I decided to get a month of picmix premium to make some fun Halloween edits for October recently, so I thought I would be fun to upload my old posts again before I post the new ones I've made! If anyone has a request for a gif set/picmix edit be sure to send it my way and if I like it I'll make it! Hope you have a great rest of your day!

How the Exchange Works

the MBAV fandom is slowly blossoming into a larger group of people, and as relatively niche as it is, and as many recurring creators we have each year, not everyone will be aware of how our annual exchange happens- or even if it happens at all! here's a quick step-by-step guide explaining our process ✨

Sign up! Fill out this google form and we'll use what you write to curate a giver who matches your interests.

Receive your gift-ee! Once sign ups close, mods will be contacting you with an e-letter telling you who you'll be creating for this year.

Create your gift! Write, draw, edit, whatever you're capable of! As long as it fits your gift-ee's rating/content preferences and at least one of their prompts, you're all set.

Submit it to the blog! All final submissions will open December 4th, and close December 31st. Writers may post their fics on their respective sites 24 hours before our gift queue starts (the 24th-31st of December), or just copy & paste their work into our inbox. Artists & other creators must not post their work to their individual blogs before the gift queue starts.

If anyone falls behind on their gift, be it due to submitting issues or simply getting it done, please contact a mod in order to receive an extension. In the event a participant has to drop from this exchange for any reason, once again, contact a mod in order for us to inform your gif-ee.

I’m planning on making edits/gifs for different MBAV ships and I need help figuring out what to gif

If you know any specific moments for the different ships (Serica, Bethan, Rorica, Bennica, Etharah, etc.) such as the way they look at each other, them touching each other, kissing, etc., tell me and I’ll try to gif them!

So after Michie posted last night about redownloading mbav to make gifs (great idea, ily) I was like why the heck not and did the same and I’m skipping through episodes (I’m totally not making anything... shut up? :P) and did y’all know there is an actual legit Renny hug in the show and they pan the camera away JUST as it happens so you can’t see/notice it properly? I never even picked up on it before. and now I’m just sitting here like. Das rude.

Edit: homeboy was going for it. Benny threw his hands up and opened his arms and everything. Next camera immediately moves to coach demon dude and you can only see Rory’s hands around Benny’s back signaling the contact had been made. But they were like no, look at demon dude instead. Robbed.

also I’m wondering if you’ll continue to post gifs/edits and fanart as well basically anything related to mbav on your tumblr page because I’m obsessed it completely 100% still even after all the years since it’s ended because I just love it so much and because I think your tumblr fan page that’s dedicated to it is pretty cool and awesome as well

randomly i will reblog stuff. new posts from me are rare now a days but i try to be at least slightly active every once in a while. i’m glad you enjoy my tumblr still!!
