Do you have a favorite tank?
I have a few bc i'm bad at picking favourites so let's go through them all!
1. Churchill (Tank, Infantry, Mk IV Churchill)
Tumblr media
Churchills are the definition of a tank for me. Heavy and slow, but powerful and well armored. I especially like later variants (Mk III onwards) with bigger guns and track covers, tho the AVRE version with petard mortar looks great also.
2. 7TP (and other Vickers Mk E derivatives)
Tumblr media
I like it bc it's the polish tank of the Interbellum. And it looks kinda cool. I like T-26s' variants because it shows how many things could be done with the design.
3. Raupenshlepper 7TP
Tumblr media
I mentioned Vickers E derivatives earlier but this one gets a special mention. This is Raupenshlepper 7TP, a german modification of polish 7TP tanks into tractors. Finding information about it is near impossible and pictures of it are far and few between.
4. Other

In no particular order, some tank i like just because they look cool: Panzer IV (yes because of GuP), BT-42 (because it's fast and powerful... who am i kidding, because of GuP again), Shermans in general - because why wouldn't you like the Sherman - but specifically Firefly variants (rearmed with british 17pdr gun), TKD tank destroyer as seen in my profile picture, Renault FT - for being the first tank in polish army, and many more that i won't bring up by name for the sake of the length of this post

Got back into Flying Circus because I need some goddamn whimsy to get through things. Anyways, the most unreliable plane in the game.

On January 25, 1945, The Battle of the Bulge came to an end. Lasting six brutal weeks, it was the largest battle fought by the United States in WWII.
The U.S. initially had a strength of 610,000 troops when the offensive began. By the end, the Army would suffer over 89,000 casualties, including an estimated 19,000 killed and 23,000 missing or captured.
The Germans' attacked with an approximate total strength of 450,000 troops including 500 tanks and assault guns. Between 63,222 and 98,000 of these men were killed, missing, wounded in action, or captured, it was the last major offensive attempted by the axis powers on the western front.

Heya, hope you are ok,
so I was wondering if you would share what kind of APV Gertrude is? I'm imagining Panther, but I was curious if you had a particular one in mind?
Cheers!
Ha! So there was a bit of disagreement on this over at Rusty Towers.
When writing it I was thinking it was obviously something along the lines of an FV432 but then our US editing team were like... "You mean a humvee right?" Turns out our editing team and I have radically different conceptions of what constitutes "armoured" and it was a case for passback on some SFX :)
