These edits have removed cited clarifications about 813 while adding and maintaining smears citing tabloids, as well as maintaining claims of the Instagram and stolen songs’ validity. The first of these photos was used as a Weibo app opening screen and as Hogan’s Weibo header. Fan Observation: The first line of Gong Jun’s caption, “Modern reboot, retro revival.”, seems to be his own addition rather than a set part of the ad campaign. “Retro” (复古) here is written the same as in the title for Zhang Zhehan’s cancelled drama Retro Detective. There have recently been rumors of this drama doing reshoots—QuelleVous checked and the NRTA’s Beijing branch has not given any permits to do so, the original permit expired in November; the original casting company has no affiliations with such a project. In other words, if reshoots ARE happening, it is not on the original set and the associated persons are sketchy, ie. these rumors are likely (possibly elaborate) fabrication.

Fan Observation: The illustration includes a girl in an orange sweater and a bucket hat, a man with a buzzcut, a baseball cap, glasses, and a sweater with a star, and a man in green with hair similar to Gong Jun’s. → The brand’s VIP fashion show that was originally scheduled for 2022-11-23 (the one that required a purchase of 20k RMB and a submission of personal identification information) was announced to be rescheduled to 02-14, now also stipulating that electronic devices with recording functions cannot be brought inside the venue, and forbidding “forms of support” such as banners and light signs both inside and out. Additional information:   -  Some resellers refused to sell tickets, not wanting to damage their reputations due to not knowing if a fake Zhang Zhehan would show up (or not even a fake).  -  Some resellers who DID choose to sell them stipulated to potential buyers that they could not confirm if this was “the Zhang Zhehan who was in a CP with Gong Jun.” Prices also seem to have significantly lowered, with one reseller offering them for 3000 RMB.  -  The above suggests that members of the general public (ie. those not following the scam) can still tell that the whole situation is fishy and have doubts about if Zhang Zhehan is really involved.   -  I haven’t seen it myself, but there’s apparently a chatlog with the police regarding the event. It’s possible that an excuse is being sought to cancel it.   -  Chinese CPFs seem pretty much unfazed by this whole thing, this is old hat by now. [ibid.]

Anyone interested in a recipe for weed capsules?

Well here ya go, this one is my favorite.

Ingredients:

Concentrate

Carrier oil

Soy lecithin

Gelatin capsules or vegan capsules

A small oven proof glass dish

Weigh out a quantity of concentrates in grams. You can use RSO, Wax, shatter, pretty much anything you'd like really, but concentrates are much easier than bud. Can add an addendum for using bud if anyone wants one. Record this amount exactly if you want a specific dosage and not just the strongest caps you can make. To change the grams of material into the dosage, use the conversion at the end of the post.

Recipe:

Take your concentrate and place it into a small dish, a glass one from the dispensary with the labels removed is good, if not a Pyrex dish is good and safe. As small as you can find that will hold it all plus your carrier oil though! It makes it easier to get out into a syringe.

Place this into a 250° F oven for 30 minutes. (look up decarboxylation for more info! Might need more time for shatter, like 50 minutes) RSO just needs to be heated until it is liquid as it's already decarboxylated.

Remove from oven, then add your desired amount of carrier oil. MCT coconut oil is the fan favorite for most, but literally any oil you can eat is perfectly fine. I use vegetable oil. For the strongest possible caps, just add about 15-20% of your wax volume, or just enough to be able to draw the solution into a syringe. It will depend on the consistency of your wax, but it's generally not thin enough to draw up undiluted. Once you've mixed the two, add your soy lecithin. This should be a very small amount, 5-10% of your total wax volume. For about 20 00 sized capsules, I add just a drizzle of it into the wax and mix. This coats the THC molecules in a capsule of fat, which helps them process into your body more easily and faster. I find it also helps with the gross burps. Terpy wax makes worse burps. The more strong it smells, the more strong the burps will taste.

Then just dispense your oil into empty capsules! Don't wait for it to cool, the oil will not dissolve gelatin even hot. You need it to maintain the thinness of consistency so it will draw into the syringe.

Conversion math:

(grams of substance) x (strength of substance in mg/gram) = total

Total x 0.80 (this is the efficiency of conversion from THC-A to THC-- use 0.7 for bud as it's more likely to be less efficient at conversion) = total number of mg in batch

To change this into doses, divide the total by the desired milligrams of each dose, this gives you the number of capsules in the batch. Then you'll need to take the volume of each capsule (each size is different! Put some oil in a syringe filled to 1ml and fill a cap to just full, there should be a concave surface tension so that the air in the second half of the cap can escape when you close it, then subtract the volume left in the syringe from 1 to get your volume), multiply that by the number of doses, and add enough carrier oil to the batch to equal that volume. Then each cap will be the calculated dosage. If you made them already and want to know how much is in them, just take the total number of milligrams in the batch and divide by the number of caps you ended up with. You absolutely need the weight of the concentrate in grams to know, though, elsewise you'll just be guessing. With minimal carrier oil in a 00 cap with ~70% THC wax, you'll end up with over 200mg per capsule. So definitely weigh the wax if that's too much for you!

I’ve been kind of shocked at how I don’t find food logging restrictive.

I was eating a little something all the time, and therefore gaining weight and/or maintaining overweight status regardless of exercise, and you’d think that by comparison not eating something all the time would feel like loss, right?

When I first got into food logging I joked about the possibility of my sloth overpowering my gluttony - my Inner Goofus being too lazy to log the food, and being all

But that doesn’t seem to fit what’s happening because I’m not having particular trouble getting into a healthy range for my food numbers, and I am doing the work of logging it. I even busted out a spreadsheet and did the math to work out the nutritional content of the Cacao Drink (A homemade mix of cacao, cinnamon, ginger, nutritional yeast, MCT oil, maca, and nonsugar sweeteners) so that I could enter it more easily, since I drink it almost every day.

Right now my guess is it’s a mix of two factors. First is that I’m also trying to improve on like six other fronts at the same time. If the eating was one of the things I was doing to not think when bored, maybe I’m temporarily not as tempted to eat because I’m not letting myself get bored as often. Related: If I was eating out of shame, maybe putting in more effort toward achieving my dreams and goals is leading to fewer moments in the middle of the day where I feel like I need to counteract a rush of shame by stuffing my face. Second is that I may be achieving greater satiety by thinking more about what I’m eating. The high school essay-style eating process of thinking about what I’m going to eat, eating, and then writing down what I’ve eaten probably draws enough focus to the food that my body pays more attention to the fact that eating has happened, as compared to paying so little attention that I have to presume I’ve eaten via context cues, such as the food no longer being on the plate and my having indigestion instead of hunger.
