technological field.

Bucky tells Tony about what happened to his parents instead of just his name. He thinks on it.

1988

Tony and Rhodey meet over spring break and immediately become fast friends who stay in touch via letter correspondence.

1991

March: Finishes design and Dum-E is born as Tony’s thesis project for his Doctorate. 

1992

Tony gets a small business off the ground in the computer engineering field.

1995

Tony goes after SI to get his rightful inheritance sorted out, things are tied up until his current handprint is compared to the one in the Stark baby files.

1997

January: Tony builds his impossible house on a cliff, making sure it’s defensible to Bucky’s standards. He finds out how money can affect a housing situation when the house goes up fast.

April: Uses the money influx to sort out the code to get JARVIS online the first time, hs been musing on the code piecemeal for years.

July 12th: JARVIS becomes properly sentient and asks his first emotionally driven question.

1999

October: Tony meets and hires Pepper Potts as his personal assistant. 

2000

New Years: Killian makes his resolve to be an asshole to Tony someday, though events were more in line with Tony just not having the time to speak to the man, rather than forgetting. Killian never makes the offered appointment.

2001

September 11: National catastrophe strikes. Tony did not arrive for an intended meeting in the area, and immediately throws more focus into weapons for National Defense.

2002

Obadiah loses patience with Tony not doing as told and takes out a hit on him, urging the man overseas to ‘better ties’ while selling weapons.

He’s promptly captured and subjected to months of horror as per Afghanistan.

Bucky makes sure that Obadiah is permanently taken care of after that.

Beginning of the stealthy removal of Stark Industries from making weapons, without breaking any military ties. Instead, emphasis on armor and defensive measures begins. Medical technologies become vastly higher on the priority scale, and the computer company Tony previously founded suddenly becomes far more lucrative than the weapons company that should have been.

Iron Man begins to be seen around the world, though never in conjunction with Tony Stark. Operations are stealthier as he sorts out the mess Obadiah left behind while he was presumed dead. Bucky is far from thrilled that his son is in danger at all.

2003

Bruce makes a mess with the Hulk coming on the scene.

Tony realizes he has a little problem with the element options he has for the reactor. He immediately digs deep to try to find out more about his dad, taking time he hadn’t previously had to do so. He figures he should at least have a clue about his birth parents before he dies. He spends extra time with Bucky but is hesitant to inform him of the situation before he notices on his own.

2004

January: Tony manages to pin down the element situation in the model, which is for an expo that never actually got to be put together beyond that. He’s amazed at the man’s brilliance and sad he never got to meet him. He does tell Bucky he’s all better.

2005

January: SHIELD finally tracks Iron Man back to Tony and proceeds to try to make contact via Natasha. It does not go well as Bucky recognizes the woman’s training.

2007

Weapons production in Stark Enterprises has come to a near standstill by this point, and all outstanding weapon caches are taken care of to Tony’s satisfaction. Any lingering traces of weapons manufacture in SI are via non-lethal routes.

2008

Tony decides that it’s a perfect time to out himself when people start getting too close to casting their eye on Bucky and his life, and declares he’s Iron Man on national television. He uses this and the leverage it gets him to further look into ways to expand his companies. He ends up putting Pepper in charge of SI so he can look after Barnes Inc himself without a split in his attention.

2011

Tony and Bucky end up kidnapping Steve nearly immediately after he’s found, and SHIELD being infiltrated by HYDRA comes to light. This ends up bringing Tony’s gaze on it intently.

Thor touches down in New Mexico.

2012

Loki happens and events here are largely unchanged, though Bucky is on site and Steve and Tony have already hashed out most of their differences.

U know looking back, at the state party school that I transferred to, in 2010, what they taught was done poorly & the subjects were out of date. I’m sure they’ll beg to differ. While they and their involvement of a “situation” strives to keep me writing in the midst of studying-

- other schools were teaching agile software practices, cloud computing, data warehousing, or even with a simple Java programming class: how to run JUnit test cases.-

- for months I tried contacting a professor for an old assignment and notes related to handling Java programming with sql database coding, never gives me what I want. Basically always says he’s too busy-

- in the party school, while their sister state university of Binghamton was teaching Java with Eclipse, enterprise style repositories and JUnit test cases, party school was using a baby program called Dr. Java.-

- my transcript is proof of the courses you teach. The duration of the situation and the kids is proof of a distraction in my priorities. My 4.0 high school GPA is testament to my academic caliber. Me, I like using the luxury of time to learn a course until it’s mastered.-

- students would say professor ravis course was 1 of the important courses. Didn’t do so well the 1st time amidst obstacles. Wanted 2 take theCourseAgain.  Ur partySchool’s conflictResolution VP insisted I take remaining courses @ a communityCollege so that Im out of their hair.-

The series takes place after the events of the movie "Avengers: Endgame". Taking advantage of the confusion of the Avengers, the god Loki stole the Tesseract magic cube, in which one of the Infinity Stones is imprisoned - the stone of space. Only a few days left until the premiere of Loki on Disney +, the critical reactions to the upcoming Marvel TV series have receded. The hype surrounding the latest addition to the MCU's 35mm blackboard was real after shows like WandaVision (which started things off in a spectacular way) and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (which had a slightly more mixed reception), but now it's all about Tom Hiddleston's chaotic antihero his own solo series.

Directed by Kate Herron (Sex Education), Loki stars immediately after the god of mischief stole the Tesseract (again) in the events of Avengers: Endgame, and an alternate version of the character is brought to the mysterious Time Variance Authority for her give it a choice: either be erased from existence or help repair the timeline. In addition to Hiddleston, Owen Wilson star as Mobius M. Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Lexus Renslayer, Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15 and Sophia Di Martino, Richard E. Grant, Sasha Lane, Erika Coleman, and Eugene Cordero in previously unknown Roll. Loki will premiere the first of his six episodes on June 9th on Disney +. Now that the show is slated to be out in a few days, it's time to find out what the critics thought. Was it worth the wait with Loki or would this series concept have been left on the cutting room floor? Check out some of the early critical responses below - we'll keep updating as more come.

Initial reactions on social media call Loki funny, weird and exciting as it moves the MCU in a new direction. It seems critics are all on board with the god of mischief as the show teases a time travel adventure like we haven't seen before at the MCU.
