both are Fambly but in slightly different ways and i love it  and i think it fits with dedede & metas personalities!!!

bc i hc ddd as being a very People Person, very much an extrovert, thrives when in the spotlight & at his best when helping and leading and supporting others.

whereas meta is very introverted and slow to trust but when he loves someone he loves them fiercely and without restraint, and would move heaven and earth for their wellbeing

Being in two fandoms with characters that have the same name is such a trip.

Every time I see someone tag like a random text post as "Booker core" or whatever I have to turn into a little detective.

Things that are not helpful on this quest because it applies to both Bookers: mentions of drinking, loss of child and/or wife, going on missions/investigations, supporting uprisings and/or rebellions, having questionable morals, just being a sad white man. Time travel, surprisingly, since only one of these characters actually travels in time... The other just lives forever. Any mention of Paris, which really SHOULD be the Old Guard Booker's domaine, but Bioshock Booker also has plots about getting to Paris. Old school guns (see time travel/living forever). Ranting about racism and or fascism in the tags.... I'm sure I'm forgetting other overlaps.

Things that are helpful: fuck if I know. Literally saying the name of the fandom. Last names??? That's it.

I have mistaken which Booker is being mentioned in posts so many times, like easily tens, maybe hundreds, of times.

first of all i want to say that i of course believe and stand with the survivor and i will no longer support him (or fbs) nor will i post about their performance going forward i also really hope that skate canada bans fbs from nationals and doesnt give them any international assignments while he is under investigation

i cant really put into word how horrifying reading the survivors report was i hope she is in a safe and supportive environment knowing that stories like this have been coming out for years and will likely continue to come out and knowing that this sport is so incredibly unsafe especially for girls and women breaks my heart

i know this is kind of a hot take these days, but genuinely and sincerely, when i see a post that includes any sort of begging or guilt tripping for reblogs, i block the op (or at least use xkit to block the post from showing up on my dash), no questions asked

like i really do get it. not getting engagement feels bad. ive been there. but something i had to come to terms with is that it isnt anyone else's obligation to make me feel better. regulating my emotions is MY job, even when it's hard.

anyone who feels like they have to guilt people into giving them engagement or validation: you might need to step back because that seriously smacks of an unhealthy relationship with social media. look into dialectical behavioral therapy maybe. godspeed.

solie, senta q vem história!! tem uma menina que eu considerava melhor amiga no ano passado, só que eu descobri que ela tava falando mal de mim, falando que eu tava chata e que eu so ficava falando do menino que eu gosto, só que, não era bem assim, era mais ao contrário, pq ela vivia ( e ainda vive) falando de um menino ai que faz ela de trouxa, termina com ela qnd ele quer e volta qnd quer, e ainda teve a história que em novembro ele tava ficando com a amiga dela e em dezembro tinha voltado com ela!! (ela não se toca), ai agora ela ta conversando comigo como se nada tivesse acontecido e como se tudo tivesse resolvido, me chamando de lolo(meu apelido) e os krai! ai eu te pergunto, oq q eu faço com essa menina que além de trouxa é falsa e não consegue sustentar uma amizade direito

É uma situação claramente desconfortável, especialmente se ela for o tipo de pessoa que não costuma buscar uma solução para os conflitos de vocês duas. Se ela te procurasse pra conversar e tentar resolver as coisas entre vocês, a história seria outra (aí viria de você reavaliar a amizade de vocês). Mas como, nesse caso, ela só tá tentando seguir em frente com a amizade por puro conforto: foge! Qualquer tipo de relacionamento que se preze tem que se sustentar em uma boa comunicação, senão vai ficar essa "ferida aberta" na amizade de vocês (e eu garanto: ela vai vir a tona no mínimo desentendimento que vocês tiverem no futuro).
