Scented Candles: How do you relax? 

my favorite activities to relax to are: scrolling through Tumblr, reading a book, putting M*A*S*H, Avatar, or Pokemon on the TV, playing Pokemon or Breath of the Wild. I’m also a mood person, so curling up with a blanket, a drink, a kitty :(, and lighting a candle to enjoy any of the aforementioned activities.

Gem Stones: What’s your birthstone/favourite stone?

my birthstone is aquamarine. my favorites stone(s) include amethyst, blue lace agate, lapis lazuli, and moss agate.

Roasted Marshmallows: Your camping with friends! Describe the forest you’re pitching your tent in.

I’ve actually gone camping with my family at the same campgrounds every summer since I was in fourth or fifth grade. we have always camped at the East Wood campground in the Park Falls district of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. I’ve practically grown up camping there and when I think about camping that is what I think about and my mom and grandma has been campground hosts since shortly after I graduated, so they are there every weekend over the summer.

the campgrounds are within the forest and each site is separated from the neighboring sites by the trees. (as opposed to open field campgrounds.) there’s a earth-set fire ring that almost always has a fire going while we are there. as camp hosts they are able to leave the camper there all summer, so they set up the site with bird feeders and pots and pots of flowers. you can see the mondeaux flowage from the site through the trees. it’s green and peaceful.

Broken Elevator: Johnson. Can you imagine the discussions to be had? Plus, I’d probably get to see his face.

Employee Trainer: This goes right to Bitty. That sweetheart of a man would calm all my nerves and make sure I knew everything I needed to know and then check on me and answer all my questions without being condescending.

Ummmmmm... a movie I really like is Ever After, which has absolutely gorgeous sets and costumes.

IDK about generally, but right now my top goals for 2017 are to set up shop as a psychologist and make an actual adult wage, to start fencing again, and to afford/take singing lessons.

!!!! I'm also fruits basket trash! The first time I read the series I had to read scanlations and most of the second half of the series was pretty difficult to understand. But I started buying the collector's editions and they're so good!

@monsieurlapin yeah furuba trash unite! i feel like everyone that was between the ages of 11 and 15 in the early to mid 2000′s has read this series lol. i tried to read a scanlation once after my library got rid of them but i only got about two thirds of the way through what would have been the first volume in the Tokyo pop publications because there was so much that i knew definitely wasn’t right.  But i agree, from what i’ve read of the yen press collector’s editions so far they’re really good! they definitely have the most coherent translations i’ve read so far, though i’m curious to see the translations from about the chapters where we get katsuya’s and kyoko’s backstories onwards because even the tokyo pop ones had issues in the second half that made it difficult to follow what was happening. the tokyo pop ones will always have a soft spot in my heart though.

raindrops: what’s your favourite song to unwind?I really love April in Paris, the Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong duet version. I don’t know why but I find that really relaxing.

chai latte: your starbucks/coffee order?I usually either have a black tea or a latte, nothing particularly fancy. I actually find Starbucks quite intimidating because everyone else’s orders are really complicated and the names for the three different sizes are weird and then they ask you your name and i’m like why.

neon lights: describe what you’d do at 2am with your best friendsNow I’m all old and stuff probably marathon the Harry Potter movies or something. Or sleeping. 2am is too late to be out doing stuff.

young love: have you ever fallen in love? if so describe how you feltI have definitely never been in love. Like I genuinely cannot imagine caring for someone that much, but at the same time am a big old romantic? (which is probably why I love Zimbits so much.
