Q: Can I use different pairings than the suggested pairings? Like, could I do the same sibling pair the whole month through? A: Absolutely! They are only suggestions, you can use whichever pairing you want.

Q: The day for the prompt has already passed. Can I still write a fic? A: YES! You can still submit a work for any prompt that has passed. The AO3 collection will not close.

Q: Could I combine prompts? A: Yes.

Q: Will you reblog my post? A: Yes, we will reblog every fic on that tags our Tumblr account. Give us 72 hours to have it reblogged before reaching out to us about it. If we still have not reposted it in that time, then please feel free to DM or send us an ask about it.

“Nightly Ritual”

I am a bit late to @macrocest’s @cestember event. But here is a bit I did for the prompt ‘Wet Dreams’. 🫴✨

Pairing: Ominis Gaunt x Marvolo Gaunt

The only greater torment was the present. Lying in bed with Marvolo, the star of these damned dreams he’s been having. The puppeteer manipulating his every desire while simultaneously tying the strings around his neck. For months now, Ominis had been unable to escape them. They came unannounced and frequently.

Moments ago, he had woken from a dream where familiar hands tugged at his trousers, gliding over his thighs before wrapping around his already slick cock. Ominis could feel the heat, the sweat beading on their skin as it slapped together. Marvolo had worked him tirelessly, making an utter mess of him.

Yet none of it was real. Of course, to Ominis, it felt achingly authentic. Currently, he lay beside that voice, which now breathed calmly—Marvolo. The bed sheet suffocated Ominis as he awoke. His legs rubbed against each other in search of some friction and he slowly reached down past his navel, seeking relief. Breathless, he worked his wrist, trying his best to keep as quiet as a mouse and doing everything in his power not to rub himself against Marvolo.

This had become a nightly ritual—seeking comfort in Marvolo’s bed, wrapped in his warmth. Ominis inched closer, inhaling deeply from the nape of Marvolo’s neck. Pleasure-inducing, that cologne-stained skin of his.

“B-bloody hell….” Ominis stammered. The slaps were getting a bit too loud. He could not wake Marvolo. It was out of the question. But…perhaps a touch would not be so unwelcome. Ominis nestled closer to Marvolo’s back, his nose brushing just barely against his shoulder blade, breathing him in like oxygen. “…Ollie…ahh…”

Ominis was well aware that this ritual did little to quell the dreams, but perhaps he didn’t truly wish for them to end. And the sensation of spilling white just inches away from what he desired most, did little to guard his sanity.

Some fanworks deconstruct these biases/beliefs and some fanworks can play into these biases/beliefs unwittingly. Some fanworks are just as racist and antisemetic as the source material.

Transphobia is real and has real harm on real people. Racism is real and has real harm on real people. Antisemitism is real and has real harm on real people. Zionism is also real and I support Palestine. (I post about all of these on my main blog more than here.)

However, what I like about drarry is redemption, remorse, & unlearning harm. I think that real people do have a chance at remorse and redemption and change. I think everyone has a chance to be better and unlearn racism and antisemitism and transphobia and homophobia.

But if they are not doing all that and are currently being bigoted, they deserve to get punched in the fucking throat. So, in essence, fuck JKR and do better.

I’ve been really enjoying the extra time to write drabbles here and there. Check out my Gauntcest piece for @macrocest’s @cestember event. 🫴✨ This time, the prompt is ‘voyeurism’.

Pairing: Ominis Gaunt x Marvolo Gaunt

For weeks now, it had become an accidental habit. Could he even call it that? It was something he never intended to stumble upon-yet here he was.

Marvolo saw it as clear as crystal: Ominis, sprawled in his bed, cock out, grinding desperately against a pillow, the heat from his mouth battling against the chill with each muffled grunt that he released. Drool dripped from his lips like honey in desperate, pathetic need. All over Marvolo’s sheets. Bloody hell, it was truly a sight to behold. Especially as Ominis wrapped those pretty hands around himself, pumping and milking himself to exhaustion.

Marvolo had only been gone for a month on business for their father, Caliginous. And this….this is what he came back to. Bloody fucking paradise.

Of course, Marvolo said nothing to Ominis the next morning. But he smirked inwardly at the sight of his baby brother stripping the sheets that night, washing them to erase the evidence—sweat, fluids-it didn't matter. It was amusing. Ominis was completely oblivious to the fact that Marvolo had stood in the doorway for a full hour watching him, hands gripping himself and matching Ominis’s pace.

Even after the sheets had been laundered, the scent of lavender lingered, much to Marvolo's irritation as he slid into bed that night. He cursed under his breath, but as he settled in, he could still detect a faint trace of salt.

Morning had arrived, casting a pale light over the breakfast table where the two sat, separated by what felt like miles. Only the clatter of silverware and the occasional, muted chime of crystal glasses did the talking. Marvolo had not expected Ominis to be the first to break the silence—but when he did, it carried with it, hesitance.

“You’re back early,” Ominis remarked. There it was—that trace of frustration that Marvolo instantly recognized.

“Indeed, I am,” Marvolo retorted. “You sound rather disappointed.”

Ominis took a measured sip of his tea. “Mm. Quite. I was under the impression you’d be gone for much longer. Pity.”

Marvolo scoffed faintly, swirling his wine before taking a sip. “As it happens, I will be returning. Father informed me this morning that I’m to stay another week.”

Ominis raised an eyebrow, his fingers toying idly with the napkin on his lap. “How positively delightful.”

Marvolo leaned back in his chair, eyeing Ominis with amusement. “Delightful? My, you do hide your enthusiasm well. I almost believed you were thrilled.”

Ominis didn’t miss a beat, dabbing the corner of his mouth with his napkin. “Oh, absolutely. This prison is simply radiant in your absence. I was beginning to enjoy the peace.”

“Peace, you say?” Marvolo quirked an eyebrow, smirking. “Is that what you call it? You, writhing about in your bed like a—” He muttered.

Ominis froze. “What?”

“Hmm?”

Ominis’s fingers tightened slightly around his teacup. He decided to ignore whatever he just misheard. “Do remind me to send a thank-you note to Father for this riveting arrangement.”

Marvolo grinned. “Please do. Though I’m sure he’d be more amused by the fact you still can’t keep your sheets clean.”

Ominis shot him a sharp look and slammed his hands down on the dinner table. He quickly began to retreat, ears as red as cherries.

Marvolo laughed. “Try not to miss me too much when I’m gone again.”
