“Granola” Bars - super Keto friendly!! granola barsFinally found a Keto friendly “granola” bar that tastes great and is not crumbly:· ½ cup pecans (measured then processed) · ¼ cup coconut flakes · 3 tbsp raw sunflower seeds · 2 tbsp ground flax · ¼ tsp sea salt · 1 tsp vanilla extract · 1 tbsp coconut butter (melt before adding) · 3 tbsp protein powder · 2 tbsp tahini & nut butter · 1 egg · Splash of water or milkProcessed the pecans in magic bullet then added all the dry ingredients and mixes well. Added wet ingredients and combined well.The mixture was a bit dry at first so I added water to moisten it up a bit.Bake at 350 for 15 or until sides look golden. ( I used an 8x4 pan). Rest for another 10-15 before cutting.Will be experimenting with different seeds/ nuts/ butters but this is the perfect base!For 14 pieces: Calories: 84 Carbs: 3g Fibre: 2g Fat: 7g Protein: 2g
