Do these two have a history together?

[Yeah. Going way back to that massive "In the Beginning" lore post that I dropped when I made her...Lynsie aka the Primordial Dragon was the creature made and subsequently cast aside by the Creator who tossed her into the pit that would be Hell. Do a little time skippy and we got Lucifer being cast down for the whole Fuirt thing. Lu Lu finds her and offers that which was denied...compassion. Another time skip later, the battle of Heaven and Hell's reformation blah blah, and Lucifer sets up his new world and the order of power.

"When the war was over, many were now cast down into the pit of the dammed, the beasts included. With Lucifer now in power over the fallen, mostly because he still possessed very strong angelic power which holds sway over the now demonic power of his contemporaries, he used the dragon to sway the beasts to help in reforming their eternal prison into a world of their own. For their aid, the beasts were granted new roles and lordships as the hierarchy of Hell was being established. It's a crude form of hierarchy defined by power, with Lucifer being King of all Hell. Behemoth and Ziz sought nothing more than humble existences, choosing to take lord titles but no grand duties while remaining in eternal servitude. Leviathan, for its envious nature, took up what its siblings passed down, becoming not just a lord but a Prince as the Deadly Sin of Envy, giving it rein over the abyssal sea of the Ring of Envy. The dragon for its part, took lordship and sought a governing seat at Lucifer's side, which was granted in the form of the dragon being used to keep all of Hell in line when the chaotic stability of power is being threatened."

During this early halcyon age, Lucifer was still believing in his dreams and formed the Deadly Sin Circus (making that name up for this). All seven had a role that best fit their talents. Lucifer was the Ring Leader. (Ha! Puns!) Beelzebub was the Beast Tamer. Asmodeus was the Fire Spinner. Mammon was the Clown and marketer. (now come my headcanons) Satan was the Strongman and often would team up with Bee. Belphegor was in charge of concessions and provided very addictive snacks. Leviathan was in charge of effects and would put on aquatic musical performances. On occasion, the beasts were requested to perform. (Satan loved showing off with Behemoth. Ziz not so much and would stay out of it.) Lynsie would try dabbling with Ozzie and Bee (for obvious reasons) but found chemistry with Mammon, usually with her being the "straight man" in their double comedy while he was the "funny man".

As Hell grew, their responsibilities did too and after some tensions boiled over, the curtains on the circus closed with everyone parting ways. Though some still remain close, Ozzy and Bee are still buds, and Bee generally gets along with everyone...except Mammon.

Mammon's bluntness and lack of shits-given attitude tends to make him incredibly off-putting and it strains even Lynsie's patience at times due to her governing over Hell's power structures. If it weren't for their friendship and Lucifer's lack of ruling, Mammon would likely lose a lot of his power, possibly even the rule of his Ring. But so long as she's in the seat of control and he's able to keep on her good side, he'll continue to rule Greed while she's stuck dealing with the aftermath of whatever new trouble he's caused.

It's a messed up dependent relationship because both are aware of this cycle yet can't break it. She doesn't want to lose him as a friend because she doesn't want to do what was done to her, she doesn't want to feel like she betrayed him for that is the ultimate sin in her eyes, yet the longer she tries to tackle this on her own the more stress consumes her. And he knows she's probably the only decent soul who doesn't judge or want something from him, purely enjoying him for who he is, but his selfish destructive tendencies are a wedge that threatens to pry their bond apart and it secretly terrifies him.]

- Okay, first of all, how dare you?

- He is, the Mammon. You don't just decide when things are over!

- You were smart enough to break it off with him over text, rather than in person, because he absolutely would throw a scene. No matter where you are, public or private. Think Sarah Lynn level shit.... like, literally stabbing himself, in public, to prove a point.

- What is the point? That he loves you!

- He's especially pissed off about the fact that you broke it off with him though. It bruised his ego, he would much, much prefer it if he had been the one to have broken up with you. He would have never done that though.

- He would go through the five stages of grief 100%

- For the first few days he's in DEEP denial about it. He'd go about life as though the two of you were still together, even though you weren't there.

- Pretending that you were on a work trip or something really helped. It gave him a sense of hope that one day you'd return to him, and he'd feel your warm body embraced against his once again.

- But you and Mammon were a big public thing, like, everyone knew about you. So, people started to notice your absence. Where you would always be by his side now bore an empty pocket of air. People started questioning it;

- From simple posts online to 666News interviews asking him invasive questions regarding your lack of publicity. It pissed him right off, because he couldn't pretend you were still with him whilst constantly being reminded that you weren't.

- And then you spoke up about the breakup.

- You made a Tweet regarding the status of your relationship. Que the next stage...

- With the world now aware of your distanced status Mammon was bombarded with crude comments and remarks, from your fans and haters, to his fans and haters. It'd range from "Wow Mammon fumbled the bag hard." to "Now that Mammon is single do you think he'll start letting groupies backstage ?"

- He actually refused to show up to a lot of interviews and talk-shows because every single time theu brought up the headline, he would get so, so angry. He's almost torn through an interviewer once or twice.

- His bargaining phase was the absolute worst phase though.

- Thousands of calls a day, and an equal level of voice messages followed by hundreds of texts. You'd block his number and then BAM, another number calls you. He manipulates the phone manufacturer of Hell to give him an unlimited free supply of phones so expect him to not let up in that department.

- You know that meme where the person is stood outside the door, crying, with an umbrella over their head and fake rain over them. That's him.

- He gets Beelzebub to provide the fake rain and probably prepared a whole speech to recite to you... its not that good though, most of it is deflective bullshit. He wont take his own problems into account at all.

- If you don't take him back after that then he may even resort to the old boombox by the window trick.

- I don't think he'd hit the depression or acceptance stages of grief, though. He's a tempermental character and he resorts to anger if something doesn't go his way. So the traits he shows through this whole ordeal is frustration and desperation.

- He has a strict victim complex too. So he's most likely never going to understand what he did wrong in the relationship.

- Even if he did realise what he did however, he isn't apologising. He expects you to understand and forgive him despite this.

-It would take him a long while to get over you.

-You were one of the only people who would put up with his shitty personality, who could make him feel so loved and adored. It had been a long, long time since someone had made him feel such a way. It was such a fleeting experience, and he will not be recovering from the loss of your love any time soon.

i mean alex was right in terms of “fizz can emotionally manipulate ozzie with puppy dogs eyes and asmodeus will do anything for him.” but mammon????? huh????? either the plot changed or alex didnt know the full story at that point (a lot of the vas dont know any plot points beyond what theyve already recorded, depending on how open writers and directors are)

That makes sense to me. I don’t know how that was emotional manipulation though. He was like begging, for some adult treatment, and I didn’t really like it.

Sadly Alex was actually describing a much better more interesting gremlin version of fizz than who we got. Robo fizz is probably the personality he had before the stolas-did-nothing-wrong-rewrite of 1929. The only time we see fiercer meaner snappier fizz is when he talks to Blitzø and probably barbie too later on.

Also if fizz was a villain I’d support him. I like his character in season one, him secretly being a dorky gay nerd who is nice to kids, unlike the entire cast, is a depth I don’t mind either. Another layer I would have loved is if he was always a kids entertainer and preferred that, but now has to be an excessively raunchy adult entertainer and misses his old life. Because I’ve seen that happen to comedians and former child actors. Fizz and Barbie both kindve fit the role of the Sarah Lynn of helluva boss. Plus I wished we explored his mental health on his own a bit more, and to see a bit more of his thought process. Because you can’t put on an act if you’re talking to yourself.

Fizz gives everything to the stage. Every sacrifice, every deal with Mammon, every penny pinched so he can buy enough fabric for a new costume. He loved it all even when it was destroying him because he loved the stage. it is true that Fizz had been defined by his ability to perform but it almost makes it harder because he can't just give it up and chalk it up to as something he was pushed into.

Nope! He chose it! Every time!

He loves it.

And I think that informs how he processes trauma too. Did fucked shit happen to him? Absolutely. Did it suck and hurt and did it mean a lot of extra steps to get back to normal? Yes! But fuck it, he did it and it got him there. His prosthetics linked him with Ozzie, the bots too, he still became Mammon's symbol, and that has to count for something. Every step and every scrape pain and ounce of recovery ended with people screaming only his name to thousandths. He did it

But if you poke him a little and break that well....

Taxes are for the little people

If you wanna do crimes, make them incredibly complicated and technical. Like the hustlers that came into the bookstore I worked at and spun these long-ass stories about why they needed money for a Greyhound ticket home.

Those guys shoulda studied the private equity sector.

Private equity's playbook is to borrow giant sums by putting up other peoples' companies as collateral (yes, really). Then they use that money to buy the company they mortgaged, and pay themselves a huge dividend.

Then they sell off the company's assets and pay themselves even more money. That leaves the company in a state of precarity - assets they once owned, like their buildings, they now rent. If the rent goes up, they have to find the money to cover it.

All of this forms a pretense for mass layoffs, defaulting on pension obligations, lowering product quality, stiffing suppliers and borrowing more money. If the company doesn't go bust, the PE looters can flip it to *another* PE company, that does it again.

Whenever you see something really terrible happening to a business that once offered useful products and services and paid decent wages, it's a safe bet that PE is behind it. Toys R Us, Sears, your local hospital - and that memestock favorite, AMC.

Private equity goons make their money in two ways: the first is by pocketing 20% of  these special dividends and other extractive policies that hollow out business.

This is money at PE managers get paid for spending their investors' money. It's a wage, in other words.

But thanks to the "carried interest" loophole (a hangover from 16th-century sea captains that has nothing to do with "interest" on loans), they get to treat these wages as "capital gains" and pay far less tax on them.

The fact that we give preferential tax treatment to capital gains (money derived from gambling), while taxing wages (money derived from doing useful work) at higher rates really tells you everything you need to know about our economic priorities.

The carried interest loophole lets PE crooks treat their salaries as capital gains, are taxed at a much lower rate than the wages of the workers whose lives they're destroying.

On top of the 20% profit-share that PE bosses get every year, they also pocket a 2% "management fee" for all the "value" they add to the companies they've taken over.

This is *definitely* a wage. The 20% profit-share at least has an element of risk, but that 2% is guaranteed.

But PE bosses have spent more than a decade booking that 2% wage as a capital gain, using a tax-fraud tactic called "fee waivers." The details of how a fee waiver don't matter because it's all bullshit, like the tale of the needful Greyhound ticket.

All that matters is that a legal fiction allows people earning *eight- or nine-figure salaries* to treat *all* of those wages as capital gains and pay lower rates of tax on them than the janitors who clean their toilets or the workers whose jobs they will annihilate.

Now, the IRS knows all about this. Whistleblowers came forward in 2011 to warn them about it. The Treasury even struck a committee to come up with new rules to fix it.

But Obama failed to make those rules stick, and then Trump put a former tax-cheat enabler in charge of redrafting them. The cheater-friendly rules became law on Jan 5, and handed PE bosses hundreds of millions in savings every year.

The New York Times report on "fee waivers" goes through the rulemaking history, the technical details of the scam, and the gutting of the IRS, which can no longer afford to audit rich people and now makes its quotas by preferentially auditing low earners who can't afford lawyers.

As Scofield and Yves Smith point out, if Biden wanted to do one thing for tax justice, he could abolish preferential treatment for capital gains. If we want a society of makers and doers instead of owners and gamblers, we shouldn't penalize wages and reward rents.

There's an especial urgency to this right now. As the PE bosses themselves admit, they went on a buying spree during the pandemic (they call it "saving American businesses"). Larger and larger swathes of the productive economy are going into the PE meat-grinder.

Worse still, the PE industry has revived its most destructive tactic, the "club deal," whereby PE firms collaborate to take out whole economic sectors in one go:

We're at an historic crossroads for tax justice. On the one hand, you have the blockbuster Propublica report on leaked IRS files that revealed that the net tax rate paid by America's billionaires is close to zero.

This has left the Bootlicker-Industrial Complex in the bizarre position of arguing that anyone who suggests someone who amasses billions of dollars should pay more than $0 in tax is a radical socialist (so far, the go-to tactic is to make performative noises about privacy).

At the same time, the G7 has agreed to an historical tax deal that will see businesses taxed at least 15% on the revenue they make in each country, irrespective of the accounting fictions they use to claim that the profits are being earned in the middle of the Irish Sea.

That deal is historical, but the fact that it's being hailed as curbing corporate power reveals just how distorted our discourse about corporate taxes has become.

As Thomas Piketty writes, self-employed people pay 20-50% tax in countries that will tax the world's wealthiest companies a mere 15%: "For SMEs as well as for the working and middle classes, it is impossible to create a subsidiary to relocate its profits to a tax haven."

Piketty, like Gabriel Zucman, says that EU nations should charge multinationals a minimum of 25%, and like Zucman, he reminds us that the G7 deal does nothing to help the poorest countries in the Global South.

These countries and the EU have something in common: they aren't "monetarily sovereign" (that is, they don't issue their own currencies *and* borrow in the currencies they issue).

Sovereign currency issuers (US, UK, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc) don't need to tax in order to pay for programs - first they spend new money into the economy and then they tax it back out again.

These countries can run out of stuff to buy in their currency, but they can't run out of the currency itself. Monetarily sovereign countries don't tax to fund their operations.

Rather, they tax to fight inflation (if you spend money into the economy every year but don't take some of it out again through taxation, more and more money will chase the same goods and services and prices will go up).

And just as importantly, monetary sovereigns tax to reduce the spending power - and hence the political power - of the wealthy. The fact that PE bosses had billions of tax-free dollars at their disposal let them spend millions to distort tax policy to legalize fee waivers.

Taxing the money - and hence the power - of wage earners at higher rates than gamblers creates politics that value gambling above work, because gamblers get to spend the winnings they retain on political influence, including campaigns to rig the casino in their favor.

This discredits the whole system, shatters social cohesion and makes it hard to even imagine that we can build a better world - or avert the climate-wracked dystopia on the horizon.

But for Eurozone countries (whose monetary supply is controlled by technocrats at the ECB) and countries of the Global South (whom the IMF has forced into massive debts owed in US dollars, which they can only get by selling their national products), tax is even more urgent.

The US could fund its infrastructure needs just by creating money at the central bank.

EU and post-colonial lands can only fund programs with taxes, so for them, billionaires don't just distort their priorities and corrupt their system - they also starve their societies.

But that doesn't mean that monetary sovereigns can tolerate billionaires and their policy distortions. The UK is monetarily sovereign, in the G7, and its finance minister is briefing to have the City of London's banks exempted from the new tax deal.

Now, the City of London is one of the world's great financial crime-scenes, and its banks are responsible for an appreciable portion of the planet-destabilizing frauds of the past 100 years.

During the Great Financial Crisis AIG used its London subsidiary to commit crimes its US branch couldn't get away with. The City of London was the epicenter of the LIBOR fraud, the Greensill collapse - it's the Zelig of finance crime, the heart of every fraud.

UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak claims banks are already paying high global tax and can't afford to be part of the G7 tax deal. If that was true, it wouldn't change the fact that these banks are too big to jail and anything that shrinks them is a net benefit.

But it's not true.

As the tax justice campaigner  Richard Murphy points out, the risk to banks like Barclays adds up to 0.8% of global turnover: "The big deal is that the 15% global minimum tax rate is much too low. Suinak has yet again spectacularly missed the point."

Because of that, what I just wrote strays a bit from the usual seeing I have used my own MC for it.

This took me a while and honestly I was first thinking of not doing this request, but I wanted to write something for it so bad.

So I hope you enjoy this!

We'll Meet Again

And at last the day has come.

It was innevitable, Yukihime knew.

Right from the moment she first stepped in the grounds of hell under the stare of many powerful demons and was told she was now their new exchange student, albeit against her will, she knew, she knew it all would end at some point.

She knew that, under 365 days, she would be back once again to the human world.

Back to a house with too many empty bedrooms, back to playing pretend, back to visiting graves on holidays, to cursing God on daily basis.

I don't want to go back... she thought once again.

Had she ever?

She didn't want to when Mammon grumbled to himself while scorting her to the House of Lamentation on the first day, she didn't want to when she had to summon Asmodeus to flirt with a giant snake, she didn't want to when she felt her ribs crushing and the hot blood rise in her throat as her lungs were punctured in Belphie's hold, and she sure as hell didn't want to now, specially when she has finally started to feel what is like to have a family again.

Yukihime couldn't help but fall into her old habit of cursing God when she found herself walking inside the counsil room, the first place she has stepped on when she first arrived, and the last place she would step on before being sent back home.

Yukihime scoffed at the word in her mind.

At least everyone is present this time. The ravenette hit herself mentally at the thought as her heart grew heavier when she looked around the room, several different hues of expectant eyes meeting back her own lavender colored gaze.

She could barely feel the time pass, or did she feel like it was going too fast? As she watched as Luke, Simeon and Solomon chit chatted with the demon brothers, Yukihime could swear time was both going fast foward and in slow motion. But that was probably just consequence of the constant flush of blood being sent to her brain as the beats of her heart grew both stronger and more strained.

I don't want to go back... It was all she could hear herself plead.

"Take care, Yukihime."

"Till next time!"

"I hope we can get together again sometime up in the human world"

Three voices she could reconize spoke to her. Simeon, Luke and Solomon.

Yukihime's blood ran cold as she realized it was already time for them to go.

"Take care, all of you guys!" She felt herself turn on the autopilot as the smile on her face betrayed the hands she firmly kept clenched together as an attempt to ground herself just enough.

She didn't even have time to process the Purgatory Hall residents desappearing before the demon lord turned his attention to her figure.

"...Well then, that brings us to you, Yukihime"

Ah, how she wanted to get mad at the one responsable for bringing her to hell in the first place.

"To be completely honest," he started, furrowing his brows in a serious face Yukihime believed she would never grown used to "I felt worried whether I'd made the right choice inviting a regular human here." His demanor once again shifted back to his usual easy going atmosphere "but as it turned out, I was worried over nothing"

Yukihime slowly felt herself getting a better grasp on reality as a firm hand belonging to no one else but the man in front of her came to rest on top of her shoulder.

"You've brought change to the Devildom, to RAD, and most importantly to each one of us. I truly appreciate everything you have done, thank you, Yukihime."

His words ressonated in her heart. Along with all the joy and sadness she has come to experience the past year, along with all of her dread of never getting a chance to come back, along with all of her thoughts on how if this was how soldiers being discharged felt like.

"Thank you for inviting me."

And she meaned it.

"Make sure you don't go doin' anythin' crazy in the human world, got it?"

Even through all the messes she had to deal with.

"...Listen, I am not going to erase out saved data for the game we were working on beating together, okay?"

Even through all the trials and errors.

"Take care of yourself okay?"

"Bye bye, my sweet little kitten."

Even through all the dangers.

"Remember to eat when you're hungry okay?"

Even through the memories and the sorrow.

"I wanted to spend more time with you."

Even through the pain.

"I'll never forget this year I've spent with you."

She really meaned it.

"The Devildom will always be here for you, always."

And in a blink of an eye, she was back.

Back to where it all started, back to the same balcony she secluded herself to so long ago when the loneliness was too much to bare, back to the same sunset over the horizon.

No... Yukihime though, shaky hands holding onto the same cold rails she often found comfort on for support.

Their coldness didn't feel as comforting anymore.

She took a closer look at the sun. The small curve of light just barelly peaking through the baby blue sky in soft rays sunshine.

It was a sunrise.

Like a broken dam, Yukihime's airways opened as she let out loud hiccup. Frantic pale hands tried to unsuccessfully muffle the watery sounds that kept on scaping her mouth in desparation.

Losing the last bits of strenght on her legs, the ravenette sank to her knees.

The irony of it all be dammed.

Dammed be the sun that screamed new begginings, dammed be the house she spent a full year away from yet still carried so many memories, dammed be the tears that refused to scape her tearducts even when she wanted to do nothing but weep.

A vibration coming from her coat's pocket startled her.

With rushed yet almost hesitant movements, the ravenette hastly reached her hand to grab onto the device she has come to familiarize herself with.

Too paralized to do anything but, the girl stared at the lock screen of her D.D.D., the thing resonsable for the vibration being a single text message:

"Did you arrive okay?"

As she has come to expect, it didn't take long for another one to pop in.

"Ya alive right?"

And another.

"Make sure to get some rest and eat something"

And another.

"Lord of Shadows to Henry, respond if you're okay, over."

And another.

"Give me a call once you can!"

And another.

"Did you arrive in a one piece?"

And another.

"I already miss you."

Oh, God be dammed.

Lavender eyes lifted their gaze from the phone like device to stare once again into the now halfway from fully rising sun.

And she breathed...

In...

And out...

A challenging smirk slowly took it's place on her lips as she let's out an almost mocking chuckle.

She, at last, has come to a conclusion.

New begginings be dammed.

This was just the end of the prologue.

Lucifer

This just really reminds me of the way Lucifer feels towards his fall. He is pretty shameful for it but did what he could to protect the ones he loved, in turn throwing away the heaven he created for himself in the Celestial Realm.

Mammon

"Oh, my blood, once was mine but in one touch, you made it yours. What have you done? What have you done?" (Anyone Else)

Almost self-explanatory. Mammon first begins the game as someone who isn't super fond of MC. Eventually as MC grows on him he basically give all of himself to them without really realizing. He is desperate to hide his own feelings because he himself doesn't fully understand them.

Levi

"There's always been a disconnect, running from my heart to my head, and no it's never made much sense, and I've been feeling so distant." (Seperate)

Levi is a shut-in, his likes are drastically different from that of his brothers. He is into anime and video games and his brothers make fun of him for it since they don'tfully understand. He tries to almost detatch himself from the real world because of the misunderstanding.

Satan

"You make your way into my veins, course right through my limbs and dig your way into my brain." (Smoke)

These lyrics just remind me of how Satan views his relationship with Lucifer. Satan seeminly can't let go of his hatred for him. He is always trying to one up Lucifer in an attempt to show that he is better.

Asmo

"I'll face my fear of the cold nights, when you leave me behind. I felt your hands in my hair, I felt your breath on my neck, yeah, I need to feel you again." (Eyelids)

This is another self-explanatory one. Asmodeous, being the avatar of lust, is always trying to fill his desires. I can imagine after many nights of one night stands, things start getting pretty lonely, leading him to find another person to fulfill his needs again.

Beel

"They say don't open old wounds, but this is still brand new, and I've got nothing left to lose besides you, I've already lost you once, what more could you do?" (Old Wounds)

Beelzebub is so attached to his family. He lost his sister and his brother so when he finds similar qualities of Lilith in MC and eventually gets Belphie back, he stops at absolutely nothing to put them out of harms way. He is willing to open up a scar that may or may not have healed and protect the people who need it so there is no repeat of what happened in the past.

Belphie

"You're out of line, buried yourself alive and expected to be fine. You can't rewind when you're choking on your own dirt begging for your life." (Fire)

As we know, MC is curious by nature, always digging themself into the family drama that happened long before they had arrived in Devildom. These lyrics really just remind me of the scene near the ending with Belphie. MC put themself so deep in drama and expected everything to be okay, when it was anything but that.

When he won. There are other things on that list between firsts with Ozzie and the life his career has gifted him, but it all starts with that very first show. He had a half finished costume and a grudge a mile wide, but with five points he earned Mammon's brand deal. It changed everything overnight even if some of it brought its own pains and struggle.

But every step in his path lead him to where he is. He can be angry at Mammon, at the long practices, and brutal treatment, but god dammit he did it. Isn't that worth it?

TPOIAS: The Story So Far

Faith- human cleric (order), atheist, acolyte- athena

Blaze Karjon- Human warlock, criminal

Malthia- Water Genasi barbarian, hermit

Blaze became a warlock of Paimon through his guild as a promotion/honor, and was given an assignment to investigate a horrifying disease. He enlists the other two characters to help, found out it was being carried through heroin being sold by carnival workers, and lit the a wagon of the carnival on fire like the creepy prophet told them they would. Then they found out about the demon and summoned them and exorcised them.

Faith, being at this point an atheist, thought they were torturing the guy. She was fine with this however, and wrote down everything, including psychological comments about everyone around her.

Then there was Flora, a half orc/tiefling daughter of one of Blaze’s mob bosses who had been said to be kidnapped but had actually run away from her controlling mother. They told her it would be best to go back, but heavily hinted that she should study magic, which she did.

Then the party went to Lynn on orders from Paimon to Blaze to investigate the paladin that Lucifer had an interest in which he never did before. The other party members were getting suspicious about where the messages from Blaze’s boss were coming from, since Paimon had not yet revealed herself to be a demon yet.

Before the governor’s ball they went to an orphanage to find out about missing children, met Anna, and tracked down a kid and asked for info and told them about people taking off with kids.

Then they went to the governor’s ball. They were being honored by the city of Lynn for killing a sea serpent and were pretending to be paladins/heroes of God, but the party found out what they actually were at the governor’s ball and they went into a room with Blaze alone after hints were dropped. They have a conversation with them about killing children and the others were at the bottom of the stairs, and they offered drugs and talked about what lords they served, and then they invited Blaze out for carousing. Outside the party tripped one down the stairs, and the other was stabbed while asking what happened, and the paladin was gone so they followed and then Blaze prayed to Paimon and she appeared with her full evil queen dress and black carriage and everything and the paladin almost rain into her. She took off with the paladin and introduced herself to the rest of the party.

Then they went back to their rooms and she came back to explain herself– invited Mal to a meal and explained that she was the mob boss Blaze was taking orders, leading Mal to think she wasn’t a great person but that everything at least made sense. Faith didn’t want to talk to her at all.

Paimon went on her five day romantic vacation with Lucifer, and the party went on vacation. She didn’t have anything for them to do so they killed a bugbear, then to Mymbar to investigate reports of hauntings. They explored the school, exorcised a demon, and started taking over the school for their own. Then explored the town, and killed ghouls, then Faith started having an alcohol scheme to sell stuff from the town, which is how she talked to Paimon the first time.

They went into Oaken Gate and encountered a Gaston-like hunter and also vampire hunter who was tracking a hunter and they agreed to meet up later to fight vampires. They set up a post office in Mymbar and invited feds back there, and started posting flyers for their exorcism business. Faith went on a business meeting with Paimon and swept her off her feet unintentionally while getting trashed. Paimon brought her back, handed her back to the others.

Next, Faith told everyone about her scheme, and the others talk more honestly about Paimon, and here Mal is the only who doesn’t know about her true nature. Mal left, stressed out about capitalism and Paimon picked her up for lunch and explained everything and gave her the opportunity to leave, which she didn’t take. Mal was concerned but stayed and got a cool sword from her. Met Lurch for the first time and found out he was the first war profiteer. Crowley then sent flowers back with Mal for Faith, who did not get it.

Then they went vampire hunting with Carl. Then Karjon got imp blood for the blood mission which they got somewhere around here, and Paimon hung around and build the annex to the school and gave Faith a stationery set and the others had to explain to Faith the Paimon was interested in her, romantically.

Then there was the Jack the Ripper style murders, which turned out to be Zepar, demon of bigotry, and Blaze prayed Crowley to tell her what was going on and she went and got Belial, who then went to investigate, and the party disguised themselves as prostitutes and encountered Zepar in the bar and Faith tied his blue and silver ribbon to her wrist to get his attention which worked incredibly well and Zepar took her to murder her, and Belial showed up and started fighting with him, and told him to do his job and stop pissing around murdering people, and Zepar vanished and Faith mouthed off to Belial and tortured her, and vanished. They thought Paimon would be mad because she said she was working for her and they got super scared and Blaze lied to Paimon to protect Faith and she said that she wouldn’t hurt them if they agreed not to lie to her anymore.

Then when they went back Belphegor was waiting there to make sure they didn’t mouth off to angels anymore. Bel goes with them to hunt a owlbear, and they find out she’s the first thief and she has the first stolen object, a horn of wine that never runs out. They went back and she threw a party, and demons stayed there, and Decarabia was at the party, and they met her and Mammon the next day. Decarabia offered to teach Faith the angel sex dance, and she says no, and Decarabia soul scans her and they wig out about how they’re reincarnations of heroes of old.

Then Fadras came around from the old mob boss to spy on them, and they kill a troll while Faith and Crowley went on another date, and they figure out who he was and decide to flip him. The others kill the troll, then visit Flora for orc blood, who is now happily married, the party having cashed in a favor from King Valid to get her mom to back off from her. They went back at some point before this because the mob boss was threatening war for her daughter and the party got her to get married to her girlfriend and got her mom to back off through Crowley.

After they visit Flora and get orc blood they go back, Paimon flips Fadras. Paimon taked Faith on yet another date to see Judge Gargroth, a Judge Judy like demon, and tours her palace while the others were at home and Lucifer showed up and questioned them as an owl, and tortured them a little, asked a bunch of questions about Faith and who they were, told them about the dying unicorn, and then they prayed to Paimon and she came and got rid of Lucifer and then came back with him in tow and forced him to apologize to them the next day. Then Belphegor teaches Faith some angel binding stuff and they talked about how she wrote they angel vivisection book and how Lailah hasn’t been the same since then and Paimon won’t forgive her for what she did to her. Then they talked to Valefor and Belial and they agreed to exchange info on Lucifer for info on unicorns, and he told them unicorn info and how they had hairs and it was fucking up angel graces and similar and every angel wants unicorn blood and it could do almost anything. Belial makes spade eyes at Faith. And they came to a favor agreement wherein they’d get unicorn blood to maybe heal Lailah for Belphegor in exchange for her stealing unicorn hairs from Valefor to stop the unicorn from dying.

Faith prays to Valid and he can’t tell her much. He tells them that Paimon probably has good intentions about unicorn blood and her getting it before other angels is the best option. Then they talked to Decarabia and Lailah and Lailah agrees to be healed, so then they went to find the unicorn rangers and they took them to see the unicorns. Unicorn gives them two vials of blood, takes the hairs, and they healed Lailah’s grace. Called Belphegor and everyone freaks out about the grace thing, and Paimon joins them, and now there’s a group freakout about the possibility of fallen angel grace being healed and how dangerous it was for all of them to know about this.

And Lucifer showed up again, and he just wanted to hang out but couldn’t find any of Paimon’s upper court in Paimon’s palace so found them at the exorcist’s guild, bitched about paimon to them/gave them the Paimon sucks rant, Paimon gets upset and Faith comforts her, and they all get drunk. Last thing is them figuring out what to do next, they sent Lailah to the orphanage to work/live there. New plan is to meet with Lucifer’s paladin to give them info to give to Lucifer that unicorn blood makes you grow a conscience so lailah grew one and Paimon had to kill her. Paimon then tells them not to use their own blood to create sigils anymore as that invited blood curses.
