{I know Warrior Skitty differs across universes so here's my canon:

Animals exist! That's what they eat!

They can’t really understand humans that well! They call them Twolegs!

They do understand other Pokémon, though! Sometimes one will even join a clan, though this is rare.

Warrior Skitty come in a lot more colours and patterns than regular Skitty! They can be pretty much any colour found in nature!}

Are unrealistic markings allowed in FE? No green or genetically impossible cats, I'm more thinking moon/star markings, a heart on the design, anime hair, etc all stuff that'd be purely cosmetic in art

Forgotten Elegy uses genetic realism, meaning that cats must have realistic pelt and coat colours and traits- that's why we require prospective members to apply for their first characters using a photo reference rather than a drawing. While realistically a cat can have a heart marking or two, we would prefer you refrain from making your cat's coat entirely geometric shapes.

Fireheart is a good example of the limit of "unrealistic" heart/shape markings that might be found in the group.

Ospreyfrost below is an example of a cat with bangs within our group. In art he has the bangs, though we ask his RPer to refrain from referring to his bangs as canon within her writing.

As a rule of thumb- cosmetic is fine particularly in art, but anything unrealistic we ask to be kept out of the written roleplay itself.

We will not!  Because it’s a disaster and contradicts actual canon in a lot of places.

Here’s a fun thing though: if you do take the website family tree as canon over the books, you could very easily argue trans Redtail as canon.  There’s a note on the tree that queens aren’t required to reveal the father, and so some lineages are known only to StarClan.  Redtail is listed as Sandstorm’s father, but she doesn’t have a second parent.

Fun thing for me, at least.

Asker you have all of the brain cells hot damn YES!!! Also someone in a reblog tag said that Skystar reincarnates as Tigerstar and nJshdn that is so good. Both terrible dads who abandon their children and murder quite a few people.

Hmmm... but does he /eventually/ become Cedarstar? Like, I'm fine with him not becoming so in the first series, but I really do think he deserves it!

No, Cedarpaw never rises any higher than the warrior ranking in this AU. This is due to the larger changes later on in the timeline

(we’re trying to keep this in a chronological kind of order so I’m sorry if these are frustratingly vague answers)

Cedarpaw never really has the drive to leadership that Fireheart had in the first series, and Bluestar in this story holds a strong judgment against kittypets so he never has the chance at deputyship either. After the first series he’s happy just being a loyal thunderclan warrior and doting father/grandfather :)

And the point of rebound is also to explore ‘what if?’ Scenarios all bunched together at once. So where yes Firestar definitely deserves leadership in the cannon series, “Cedarpaw” not rising to leadership is a cool ‘what if’ to explore!
