I have this oc, everything else is planned out but I can't find a good prefix. My character is a silver and white tabby with blue eyes. I was thinking of stripe or heart as his suffix.

Sakura - Blossompaw (Pink cat cool)

Sasuke - Flamepaw (I almost want to put Duckpaw for fun, I'd imagine he'd have the spiky butt some people draw Breezepelt with)

Kakashi - Wolfheart (Another spiky cat)

Mod Kini has warrior names for the hokages except for the 3rd because we both hate him Lmao

this is more of a question for the mod, but what breeds of cats do you imagine some of your favourite ocs as?

Hmm, I don’t really imagine any particular breeds as, logically, they’d all be mixed. In a perfect world however, I think Foxpaw would be a somali, Ashenstar would be a snowshoe, Hollowmoon would be a korat, and Snowlily would be an angora

I actually have photo references for every cat, if that’s something anyone’s interested in seeing

Shout out (warriors cats)

So because I know we have some warriors fans as our followers so, I want to promote a very cool blog @queerwarriorcats that just started.

I’m mod Foxpaw there and we’ll be drawing warriors headcanons for you ~🐱

So, I need a name for him! His “kittypet” name is Tabby, and his eyes are yellow. He is kind and sleeps a lot, and prefers to only fight when necessary. He is kinda clumsy and likes climbing, but isn’t very good at it. He’s also curious and fast. He’s a bit small, too. I was thinking Darkpath or Darkheart, but those sound kinda…Evil, and he’s anything but that. I’m also trying to name his brother (who isn’t an actual cat). His brother is a solid black tom with short fur and yellow eyes. He likes sleeping (even more than his brother does!) and can be grumpy at times, and prefers to be alone.

Some suffixes:

-heart, -path, -rush, -stripe, -wing, -strike, -fall, -step, and -skip **

** usual suffixes such as -storm, -claw, -fur, and -pelt are also good!

Some names we put together:

duskfall, darkwing, adderfall, aspenheart, thistlewing, shadeskip, dustheart, marshstep, and shadepath

*** darkheart is a beautiful name, actually! “heart” is a very powerful suffix with tons of meaning! 

As for his brother, perhaps names such as Nettletail, Owlshade, Ravenwhisker, or Thornbelly? Since they seem to look similar, you could honestly switch similar ideas around for both of them!

Would you be willing to help me find the suffix for my kitty? He's a half-windclan, half-shadowclan cat, he resides in shadow clan and he's pure white with bright yellow eyes. he's super smart and worries about everything. he's also a HUGE coward, he was once a warrior but split up with his mate to become a med cat bc he feared battle. he's quiet and intuitive. he also has a deep-set hatred for windclan. his prefix is going to be Sheep-, but I can't decide on a suffix?? I was thinkin sheepbelly?

sheepbelly would be a great name! here are some suffixes we think might also fit!

-heart (emotional, strong feelings)-wing (sensitive and flighty)-feather (graceful or gentle)-whisker (intuitive)

My OC is a black she-cat with icy blue eyes and her front left paw is brown. She's quite standoffish with strangers, and if she's forced into a situation where she's uncomfortable, she'll become quite aggressive, but she's quite sweet to her kits and mate. I'n thinking something snake-like for her name like Adder or Asp.

Also I think she’d be in Thunderclan

adder-, asp-, badger-, rat-, crow-, olive-, ivy-, thorn-, ash-, and ember-

suffixes:

-talon, -blaze or -flame, -frost, -storm, -fang, -heart, -tooth, -strike, -tongue

***we figured that suffixes such as “blaze” and “flame” can refer to her personality, while “frost” or “storm” could reference her blue eyes, perhaps even “ice” as a suffix or prefix could also work! “tooth” and “tongue” could be suffixes signifying her aggressive nature, especially if she’s snappy or verbal in her aggression.

i loooove the prefix vulture- !!! and yes! -flight could definitely be used in that context, its one of our favorite suffixes actually!

Say a cat joins a Clan, and they say random sounds (such as i, h, or n) randomly in longish bursts to try and convey how they feel about certain things, expeccially when uncomfortable talking. Do you think part of their rename would be after it? (Like Buzzpelt, Soundclaw, Stormbuzz, Blackbuzz, Nightcall, etc..)

Oh definitely if it was a big part of them! I’m also especially fond of prefixes like Echo- and Song- (or even as suffixes!) for things like this!
