Today I had one of the most awesome opportunities of my life! I got to go inside a tunnel at the center of The Rock of Gibraltar, at the bottom and go half way in The Rock, to see the office General Dwight D. Eisenhower used for 12 days to plan and coordinate Operation Torch, 80 years ago this November. This location also played a major role in preparations and planning for D-Day. Picture the Rock of Gibraltar (I always post it), inside is like Swiss cheese, full of tunnels throughout the entire Rock, which makes it one of the best defensive and decisive military strategic points in Europe. There are tunnels carved out inside, near the top, as well as at the very bottom which is where I was today, in the center of The Rock and at the very bottom. These tunnels (I have a video on some built in the 1700’s), are all over The Rock and most are not open to the public, however, I got lucky and got a tour of The Admiralty Tunnel. This tunnel was built in the late 1800’s. It goes from one side of The Rock completely to the other side forming openings on the east and west side of The Rock of Gibraltar. Military operations were held here with joint partnership with the US through WWII, the Cold War, Gulf War, up to the early 2000’s. I was so happy to have such an amazing opportunity thanks to Continent 8 Technologies , who currently use the space for their offices. I was so overwhelmed by pure excitement I didn’t get as much footage or pictures as I would have liked. But if anyone knows me, I’m like partially obsessed with Gibraltar, And this opportunity to go that deep inside The Rock, and experience US History and be in the same location as General (future President) Eisenhower was incredible. She felt too tiered that she could do her very best as a Healer, only to bury the Clones she had just patched up a few days ago: "- it is kriffing normal to sit on a roof in the middle of the kriffing night with no Kriffer around and a kriffing spotchka bottle right next to me without even a kriffing cup. I am at the peak of my kriffing mental health, no way farer up, I am kriffing amazing, can´t you kriffing see that, pup?" The military base was grey- grey was the trampled down grass, grey were the dusted transperisteelwalls of Ziv healingplant greenhouse, grey were the containers used as buildings. Adornless cubes of durasteel that looked from faraway like playcubes a child had set into the dead, colourless grass instead of looking as intimidating as a militarybase should look like. In the little white starlight falling down on them, Zivs pelt shimmered like a gem and made her starkly stand out against the grey, in a layer of nightly shadows drowned roof of the durasteel cube used as a sickbay she was sitting on.

"What about you? Shouldn´t you be a bright glowing kriffing idol for your troops and be sleeping at this force-forsaken, ' General' ?", as soon as the Tynnan had spoken those words she realized why the other was here and automatically she huffed, ears pinned back as she remembered the evening when Sirir had seeked her out in the sickbay to talk, to meditate, to have company, to take her small paw into her pale hand and lead her to her quarters. There was a tint of redness spreading over the almost colourless inside of the young womans ears and she sighed, putting down the unopned bottle of spotchka and stretching her back tieredly, slowly, as if she had aged a hundred years in the last weeks. The pale starlight made her pelt shimmer like opal as she moved: "...give me ten minutes, if you can´t sleep and need a purring hot-water-bottle to rest, I will be on my kriffing way in ten minutes. I am just not in the kriffing mood for any kriffing around except laying and trying to sleep, you understand? Not that my insomniac ass would allowe me to sleep, but anyway, I can try and lay down with you with my eyes closed if it helps you to kriffing sleep."
