Went to yoga this morning even though I didn't feel like getting out of bed that early. Despite the fact that I have had a bit of a break from work, I've been going, going, going to try to turn my blog into something I'm proud of. My housemates & boyfriend always tell me to slow down (even the panorama option on my iPhone tells me to slow down when I take a photo 😅). ✨ ✨ In class today, my favorite yoga teacher, Clarissa, told me that my backbends were getting deeper and my shoulders are opening up more. I didn't even realize I had done anything differently! So, that's my lesson today: Slow down and appreciate the progress I'm making in so many areas of my life.
