i decided to check when i first started the current project I'm doing and apparently, it was on June 2024 and it was originally going to be a single item but it instead spawned several large sets one after another💀💀 and since my perfectionist side is not letting go any time soon, who knows when this will get finished soon 🤡🤡 lmao im such a clown

#silver jelly#clownfucker era#they're a lot like adrian in that there isn't a Big Bad haunting the story (like g with joseph's messy divorce; kieran with the cult;#or ezra with the uhhh [gestures wildly around crockett])#but the source material is also just so fucking ridiculous that i can do whatever i want and get away with it. whereas with adrian there#are some limits on like what qualifies as realistic; even within the coma dream aus where the rules of reality have a little more give.#it's also like;; so much of archer is these characters' relationships ('it was always a love story') but buggy doesn't really have that#so anything kinda goes? and sometimes it's good to have roadmaps to lean against; i find a lot of joy in figuring out where a#character belongs and who thinks what about them and how that makes them mesh (or not) with their social surroundings#but it's also really nice to be like. okay. this is the only guy they care about impressing and he doesn't really have any friends.#anyway i lov all my self inserts and ocs mwahhh :' )

I do think I will take the base aesthetics of black cat, ignore the overall history of the character herself, and make it my own for the mar.vel insert.

#did i get distracted immediately after cleaning out open tabs and finding this character creator? maybe asdfg#this is as close as i'm getting to chiyo's design without commissioning her spider suit and it's still pretty far off tbh#i like the mandibles on the mask like that but it just wouldn't be functionally practical considering she spits venomous/paralytic webbing#i still think she'd have a half mask#but! the coloring is accurate at least asdf#also i'm weeping that there's a bg option where miguel's coming for them oh my gosh#visuals | chiyoko#inserting my lil brainworms here and saying that i think chiyo would have a love-hate relationship with miguel#she'd hate his approach to certain things but i do feel like their personalities would mesh okay -- she tends to switch it up#depending on who she's interacting with anyway but the dry humor and whatnot would be fun for banter#and tbh i still think the guy's got a soft spot for kiddos who feel lost#but lemme stop now bc these tags are long as heck and my brain is too mushy to explain this stuff properly#your friendly neighborhood jorogumo | across the spider verse | chiyoko
