It’s been way overdue. Yesterday my #sundayvibes was to go back to my zen routine. It’s been months that I haven’t been back to @truerestnapa . When I started with #IVF it was my calming place, #truerestfloatspa + #meditating + #yoga + #soundhealing . 😂 I pretty much did it all. And I absolutely loved how much I ended connecting with myself.
