Hey, happy bfsn :)

I haven't been doing this in forever but I felt like checking in tonight. I will go back to work this weekend since cinemas are gonna be allowed to open up again in my country. Feels weird. I've been living in this weird state of uncertainty the last couple of months (I mean who hasn't) and I kinda forgot what (semi-) normal life felt like. I certainly do look forward to seeing my coworkers again, I really did miss them a lot.

Speaking of the show, I might not feel as super involved as I did the last few years, which is odd as I count myself amongst the people who like Sci fi the 100 significantly more than post-apocalypse the 100, but maybe I just need a couple of episodes to get back into it again. I just.. don't really care what happens anymore, no expectations, head empty, do whatever Jason, as long as you let Clarke do a power walk down a flight of stair with burning buildings in the background every once and again I'm happy.

I hope you all are doing alright and that life, despite the state of the world is at least realively kind to you.

1 and 2 are tied for me but for the sake of choosing lol

As well, 3 is only so low because it’s a little hard for me to watch, with both Lincoln and Lexa dying in the same season, Pike’s over all message but the equally bad reaction our heroes have to it and yeah. I like the season but it’s hard for me to watch.

5 is my least favourite because I have issues with the writing of it. Every character is weird and different and that isn’t necessary a problem because there is a 6 year time gap but with just about every character outside of Octavia and Clarke, we never really get any indication of what actually happened during the 6 years in order to understand what happened. I love these characters but I found the writing of the entire season and especially the characters to be extremely underdeveloped and in some cases wonky. It got better in s6 and that season definitely did help I think because it gave us further progression of the characters being different and contextualizes some stuff for me, which I liked.

Howdy y’all!!! Happy BFSN and Bfgd and Show day woohoo!!

So according to tumblr I haven’t participated in this since January?? That sounds fake.

So things that have happened since January? I went to Italy. Took 5 trains and 3 planes home in locked down Europe. Self quarantined for 2 weeks. Started my summer semester of classes (which is murdering me). Went apartment hunting. Joined a small modeling agency. (!!!) Put together my first photo shoot as creative director. Cuddled with my cats??

So we’re here at the final season and I cannot process. I know there’s a lot of mixed feelings going around the fandom right now, but no matter what happens I’m grateful for Bob and Eliza and I’m grateful for this fandom. You guys are the best, and I’m so glad I took a leap and joined tumblr 4 years ago.

I hope you all enjoy the season. Come yell in my inbox!!! (P.S. is it really BFSN if mobile isn’t glitching on me? Sorry if I missed your selfie.)
