Mr Noisy was right on time last night and was quiet when he ate his almonds! Jenny seemingly had a good night! I didn’t sleep well and didn’t notice her being restless! We left later for a walk planning it so we could get to the oval when Jessie and Harry were ready to walk home! It worked well as she was happy to see her friends although a bit confused that there was no off lead play! It’s a bit sensitive but she’s taking her tablets and she allowed me to rub the cream into the hotspot without growling! Different story last night! Today we distracted her by letting her clean out what was left in El Gato’s bowl with GK at her head while I did the deed! One to me!💊🧴✔️ Good girl Jenny! Les Amis as.. 1920’s swimwear edition

As much as I adore mid century teen fashion I might be even more obsessed with 20’s(?) swimwear

Ok, so, I almost had Cos and Marius switched but the girl looks too much like she’s humoring him so I had to make it this way. I’d also like to say I appreciate Feuilly’s titty window. (We love a popped button) I don’t know why I made that one background girl R but I felt it was the right decision.

When not canon era I generally headcanon Feu as Irish and/or Italian so naturally he got the clover girl. And I’m sorry but if there’s anyone who made a funny face or was caught off guard that will generally be Boss. The rest was vibes.

I progressively know less, just go with it

So, I’ve been watching “Say Yes to the Dress” on YouTube, and let me tell you the idea that popped into my head-

Bahorel and Montparnasse owning a bridal/wedding shoppe. Both are so fashionable and super supportive of the clients and are not afraid to tell the entourage to shut the hell up cause it’s not their appointment.

Also, like, you know, they’re able to like, help with the tailoring, with help from Feuilly and Enjolras who both can sew. And Courfeyrac can also help with trying on of dresses and and suits and what not. And Fauntleroy and Jehan also help out with that. Even Mardisoir is in on it, and Claquesous is super supportive and helps out with the more atypical requests, like black gowns and whatnot.

And basically, they just run this really sweet and LGBTQIA+ centred bridal/wedding shoppe!

And yes: there are too many! But, because of various suggestion blogs and literally all of the fanfiction about them I binged... I made up various headcanons about their associates too and now I just can't leave them out anymore

PM and HUGS that is all

Gueulemer: Has a slight tendency of hugging or jostling people against their will. Has been known to hug all of the Patron-Minette except Calquesous, who threatened to fight him. Tries to remember not to try and hug Biz and Mardi.

Bizarro: Hugs Fauntleroy fairly regularly and Mardisoir on occasion. She doesn’t really let other people get that close.

Montparnasse: Doesn’t hug people. Occasionally drapes against Sous from behind when he wants attention. Allows Faun to hug him. Cuddles with Jehan.

Brujon: Same sort of approach to hugs as Gueulemer only a bit less violent. Generally only tries it with Babet, Bizarro, Fauntleroy and Mer himself.

Babet: Gives hugs when he asked, but generally doesn’t initiate. Allows Mer and Brujon’s occasional attacks.

Claquesous: Hates being touched unexpectedly and doesn’t do hugs. Doesn’t really do touching in general. Montparnasse is an exception. Faun is becoming an exception. Mardisoir exists in a grey area.

Mardisoir: Rather reserved with their shows of physical affection. Makes an exception for Bizarro. Sits unnaturally close to Claquesous sometimes. Is slowly caving to Faun.

Fauntleroy: Very fond of hugs when it comes to the people they trust. Has by now gained permission to actually hug nearly everyone. Is still working on Sous and Mardi and making reasonable progress.

Paris’ new nightclub Minette- popular in the Underground scene and not somewhere respectable to spend your Saturday night-

“Why would I do that?” Jean shook their head, staring wide-eyed through the throng of gyrating bodies on the dance floor and wiping the spilled vodka from their sarong. “Her? She looks like she could kill me, R!”

“I bet you two Jaegers that you can’t do it.” The annoyingly persuasive, stupidly charming smirk was living on Grantaire’s face and they knew they couldn’t back away from a challenge.

“…Make it five. And phone an ambulance when I’m done.” Looking through the crowd their eyes landed on the top booth, neon lights illuminating the hard faces lounged below them. Steeling themselves they set off through the crowd, brushing against fishnets and fake designer, until they came to the head table. All three members stared them down, almost bored. All three also had pocket squares, all a different colour. “Oh look, my cup is empty!” They let out an embarrassing squeal, turning to flee with empty hands. The three faces looked about in confusion. Grantaire was gone from their spot, completely vanished, and for once Jean was glad. Now they wouldn’t have to hide their furious blush from anyone but the Gods. The bar- they needed the Bar. “Double vodka and lem-” “Give them a triple vodka and pomegranate, Mard.” A cool voice next to them muttered. “Excuse me but, I dont-” “Yes?” Jean looked up in awe, the voice as lovely as it’s owner looked. “Oh-um. I guess I’ll try it?” “Yes.” For a few moments only the beat of the music flowed between them, but Jean was as aware of the stranger’s presence as if they were alone in the dark. Then they noticed the pocket square, crisply ironed and impeccably folded into the well-tailored pocket. Their fingers itched to take it, to bring it back to Grantaire like a prized fish. “What do you think?” A raised brow asked ominous questions. “I think it’s a nice look.” “I meant of the drink.” A smirk joined the eyebrow. “Ah! Um. It’s nice. Thank you for recommending it. I wouldn’t say it was your style, though.” “Oh? And you know a lot about style, do you?” A scrutinizing look had them blushing again. “More than you know,” They smiled up at the stranger, spinning the straw in their glass and bringing it to their lips. “I know that the person behind you is wearing last season Jacobs.” The stranger looked over his shoulder, bringing his chest closer to Jean. The square was ripped away quickly, and tucked into their shirt. An innocent smile graced their lips, and they blushed into their hair. “I think you are right.” The stranger narrowed their eyes. “What’s your name?” “Prouvaire. Jean, Er. Jehan.” Jean bit out, stuttering under the gaze of their victim. “Well, whoever you are. Enjoy your free drinks tonight.” “Wait! What can I call you?” Jean tugged on their sleeve. “You don’t know?” The music began to drown them out, but not enough.“It’s Montparnasse.”
