Having goals and focus is the first step to taking control of your life. I don’t have time is an excuse we all use to procrastinate, and later on complain because we are not achieving or goals or we are stuck. 👧 When I was younger I was not scared to do anything. I was ambitious, daring and quite frankly just an all around life of the party. 💼 Somewhere between being a highly successful teacher in Asia, and some failures as an adult, FEAR SEEPED IN AND took hold of me. 🙅🏻‍♀️I never checked-in with myself to see where I was at, just constantly on autopilot- in an emotional state that was actively destructing rather than creating and building the life I wanted to live. 🙋🏻‍♀️I took whatever was coming my way; relationships, jobs, projects, etc. because it was what I thought I needed to survive. 🚨Fear took all rational thinking away and I could not #thinkbig and take calculated risks that could lead me to a brighter future. 📚 I’ve always read books on how to improve, but not like I have when I delved deep into my business and had progressive conversations within my community. 💪🏼The course and business have been more rewarding that I had dreamt of. Why Infrared Saunas? Well, for starters a traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. The appeal of saunas in general is that they cause reactions similar to those elicited by moderate exercise, such as vigorous sweating and increased heart rate. One of the best ways to get rid of the toxins in your body is to sweat them out. Your liver, kidneys, small intestine, and other organs are a great line of defense against toxins. There are other hazardous substances that are best purged through your skin and that is where sweating becomes important. Sweating is your bodies natural way of purging itself to maintain a healthy state. The human body has millions of microscopic sweat glands that are infused with fluid brought by the bloodstream. These glands empty that fluid to the skins surface as a cooling mechanism when the body overheats; flushing out any toxins and heavy metals that were carried there. I have been using an infrared sauna since July 2018 and I notice the detoxification process faster than in the beginning. I have also felt a huge difference in my body with regards to having more clarity, feeling more focused, my energy levels being up and of course I’m healthier. The infrared wavelengths decrease the size of water clusters in your body. They also energize them, help them combine with toxins while reducing the size of the water clusters which cause them to vibrate and that enables them to move out of the cells and body tissue, carrying the toxins with them that were previously stuck there. These toxins are removed from the body by the skin, urine, feces and breath. The objective of any infrared sauna is to cause the body to sweat over a long period of time (20 or more minutes) carrying with it plenty of toxins due to a raised core body temperature. Infrared saunas offer a uniquely efficient solution to detoxification that isn’t easily achievable in other ways. When cells are confused, their electrical receptivity becomes out of sync, throwing the human body into homeostasis. I remember feeling that exact same way when I started.
