Litte Norrix about Lando teaching Martin how to race on Daniels bikes when they visited him in Australia? While Daniel just zooms past them laughing because they are so slow? But Lando loves showing Martin the racing lines and breaking poins to help him get faster 🥰🥰🥰

I've seen two Quadrant Videos where he helped with driving the first was when one of his mates could't restart the car after stalling ist and he ran over to help. And then the one with the young skatboarder who he helped with karting. He was such a sweet and nervous mother hen in this 😂😂😂 (I'm sorry I can't remember the names and I'm too tired to search for them now 🙈🙈🙈)

Lando realising Martin is a bit hesitant about the bikes when Daniel suggests they take out his dirt bikes. He just says he'll hang back, but Lando being sweet and knowing Martin probably wants to take part but isn't too sure he'd be good at it, maybe is worried Daniel will make fun of him the way he is making fun of Lando (which Dan woldn't, he teases Lando because he knows Lando will give it back)

So Lando just gently showing him what to do, talking him through it all and encouraging him. Just being soft and sweet, throwing in little jokes and hovering around Martin, just to make sure that he's comfortable with it and that he actually wants to do it

have a lot of feelings about Louis Litt in suits and the way he's treated as a jewish man and how he's like… he is absolutely a dick and he's got a lot of complex and obsessive power things going on

but the specific ways he's emasculated are very much linked to his jewishness

like the way that it's treated as laughable that he should be married or that he should be sexually active, including the way that people react with revulsion at the idea of him dating or having sex, and i remember comments about how hairy he is later on as well

suits is a bit frustrating in that like. i was saying while i was watching it to the polycule that suits is the same sort of trashiness and soapy writing as grey's anatomy, but it's like. For Dudes

and that means that there's no real bisexuality present

and the thing is i do think it would be interesting to read louis as genuinely bisexual because of how that too would be and is linked to the ways in which he's already emasculated, but as it stands, jokes about louis being bisexual or gay are also about his jewish masculinity

and the fact that the facets of that masculinity aren't matched to the goyische expectations thereof, and louis' CONSTANT and continuous feelings of being disrespected, devalued, and generally laughed at - whilst also being hypercompetent and outclassing everyone - is. real.

i love him so much and he genuinely is one of my favourite characters that's ever been on television, i think, he's so layered and he's so tremendously awful, he's a bully, a liar, a manipulator

but he's in the same family as like. martin crieff and arnold rimmer to me

he's like that with everyone because he struggles to trust anybody, and he struggles to trust anybody because he's gone through life feeling like everyone's laughing behind his back and trying to fuck him over - AND HE'S CORRECT TO THINK THAT

but unlike arnold rimmer (whose disrespect is linked to his terrible (nay incestuosus) abuse by his mother and abuse from the rest of his family, not to mention his own latent sexual issues) or martin crieff (whose problems come from his working class background and classism)

louis litt's issues DON'T come from particular abuse by his family or loved ones, and what's infuriating to him is that he is of an economic class cohort with many of those around him - whilst harvey specter, for example? ISN'T

esp bc i don't think harvey's ever like. portrayed as or defined as jewish - i know specter is a surname among ashkenazim, but whether he's jewish or a goy i don't think he's read as Obviously Jewish in the way that Louis is

there's a sense in him of like. what makes me wrong? what am i doing incorrectly? why do people automatically view me as so slimy or untrustworthy, even when i'm trying to be genuine? esp given that he's put alongside daniel hardman who's introduced as jewish from the get go

idk suits is weird because it's a show set in new york, and i actually really like how it presents and explores jewish masculinities in the show because i don't actually see many shows that delve into it with so much, you know, depth? even in other new york jewish guys

like it has jewish creators and you can TELL, there's so few shows that really play with and portray these themes - so many shows have like. 1 or 2 jewish bit characters as a joke or a vague "WOW, CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY EXIST?" about like, frum jews

so hes actually more of a self insert, named Enoch. hes an avatar of the spiral. hes around 26 years old, he doesnt really have a grasp on time anymore, so hes not that sure.

emergency stop button did nothing,

panic set in,

lift started to tilt,

he tumbled on the mirror,

bottom tooth knocked out,

scars on his face, neck, arms,

lift still rotating,

doors now directly below him,

still going up,

he began pounding his body on the doors,

doors bending and denting,

his body about to give out,

but hes determined,

and the lift spat him out,

angled drop to the hallway floor,

he cant quite gather himself,

but is on the right floor though,

he opened his apartment door,

didnt recognice himself in the mirrors,

and didnt hate it.

later discovered a hunger,

he could now control the lifts,

warp how they moved,

where they moved,

he took advantage of this,

lured people in,

asking them to hold the doors,

placing "out of order" signs as he walked in,

hed chat with the passangers,

and they wouldnt notice the lift not stopping,

when they did and began to panic,

he would become a reflection,

no longer physical,

only in the mirrors,

and he fed on their terror.

he had heard of the institute,

and knew that they would know,

theyd know what happened to him,

who he had become,

what he had become,

he didnt want it to stop,

but he was still curious,

he wanted awnsers,

walking in to the building,

delighted to see lifts,

he hopped on,

he felt watched,

but safe,

walking to a desk,

he went to give his statement,

the man talking to him,

calling himself head archivist,

said it had to be recorded on tape,

reluctantly he agreed,

disliking the man he gave a statement to,

he had too many eyes,

even if he couldnt see them,

he felt them all around,

pushing him,

and he told his story.

later in the week,

he came back to the institute,

during his first visit,

he noticed the distrust in the air,

and it made him hungry,

people in the institue were wary,

easy targets,

he fed on some,

maybe three in the next month,

statement givers,

someone from the library,

on their lunch break.

he was watching the archivist,

waiting for him to come close,

but he seemed to sense something,

he avoided the lifts,

despite sometimes clearly needing them,

eventually the achivist gave away,

maybe forgetting his paranoia,

probably not by his own choice,

he stepped in the lift,

doors closing,

it appeared in the mirror,

hazy at first,

then adjusting to physicality,

the archivist dropped his things,

stacks of files and loose papers,

it talked to him calmly,

asking about his day,

how his research was going,

recognicing him,

the archivist started to speak,

words dying on his tongue,

the lift stopped,

doors opened,

and he hurriedly stepped out,

it stared at him in confusion,

not having told the lift to stop,

let alone let him go,

yet here enoch was,

alone in its lift,

somehow stuck to it.

so hes now bound to the institute lifts by the hand of jurgen leitner, and the seven lamps of architechture by john ruskin. i imagine this all took place somewhere around or between season 1 and 2. he lurks in the lifts until MAG158, as peter lukas releases the notthem from the tunnels, he is freed as well. its unclear if he survives when the eyepocalypse starts. before MAG158, he decides to get to know some of the staff a litte better. mainly martin, who was off doing research at the time of the incident and therefor didnt know what had happened, and elias, who made it very clear he wasnt threatened by him, quite the opposite, in fact. (*cough* they might fuck) jon doesnt trust him at any point, and only goes in the lifts on the days his joint pain is at its worst, and if hes accompanied by martin. on those occations, enoch leaves them alone. melanie also still uses the lifts, but refuses to get to know him. he leaves her alone, most of the time. the others dont use the lifts. the one-off statement givers, researchers, and other people who werent aware of him end up disappearing..

*Jackson’s chest was tight with your dismissal of going home, you wanting to spend time with him and be there to help him, never having such a support system before and it felt so good* *he was so adamant about being alone and being a strong man on his own and never needing help, he never knew that it could feel so good to actually have help, to actually have someone right there by his side to get him through all of it, having someone else there to lean on, he never imagined he’d appreciate it but he really, really did* *he just nods as you say you weren’t leaving him, giving you a small smile, that being his way of thanking you, not quite ready to say those words out loud, not wanting to admit that he needed you, that still being too close to the chest and too vulnerable for him* *Jackson heads up to his office, grabbing his briefcase and putting his laptop, phone and necessary chargers inside, walking into his room after and grabbing a duffle bag and filling it with a day’s worth of clothing, assuming he wouldn’t be coming back to the manor that night since his father was putting him up in a hotel* *he rubs his hands over his face, trying to get his wits about him, knowing he couldn’t show that version of himself that you saw last night to the world, not even Martin, he had to be that businessman that everyone knew, at least until you two were safe and alone in the hotel room* *he takes a deep breath before grabbing his things, slipping on a pair of shoes and making his way downstairs, waiting for you in the foyer, making small talk with Martin since he did really like the man, him being very kind and sincere* *Jackson���s eyes flickered to the staircase as you came down, still finding himself admiring you, unable to stop now that he saw you in this different light, you always being so effortless with your beauty, not needing make up or expensive hair styling to stand out, you just naturally capturing his attention* *he gives you a tight smile as Martin opens the front door and takes Jackson’s bags, letting you walk out ahead of him, the workers already getting rid of lots of the snow so there was a path leading right to the towncar that was waiting, following you closely, watching you in case you slipped, rushing ahead to open the door for you, letting you slide in before he does as Martin puts everything in the trunk* We will stop at your place first so you can grab some clean clothes and whatever else you need but seriously, Hannah, I don’t expect you to spend the night cooped up with me… this is way more than you signed up for when you took this position… *he looked at you with a soft gaze, blinking slowly as he waited for your response, he knew you needed to get back to your own personal life, you were his assistant yes but you also had your own life, your own boyfriend, your own affairs to attend to and he couldn’t hold you hostage with him forever… on matter how badly he wanted to*

Visualisering av opplevelser - Bjølsen Valsemølle

Vi var i en melfabrikk !! Første gang jeg var i en, og jeg hadde null peil at det var en i Oslo. Vi fikk til å med smake på nybakt brød, og fikk med melposer uten mel hjem om vi ønsket !! Men som flere ned i nabolaget ved Bjølsen Valsemølle visste de ikke helt hva møllen drev med og syntes det var litt bråkete (så mye at de har fått dødstrusler på mailen hjelp) Så det var her vi ble tilkalt ! For denne oppgaven skulle vi lage noe som ville tiltrekke folk i nabolaget til Valsemøllen og vise hvem de var og hva de drev med så langt på natt ! Så det var opptil meg, Ola og Andreas å finne ut hva som gjør re-GAL etter mel. Beklager.

Etter litt brainstorming kom vi frem til tre ideer som kunne gjøre Bjølsen Valsemølle like attraktiv som deres nybakte brød :) Siden touren deres er litt lang og bråkete, og det er litt farlig hvis barn løper løpsk rundt om. 1) Et lite museum de kan ha i en av de ledige rommene deres. Som viser b.la. hvordan mel blir lagd. Hva slags maskiner de har brukt gjennom århundrende. Om selvet møllen osv. Det er en måte å bruke tiden man selv ønsker rundt på museet og tryggere for barn.  Til høyre i bildet ser du modellen kjære Ola har lagd som viser ulike typer rom av museet; materialer, historien bak, fra frø til brød, bygget. 

Det står ikke så mye informasjon om hvem og hva Bjølsen Valsemølle er så da tenkte vi en illustrerene brosjyre hadde vært fint! Den kan man finne på museet tenkte vi ved inngangen. 2) Brosjyren viste prosessen av hvordan de lagde melt inne på møllen. Men hensikten var å spille mer på følelser enn ren fakta. Så brosjyren forteller om hvordan de arbeider, og grunnen til at det bråker litt om kvelden er fordi det er lyden av frokosten som lages til alle i Norge hihihi. Fra meg til deig. Hele brosjyren er håndtegnet og skrevet av meg for å ha en mer hjemmelaget følelse. Sier vi :)

Til slutt hvem er det som faktisk hadde gått på et mel-museum mer enn én gang :) Så kanskje folk er interessert i å vite om Valsemøllen og drar på museum, men hvordan skal vi fortsette interessen? Vell !! 3) Andreas hadde en super ide med å ha en årlig festival der, siden de hadde et veldig flott loft som kunne fint bli brukt til ulike arrangementer. I tillegg mens vi smakte på det nybakte brødet der så vi et skikkelig langt og stort brød utskårt med rose-malings-mønster der det stod gratulerer *navn*. Så det kunne vært en ting til å se frem til på festivalen utenom musikk-arrangementet. Her er en modell av hvordan vi forestiller Bjølsen Valsemølle etter at de hadde innført ideene våres. Vi tenkte å fokusere på stemningen på stedet fremfor å endre noe fysisk, siden det i realiteten hadde vært veldig kostbart. Så denne modellen viser en atmosfærisk forandring av stedet. Dessverre hadde jeg ikke noen bilder av de superfine plakatene Andreas lagde som invitasjon til festivalen :((

Et problem vi stod ovenfor var å knytte alle ideene våres til en rød tråd slik at det ikke så ut som tre separate ideer. Dermed kom KORNMANNEN INN. Han er vår søte lille maskot ! Han er hovedpersonen i brosjyren, og på modellene kan dere se humøret hans på Bjølsen Valsemølle før og etter endringene !! Dette prosjektet bestod av alt vi hadde lært fra ukene på valgfaget. Det var virkelig her vi fikk brukt midlene vi hadde lært tidligere som var mye mer hjelpsomt enn det man skulle tro. De første ukene bestod av form, farge, lette illustrasjoner, observasjon, papirbretting, foto, forståelse. Om vi ikke hadde hatt lært de midlene tror jeg dette prosjektet hadde sett HELT annerledes ut.  Vil gjerne takke Anna-Martine og Alberto Soriano for 4 fantastiske og gøyale uker !
