PRINCE ELLIOT TURNS ONE

HM Crown Princess Adelaide’s child, Prince Elliot has turned one today! As tradition, since the Prince is the Crown Princess’s first child and soon will be Crown Prince after his mother takes the throne, the fireworks were put out in front of Palace Loreina where The King, Queen and Princess Victoria live. The photos were taken by Princess Adelaide’s husband, Duke Aiden’s older sister Camila Wright who was also the same person who took their engagement announcement photos, these birthday photos were taken in front of the Princess and Duke’s house.

We all wish Prince Elliot the best first birthday ever and we are all excited for the little prince to grow and take after his mother!

WHY DO I NEED SOFT WATER IN MY HOME?

1 Having soft water saves you money. According to a study by the Battelle Institute, you use up to 75% less soap and fewer cleaning products with soft water. Considering the soap and detergent aisle is the most expensive aisle in the grocery store, your budget will immediately reflect the savings!

2 Your plumbing will last longer. Hard water can cause a build up of scale from mineral deposits. Over time, pipes and fixtures can clog, water flow can diminish, and water pressure can be reduced. This doesn’t happen with soft water. Soft water is low in mineral content and therefore doesn’t leave deposits in the pipes.

3 Your hot water heater will last longer. Scale and lime build-up created by minerals will not take place if your water is soft. This adds life to your hot water heater. Also, if you have deposits in your hot water heater, the University of New Mexico found it will cost up to 29.6% more to heat the water that your family does use.

4 Diminished razor burn and less dry, cracked skin: Soft water causes the razor to glide more easily across the face. This, in turn, causes your razor blades to last longer. Often it’s the result of minerals bonding with your soap to stick to your skin.

Advanced Water Solutions is locally owned and operated by Jay Hellenbrand, CWS-V, CI with over 20 years in the water treatment industry. Jay’s experience comes from manufacturing, wholesale distribution, field service, and retail sales. Advanced Water Solutions has been serving the central coast since 1997. Our continued growth and expansion is due to our commitment to delivering the highest quality products backed with the best customer service.

We have a team of highly qualified installers and service technicians. We service and maintain all brands and models of water treatment equipment.

Serving both residential and commercial markets in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties, AWS carries a full line of whole-house filters, water softeners, drinking water systems, water coolers, insta-hot water makers, inline water chillers, filters and more.

Providing high efficiency water softeners with chlorine reduction and reverse osmosis systems is a priority for Advanced Water Solutions. Many older softeners are inefficient and use enormous amounts of salt and water no longer meeting California Efficiency Standards. Our systems far exceed the new efficiency standards using less salt or potassium and water. The standard reverse osmosis system uses as much as 80% more water than the new Advanced Reserve Osmosis System.

Advanced Water Solutions is a member of the Santa Barbara  and Ventura Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Water Quality Association (WQA). In March of 2011 AWS was recognized as a Hall of Fame Member with the BBB for a record of no outstanding complaints.  Jay Hellenbrand is a certified Water Specialist, Certified Installer, and has specialty certifications in Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, Filtration, and Ultra filtration. Jay also carries a California State Contractors License.

dear diary,

the last time i wrote something in here elliot was just about 5 months? i haven’t had time to write since i’m always so busy keeping my reputation good and trying to raise my son with the perfect childhood before he actually has to act like a prince when he is older. today is juliana’s second birthday, my husband and i including elliot went over to loreina palace to visit juliana for her birthday. father was too busy doing work to celebrate juliana’s birthday with us, i hope one day he could accept her, at least mother does. the kids had fun outside while we were preparing her presents, i love seeing them get along so well but it reminds me of how close me and victoria used to be when we were younger, i hope elliot and julie stay close forever. with them getting along it reminds me that i should be thinking about having more children, i want them to be close in age but aiden disagrees saying that we should let elliot enjoy being the only child so we could focus on him only but we’ll see about that.

the thing about loreina is that her relationships to literally everyone around her are all completely steeped in a layer of manipulation because she cant live with the idea that there are people who are just. willing to be around her for no other reason than they like her. she cannot fathom being likable. but she desparately wants to be wanted even if that makes her a horrible person. so instead of just developing a healthy dynamic with someone she will make them NEED her so that they dont leave.

this is fundemental in understanding why owen and frith are the way they are with her BUT ALSO (esp in frith's case) they would be there for you anyway girl!!! you do not need to manipulate them into being around you!! its okay!!! you are a person too not just a collection of second hand ideals!!
