If you're longing for a sweet treat without the calories (this is also suitable for diabetics if you use a sugar substitute) and with the benefits of Cacao, you can make this! I don't like a bitter chocolate taste, so I made it to the level of taste of a creamy, light taste of dark chocolate. 1 glass of totally skimmed milk (0% fat or replace with any milk you like, no shame ❤) 1 TBSP Cacao (you can add more if you want a bitter chocolate taste) 2 TSP of Sucralose (You can use a natural sweetener like Stevia but the amount might be different) Aaaaand BLEND. You can't hand stir as it will clump. To make more just increase by the amount of milk you put in. Enjoy! #food #drink #cacao #milkshake #diet #diabetes #lowcalorie #healthy #sweet #sucralose #lowcaltreat #delicious #recipe
