ran just smiled at you in fondness while he thought back to the day where you first led him to one of the stores you frequented and he wanted to make you laugh

so he put on a headshawl, but he looked more like a grandma than a modest woman

and you had that exact picture in mind as you were giggling

at least he was your husband now

he pays for everything, he is sweet to you, and you feel comfortable around him, even in public

When Mikey shows up with a pregnant lady at his side, most of the gang is stunned into silence. Curious gazes are exchanged, then everyone start whispering among each other, trying to make sense of the situation.

At first, nobody really connects the dots. They all assume you must be a friend in need or someone Mikey found and decided to help. They imagine that Mikey took you under his wing and promised to keep you safe – which would explain why he brought you here. Typical Mikey.

Imagine the absolute whiplash when Mikey starts the meeting by introducing you as his wife.

For some of them (especially Draken), it's kind of a hard pill to swallow.

A wave of realization hits him hard and he suddenly feels like he never really knew Mikey after all. His best friend, whom he hangs out with pretty much every day and has been looking after his whole life, has been married this entire time? He can't help but wonder how he missed all the signs and feels a mixture of emotions as he tries to process those unexpected layers of Mikey's life that he never knew existed.

But once he starts to grasp the reasons why Mikey did it, he begins to feel better about it.

He knows that Mikey has always been a responsible and thoughtful young man. The fact that he kept his wife hidden from the gang because he knew your presence might've made you a target for rival gangs or enemies seeking to exploit the slightest vulnerability in his life only made Draken more admirative of Mikey.

Over time, everyone in Toman gets accustomed to the situation and they all grow closer to you, much to Mikey's delight.

Hakkai has yet to get used to seeing you around all the time, but he tries his best. He really likes you and tries not to freeze completely when you talk to him. It's not easy for him, but he does manage to get a few words out when you start a conversation. It's cute to see him make the effort and face his shyness just to be able talk to you.

Baji and Chifuyu are like your personal bodyguards. They treat you like a younger sibling, always looking out for you and stealing you from Mikey to hang out or help with shopping for the baby.

As for Mitsuya, he'll put all his energy into making his own unique pieces of clothing for the baby. Before your child is even born, he's is already envisioning the most adorable designs to keep the little one cozy and stylish at all times. He'll design all sort of cute outfits, knit baby blankets, baby booties, and maybe even craft some nursery decor, because why not.

Everyone quickly realizes that you are an essential pillar of support for Mikey and they, too, end up finding comfort in your presence.

In moments of stress and anxiety, you always know how to calm them down. A gentle touch on the shoulder or a quick pep talk is all it takes to ease the burden from their shoulders. It's as if you have this innate sense of knowing when people need support the most, and you're always there to lend a listening ear or a shoulder to lean on.

You've practically become Kazutora's best friend and confident, and he often seeks your advice on important decisions. Your bond with him runs deep, forged through shared experiences and the understanding that you have for each other. He knows that you genuinely care about his well-being and will always have his best interests at heart.

After the baby's arrival, Pah-Chin and Peh-Yan turn into the typical pair of bickering uncles, always competing to hold the baby first (because of course, everyone gets to hold your baby at least once a day).

One day, their playful argument escalates and their voices disturb the baby's peaceful sleep, leading to Mikey landing a friendly kick on them, while Draken settles to giving them a rather harsh slap on the back of the head.

In the midst of the chaos, Takemichi eventually gets the privilege of holding the baby first. You could tell he was practically dying to ask, but simply didn't dare to.

You share a special connection with all of Mikey's friends, like a close-knit found family, and each of them wholeheartedly reciprocates your affection.

— BONTEN.

When Mikey holds a meeting to introduce his pregnant partner, the news doesn't really come off as a shock to anyone. Everyone in Bonten is used to sleeping around, and, well, they know that accidents can happen.

Mikey decided to be responsible and keep a prostitute and her baby? Okay, good for him. Maybe not the best decision, but that's none of their business.

What genuinely shocks them however, is finding out that you and your baby are actually far from being a mere accident or casual fling gone wrong.

In fact, you've been Mikey's wife for a little over a year now, and the main motivation behind his decision to introduce you to his gang is to ensure your safety at all times. He can't risk an enemy finding out about you before his allies do, especially now that you're pregnant.

They're not exactly thrilled by the idea of playing babysitter for their boss - but they quickly get used to having you around. (It's not like they have much of a choice anyway)

Takeomi handles you like literal porcelain. He doesn't leave your side, always following you around to make sure you don't trip, fall down the stairs or hurt yourself in any way shape or form.

His attentiveness is primarily driven by your position as the boss's wife rather than personal affection or genuine concern for you, though. He's just doing his job, knowing that any harm happening to you while he's in charge of watching you will result in him getting reprimanded by Mikey. You're a very nice woman, but he'd rather be tasked with more important business - hence the constant huffs and sighs when he's around you.

Koko, on the other hand, grows particularly fond of you and buys pretty much everything you need for yourself and the baby. Whether it be clothes, plushies, furniture for the nursery or your weird pregnancy cravings, he'll get you anything you desire. This baby is going to be spoiled rotten whether you like it or not. (Mikey complains about it more than you do)

Similarly, you and Kakucho develop a significant bond over time, the third-in-command becoming almost like an older brother to you. Among the gang, he stands out as the friendliest and least intimidating, Introducing a comforting and accessible presence in your life, something you've been missing for a while. Although you love Mikey dearly, being his wife presents its own set of difficulties and often leaves you feeling isolated.

Sanzu mostly minds his own business. He does his job and keeps an eye on you, but he has too much respect for Mikey to even consider befriending you. He wouldn't want his boss to get the wrong idea.

He mostly leaves the wifesitting job to the others, preferring to stay by Mikey's side and obey his more thrilling orders.

(And let's be honest, you're not complaining)

The Haitani brothers aren't big on befriending, and yet from time to time they'll buy some stuff for your baby, like little shoes or plushies. (That's mostly Rindou's doing, as he tends to be friendlier than his older brother).

When you find yourself alone at home, they're usually the ones assigned to stay by your front door, ensuring your security.

💍 Chifuyu and Tora are his groomsmen and they tease him the whole day because he's nervous, but they're also nervous though because they have to give a toast after the ceremony and they don't wanna ruin you and Baji's special day

💍 Baji cries when you walk down the aisle, he just thinks you look like an angel, the absolute picture of perfection

💍 Taiju is the priest (shocking I know) and is so calm and cordial during the ceremony, he even stops talking when he notices you or Baji getting emotional (probably gives a supportive pat on the back too)

💍 Draken and Mikey are in the front row next to Baji's mom and all three of them are crying like babies and don't even start on Michi because he's absolutely bawling his eyes out, he can't help but remember him and Hina's wedding and he gets so emotional

💍 Mikey stops crying as soon as you and Baji cut the wedding cake (honestly same)

💍 He stays close to your side the entire night, he's almost afraid to let you go because the moment is so perfect he swears he's dreaming

💍 Hanma is y'all wedding photographer and surprisingly gets the best shots, he spends the whole day photographing everyone in the room and catching them off guard

💍 You go to throw the bouquet and Mikey catches it 😭 he throws it back to you so you can throw it again though

💍 You and Baji's first dance is the cutest thing ever, you step on his feet a few times and he jokes with you the entire dance

💍 He spends the rest of the night referring to you as his wife and Mrs. Baji, he's cocky about it too

💍 Even though he comes off as cocky he's slightly insecure, sometimes a thought creeps in that he's not deserving of being your husband, but every kiss you give him and every smile directed at him reassures him that you're all his and you love him

Ben's Big BL Blurb

I was traveling for a few weeks, and there's no way I'm doing individual posts for every show I've been watching, so here's my thoughts on all of the shows I'm currently enjoying, in the order I'm most enjoying them.

Twilight Out of Focus

This show is fucking excellent. I'm not that keen on taking a break from our leads to see other couples, but I do like that BL continues to be the way that these guys are figuring out they're attracted to each other. Mao moving so smoothly into his boyfriend era, and knowing how he's feeling, has been excellent. I also really loved Hisashi knowing they needed to not be together all the time.

The Trainee

Jane is so attractive, and I'm so happy for Off. This latest episode was a lot of fun to watch for Ryan, because it's nice seeing him be more actively engaged in things happening around him. Pai seems far more settled now that she knows she has a place. Pah is clearly still a mess. Tae seems like he's good at what he does. Ba-Mhee falling for Judy is NOT IDEAL, and Judy is over the line.

Overall, I'm actually interested in seeing them mirror interns crushing on their mentors with two different pairings as a point of comparison. I also like how every week feels like the work goals make sense.

The Miracle of Teddy Bear

Besties, so much is happening in this show. There is daddy drama, wife drama, dead son drama, and so much more! These episodes are so long, but I'm really engaged with everything happening on this show. Job and Inn are really fucking good in this.

I Hear the Sunspot

I'm so glad that Kohei made his feelings clear, and I'm enjoying seeing Taichi figure out how to respond to them. We once again had a camping trip that did not give me what I wanted, but I did like Kohei being clear that he's still interested in Taichi. Finally, I liked the little confirmations that Kohei is taking to sign, and that Taichi is interested in that journey.

Knock Knock, Boys!

I'm so proud of Best! He has played Peak in this restrained way for so long, and it paid off in this most recent episode. I love that this story started with a gay man running from himself and his feelings, who then realizes that he can't run away from people who care about him anymore because they won't let him. I love that everyone being patient with him gave him what he needed to finally accept himself and say what he needed. I've really loved the way Thanwa tries to support Peak.

I'm also overjoyed for Almond and Latte, and I need them to fuck nasty before this show ends or I will be so disappointed. Latte is quietly one of my blorbos of the year with the way he is always clear about who he is and what he wants even as he is okay with where Almond is in the moment. They're an excellent pair.

Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko

RISA IS OFF THE BESTIE LIST FOREVER! I will never forgive her for outing Hiroko to Ayaka just so she could ask Ayaka to choose her instead. Also, fuck those Bettys at the bar, who definitely know Hiroko's business, and that she's not out at work. Why talk about her to a stranger who called her senpai?? I'm relieved that Hiroko knows that Ayaka likes women now, and am curious how we move forward at this point.

I also need to know who this woman was who hurt Hiroko, because nothing makes me sadder than when we have to hide from other queers.

Mr. Mitsuya's Planned Feeding

Thanks to @isaksbestpillow I was actually able to start this on my trip. I didn't want to start a show on a trip, but I could not resist. I really love that Ishida is in his late 20s and struggling with direction and purpose after his initial plan blew up in his face. I love that he's recognized so quickly that he's developed feelings for Mitsuya-sensei, and I love that Mitsuya-sensei is open about who he is. It's about goddamned time that we saw an age gap story of this kind, because so many meaningful relationships I've had are with gay men older than me.

Takara's Treasure

This quiet little show makes me so happy every week. I just desperately need for Taishin to figure out what he's feeling, and for people to help him realize what he's feeling. Takara's my favorite kind of pretty boy: the ones who are obviously and poorly masking incredibly turmoil. I love that Taishin sees through this and wants to help Takara. Excited for him to get to take care of him when Takara gets sick.

Century of Love

I've been having a lot of fun with this show, but episode 8 felt like a huge wobble. I love that San was so committed to Vee the whole time, but the back and forth about the stone was tedious. San giving up the stone as a way to signify that he was over the memory of Vad was nice, but we didn't reconcile Vee's theft and the emotional cost of that.

Love Sea

MAHASAMUT!! WE FINALLY BEAT THAT NASTY OLD MAN'S ASS!! Mut trampling over a bullshit breakup and kicking Rak's dad's ass instead was so satisfying that it almost makes up for Mut having little identity outside of his relationship to Rake, or the terrible arc that Mook and Vie are having, over the last few weeks. I have been playing Stomp for the last few hours because I needed them to kick that man. Mut did not hit him enough.

New Shows

There's a bunch of stuff I have to sort out over the next few days. I'm not going back to My Love Mix Up TH, but I do plan to start 4 Minutes. There's also another J-BL in the grey I got some help finding called Sugar Dog Life.

Taiju

Slightly exhausted, his sleep was interrupted once again. It only lasted 10 minutes when his wife put the baby down after feeding. Walking into the lowly dimmed nursery he saw his newborn daughter in her crib upset. Carefully picking up the fragile newborn, in his arms, cradling them close to his chest. “There there now…” he spoke in a low tone. He made his way into the nursery  sofa. The man who once had a short fuse in his younger days is now a father of this little one. He wouldn’t admit it but he was scared of holding his child for the first time when they were born. Doubts in his mind he wouldn’t be a good enough dad but that moment when he held his child those father instincts began to kick in. He wanted to protect them with every inch of his living soul.  

The newborn was calming down little by little hearing the steady heart beat of her father. Taiju closed his eyes for a brief moment, resting his head back slightly. He took a deep breath “I know you're fighting your sleep.. It’s okay.” The newborn seemed to calm down more as he spoke. Opening his eyes looking down at the newborn against his chest. His child knew his voice, not that he would often speak to his pregnant wife's belly but his wife was around him a lot during his pregnancy and accompanied him during the opening of his restaurants. “My voice is the only thing that seems to calm you down… usually it's the opposite for others..” he smirked. Taiju repositioned himself on the couch as laid his head down against the pillow as  the baby was still against his chest. He looked down at the newborn, his thumb gently caressing the delicate cheeks. 

Hakkai

He was on his ipad in his dressing room he had about a half an hour before the show began. He promised his daughter he would facetime her before the show. He had sent her a gift and was eager to see her open it. On the other side of the screen his daughter  was opening the gift he sent to her. Leaning against the counter “I hope you like it.” Hakkai smiled

Opening the pretty rose gold box with a gold ribbon around it her eyes lit up “It’s a bunny!!” She exclaimed, holding the white fluffy stuffed  bunny in her hands then giving it a big squeeze. “Thank you daddy!” Seeing his daughter's raw reaction to the gift made his day. “Your welcome sweetie. I’m glad you like it.” 

She nodded “When are you coming home?” she asked and looked at her dad. He gave a softer smile. “Soon baby. I know daddy has been away for a while now. But soon I will be home with you and mommy.” With his  career it did interrupt his family life. He did manage to still be active in his daughters and wife's life, face timing, photos and every now and then they would join him on his trips. Still he didn’t want his daughter around the cameras and the paparazzi since she was still so young he still wanted some type of privacy in his personal life. 

Looking at the time as it seemed to fly by “I’m sorry baby but daddy has to get going. I will call you when I’m done.” A soft pout on his little one's face “okay daddy, you promise?” “Of course, daddy loves you.” “I love you too daddy”

Ran

“9…10… ready or not here I come.” Ran called out opening his eyes as he found himself observing the living room. Walking around the living room searching for his child who was hiding from him. “I’m gonna find you.” he called out. 

He couldn’t hear a giggle nor a movement. They learned from the last time they played not to respond to their fathers comments. Ran began walking down the hallway carefully listening to see if he heard any sort of movement. Ran began to check obvious places they would hide that he knew about under the beds, in the closet, even behind the curtains but nothing.

He was rather impressed that he wasn't able to find them yet. He began to question where they could be hiding. He began to search for her in more and more places he thought she would be weren’t there. Few more minutes passed and no luck.  “Oi my  little one I give up. You can come out now.” he called out.

He waited to hear for some type of movement giving some type of idea what their hiding place was and what it could be. He didn’t hear a response, he was now assuming she wanted their father to look for her. He began walking through the rooms again checking them thoroughly. 

He noticed one thing in particular, the laundry room was slightly cracked and opening the door he noticed a large basket that had a blanket he knew he put in the dryer now it was in the basket. Coming closer he noticed a bit of movement. Gently pushing the blanket down he saw his daughter in a deep slumber. The blanket was still slightly warm, Ran carefully picking her up in the blanket still. In a groggy voice as they let out a yawn “daddy you found me.” 

“I did.” letting a low chuckle out.

Rindou

Rindou squinted his eyes seeing his daughter who was in pre-k holding hands with a little boy in her class. Every dads worst nightmare when they become a father of a little princess. Holding hands with a boy. As his little princess saw her father she let go of her friend's hands and waved to him as she darted towards her father. Crouching down as he greeted his baby. Embracing him with a tight hug. After a bit of small talk Rindou placed her in the car as he began to drive home. “So who was that boy you were holding hands with?” the father questions were coming out now

“Oh he is my boyfriend!” 

Luckily he was at a stop sign and he looked at his daughter who was in the back seat. “Come again? Boyfriend?” The words boyfriend ached his poor soul. 

Hearing a car honking for him to go, his eyes went back to the road. “Yeah daddy. He is a boy and he is my friend.” Taking a calming breath he was relieved by the comment. “I see… you don’t like any boys yet right?” 

“No, they are just my friends.” she chuckled

‘Good’ he thought to himself. “You would tell daddy if you did right?” 

“Mmmmm” she thought about it for a moment before responding “No.” “What??? Why not?” “Because I don’t want you to scare them away.” 

“I wouldn’t do that to them…”  he was lying to himself of course he would. 

Draken 

“Are we doing this right now?” Still on the edge of the bed seeing the covers pulled up little fingers holding the blankets up. 

“Mhmm” with a small cough.

Letting a small sigh out as he  placed the small cup of medicine down on the nightstand. “You know you need to take it.”

“It’s gross….” Lowering the blankets down to see the red cheeks of his kiddo. 

“I know it is, But the quicker you take this the quicker you will feel better.” 

The tiny child sat up in her bed seeing Draken reach for the small cup of medicine handing it to them. She looked at the cup of medicine scrunching their nose before taking the medicine. 

“See, it isn't that bad.” rubbing her head.

As she laid back on the scooting the covers up more. “I’m sorry you had to miss work today…”  

Giving a small smile, “It's fine I wanted to make sure you were going to be okay. Your my top priority everything else is second” A small smile on her lip appeared. “Get some rest, I will check on you in a little bit, okay?”

Throughout the day Draken checked on her. Checking her forehead to see how the temperature was going down each time he checked on them. He was relieved each time going in, still as a parent he did worry about his little one getting sick. They weren’t their happy go lucky self he is so used to seeing. As she were still asleep he checked on the one more time his hand lightly touching her forehead the fever seemed to be gone. He leaned down pressing his lips on their forehead.

Kakucho 

A storm was passing through Tokyo. The sounds of thunder and lightning echoed in the quiet room. Walking up front her she could hear the rain and whistling from the wind. She looked around and her night light was on. The sudden lightning and thunder once again prompt the little one to rush to her fathers room. Opening the large door she crept to the side where her father was sleeping. She nudged her dad gently and whispering “daddy” 

Kakucho, feeling the small push, opened his eyes to see his daughter in front of him. “Baby why are you out of bed?” speaking in a groggy tone

“The loud noises outside.” She looked towards the window and then at her father.

“Do you wanna sleep with me and mommy?” He asked.

Nodding at her dad's question he scooted on the bed as she climbed in. “You don’t have to worry about anything sweetheart, daddy is here to protect you.” 

Another  struck from thunder and lightning his daughter snuggled into him more. Kakuchou’s arms holding his little girl making sure she felt protected. “I got cha.” He spoke in a soothing voice stroking his daughter's hair. He wasn’t going to sleep until he knew his little girl was okay. Kakucho watched as his daughter was becoming more tired. The sound of the rain was all they both could hear.

Hanma 

“Can I name him?” his daughter spoke as she held the tiny small black kitten. The walk from the convenience store just for snacks ended up being snacks and small kitten they found on their way back. 

“I was thinking Cujo, he looks dangerous.” He looked at the kitten who didn’t want to come to him, only his daughter.

“No! He is not a rabid dog! He is so cute!” she laughed, petting the kitten in her arms. “Figaro! 

He looked at the kitten who seemed to resemble the kitten from the movie she watched. With his free hand he scratched behind the kitten ears making the kitten let a little meow out. “Ferocious Figaro.”

“Do you think mommy will be okay with us keeping a kitty?” asking as they were approaching the home.

“We will see we were only supposed to get snacks. We came back with the snacks, kitten and food for the little terrorizer. I mean Figaro.” he was getting his keys out of his pocket. “Don’t worry mommy will be fine with the kitty, let me sweet talk her.” “Yeah! Tell her she is pretty and she is the best mommy!”

‘Among other things to convince her,’ he thought to himself. “That will work.” flashing a smile at his daughter as he opens the door. “Hey babe we’re back, we got the snacks and a kitten~!”

Mikey

“How do they make it look so easy there?” Mikey looked at the screen and the ingredients as he thought he measured correctly. He looked at the cookies they were supposed to be nice and pretty just like one the video he was watching. Instead he got flat cookies that resemble crepes. 

His daughter looked around the countertop that was messy and behind the mixing bowl and she saw another cup of flour. “Daddy, we forgot the other cup of flour.”

He turned his head towards his daughter, seeing the other measuring cup of flour as she was bringing it close from behind the mixing bowl. “That could have been the reason the batter was a bit runny…” Mikey scratches the back of his head. 

“It’s okay daddy, we tried our best.” giving her father a chipper smile.

Mikey looked down smiling at the child who had flour covered on her. “Let's try again and make sure we add that cup of flour.”

“Okay!” 

After the final attempt both of them were looking through the glass window of the stove seeing the cookies rise. “We did it princess.” “I bet they are going to taste yummy daddy! I want that one.” pointing to one of the corner cookies. “Next time we can make taiyaki daddy!”

Feeling a bit more confident in his baking skill “Why not right now?” Mikey couldn’t pass up making his own Taiyaki. He wanted to enjoy every moment of his vacation with his little one as much as possible before he returned to racing. 

Mitsuya

From the moment his daughter was born they had a strong bond. Mitsuya doted over his daughter any chance he got. Getting home he had a routine the moment his daughter's eyes landed on him he automatically picked her up. Today he had his hands full of items. Opening the door he saw the pretty bright wide lavender eyes of his daughter looking at his directions. The coo’s and excitement was all on her face as she sat on her mothers lap. “My little jellybean.” he smiled “Let daddy put this up really quick.” leaning down kissing the top of her forehead. 

Mitsuya shuffled to his office, placing the fabrics and sketch pads down. The moment his daughter lost sight of her father. Her eyes began to tear up wondering why he didn't pick her like he usually does. He could hear his daughter crying from the other room. Walking back to the living room he saw the little stream of tears from his daughter's cheeks. His daughter reached for her daddy as he picked her up. “I’m right here.” he slightly chuckled, “Jellybean daddy is right here.” 

Moments as she was in her father's arms the tears stopped and a smile peered on her cheek. He did get a kick out of it, how just picking her up in a matter of seconds made a difference. Confirming he was the favorite parent of his daughter. He wiped her eyes then placed a kiss on her temple. “This is a definite confirmation that I'm her favorite human.” flashing a smile as he looked at his wife who playfully rolled her eyes.

Nahoya

“Is it yummy?” Nahoya rested his elbows on the table as he watched his daughter eat her ramen. 

“Mmhmm!!” she was slurping the noodles. 

Few things he loved doing was watching his daughter eat. The expressions she would make as she ate made the food look 100 times better than someone else eating it. The way she did a little dance in her chair as she continued to eat. This was a sign the food was extra good.  Nahoya’s daughter was also his biggest critique too if something was missing she would point it out.

“Papa did you want some?” she asked, looking at her dad as she grasped more noodles with her chopsticks.  

“I’m okay. You eat.” he slightly chuckled 

She held the chopsticks closer to her father “papa have some please!” At that point he couldn’t say no anymore, leaning in as he ate the noodles from the chopstick. “It’s yummy!” 

Swallowing the noodles “It is. Now here is the biggest questions: whose Ramen is better, mine or Uncle Angry’s?” 

Angry was listening to the conversation he was behind his brother. He made eye contact with his niece. To slightly tease his brother a bit he lifted a bag a gummy bears up and pointed to himself. 

“Ummmm sorry daddy it’s Uncle Angry.” 

“What?!” He stood up from his chair. Angry, placing the gummy bears in his pocket. Smiley was now determined to challenge his brother to a Ramen battle.

 In a split second Angry walked to his niece, of course he loved his brother but him and his niece were pretty tight. Handing her the bag of gummy bears. “Atta girl.”

You were getting tired of it, hearing Chifuyu complain about Takemichi and how the man runs things. "He'll come back, I know he will, but it's just aggravating right now."

When he talked about his boss he made little sense. You never understood his ramblings about "any day now." and "It's been twelve years." Some days it was too much and you started an argument with Chifuyu, an argument where he constantly refused to tell you anything about what he meant. It was pissing you off. Majorly. You wanted Chifuyu to be happy, but when he came home exhausted and angry every night, you didn't feel that he was happy.

His friends greeted you as you walked through the big building, smiles and waves from both sides as you walked to your husband's office. Chifuyu had been in a particularly bad mood the whole week and you hadn't made it any better by causing fights when he came home. Remorse was one of the many emotions you were feeling, topped with a cute little bow to compound everything and stamp it in like concrete.

"Fuyu," You spoke softly, a way you hadn't spoken to him in months, "do you have time?"

It was in his eyes, the fact that something had already happened was painted into the dark circles under his lashes. It made your heart lurch as he smiled sadly at you. "Always have time for you, baby." Chifuyu held a hand out to pull you in as you approached, "As long as you didn't come here to fight, in that case, I'm in a meeting." His half hearted joke made you sigh, "Already, today?"

His chest heaved with a sigh, "Trashed his own office. Don't worry, he wasn't mad at me this time."

There was no time for a response as the very man exploded into your husband's office behind you. He was on edge, clearly, but you didn't care about what he had to say. Months of anger from seeing your husband drink until he fell asleep with his face buried in your chest just poured out.

"Shut up. No one cares about whatever bullshit you're about to spout. Is this how you treat all of your workers?" You snapped, hands on your hips as you chastised him, "You're the exact definition of an asshole and so help you if my husband comes home angry again."

Takemichi looked caught off guard, a stark contrast to the man you'd not only met at your wedding, but the man in the stories Chifuyu brought home. He stumbled over his words, but you continued to chew into him as Chifuyu hugged around your waist and smiled into your shirt.

The club was loud. Too loud. You cursed under your breath at your husband for bringing you along with him. It wasn't your vibe, the whores and half naked bartenders that walked around while rich, old men played card games. You and ran have been together for years now. Getting together at 16 and never leaving each others side after that. So it didn’t surprise anyone when the two of you later got engaged at 24 and married at 25. Everyone basically knew that the two of you were meant to be since the start.

He always spent his time with you. Taking you out on dates, taking you shopping and even cooking for you after a long day because he loves the faces you make when you enjoy the meals that he cooks for you.

He was like the perfect husband

But all that stopped when ran took over his father’s company.

As the years passed by, you saw how busy ran was getting.

After his father passed down his company to ran and his brother, ran was barely home. Always at work and never home. And when the times that he is home, he’s always locked away in his office. Working on paperwork and upcoming projects for the company.

You also start noticing how your husband barely gets any sleep because of his busy schedule. And for the years that you have known ran, you know how much ran loves his sleep more than anything.

You often walk in his office to see his tired form slump over his office desk as he sleeps. And when you walk a bit closer, you can see the dark bags under his eyes as you brush your fingers through his hair. A small smile gracing your face as he leans in towards your touch.

“Mhm” Again, you looked at mitsuya before looking back at ran.

“About that. He’s the only model I have because I made him specifically for you”

“By making…him?” You say as you point at mitsuya.

“What? No!” He says. Panicked almost. You stare at him for a bit before laughing. You found it cute how scared your husband was about offending you.

“I know that! But I also made him so that he can help you around the house! Since I’m not always home to help you with chores…” You giggle before pulling your husband into a passionate kiss.

But then you remembered that you two aren’t the only ones in the room and so you quickly pulled away. Much to your husband dismay.

“Am I interrupting something? I can leave if you two-“

“No! No uh it’s nothing you can stay” He smiles before placing a plate in front of you.

“Your breakfast Mrs.Haitani”

“Oh! Thank you” Your mouth waters at the sight of the delicious food. Without missing a beat, you quickly took a bite of the food. You looked up at mitsuya with wide eyes.

“Did you make this?”

“I have. Is it not to your liking?” He asks. Worried about you not liking it.

“This is amazing!” You say as you continue to stuff your face. Ran chuckles before standing up and checking his watch. He sighs as he notices the time.

“What’s wrong ran?”

He stays silent before looking at you with an apologetic look.

“I have to go to work. I’m already late by an hour so it’s best that I get going now” And there goes your excitement.

“Oh…” Ran notices the change of mood and moves you to look at him.

“Y/n I-“

“Yes?”

“Just go. You’re already late, and there’s no need to apologize”

“Please…just go” He looks at you for a bit before leaning and kissing your cheek.

Months have passed since ran introduce you to mitsuya.

And at first it did take you a week or two to get used to the lavender eyed boy. But after seeing how nice and polite he was, you grew comfortable having him around.

And mitsuya is great!

He helps you with buying and putting away groceries, cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, and even helps you with taking care of your garden outside!

He also accompanies you to stores or errand runs which actually turn out to be fun when he’s around. He helps you with carrying and putting away groceries, buying new cleaning supplies, and even helps you with what to cook for the evening.

You also noticed how the android has an eye for fashion. You can see him taking glances at the tv when your favorite fashion show is on and see how he stares in awe when seeing all the beautiful clothing pieces.

You caught him doodling more than once on pieces of paper when you make him take breaks from doing chores. (Even though he’s a android and can’t get tired, you still feel bad and make him sit down and relax for a bit)

You remember the first time you caught him. You were in the kitchen while he was in the living room. You were making some snacks for the movie night that the two of you were about to have while mitsuya was “looking” for a movie.

Instead. You walk in the living room only to see him sketching something on a piece of paper. You gasp once you saw what he was doing. The sketch was beautiful! The design, pattern, and details were just perfect! You complemented mitsuya on his work as you continued gushing about how beautiful it is and that’s it’s something you’ll definitely wear.

And so the next day you decided to buy him a sketch book. You remember the look of shock on his face as you happily gave him the book and told him that if he were to ever run out of space, then he should come and tell you so you can buy another one for him.

That was also the day that you learned that androids can blush and get shy!

The more time both you and mitsuya spend together. The more closer you guys grew. You started seeing mitsuya more like a close friend than a servant. But unbeknownst to you, he didn’t see you as a friend at all.

In fact, mitsuya started seeing you as more like a romantic interest.

Everyone knows androids can’t feel emotions. Hell even mitsuya knows that! So, why did he suddenly start having this weird feeling whenever you were near him?

When he wakes you up for breakfast, when he helps you clean, when he goes out with you to get groceries or to just hang out.

He always gets this weird feeling in his chest that he can’t quite get rid of.

“Oh well…. we either cook something together and just spend time together at home or he plans a dinner reservation weeks before our anniversary and takes me out to eat and later ends up with him taking me shopping”

“And that’s all?” You could feel his eyes on you. Your face heats up knowing that’s not the only thing the two of you do.

“Um…yeah that’s all”

“Mm” Mitsuya could tell you were lying by how you tried to avoid making eye contact with him and also by your body language.

But mitsuya wasn’t stupid. He knows what else you and ran do after having a nice meal together or a fun night out.

Besides. He’s heard everything that goes on in your guys bedroom when ran is home and just wants to spend all his time with his lovely wife.

The way he said that sentence gave you chills. You looked at mitsuya before slowly nodding which makes the man android smile.

“Very well then”

He helps you get up and wipes away your tears with his thumb.

You woke up by the delicious smell of food coming from the kitchen. You smiled knowing that it was most likely mitsuya preparing your breakfast. You quickly got up and rushed to the bathroom to brush your teeth and get ready for the day.

You happily walked down the halls to the kitchen as you couldn’t wait what Mitsuya decided to make you this time. By the time you got to the kitchen, you excitedly called out the androids name.

“Good morning mitsuyaaa….” You stopped dead in your tracks once you noticed that it wasn’t mitsuya making breakfast.

“Ran?” He turns around and smiles once he sees you.

“Y/n. Good morning sweets, I’m making breakfast for the two of us”

“I-I see…umm...where is mitsuya?”

“Mitsuya? Oh he’s in my office. I turned him off because you won’t need him this week”

“What? Why?” He turns off the stove and neatly prepares your plate as he motions you to sit down.

“Because I won’t have work this whole week. Meaning that I’ll be home all week and will be able to spend time with you”

The first few days of the week, you notice how ran would cuddle you in bed before getting up to go make breakfast. After the two of you finished eating, he would either suggest that the two of you watch a movie and cuddle or would tell you to go get ready before taking you out to the mall to spoil you.

He would sometimes come home with a bouquet of flowers and some chocolate to surprise you and would cuddle you on the couch or bed.

There are times where stuff would get a little steamy and he would take you to you guys shared bedroom before sitting you down on the edge of the bed and getting on his knees.

He would eat you out for what feels like hours before fucking you nice and good.

Ran just wants to make up for lost time and he just really misses you.

But the one thing you guys don’t know is that when ran fucks you in your shared bedroom, a certain android is creeping around in the corner and he doesn’t look to happy about what he’s seeing and hearing.

Ran may have turned him off but the android has found a way to turn himself back on and seeing you get fucked by your husband wasn’t something he wanted to see and hear when coming back.

It was Saturday Night. You and ran just got back after a night out and all the two of you wanted to do was sleep. You head over to the bathroom to take off your makeup and shower before going to bed. Your husband said he’ll be with you soon because he had to go check something in his office real quick.

As he walked to his office though, ran felt a little off.

He ignored the feeling and opened his office door. He walks over to his desk, not paying attention to the now empty spot where the android was supposed to be in.

Ran looks over some papers and as he’s doing so, he doesn’t notice the lavender eyed male android creeping up behind him.

Until it was to late

Ran groans when he feels something hit his head. He stumbles to the ground as he holds his head in pain. He looks up to only lock eyes with mitsuya who had a brick in his hand.

“Takashi? How-What the fuck!”

“You don’t deserve her. You don’t deserve her at all!”

“Who-“

“Y/n”

“My wife?” Ran was shock. So many questions were running through his head. How the fuck did mitsuya turn on? He was sure that he turned him off for the whole week! And why did he hit him on the head with a brick?! And lastly, why is he talking about you?

“I’m the one who’s supposed to make her happy. Not you. She doesn’t deserve a shitty ass husband like you who barely has any time for her!”

“What-“

“But unlike me. I’m always there for her….im the one who wakes her up in the morning with a nice breakfast. I’m the one who helps her clean, cook, everything! I comfort her when she cries about YOU not showing up home. I’m the one that makes her laugh and smile…it’s me not you!”

“I love her….I love her more than anything- I would do anything for her! Just to make sure she’s happy”

“But you never did that”

Ran was in disbelief. He couldn’t believe that the android that he created was going on a crazy rant about how much he loves you. His wife!

“But you don’t act like it. I’m more of a better husband than you’ll ever be” And before ran could say another word, mitsuya repeatedly hits ran on his head with the brick.

And ran was gone

“What a pathetic excuse of a husband” He then kneels down and takes off rans ring before slipping it on his ring finger.

“Looks better on me anyway”

He soon hears the shower stop and he starts fixing himself before walking towards your soon to be shared bedroom.

Mitsuya hums as he slowly makes his way into the room. He smiles when he sees you sitting on the bed with your pjs on and phone in hand.

The sound of the door creaking open captures your attention and when you looked up from your phone expecting to see ran, you see a bloody mitsuya with a huge grin on his face.

“M-mitsuya?”

You shook in fear as he only chuckles. He starts walking towards you as you backed up against the headboard. Terrified.

“Shh don’t worry love. It’s not my blood!”

“Where’s ran? W-what did y-you do?!” He only smiles which sent chills down your spine.

Tears ran down your cheeks as mitsuya lovingly wipes them with his bloody hands.

“Don’t cry love. He was never a good husband to you anyways. But I’m here and I’ll never treat you like how your so called husband did”

a amazing father to his baby girl, never misses a birthday, holiday. He’s always creating things for her instead of you spending money like a cozy sweater for winter and a purple stuffed bunny with button eyes for her to snuggle when he’s not there.

He knows his place as a ex husband well, he keeps his love for you at distant but still it shows with his actions. He knows how independent you are but still he likes to help you out.

“mitsuya I’m good I promise. I’m a big girl, a cold ain’t ever stop me from getting anywhere.” you say it with a runny red nose making him do a small smile at how cute you looked with it.

That explanation didn’t stop him from walking you back into your house with him following. Originally he came to check on you since the weather forecast predicted it would be a cold windy week, he thanked his conscience for checking up so now he could stop a sick you from going to work.
