Feelings
Tumblr media
Plot: After a few months of just being friends, Jaehyun decides to take your friendship with him to the next level… if you’ll let him.
Characters: You (OC) and Jaehyun Genre: Fluff, pure fluff Word Count: 1.5k A/N: A non-Monsta X fic dedicated to my friend @sapphirebluejae and her love for NCT’s Jaehyun and 127′s song Touch! I hope you like this fic love, I made him very flirty for you~
Credits to the gif owner!
The sky was filled with stars, twinkling brilliantly over the large city of Seoul. The Han River practically glittered in the starlight, the world slowly moving as couples came and went along the waterside.
The weather had been pretty crummy but there wasn’t a cloud in sight and for that, Jaehyun was grateful. His gaze was soft and serene, his smile ever-present as he turned to look at you.
You caught his gaze and tilted your head. “Jae, what’s on your mind? Are you feeling okay?” You placed your hand on his forehead, worried. You were having a picnic by the water with him and although the food was delicious, Jaehyun had been strangely quiet the entire time.
He smiled and placed his hand over yours, lacing your fingers together with his. “I’m okay. I was just thinking about something.”
“What were you thinking about? Nothing dirty, I hope.” You grinned, raising a playful eyebrow at him as he gave you a bright grin.
“Nothing like that. I’m a pure soul.” Jaehyun pretended to bow his head as his dimple poked from his cheek.
“Whatever you say.” You rolled your eyes with a fake gag and pushed his arm gently. “Tell me what’s on your mind, Saint Jae.”
His gaze grew tender as he poked your nose with his fingertip. “Tell me. How many dates have we been on since we met?” His voice was curious, light and gentle on your ear.
The question threw you off guard. Rubbing your neck and avoiding his eyes, you shyly mumbled. “We’ve known each other for about 3 months. So… around 5 or 6 dates.”
“You make it sound like we’ve committed a crime, having so many dates together.” Jaehyun laughed, nuzzling his nose against your neck in content. “That means I must be doing something right.”
“You’re not that unbearable to be with.” You pushed his head away with a smile, a smile that never seemed to fade whenever you were with him. “You’re a pretty good chef and you always pick out the best places to hang out.”
“I’m flattered that the hospitality major is content with my services.” He placed his hands over his heart with a goofy grin and an exasperated sigh.
The two of you had met in your local community college. You were hospitality major while Jaehyun was a performing-arts major. The two of you had met in the library one day, accidently bumping into one another while trying to grab the same book. It sounds cliché, but Jaehyun immediately tried to ask you out and you humbly declined. After a week, he decided to take you on friendly outings and you both became good friends.
He had huge aspirations to be an actor in Hollywood so he was always studying acting techniques, posing and expressions whenever he could. You always thought he had his head in the clouds, but learned that the two of you were more similar than expected and clicked easily.
You were always doing your best in hopes of working as a travel guide, or even owning your own hotel one day. You loved to give people the best customer experience and making them happy, even if it’s for a short duration. Plus, you had a dream of traveling the world, so the job itself would allow you to find happiness as well.
“You’re truly an interesting man, performing arts major.” You tugged at his ears gently, earning a small pout in return. “You could have anyone in this school’s campus and yet you want me. Do you just have a thing for nerdy girls?”
Jaehyun looked at you for a moment, brushing his fingertips along your cheek. You closed your eyes and nuzzled to his touch before he pulled away. You looked down and found him moving to lay down, resting his head on your stomach in a way that made your heart skip.
“That’s such an odd question. I’m not the kind of guy to waste my time doing things I don’t want do. I genuinely like being with you, no matter status or rep. You know that.” Jaehyun’s eyes were open and honest, despite the flash of hurt that flashed across his irises.
“I’m not trying to offend you or anything.” You quickly apologized, rubbing your neck as you avoided his eyes to gather your thoughts. “It’s just… I’m not the most feminine girl. I like to wear jeans and t-shirts with beanies and chucks. And I’m hardly ever cute or affectionate, don’t guys like that? I mean, I just… I don’t know.”
You fell silent, slowly bringing your eyes to his. You took a deep breath and searched his eyes before whispering, “Why me?”
His expression finally melted into a fond one, his eyes playful as he poked your nose. “I think the real question is, ‘why not you’?”
Your heart began to race in your chest, a feeling that wasn’t uncommon around Jaehyun. “W-What do you mean?”
“In case you didn’t notice, I’m not like other guys.” He smiled, his lips curled in a familiar way that brought a similar smile to your own lips. “I don’t like following trends, I’m an easy-going guy who prefers to just live life while I have it. I want to have fun, follow my dreams, maybe be an amazing actor one day. And I want you.”
You looked down at your hands before pursing your lips in a pout. “You make it sound so easy…” You muttered under your breath.
“It’s not complicated.” Jaehyun countered with a chuckle. He tilted his head, his eyes roaming your every feature before stopping at your lips. Then, he slowly brought his eyes to yours.
“I want you.” He whispered. “I want to be with you. Every date we go on has me thinking of you to the point where I think about you everywhere I go. I’ll pass by pastry shops and wonder ‘will she like this’, or walk by a Vans store and contemplate buying you every pair of blue slip-ons and platforms because I know how much you love the styles. You literally drive me crazy in the best way and I don’t want to stop feeling the way you make me feel.”
You were silent for a moment. Then, a sniffle. Following that, a hiccup.
Jaehyun’s eyes widened. “A-Are you crying? I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to offend you!” He quickly grabbed a napkin and started to dab at your eyes, his face filled with worry.
You slowly placed your hand over his to stop his movements. You let out a soft laugh as you rubbed at your eyes with your sleeves. “You’re truly something else.”
“Why?” Jaehyun asked, trying to move your hands so he could go back to cleaning your face.
Once again, you stopped him, meeting his eyes with a small smile. “You would be the kind of guy that would wipe someone else’s tears while you confess. You’re one of a kind, Jaehyun. It’s one of the many reasons I…”
“One of the reasons, you?” Jaehyun asked softly, not trusting his voice.
You bit your lip and hit his arm with a whine. “How am I supposed to confess to you after what you just said? You set the bar too high and I’m gonna be subpar! My confession is all basic nonpoetic in comparison!”
Jaehyun usually would’ve had a snarky comment to reply with, but he was silent for aa moment as his eyes grew wide. “Confession? Does that mean that you like me too?”
You puffed your cheeks as heat spread to your ears and to your chest. “Of course I do! You make me feel normal, you don’t try to change me yet you make me feel so special. Everywhere we go together becomes more special to me, because I’m with you. I… honestly can’t remember the times before I met you, or when I was comfortable without you by my side. You’re everything to me.”
A gentle silence filled the air around the two of you as people passed by. They were in their own worlds on their own dates, while you and Jaehyun’s worlds were slowly molding into one as he placed his hand over yours.
“With confessions like ours, we’ll go down in history one day as the cheesiest couple.” Jaehyun finally said, attempting to steady his heartbeat roaring in his ears.
You cracked a smile and laced your fingers with his, safe and secure. “As long as you get to play yourself in the live-action version of the tale.”
“Only if you’ll direct it, or maybe play the damsel in distress?” He teased as he leaned in close.
You met him halfway and nuzzled your nose against his. “I’m no one’s damsel in distress. But if you touch your lips with mine, I’ll make every chase worth it.”
“Cute. You’re my finish line and dream come true. But I’ll chase you every day if I have to, just to see you smile.” He whispered.
And the kiss you shared that night, under the stars, was truly the sweetest. Or perhaps, it was the kiss after that. You and him shared many from that day onward, your hand never leaving his. It seems like dreams really do come true, don’t they?
A/N: I hope you all enjoyed! My blog is mainly MX, but let me know if you have any requests from NCT or a few other groups!

Summer Memories
Tumblr media
Plot: When you and Minhyuk go to a concert together, you had no idea it would be the best summer ever. Characters: You (OC), Minhyuk and DJ H.One! Genre: Music fic, pure fluff, feelings. A/N: This is one of a few birthday fics for my friend @sapphirebluejae! Minhyuk is up first, let’s see who you get next! Thanks for being such an amazing friend and happy early birthday! Enjoy! Credits to the gif owner!
“C’mon, we have to get closer!” You squealed, running forward into the sea of bodies.
“Yah! Don’t go too far!” Your best friend Minhyuk yelled, his voice frustrated as he slowly made his way through people with an uncomfortable pout. “You know I’m not as small as you! I can’t maneuver the same way.”
“Stop complaining so much. You’re gonna get frown lines.” You scolded him, hugging his arms as soon as he caught up with you. He rolled his eyes but let you do as you pleased as you looked at the stage in excitement.
It was nearing the end of the summer and you and Minhyuk had played it safe the entire summer. You couldn’t let a summer go by without doing at least something spectacular and fun. Last year, the two of you had gone to a party with a group of your college friends and nearly got arrested just for being there.
Wanting to play it a bit safer than jail, but still wanting a good time, the two of you decided to go to a concert nearby. It was a local group of performers and although Warped Tour had ended, you were down for local music more than anything.
“Who are we here to see again?” Minhyuk asked, wrapping his arm around your shoulder to protect you from sketchy people nearby.
You wiggled in his hold and held your bag against your chest, sipping on a bottle of water. “A DJ by the name of H. One. Apparently, he’s really popular.” You offered Minhyuk a sip to which he happily accepted.
The two of you came equipped with towels, water, extra clothes and snacks to munch on during the concert. You guys had actually received tickets in the back, but thanks to a seller near the entrance the two of you got into the pit for barely anything. You thanked the heavens for your luck and munched on some animal crackers.
Minhyuk eyed you as you ate, poking your cheek sharply. “You shouldn’t be eating those. You need a protein bar or something while you drink water, so you don’t pass out from a sugar high.”
You whined and slapped his finger. “I had protein bars earlier! Besides, our bodies needs sugar to function properly, so don’t come running to me or pass out from not having sugar of your own, Minnie!”
He grumbled something under his breath and snatched a animal cracker from you. “I honestly wonder why I hang out with you so much.”
You shot him an award-winning smile, the smile you always gave him whenever you were ready to cause trouble. “Because we’ve been best friends for years and you love me, obviously.”
If you had continued to look at him, you would’ve noticed the way he looked at you, like he wanted to say something but merely looked away.
The sun was slowly beginning to set around the venue and people began to scream as the stage was lit up. The outdoor venue gave you a clear vision of the peach-shaded glow that began to cascade the brightly lit stage in a tender glow.
You began to jump in excitement along with the hundreds of others in the tight, packed space. “It’s about to start! Are you ready?!” You screamed in Minhyuk’s ear.
Minhyuk looked at the joy on your face, the curve of your smile and the glow in your eyes with a nod and smile. “Yeah. I’m ready for anything.”
For a second, the lights suddenly went out, causing murmurs of confusion to filter through the crowd. Then, the lights came back on as though nothing had happened, but a huge turntable was placed in the center of the stage. Behind the instrument was none other than the popular DJ himself, DJ H. One, the mere sight of him causing screams from males and females alike.
The crowd went silent and the music began. The bass was loud and crazy, the melody making people jump and dance to the wild beat like there was no tomorrow. Bodies were everywhere and the scent of sweat and smoke filled the air as you got lost in the sound.
Minhyuk bobbed his head to the music as each song played, but he never took his eyes off of you. He watched as you let your hair down so you could dance better, watched the way you smiled and had the time of your life as the music faded to background noise in his mind.
Time flew by and you turned to look up at the sky. The crescent moon was shining above but the concert wasn’t over yet. You puled a towel from your bag and rubbed the sweat from your neck and arms. “Phew! It’s so hot.”
“You’ve been partying so hard I’m surprised you’re still standing.” Minhyuk said as he opened up the bottle of water for you to drink. He pushed some hair from your eyes and looked you over. “You’re so sweaty.”
“That’s what happens when you’re having fun.” You grinned, taking a sip from the water, not noticing how Minhyuk watched your throat as you swallowed. You smiled at him and pecked his cheek. “I know this isn’t your thing, but I wanted to say thank you for coming along with me. You’re the best.”
Like before, Minnyuk opened his mouth to say something, but the sound of the music paying through the speakers made you refocus back on the stage. With a huff, Minhyuk ate some crackers silently.
Song after song played and the last song was filtering through the air. It was slower than the earlier songs, but it was uplifting and put you at ease. DJ H. One was running a hand through his sweaty hair, thanking the fans for the amazing night as he continued to play.
Minhyuk watched your serene expression and sighed. The music and the crowd were great, but nothing was more stunning and more captivating than watching you. You were like a magnet that pulled him and he was unable to resist the charm, the light and the star that was you.
The two of you had known each other since you were children and he cherished you more than anyone else in the world. So much so, he kept his feelings hidden from you for over ten years, watched you date and break up with multiple people without saying a word. But at this time, at this moment, he didn’t want to keep his feelings a secret anymore.
The song was gentle and began to swell, building energy and increasing in speed and sound. Minhyuk gently grabbed you by the shoulder and shook you. “Hey.”
You weren’t paying attention, lost in the sound as you waited for the music to burst into a myriad of color and sound.
Unable to wait any longer, Minhyuk leaned in and placed his lips over yours, as the music overflowed with a sense of longing, passion and home.
Overhead, fireworks went off as the crowd cheered along to the music, while Minhyuk moved hs lips gently with yours. It only lasted a few seconds, but to him, it felt like an eternal dream he never wanted to wake up from.
Pulling away, he avoided your eyes and looked back on the stage with a blank expression. “Sorry.” He muttered, barely audible over the sound.
You were breathless, your cheeks flushed and your heart racing and not just from the concert. “For what? Giving me the best kiss of my entire life?”
Minhyuk whipped his head to look at you, his eyes wide as his mouth fell open slightly in shock. He looked like a goldfish. “F-For what? You mean, you actually..?”
“Idiot.” You laughed, your eyes filling with tears as a huge smile filled your lips. “I’ve loved you since we were 3 and you saved me from those bullies near our school. I’ve been waiting for the day you would say you felt the same way. I’ve been waiting so long for you, Minhyuk.”
Not hesitating, he pulled you into his arms and kissed your lips again, years of longing and love passing between the two of you as he brushed the tears from your eyes with his fingertips. He caressed your face, your hair and your chin while whispering sweet nothings in your ear.
“I’m sorry for making you wait so long for me. I’m going to make it up to you, I promise.” Minhyuk smiled, blinking his infamous uneven blink as he nuzzled his nose against yours.
“Promise me a hot shower and a marathon of Dragonball Z and we’re good. Apple pie too, if you have any.” You bargained, lacing your hands with his as fireworks began to go off in the sky overhead, painting your faces in blues and reds.
“Anything for you.” Minhyuk smiled, placing his lips over yours in a passionate kiss as the music began to fade.
The stars overhead shimmered and twinkled in the dark night, illuminating the darkness and filling hearts with hopes and for you, fulfilled dreams.
It was truly the best summer the two of you ever had.
A/N: What I wouldn’t give to see a DJ H.One concert <3333 Hope you all enjoyed!

The Outcast Club
Tumblr media
Characters: Changkyun (I.M), OC and a cat named Noir. Genre: Fluff, School au, slight angst Plot: Im Changkyun is known to be the school delinquent with the way he skips class and his bad-boy attire. But when you see him for the first time, you learn that there’s more to him that meets the eye, especially with the school cat. Word Count: 2k Credits to the gif owner!
The hallways were empty, save for the few that were loitering near their lockers or rushing to get to their respective classrooms. It was an ordinary day like any other, nothing special going on within the school walls other than the announcements on the speakers about the upcoming football game and the sound of doors closing as classes began. On a regular day, you would have been rushing to your classroom for being this late but today was not the case. You were sitting in the courtyard with your bag and textbooks, trying not to get caught by any teachers as you tucked yourself safely under a large tree. Your parents would kill you if they knew that you were skipping class, but you honestly cared less about them in that moment. Putting your earbuds in, you pulled out a small notebook and a pen before getting lost in your own world.
School was always stressful. You were always doing your best to get good grades but no matter how had you tried,  it was never good enough to fit your parents’ expectations. You were about to graduate high school and you had no idea what you wanted to do. Your parents wanted one thing but you wanted another. It was a never-ending mess and you just wanted to escape from it all. You wrote down a few lines on the blank pages, merely scribbling whatever came to mind with no rhyme or reason to calm your nerves. A gentle melody filled your headphones and soon you were smiling softly as you nodded to the lyrics. A movement caught your peripheral and you looked up curiously. A black cat was wandering around the grass, it’s large green eyes shining in the early morning light as he walked elegantly across the courtyard. You recognized the cat as the famous campus cat. The story was that the cat appeared one day after a game and never left. The staff tried multiple times to remove the cat from the campus, but it always managed to find a way back. The cat was considered to be a legend with only a few students rumored to have seen it, so seeing it made you squeal in excitement. You loved cats. The cat blinked slowly as it spotted you, meowing soundlessly as it turned it’s path towards you. You held your breath as it came closer, staying completely still so the cat wouldn’t get scared and run away. Time seemed to slow down as it finally walked up to you, it’s large eyes curious and it’s body tense as it surveyed you. Then, all at once, he dipped it’s head and rubbed it against your covered knee. You smiled as you released the breath you had been holding and began petting the cat on top of it’s head. “You’re not as bad as everyone says you are, are you?” You asked the feline with a smile and receiving a small meow and a purr in return. Another moment was caught in your peripheral and you glanced up to see someone walking towards you. He appeared to be a student, but it was a little hard to tell considering his all black attire accompanied with a black hood that covered most of his face. The stranger didn’t seem to pay you any mind, his eyes on the purring cat as he set the bag he was carrying on the ground. “Do you know how long I spent looking for you?” The man asked, his voice shockingly deep as he pulled his hood back Once you saw his face his name registered in your mind. Im Changkyun, junior just like you and known for being the school delinquent. Or so, that’s what the rumor was of the blonde-haired and pierced male sitting in front of you. You had never come into contact with him or really saw him around for that matter, but he was the only boy in the entire school that fit his description. Changkyun, once again, paid you no mind as he kneeled and swiftly gathered the cat in his arms. His face was expressionless, but his voice was soft as he spoke. “I’ve been looking everywhere for you. I know you didn’t eat anything either.” The cat began to shift uncomfortably in the blonde’s arms, it’s eyes wide as it looked for a way to break free. It was attempting to escape until it saw Changkyun open his bag and pull out a small tin bowl. You watched as the bowl was placed on the ground and a small can of cat food was placed inside with some kibbles. The cat jumped out of the boy’s arms and began to eat the food with a content swish of it’s tail, purring in between bites. Zipping up his bag, Changkyun’s lips turned upwards into a tender smirk. “Sheesh, you’re such a glutton, why do I even take care of you?” His eyes were warm and he watched the cat eat for a bit before he suddenly shifted his gaze to you. You felt your heart skip at the change in attention, embarrassed and unsure of what to say after witnessing such a scene. You had removed your headphones when the blonde appeared, so you had nowhere to hide or pretend to act dumb. “Y-Yes?” You stuttered. “I’ve seen you before.” Changkyun stated, his warm tone used for the cat now replaced with a tone of indifference. “You’re a junior, right?” “Yes, I am.” You nodded making sure not to trip over any syllables. You weren’t afraid of Changkyun per se, you just weren’t good around new people, or cute bad boys that have a soft spot for cats. “I’ve never seen you before this moment to be honest.” “I wouldn’t expect you to. I never really go to class, I usually hang out here with this little guy.” Changkyun said easily, petting the cat as it ate happily. The blonde gave you one look over, his face unreadable. “Let me guess. Did you fail a test? Or was your family being crappy?” You blinked in surprise. Were you that easy to read? Letting out a soft sigh, you nodded and looked down at your notebook. “My family wants me to be something I’m not. They expect perfection and only top results for everything. I feel like I’m caged in and I just want to be free tp do what I want with my life. But apparently it’s too difficult for them to understand.” You fell quiet as the sun began to peek out from above. It wasn’t even 8 am yet and the sun was coming out late because of the rain from the night before. It shed some gentle pinks and yellows onto the courtyard, hitting Changkyun’s blonde hair so it looked almost gold in the morning light. “Parents suck now but they’ll eventually come around.” Changkyun’s voice pulled you from your trance, his body angled so he was on his side looking up at you with one arm behind his head. “They just want what’s best for you and they don’t know what you want until you tell them.” “I’ve tried to tell them multiple times…” You tried to explain, only to recall the countless times you brought up the subject and how quickly they shut you down and forced you to accept whatever they had to say. He shrugged. “Look, it’s your life, but you won’t be able to do anything with it unless you know what you want to do with it. I could tell you all day that you should be one thing, but if your heart’s not in it and you just accept whatever I say, you’re going to be miserable for the rest of your life.” You felt your mood sinking as you rested your head on your knees. You were willing yourself not to cry in front of the delinquent stranger, when a thought filled your mind. “Why are you always out here alone then? Is your family crappy too?” He fell silent for a moment, his eyes on the cat once more before he exposed a sad smile. “No, my family is actually pretty cool. Well, now they are. I’m not perfect like my older brother, but I love science just like my dad and I wanted to be a scientist. However, a lot of people don’t seem to like how I express myself and decided to shun me as a result of my appearance. This is my third school in two years.” You gaped in disbelief. “How can someone decide your fate just because of how you look? You’re really smart, you just aren’t comfortable around people that try to dictate you. Why do you put up with this horrible place everyday?” He smiled at your eager question, the sight making you blush. “Maybe for the same reason you do. So I can find somewhere to belong. Or something like that.” You couldn’t find the words to respond. Changkyun chuckled and raised his head, just as the bell signaling second period began to chime. “Time for class. I know you want to find out what happens next in The Great Gatsby- “We’re actually reading The Kite Runner, thank you.” You rolled your eyes with a small laugh. “-The Kite Runner then.” Changkyun’s eyes crinkled as he laughed with you. “Don’t end up like me and miss class everyday. It gets pretty boring after awhile.” “Why don’t you go to class with me then? You won’t be alone.” It didn’t occur to you in that moment that you had just asked the school “bad boy” to go back to class with you. Everyone around you would’ve laughed. Changkyun seemed stunned by your offer but he quickly recovered as he shook his head with a smile. “Nah, maybe tomorrow. I’m not feeling The Kite Runner today, too emotional. It made me cry and I hate crying.” You stood up and rolled your eyes at his statement. “I swear, you’re just like this cat here. You go by your own rules and do whatever you want. I bet you finished the entire curriculum for this school year with those brains.” “Would you believe me if I said I did?” He winked, his eyes cat-like as they curled. “I think I’d have to ask you to be my tutor if you did. Science is not my forte.” You shivered thinking about the Physics exam that was coming up soon. The thought of numbers never failed to make you dizzy. “I’ll think about it.” Changkyun mused, sitting up to look at you. You took in his black attire and multiple piercings before you looked into his large brown eyes. He shifted slightly under your gaze. “What? Is there something on my face?” “Nope. From today onward, I’m going to visit you and the cat every day to make sure you do your homework and keep you out of trouble.” You declared, suddenly excited about coming to visit the strange boy and his companion on a daily. It would keep your stress in check too. “I don’t think that’s a good idea, what with the entire student body hating me.” He reasoned with an almost sad gaze. “But we’re both considered outcasts, why can’t we be friends?” You argued. Changkyun didn’t seem to have a response, he merely shrugged as he flipped his hair out of his eyes. “Suit yourself, just bring me some snacks whenever you come to visit. I’m always here at 7:30 every morning to feed Noir here.” You smiled at the pair before walking to the entrance of the courtyard. You were already late but you didn’t mind in the slightest. As you opened the door to leave, Changkyun called to you with his hands cupped around his mouth. “Welcome to the Outcast Club! We’ll see you tomorrow!” You grinned from ear to ear and waved as you reinterred the school building. You were usually excited to learn through books and PowerPoints, but you were excited for a different lesson that would take place the following day. The subject: Im Changkyun, leader of the Outcast Club.
Note: This idea popped into my head randomly so I decided to post it.  I have a few holiday stories I’m slowly getting around to, so please bear with me! Love you all!

Sunrise and Sunset (M)
Tumblr media
Thank you for the request anon! I hope this story is to your liking! Thank you for being so patient with me and requesting, I love and appreciate your support! Enjoy!
Characters: Shownu, Kihyun and the rest of Monsta X Genre: Assassin AU, Romance Warnings: Smut for one scene and it’s mostly vanilla, use of weapons/mild violence,  Rating: M Word Count: 5.5k  Plot: Why did the infamous Kihyun leave his job as a hitman for love? It all began with a fear of heights, murder and sunsets… Credit to the gif owner!
The sun was beginning to set over the Seoul skyline. High schoolers and adults moving like ants as they made their way to the nearest transportation to rest for the night. A long day of hard-work deserved rest in the shade of the world, if only for a few hours.
Except for Yoo Kihyun.
The dark-haired male was sitting on top of Seoul Tower, overlooking the view of the city below. Endless dots of people roamed the streets, every speck having some sort of destination in mind, the crowds growing smaller with each minute.
“Reminiscing, Kihyun?” A voice called.
Kihyun turned his head to see a man in a black trench coat, wearing a cat-like smile and a flicker of mischief in his brown eyes. Well, what could be seen of them behind his mop of floppy blonde hair.
“Why are you here?” Kihyun raised an eyebrow before returning his gaze back to the city.
“Well, word on the street is that you come here all the time so I thought I’d pay you a visit. Especially after everything that’s happened…” The man trailed off, reaching into his pocket to pull out a packet of cigarettes.
The cigarette didn’t make it to his lips as a small dagger cut through the cancer stick and pierced into the gated wall beside the blonde’s head.
“I won’t miss next time, Minhyuk.” Kihyun adjusted his sleeve, a smaller blade with a purple tint on the tip falling into his hand. His eyes never moved.
“I know you won’t.” Minhyuk laughed, putting the cigarettes back in his pocket and looking at the blade in the wall. “But to think how your skills have gone to waste, now that you’re a rouge.”
Silence.
The blonde sighed, averting his eyes to the sky above, despite how close it was already. “Tell me, was he worth it?”
The only sound that could be heard was the wind hitting their clothing, the air suddenly growing cold. The sound was so sudden and loud, that Minhyuk almost didn’t hear Kihyun’s response.
Almost.
“I see. Well, I hope it was for the best. I never knew that Yoo Kihyun would give up his assassin career and the dreams of a lifetime, for love. Then again, I never took you to be a fan of heights either.”
Turning towards the door, Minhyuk dropped the box of cigarettes on the ground with a wave of his hand. “I wish you luck. And maybe we’ll see each other again.”
Kihyun was left once again with his thoughts, the same thoughts that cause him to come up here in the first place. Despite everything he went through, he was still back to staring at everything below.
And to thoughts of him.
Kihyun hated heights.
The way everything looked farther away, the way his vision began to swirl as he imagined falling endlessly into the distortion below. All he thought of was crashing to the ground like a pancake, but whenever he looked up he thought of everything tall crashing into him like a bug. He hated being high up despite striving to be on top.
He was like that since childhood, always avoiding amusement parks and school field trips to any towers or tall buildings. In high school, he avoided class trips and even looking out of the window of the run-down house he and his mother lived in.
Kihyun had no idea why he hated heights so much or where the fear developed from. All he knew was that he had to keep his body and mind on solid ground, and never look down.
But when his mother passed away, he had nowhere to go but to the big city to live with his aunt. He had done pretty-well to stay clear of heights when he lived began to live there, but it was unavoidable in Seoul. There were tall buildings everywhere, not to mention the endless attractions and planes that filled the sky every day. He almost had a panic attack seeing everything, but he learned to cope.
Kihyun was 21 when he took someone’s life. He was walking home after a shift at a nearby café and had to get ready for an exam the following morning. He had to pass over the bridge to get to his house, when a group of men grabbed him from behind.
They were all covered from head to toe in black, reeking of cigarettes and booze. One grabbed him and tried to take his money, while the others tried to beat him to a pulp. He tried to shield his face, but the attacks were coming from everywhere. Soon, he couldn’t feel his limbs and his vision was blurry from the bruises.
Once his belongings were taking, the leader of the gang grabbed him by the wrists and pinned his body against the ledge of the bridge. The water was black, roaring and churning below, sending Kihyun’s mind in a panic.
“You ready to go for a swim, kid?” The man cackled with a smirk, pushing Kihyun’s upper body over the ledge almost playfully. He watched the boy struggle and laughed louder. “What, are you afraid of heights? Don’t worry, you won’t have time to be afraid when your bones snap.”
Whenever Kihyun was asked what happened next, he honestly couldn’t remember. All he knew was that his vision went red for a moment and when he came to, the gang was running away while the leader was nowhere in sight.
He was out of breath and all the pain seemed to set into his bones at one time. He felt as though his entire body was hit by a truck and all he wanted to do was rest. Slowly picking himself up, he attempted to take a few steps, only to feel a hand on his shoulder.
“Hey, you alright?” The voice was unfamiliar, but Kihyun was too tired to fight back. If the guy wanted to kill him, he could. All he wanted to do was sleep.
“I…I need to get home…” He could barely keep his eyes open, but he caught a glimpse of the owner of the voice before he fell into unconsciousness. Tan skin, a handsome face and plump lips.
The next morning, he woke up in his bed with a pain that nearly knocked him out once more. Looking around blindly, he spotted TV on in the corner and slowly heard sound emitting from the device. It was a news report.
“…Have discovered a body in the water today. The identity of the man is known to be a local troublemaker in Busan and was last seen at a bar near Gangnam. There were no signs of a struggle, but the police believe that this act was no doubt, murder as the victim was pushed over the bridge to his death. If anyone has any tips regarding the case, please contact the police immediately.”
Kihyun felt his blood run cold. That man… he had killed him. Before the panic could set in, another picture popped up. A face that Kihyun had only seen for a moment, but it was engraved in his mind.
“Police have also caught sightings of Son Hyunwoo, famous thief and killer that tends to roam around Seoul. Please call if you see him, he is dangerous and a threat to everyone he comes across.”
Kihyun looked at the picture on the screen, then looked at his surroundings. Had he really seen the same man? What kind of “Dangerous threat” was that man to let someone who had seen his face, go home free?
The raven-haired boy looked at his hands, then blinked in confusion. Now that he thought about it, how had he made it home last night? He could’ve sworn he had passed out on the road, so how…?
Glancing at his bed stand, he spotted his wallet with a small note beside it. Deciding to read the note, he read through the chicken scratch with a hum.
Sorry, I used your I.D to find your address. I made sure to put it back, and I didn’t steal any money or any of your cards. I hope you get better soon. Make sure not to get caught up in any more problems, I won’t be there to save you every time.
                                                                                                                       H.
“Hyunwoo…” Kihyun murmured, looking out his window with a hum. The weather seemed nice, despite the clouds of confusion surrounding his mind.
It wouldn’t be until much later, that Kihyun began to look out the window every morning from that day onwards, not even noticing his acrophobia.
*
Kihyun used that day as a push to work harder every day. He kept his job at the café and continued to go to school, but he was getting involved in special activities outside of his daily routine.
It started off as a hitman job. He had to kill one target and he would get enough money to pay off a semester of school. The job went without a hitch, and he went undetected. He learned from that first mission that he was a tactical killer and worked best with long range weapons.
One target turned into two, then a dozen before Kihyun began to lose track. He was becoming headline news, but no one knew where he could be found or what he even looked like. He worked at separate times on certain days, so his methods and targets couldn’t be connected. He killed each target a different day with a different weapon, like a true killer would.
No matter how many targets he encountered and no matter how much money he would receive, Kihyun always felt restless. He felt like he was searching for something and that by killing he would get closer to finding that ‘something’, but he always fell short.
He had been killing for over two years by this point, and had accumulated more stress than he had thought possible. He never went out to bars or clubs in fear of getting caught, but the pain in his temples was growing to be too much to bear.
Tucking his tools into his bag, he walked off to a local bar. The air was filled with the scent of whiskey, chicken and cheap cigarettes, but he didn’t hesitate to sit at the bar. He ordered a gin and tonic and paid in cash, when someone sat down beside him.
“Long time no see.” The man said, taking back a glass of water with a small grin.
Kihyun nearly spit out his drink in surprise. There’s no way, could it really be…? “Hyunwoo?” He whispered, not daring to speak any louder.
Hyunwoo nodded, his eyes focused on Kihyun as he smiled. “Minhyuk told me you were looking for someone.”
“Word gets around too fast at the Bureau.” Kihyun muttered with a blush. Once his killings had become more frequent and his description got passed around, Kihyun was picked up by an infamous, but very tightly secured, assassin’s group. Minhyuk was one of his colleagues, known for his gruesome way of killing and his love for his vigilante ways. Everyone on the street knew his name, so it was no surprise that a criminal like Hyunwoo knew who Minhyuk was.
“That’s what happens when you work with others, your business can get out pretty fast. But, to each their own.” Hyunwoo hummed, finishing his water and leaning against the counter, his eyes never moving. “So, what brings you out on this fine night? Do you have work?”
It sounded casual, but the word ‘work’ fell a bit too heavy on his tongue. “Not tonight. I just needed some fresh air and something strong to calm my mind.”
“Want to talk about it?”
“There isn’t much to talk about.” Kihyun shrugged, keeping his eyes on the counter of the bar. He honestly wondered if he was dreaming. It’s not like he knew Hyunwoo personally, and Hyungwon didn’t know him, so why were they chatting like they were old friends?
“It’s been two years since I last saw you. You’ve grown up well.” The older man commented, his tone casual, as though the last time they had seen each other Kihyun hadn’t just killed a man after getting brutally mugged and beaten.
“And you’ve been on the news a lot lately.” Kihyun sighed, then added, “Not that I care or anything. But you should be more careful.”
Hyunwoo smiled at this, his eyes crinkled slightly at the corners as he considered Kihyun with a dimpled grin. “I don’t really care if I get caught. But I’ll see if I can take your advice and not get into so much trouble, as long as you give me something in return.”
“Something in return?” Kihyun echoed, eyebrows raised in curiosity. His drink was gone and he had only had one, but his mind felt strangely light for some reason.
Leaning in close so no one could overhear, Hyunwoo brushed his lips along Kihyun’s ear. “Spend the night with me.”
“What?!” Kihyun exclaimed, pulling away to look at Hyunwoo with wide eyes and flushed cheeks. The bar’s attention shifted to the two men, but Hyunwoo quickly pulled the boy closer to hide their faces. Soon, the patrons went back to whatever conversations they were having without a care in the world.
“I want to spend a night with you. It may sound sudden and strange but… I’ve been searching everywhere for you. Please, just one night.” The tanned male whispered, his voice filled with honesty and something like desperation.
Kihyun was silent for a moment, taking in the information with a purse of his lips. He wondered what was going on in Hyunwoo’s mind, to make such a decision so suddenly.
But then Kihyun remembered the day after the bridge incident, how confused and curious he was about the man in front of him. How he wanted to see his face again, to see if he truly was the man people said he was on TV.
And maybe, he wanted to do a little more than just talk as a thank you.
“My place or yours?” Kihyun mumbled. Hyunwoo laughed.
 *
Hyunwoo’s apartment was simple. Clean hardwood floors with white furniture, a small kitchen and an even smaller bathroom. There were no picture frames or trophies, no signs that anyone truly lived here, save for the dirty plate in the sink and the toothbrush holder in the bathroom.
The taller man locked the door behind them, making sure no one was following them as he took off his jacket. He gently removed Kihyun’s jacket without a word, hanging it up in a small closet before putting on his slippers. (Bunny slippers, strangely.)
“Welcome to my humble abode. Please, make yourself comfortable.” Hyunwoo announced with his usual smile. “Can I get you water or some snacks? I just bought some double stuffed Oreos if you’d like.”
“I’m good.” Kihyun smiled, placing his shoes by the door before sitting on the couch with a nervous hum. “It’s so quiet in here.”
“Yeah, this area has always been a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for me to do my jobs at night, since it’s in such a rural area, and it keeps me calm on my days off. Perfect place to read on a rainy day, trust me.”
Kihyun imagined Hyunwoo laying down on his bed, body fatigued after a long mission, before pulling out his favorite book with a pair of glasses perched on his nose as the rain pattered on the window. The scene was strangely out of context for the younger male, but it seemed to fit Hyunwoo in the most perfect of ways.
“So, tell me about you.” Hyunwoo pulled Kihyun from his thoughts, the large man sitting beside the younger with an open expression despite his large arms flexing to get comfortable.
“Not much to tell. Just a hitman that kills for money.” Kihyun avoided Hyunwoo’s eyes, focusing on the TV even though it wasn’t on.
Hyunwoo wasn’t satisfied, but kept his expression. “When we met, you looked like a college kid. Did you get your degree?”
The younger boy hesitated before nodding. “Yeah. In photography.”
“Oh? A photographer? Do you have any tips for me to brighten up this pace a bit? I could use an artist’s opinion.”
Kihyun thought the older was kidding, but saw nothing but an expression of curiosity on the male’s face. Man, talk about serious. Does he ever tell a joke?
“Maybe… some pictures of sunsets or oceans, to give the place a bit of color.” Kihyun suggested slowly, looking over the bare walls and empty table tops. “And some plants. They don’t have to be real if you aren’t good with upkeeping, but the green will give this place some life and the perfect amount of color.”
He turned his head to see Hyunwoo’s expression, to find him leaning in close to Kihyun’s face. The younger didn’t move, his heart skipping oddly in his chest when Hyunwoo’s lips were only a few inches away from his. The air was thick with anticipation, their breathing almost deafening in the silence.
“What is a beautiful man like you, doing as an assassin?” Hyunwoo finally whispered, his eyes never leaving Kihyun’s as he placed his hand on the younger’s cheek.
Kihyun didn’t flinch. “I could ask you the same thing.”
“Maybe we’re both just fucked up and like to kill for fun?” Hyunwoo suggested, his tongue slowly dragging across his lower lip and causing Kihyun’s breath to hitch in his throat.
“Or maybe… we’re just looking for somewhere to belong.” Kihyun could hardly hear his own voice. But Hyunwoo heard it and smiled.
“That stuff you were saying about colors. I’d like to work on that now.”
“Right now?” Kihyun echoed, slightly turned off by the change in conversation.
“Yeah. For starters, I love that shade of pink on your cheeks.” Hyunwoo smiled, and it was the last thing Kihyun saw before their lips connected and he let go of everything.
He had no idea how they made it from the couch to the bed. His mouth was moving eagerly against Hyunwoo’s, sliding finger’s in the older’s hair as he touched and kissed every inch of skin he could reach. Their mouths were desperate and playful, their eyes filled with happiness and hunger as Kihyun laid back on the bed.
They stripped each other of their clothing and kissed once more, Kihyun’s hands caressing the planes of Hyunwoo’s broad shoulders and arms, while Hyunwoo caressed Kihyun’s face and down to the smooth planes of his back. Every touch was searing to the skin and Kihyun’s face grew flushed as soft moans left his lips.
Soon, Hyunwoo was covering Kihyun in soft kisses and licks, marking the porcelain skin with sharp bites and pretty bruises. Kihyun could feel and see only Hyunwoo and felt his heart nearly stop in his chest as the older made love to Kihyun’s body.
All Kihyun felt was bliss, from the way Hyunwoo sucked him off, to the way Hyunwoo filled him to the brim when they became one. They fit like a lock and key and Kihyun was lost in the pleasure as Hyunwoo rolled his hips. It was too sweet to be called sex and too powerful to be called making love. But Kihyun felt both and he couldn’t get enough.
By the time he came, his lips were bruised and his body was worn and covered in marks but he didn’t care. He kissed Hyunwoo drunkenly, addicted to the intoxicating fire that was the older man. Hyunwoo didn’t seem to mind, as he held Kihyun to his chest and made love to him all night, both reaching their climaxes over and over again until the sky outside was beginning to fade into morning.
They rested for a while, Kihyun’s head on Hyunwoo’s chest, both bodies tangled under a thin sheet. Kihyun was drifting into unconsciousness with Hyunwoo’s fingers in his hair, when the older boy whispered. “Look at that beautiful sunrise.”
Turning his head lazily to the window, Kihyun took in the swirls of pink and purple along the horizon with a hum. He had his eyes forward, not looking anywhere else as he chuckled. “I have a fear of heights.”
“Why’s that?” Hyunwoo hummed.
“Dunno. I’ve always been like this.”
“I have a trick to help you.” The older sat up slightly, leaning down so he was face-to-face with the younger male.
“And that is?” Kihyun blinked.
“Whenever you’re up high, don’t look down. Always keep your eyes ahead, on the horizon. You need to focus on what’s ahead of you, not what’s below you. That always helps me whenever I’m up too high.”
“Does that really help?” Kihyun wondered aloud.
“I mean, it helped when I was making love to you. I was focused on you and your beauty, I couldn’t look away even if I wanted to. You’re my sunrise.” Hyunwoo admitted with a grin.
“Oh, you’re good.” Kihyun blushed heavily, hitting Hyunwoo on the chest with a playful smile. “You don’t even know me that well.”
“Maybe not. But I don’t need to know you inside and out to know that you’re a man that comes along once in every lifetime. You’re special, and you deserve all of the happiness in the world.” Hyunwoo’s voice was gentle as he placed his hand on Kihyun’s cheek but his eyes were serious.
Kihyun rolled his eyes in a playful manner but it felt bitter. “I’ve already chosen my fate. I can’t go back on it now.”
“Maybe you could.” Hyunwoo smiled as he laid Kihyun against the pillows, kissing along the boy’s neck with a low rumble in his throat. “I have an idea.”
Kihyun blushed at the kisses but would never admit it. “Tell me after another round.”
“You have a crazy high sex drive for someone so small.” Hyunwoo commented with a laugh.
“Good thing you can handle it.” Kihyun grinned, pinning down Hyunwoo in a powerful kiss as they began another round.
*
As time passed, Kihyun and Hyunwoo began to learn more about each other. They weren’t romantically involved, other than the few rendezvous at Hyunwoo’s house whenever they happened to catch each other at the bar, but it felt like they had known each other for years. Kihyun didn’t have to feel guarded around Hyunwoo, while Hyunwoo didn’t have to hide who he was around Kihyun.
They went out to eat (in disguise) watched movies together, they even went shopping for groceries one night (“I want cookies!” “I’ll make them then, because store bought cookies taste like crap, Hyunwoo.”). Everything seemed normal, domestic even.
In Kihyun’s mind, he knew that it would be their downfall.
An idea had popped into Hyunwoo’s head one night while he and Kihyun were lying in bed. They both had finished their jobs for the night and Kihyun was curled into Hyunwoo’s neck. Sensing the male’s tension, Kihyun tilted his head. “What’s on your mind?” He whispered.
“Let’s run away.” Hyunwoo stated, his voice deep and sure.
“Runaway? To where?” The younger boy felt his eyebrows furrow at the thought of leaving, not a bad idea, but one that left a twinge of nervousness in his stomach.
Hyunwoo sat up, his eyes on the ceiling. “Anywhere but here. It doesn’t matter where we go. We’ll be away from this shitty city and we won’t have to hurt anyone just to survive… We can start our lives the way we want it to be. No more killing or hiding. We’ll be free.”
“There’s no such thing as freedom for people like us.” The younger male sighed, closing his eyes as he leaned into one of the forgotten pillows.
“Let’s make our own freedom.” Hyunwoo persisted as he looked at Kihyun, his eyes filled with longing and earnest. “I promise, I can get us our freedom. We can do this. Trust me, Kihyun.”
With some words of reassurance and extra kisses, Kihyun reluctantly agreed. He wanted to believe in Hyunwoo’s words, but he knew deep down they wouldn’t be able to achieve freedom.
They were going to get caught. There was no hope for criminals like them, but he wanted to believe in Hyunwoo. So he did his best to push the negative thoughts from his mind.
*
The plan was set a few months later in early April. They did their jobs as usual, staying under the radar as they killed and stole like normal. Kihyun’s higher ups didn’t suspect a thing, so if they were to act, it had to be soon.
Meanwhile, Kihyun was feeling more and more comfortable with Hyunwoo. He visited him weekly and practically lived at Hyunwoo’s place. He trusted the other with his darkest secrets, his fears and even his dreams. He began to trust Hyunwoo with his life and something even more precious.
Kihyun trusted Hyunwoo with his heart.
It didn’t take Kihyun long to figure out that he was in love with the tall, nerdy and strong dweeb that was Hyunwoo. Kihyun was so in love he could barely hold the confession in, but he intended to keep the emotions in check for the time being. He would tell Hyunwoo how he felt someday.
On the day of the operation, Hyunwoo sent Kihyun a simple message:
Seoul Tower, 6pm.
Making sure to hide his face under his favorite black hoodie, Kihyun made his way to Seoul Tower. He was fully armed, his eyes watching every person that walked by without fail. Always cautious and always aware, Kihyun was prepared for anything and everything.
He looked up at a large building, noticing a huge clock on the side of it. He stared at the time: 5:55 pm.
He had no reason to be worried He was always early whenever it came to meetings or missions. He decided to play on his phone while he waited.
Soon, it was 6:02 pm.
Then 6:10. Still no sign of Hyunwoo.
6:15.
6:30.
As Kihyun began to fidget in worry, he looked up at another skyscraper, the brightly lit sign showing a news bulletin that had just come in.
“Authorities have captured the infamous Son Hyunwoo, after a five-year man-hunt. The police caught him trying to head towards the inner parts of Seoul on foot and have taken him into custody.”
It was as though everything happened in slow motion. He saw the footage of Hyunwoo being taken away by two officers, his face panicked before it turned into something more calm, his body relaxed despite being cuffed.
All around Kihyun, people were stopping to watch the footage. Many people cheered, happy to have a “criminal like that off the street”, while others went on their way with the news report playing on their phones.
Kihyun was frozen to the spot. He wanted to scream to everyone that Hyunwoo wasn’t what the media made him out to be. He didn’t have a choice in what he did and he was truly a beautiful man from the inside and out. He was sweet and warm and kind, he knew how to give the best hugs and knew how to be sweet despite a dire situation. He was more than just a news headline but no one seemed to notice.
No one seemed to care.
Kihyun ran all the way to Hyunwoo’s apartment, hoping that it was just a dream. The older had given Kihyun a spare key, but Kihyun settled for breaking the door open with his foot in a wild panic.
There was no Hyunwoo in the kitchen making breakfast. No singing coming from the bathroom, nor was the TV on in the living room. The apartment was empty and it truly looked as though no one lived there.
With tears blurring his vison, Kihyun covered his eyes with his arms, doing his best not to break down. He knew this would happen, he knew that one of them would get caught. He never should’ve gotten involved with Hyunwoo, he never should’ve let his heart be so shaken…
No matter how much he tried to convince himself, he couldn’t find any regret in meeting Hyunwoo, for he loved the older man too much to regret meeting him. The love, the laughter and even the hope of running away, was worth it.
Tearing his arm from his face with a sniffle, he glanced around the room. It was quiet and it smelled of Hyunwoo. Sitting on the couch, Kihyun moved to get comfortable, when he felt something strange under his legs.
Moving to figure out what it was, his hand brushed over a piece of paper. Picking it up, Kihyun felt a smile fill his face as he read what was written on it.
This wasn’t the end.
*
Kihyun looked over the crowd from above, the letter sitting in his palm underneath his knife. He waited for a few minutes in silence before pulling out one of the guns strapped to his thigh.
Holding it up high, he pulled off the safety and fired one bullet. Then another.
The sun had finally set and the shots could hardly be heard from below.
But one person seemed to hear it.
Through the sea of people, one tall figure stood out above the rest in a black hoodie, ripped jeans and an unmistakable smile. A face that could be recognized anywhere.
Kihyun stood up slowly, gathering his belongings and leaving the way he came. The elevator took too long, so he decided to take the stairs, taking steps two at a time as his heart began to race in his chest.
When he was one story above ground, he saw the figure’s face and felt his face tug into a smile. The window separating them was open, so he climbed onto the ledge and jumped.
It wasn’t a far drop and the figure caught Kihyun with ease. His arms were warm and strong, his scent like a tranquilizer to the assassin’s heart. He clung to the male, whispering only one word, a name.
“Hyunwoo…” He breathed, his voice cracking.
Hyunnwoo smiled softly, hugging Kihyun close as he hid their faces from view, even though no one seemed to notice them. “You still up for running away? I got a car waiting for us and a month’s worth of supplies.”
Kihyun raised his head to look at the other with a frown. “I haven’t heard from you in almost two years and you suddenly appear out of nowhere? Did jail turn your brains to mush?!”
“I know you waited out here every day for me and that you left the Bureau. I know hiding isn’t easy and I couldn’t contact you and I’m sorry. I’m sorry for making you wait, so let me make it up to you, my love.” Hyunwoo whispered, placing soft kisses on Kihyun’s face.
“So… we’re running away?” Kihyun mumbled.
“If my Sunrise will give me the opportunity, I would love to run away with you.” Hyunwoo blushed at Kihyun’s reaction to the nickname, his eyes soft.
“Since you kept me waiting until now, I guess I can let my Sunset take me wherever he wants to go.” Kihyun conceded slowly, his eyes playful as he hugged Hyunwoo’s neck.
Hyunwoo nodded, leading the way to where the getaway car must’ve been. Kihyun was silent as Hyunwoo walked, memories of the past few years filling his mind. How he had gone from a normal college kid to an assassin was beyond him, but there was something he noticed.
“Hyunwoo?”
“Hm?”
“Thanks for catching me. I’m not afraid of heights anymore.” Kihyun mumbled, hoping the other wouldn’t hear his raw confession.
But of course, Hyunwoo heard it and he stopped in his tracks to place a deep kiss on Kihyun’s lips. It wasn’t hungry or desperate, it was soft and passionate, and filled to the brim with enough passion and emotion to leave both gasping for air.
“I’ll always catch you when you fall, you have nothing to fear anymore. I love you, Kihyun.” Hyunwoo hummed, holding Kihyun tighter than he ever had before.
Kihyun let the other hold him for a while before he chuckled. “Let’s continue this conversation in our getaway hotel. You have a lot of making up to do.”
“Believe me, I’m never leaving your side again. You’re gonna get so much love from me, you may not be able to handle all of it.” Hyunwoo laughed, leading them to the car and helping the smaller into the passenger’s seat. Once they were settled in, they began to drive and left the city life behind them.
Sure, they both had fought and killed, but they were humans too. They found their freedom in each other, so maybe, just maybe, assassins can have a happy ending just like the movies.
But they’ll have weapons packed, just in case.
I hope everyone enjoyed my long-awaited return! I hope to do a lot more writing this time around, I’m working on another fic as we speak and it should be up by tomorrow night at the latest! Feel free to inbox me any requests or asks, I would love to hear from you guys! ~xoxo, Selena

Taming the Assassin (M)
Tumblr media
Characters: Wonkyun (Wonho x Changkyun) Genre: Smut, Assassin au. Warnings: Blood, cursing, use of weapons, bondage, all the dirty stuff. Word Count: 5k Plot: When assassin Changkyun, gets hunted by Wonho. But he’s in for a different kind of killing. Credits to the gif owner!
A soft breeze filtered through Changkyun’s small apartment widow. He lived on the seventh floor, high enough to keep his paranoia at ease, as well as give him an okay view of the gloomy city in front of him. Thank God he wasn’t here all the time, this place knew how to drive him crazy.
Emerging from the bathroom, he brushed his teeth silently as he dumped his backpack onto the bed. He had just come back from a mission and immediately needed a shower. His victim was really drunk and of course gave Changkyun a hard time when it came down to kill him. He was covered in more than just alcohol and he left quite the mess when he escaped the scene.
He needed to kill more than just politicians because all they did was drink and plead. It got annoying real fast.
The male looked over all his weapons. His handgun, his knives, his grenades, trip wire, taser and poison were all there, mixed in with his wallet and some clothes. He usually carried more, but since he was currently visiting his hometown, he didn’t need much.
He knew the city like the back of his hand; knew where to go and where to avoid. This was his turf, no one could fuck with him here.
Despite wearing a hoodie and some large sweatpants, he shivered as he felt the night air hit his face. It was going to be autumn soon, meaning there would be even more crime with the holiday season coming around. Maybe he could get a few more side jobs when he left town again.
He looked at the moon, a bright crescent in a sea of black above. He honestly wondered why he became an assassin in the first place. Sure, it payed the bills and his family’s bills, but it was a sick job. He tortured, maimed, and killed people on a daily for profit.
He wasn’t one of those people who enjoyed it, either. He did it because he had to, but felt no remorse or a even a speck of emotion when he pulled the trigger. Once the job was done, the person was just an old news headline and a memory, and Changkyun felt nothing but empty.
Was he doing the right thing?
He couldn’t help but laugh at the stupid question. Of course, killing people wasn’t the right thing. He was a sinner, a soul damned to live in hell for his existence.
But the sick side of him didn’t mind. It was better than being homeless while he was alive.
Deciding his teeth were clean enough, he walked into the dimly lit bathroom and spat into the sink. Wiping his mouth, he barely had time to set the towel back on the counter as a flash of color registered in the mirror from behind.
Holding up his knife, he blocked the bullet that ricocheted off the blade and threw another blade at his attacker. The offender, a large male with large eyes, smirked and tilted his head to dodge it, avoiding it by inches.
“Wow. So the famous I.M is as stealthy as they say.” The man chuckled, his eyes sinister as he ran a hand through his short-bleached locks. Beside his head, the knife fell onto the floor unceremoniously with a clatter. “But is he really that stealthy, leaving his window open?”
Changkyun glared at the other, whom had attacked him from the shower behind the door. How the man had gotten in without getting detected, Changkyun didn’t have a clue. But it pissed him off.
Pulling out a gun from his sweatpants, he aimed it at the man’s forehead with a blank expression. “What the fuck are doing you in my apartment?”
“Why wouldn’t I be? Gwangju’s top assassin is back in town for a visit. I just couldn’t let the chance to meet you slip.” The man raised his gun once more, flicking off the safety with his thumb. “Especially with such a huge bounty hanging above your head.”
Changkyun held the male’s gaze. He had seen him somewhere before, amongst the static over the radio and the flipped pages of the newspaper. “You’re Wonho.” He stated aloud, finally connected a name to a face.
The man smirked, his plump lips full and condescending. “So nice to be recognized by such an infamous person. I’m glad to make your acquaintance.”
“Can’t seem to feel the same way.” Changkyun merely tilted his head, gripping the trigger and blasting the gun out of Wonho’s hand. With the other he quickly reached into his back pocket to rearm himself. Changkyun pulled the other by the arm and swiped Wonho’s side with his blade hand.
The man hissed, slamming his fist down into Changkyun’s head, resulting in the male releasing his grip on the intruder. Completely dazed, Changkyun did his best to protect his body as Wonho lifted the assassin off the floor by his throat.
“You know, you’re kinda cute when you struggle.” Wonho chuckled, his handsome features taking in Changkyun’s with a slow flick of his lips. “I might just spare you, if you let me bang you.”
“In your dreams.” Changkyun rasped, swinging his body upwards to kick Wonho in the chest. Breaking free, he ran out of the bathroom and tugged it shut, cursing under his breath as he locked it with some trip wire against the bed.  It couldn’t be opened unless the wire was cut, and the assassin had no intention of doing that.
How could he have been so stupid and left his window open? Shame filled his cheeks as he quickly packed his bag and loaded his guns with fresh rounds, facing the bathroom door with a crack of his neck. He would have to redeem himself somehow.
In the bathroom, Wonho was banging on the door, attempting to break the handle off. “You’d better let me out before I bust this door down. I don’t think your landlord would be too happy if you fuck this place up.” He called in an almost sing-song way.
“Like hell you could break the door down.” Changkyun called back, two guns raised as he focused on the shaking door.
“Is that what you think? Very well” Suddenly, everything fell quiet. The door stopped shaking, no movement could be heard except the wind brushing against the curtains. It was almost like nothing had happened at all, Changkyun wondering if he was paranoid again,
Then, the door came flying off the hinges. Changkyun barely avoided it, but it managed to slow him down as Wonho ran at him with a sharp blade.
Kicking his legs at the last minute, Changkyun slipped slightly and fired one of his guns. Wonho dodged it at the last second with a tilt of his head, smirking. “Too slow.”
Changkyun ran between Wonho’s legs, giving the male’s crotch a hard kick (cause why not) and ran towards the door, firing backwards while keeping his back to the door. He couldn’t even tell if he was hitting Wonho, since the fucker had crawled under the bed for defense, but stopped caring as he finally grabbed the door handle.
As soon as he opened the door, however, he felt a sharp pain cutting his legs. Looking down, he took in the two symmetrical cuts on his calves that were oozing blood onto a transparent wire.
The fucker had trip wired the front door.
With no other choice, he winced and limped towards the window. He knew it was a seven-story drop, with hardly anything to break his fall on the way down, but he had to jump. Why he was running, he had no idea. Perhaps he had enough killing for one night with that politician, but he just wanted to be free of this mess.
He was lifting his body onto the ledge, practically at the finish line, when a strong hand grabbed his knee. “Going somewhere?”
He all but flailed trying to escape from Wonho, kicking, punching, scratching and hitting anywhere he could reach. But the male put a gun to Changkyun’s temple, and dug his thumb into Changkyun’s wounded calf. The assassin bit his lip to hold back grunts of pain, knowing he had been caught.
“That’s a good boy. No more fighting.” Wonho almost cooed, his eyes dark as he dragged Changkyun up by his hair. “Get on the bed. Now.”
Changkyun was scared, to say in the least. In the three years he had been an assassin, he had never been in this situation, especially not on the victim side. He had no idea how to get out of this, and he was scared shitless without a plan. Unable to see a way out, he limped over to the bed and sat on it.
Wonho watched the smaller boy with a smirk, enjoying his obedience. He knelt on the bed, running his fingers along Changkyun’s face with his fingertips. “I take back my words from before. You’re so damn cute when you obey. You’re quite the turn on.”
Changkyun didn’t flinch or speak, just merely stared at Wonho with a deep hatred in his eyes. This was humiliating, getting beaten by an asshole that wanted to make him his play thing. He never should’ve come home.
“Come now, don’t glare so much. You’re gonna give yourself frown lines.” Wonho chuckled, suddenly tugging at Changkyun’s hair and leaning in close.
Changkyun grunted in pain, looking into Wonho’s eyes. They were centimeters apart, their noses practically brushing as Changkyun took in the scent of tobacco on Wonho’s breath. He didn’t seem like a smoker, then again, he didn’t seem like a killer, yet here he was.
“Are you a virgin?” Wonho murmured, his voice almost lost in the silence of the room, as he took in Changkyun’s features.
Changkyun blinked slowly, dread filling his system. “No.”
“Good. Cause you’re in for a long night.” Wonho shoved Changkyun onto the bed, quickly grabbing the boy’s wrists and tying them to the frame of the bed with a cloth. He smirked as Changkyun tried to break free, running a hand through his blonde hair as he took off his jacket. “So cute.”
Changkyun continued to glare and tug at the bindings as Wonho got on all fours and crawled over to him. Desperate, the assassin kicked the blonde in the face, quickly tugging at the bindings with his teeth to no avail.
Wonho wiped his nose and suddenly pinned Changkyun’s thighs in place, restricting all movement. His eyes were dark. “And to think, I was going to go easy on you. Now, you’re gonna have to suffer.”
Changkyun felt his breath hitch as Wonho tugged off his sweatpants in one quick movement, leaving the brunette’s thighs and briefs exposed. The blonde then pulled out a knife, trailing the blade along Changkyun’s stomach to snag the hoodie and cut it in half down the middle.
The cold air his Changkyun like a wave, trembling as his body was exposed. Wonho took in the bare skin hungrily, his hands sliding up and down Changkyun’s milky torso slowly. “Your skin is so pale. It needs some color on it, don’t you think?” Wonho whispered.
Changkyun raised his arms, attempting to hide his chest as Wonho leaned in close. “Aw, don’t hide from me, cutie. You’re gonna love this, I promise.” Cupping Changkyun’s chin, the blonde cut the space between them and brought their lips together.
The contact sent shivers down Changkyun’s spine, sharp and hot like a flame. His vision was spotting as he slowly moved his lips with Wonho’s, curious and in need of more. He had never felt something like this before, and felt his body growing warm despite the situation.
Wonho kissed him long and deep, like the way a lover would. He suckled on Changkyun’s lower lip, swirled their tongues together in a sweet dance and kissed him hotly. The blonde slowly pulled away to kiss down Changkyun’s neck, biting the skin with a grin. “Damn cutie, you’re one hell of a kisser.”
Changkyun felt his eyes flutter shut, getting lost in the feeling. He couldn’t break free, so why not enjoy the sensations while he’s thinking of a way to escape? However, he found it strangely hard to form a coherent thought with the intruder’s plump lips kissing and tugging at his skin with those sharp teeth of his.
The assassin shivered as he felt Wonho’s lips on his chest. The blonde lazily kissed down Changkyun’s collarbones and pectorals, then trailed his lips to the brunette’s nipples. Without warning, he sucked the perky buds harshly, emitting a moan from Changkyun’s lips.
“Louder, cutie.” Wonho whispered, sucking and tugging at the swollen bud hungrily, while his hand played with the other. The assassin let out breathy sighs and soft sounds, shivering at the graze of teeth on his sensitive skin and the harsh bites that would eventually bloom into bruises after tonight.
Once the blonde finished his assault on Chankgyun’s nipples, he trailed his tongue down the younger’s navel to his abs, biting and sucking sensitive spots in the area. Changkyun was all but trembling by the time Wonho got to his briefs, his plump lips nuzzling into the tented material.
“What’s this?” Wonho asked, his eyes filled with lust as he considered Changkyun with a smirk. “For someone who wanted me dead, you’re so hard you’re leaking.” He opened his mouth and let his pink tongue flick over the wet tip of Changkyun’s clothed length, making the younger gasp at the sensation.
“Shut up. If you’re gonna fuck me, just do it.” Changkyun growled, growing impatient. He already hated the situation, but he was horny as shit and just wanted this to be over with. He was getting needy, but he refused to beg for this intruding douchebag.
“Eager to get fucked, baby?” Wonho winked, mouthing along Changkyun’s neck with a smirk. The brunette was ready to burn this man alive for his endless teasing, if only his hands weren’t tied and glares could shoot lasers.
He found himself staring at Wonho, the blonde placing hot kisses and sucks along Chankgyun’s bulge, before slowly tugging off the material. He pulled away, just for a second to take in Changkyun’s naked form. He gave a satisfied smile and leaned in once more, ghosting his lips along Changkyun’s swollen length.
Changkyun would never admit it out loud, but when Wonho put his plump lips around the assassin’s member, he nearly came right then and there.
The blonde’s mouth was like magic, sucking and gliding up Changkyun’s member like a dream. His mouth was warm, his lips and tongue fluid as he bobbed his head with lewd sucks, the sounds sending shivers down Changkyun’s back. He kept the brunette in place as he hollowed his throat, taking the length in fully with a swallow that had Changkyun gasping for air.
Changkyun was tugging on the bindings so hard in bliss, he felt his wrists lose circulation. He felt his vision growing blurry and his breathing pick up as a once familiar sensation in his stomach began to boil. He bit his lip, trying to hold back from the euphoria that was about to fill his body.
But just as he was about to climax, the blonde gave the length one last suck and swallow before pulling off. Changkyun wanted to kick the male in the face, but the obscene string of cum on the blonde’s lips had his groin throb in arousal.
“No releasing yet, cutie. We’re not done yet.” Wonho smirked, licking his lips before sitting up. His large body hovered over Changkyun’s his eyes never leaving the brunette’s as he reached for his jeans. Changkyun noticed that the other hadn’t even removed one article of clothing, besides his jacket, until this moment.
The assassin watched as the blonde undid his jeans and tugged them down, along with his boxers.
Changkyun has had sex quite a few times, with males and females alike, but he had never seen a dick that was as large as Wonho’s.
For the second time that night, he was scared shitless.
“Suck.” Wonho ordered, grabbing his length in one hand and placing it near Changkyun’s lips.
He had to be joking. Changkyun looked up at the other with a defiant glare. He could hardly even sit up because of the way his arms were tied, there was no way he was going to suck this man’s dick. “Fuck you.”
“Believe me, I will. Now, suck.” Wonho growled, the sound vibrating in Changkyun’s bones.
Changkyun closed his eyes and sighed. Looks like he had no choice. “Can you at lease loosen my binds, so I can sit up?”
Wonho narrowed his eyes, trying to see if there was some sort of trick. After a moment of thought, he undid the bind and held Changkyun’s wrists in his hands, above the brunette’s head. “There. Now, get to work.”
Changkyun rolled his eyes, but slowly looked at the other’s length. It was swollen and fully hard, making it almost intimidating up close. Clearing his throat, the assassin slowly opened his mouth and took the length into his mouth with a soft suck.
He heard Wonho moan above him, the blonde using his free hand to give a tug to Changkyun’s hair. The brunette took his time sucking and swallowing around the length, not wanting to choke as he took more in, inch by inch. Once the length was fully in his throat, he nuzzled his nose against Wonho’s groin and swallowed.
Wonho began to buck his hips, making Changkyun gag and wince in response. He tried to breathe through his nose, focusing on sucking and bobbing his head to the wild rhythm, almost enjoying the fullness in his throat. It made his jaw ache, but it was hot and throbbing, much like the man to whom the muscle belonged.
Above him, Wonho was moaning under his breath and panting. His large chest as glistening with sweat as he cupped Changkyun’s cheeks. They locked eyes as the brunette continued to suck the blonde off, Wonho’s eyes filed with pure lust. “You look so fucking hot, sucking my dick like that, cutie.”
Changkyun gave the male an innocent look, fluttering his eyelashes as he gave the length a particularly hard suck. The blonde grunted in surprise, his thighs shuddering as he grabbed Changkyun by the hair and forced him onto his back. “Get on all fours.” Wonho gasped, trying to catch his breath.
Doing his best with his wrists held, he licked his lips with a wince and got on his knees. He raised his ass so it was in the perfect arch, decided it would be better to just play along then try to hide himself. He was already naked and his length was crying in need, so he’d might as well see this through.
He felt the bed move underneath him, Wonho’s large hands grabbing his thighs to spread them apart. Glancing over his shoulder, he watched as the blonde leaned in close, placing his tongue onto Chankgyun’s puckered entrance. The brunette grunted, eyes shut.
“I hope you don’t mind, but you’ve been driving me crazy with those moans and I need to fuck you.” Wonho said, his voice muffled as he licked the tight rim again, this time giving it a firm suck.
“Why tell me if you’re gonna do it anyways?” Changkyun hummed, biting his lip at the strange sensation.
“I’m an assassin, not a rapist. We can stop here, if you want.” Wonho responded as-a-matter-of-factly.
As though Changkyun had a choice.
Changkyun looked at Wonho with a glare, spreading his legs wider with a hiss. “If you wanna fuck me, just do it. Either that, or get out.”
Instead of getting a harsh remark back, all he received was a chuckle. “Who would’ve thought the famous I.M would be such a slut for sex?” Wonho teased, lifting his head to show his glistening lips, dark eyes and messy blonde hair.
Changkyun tried not to find the male attractive, suddenly at a loss of what to say. He looked up as Wonho sat up, lining up his length to the brunette’s entrance. “Your ass is super tight, so this is gonna hurt. But you’re gonna love it, I promise.”
Changkyun bit his lips, gasping as the head of Wonho’s length pushed against his entrance. The blonde let out a grunt behind him, obviously dissatisfied, before he gave Changkyun a few strokes on his length.
The brunette moaned at the contact, a bit of precum dribbling onto Wonho’s fingers. He could practically hear the blonde smirking as he rubbed the slick along Changkyun’s entrance, stretching him out slowly. “That’s a good boy. Relax for me.”
Changkyun recalled Wonho saying something similar before, about him being a good boy, like he was a dog. All at once, he didn’t want to obey to this guy’s shit, he wanted to be bad and tell him to fuck off.
But he wanted to be fucked. Desperately.
The brunette raised his ass in the air, grinding subconsciously to Wonho’s fingers. He needed something, anything inside of him. It had been so long since anyone had touched him, let alone had sex with him. Maybe it was the atmosphere, making him feel like a victim, or the insanely attractive male marking his body with those plump lips, that Changkyun was feeling needy beyond comprehension.
Wonho continued to prep the smaller male, before slipping a finger inside. Changkyun moaned softly into the pillow, his eyes clenching as he took it with a wince. It was small, but it was something, and he found himself grinding on the digit.
“Do you want more?” Wonho whispered, thrusting his finger in and out at an agonizing pace. He curled his finger slightly, earning a moan from Changkyun’s lips.
“Y-Yes.” The assassin murmured, his cheeks flushed in embarrassment as he rocked his hips.
The blonde smirked and pushed in another finger. The tightness around his fingers sent a shiver up his spine, Changkyun’s moans making his eyes cloud over in hunger.
By the time Wonho put in his third finger, the brunette was a blushing, sweating mess beneath him. He was gripping onto the sheets, soft pants escaping his lips as he took in the large fingers with glassy eyes. Changkyun looked absolutely wrecked and the boy couldn’t take the teasing anymore.
“W-Wonho…” Changkyun whispered brokenly, his head tilted to look back at the blonde.
Wonho met his eyes, his face fixated into one of concentration, sweat pouring down his neck, as though he were holding back. “Yeah?”
“Fuck me.” Changkyun mumbled.
“What was that, cutie? I couldn’t hear you?” Wonho smirked, his breath shallow and dark as he began to drill his fingers into the boy mercilessly.
Changkyun all but screamed at the relentless pleasure, endless streams of moans erupting from his lips as his toes curled and his vision went white. “P-Please... Please just fuck me! Wonho please, I can’t hold on-!”
“Hold on, baby.” As though he had said the magic words, the fingers disappeared to be replaced by something bigger. Changkyun’s eyes all but rolled back as Wonho’s length filled him to the brim, filling him in ways he didn’t know was possible. His entire body was caving in bliss once Wonho began to roll his hips, endless moans escaping his lips.
He felt Wonho’s hands on his waist, keeping his hips in place while he snapped his hips. The brunette tipped his head back to look at the blonde and moaned at the sight.
Wonho’s face was flushed, his lip curled under his teeth and his forehead covered in sweat. He looked like he was in heaven, rutting his hips as his chest was rising quickly to accommodate his movements. His dark eyes caught Changkyun’s and the brunette felt his body pulse in pure heat.
Without saying a word, Wonho connected their lips in a powerful kiss, bucking his hips roughly against the assassin. The brunette kissed him back hungrily, their teeth and tongues clashing messily as he moaned, letting his body shake and his sanity melt under the hard thrusts.
All too soon, Changkyun felt the familiar heat in his stomach, gasping against Wonho’s swollen lips. His thighs began to shake and his vision was beginning to blur, and he began to mumble. “I-I’m gonna cum. I’m gonna cum, I’m gonna cum-”
Wonho silenced the boy with a passionate kiss, suddenly digging his fingers into the brunette’s hips and began to drill into the other with all his strength. “Cum for me.” He growled, pushing his length in to the hilt and giving one final snap of his hips.
That was all it took for Changkyun to come undone. His back arched, his eyebrows furrowed and he released with his mouth open in a silent moan. His release splattered onto the bed, sending shocks of bliss throughout his body as euphoria flooded into his mind.
Wonho placed soft kisses along the brunette’s neck, his large hands stroking the boy’s length in slow, steady pumps. Changkyun slowly came back to reality with labored breathing, tilting his head to the side to kiss Wonho almost tenderly, their lips moving as one as they caught their breath.
Changkyun slowly opened his eyes, taking in Wonho with a weak smirk. He looked so fucking good, it should’ve been a sin. “I’ll give you credit. That was amazing.”
“I do my best. It’s not every day a sexy thing like you leaves their window open.” The blonde laughed, his voice airy as he slowly pulled out.
Changkyun moaned at the sudden emptiness, eying the blonde’s swollen length with a hum. “You didn’t cum?”
“I’ll be alright.” Wonho chuckled, running a hand through his damp hair.
“I don’t mind helping you, if you’d like.” Changkyun said, looking the boy over with a flick of his lips.
It was Wonho’s turn to be confused. “What?”
“Lay down.” Changkyun ordered, his eyes sultry and dark.
Wonho quickly obliged, releasing the boy’s arms to lay back on the bed. He rested one arm behind his head, waiting to see what the boy would do.
Changkyun placed soft kisses along Wonho’s lips and neck, leaving soft mark down the blonde’s chest and abs. “You know, I give you a lot of credit for breaking in without my knowledge. How did you get in?”
“I happened to be on the roof and came in. Rumor had it that you live here, whenever you’re not traveling the country, so I decided to come kill you.” Wonho moaned as he watched the assassin kiss and mark down his body.
“Why didn’t you kill me?” Changkyun suddenly asked, pausing his movements to look up at the other.
Wonho met his eyes and shrugged, a smile on his blood red lips. “I don’t know. You looked so helpless and cute, being unable to fend me off and giving in so easily. I couldn’t kill an attractive kid like you.”
Changkyun met the boy’s eyes with a sweet smile, his eyes crinkling. “Is that so?” Then, as though a switch were flipped, his eyes grew dark. “Rookie mistake.”
“What-?” Wonho didn’t get a chance to move as Changkyun kicked all of Wonho’s weapons onto the floor. Pulling a knife from under the pillow with his feet, he sawed his hands free from the bindings and tied Wonho’s wrists to the bed with a discarded sheet. Tilting his head, he smirked at the other.
“You didn’t really believe that I was defenseless, did you?” Changkyun grinned, standing up to put on some clothes and grab his bag while Wonho looked at him in disbelief.
“N-No way. You were armed the entire time?” Wonho whispered, trying to break free from the bindings, his cheeks flushed at being so exposed on the bed.
“Yup. Fooled you, huh? I’m never defenseless, I always have a weapon and a plan somewhere.” Changkyun grinned, walking over to the window to see how close the top of the building was. Thankfully, it was one story up and he could easily crawl his way up.
“But if you were armed… Why did you have sex with me?” Wonho called, his eyes open and his face filled with curiosity.
Changkyun hesitated, looking at Wonho with the smallest of smiles. He honestly had no idea why he let the boy have sex with him like he did, it was in the moment and he loved it. But mostly, he did it because… “I love a good chase. And I’ve heard a lot about you. I guess I wanted to take you for a test drive.”
Wonho was speechless, his cheeks red and his eyes wide. He couldn’t form a sentence and it made Changkyun laugh. A real laugh, the sound foreign but warm on his lips. He kinds of liked it, out of character, but relieving to say in the least.
“I know you can break free, so I’ll let you cool down for a while.” Changkyun hummed, tugging on his shoes and making sure he had everything with him. “Oh, my next stop is Busan, by the way.”
“Busan?” Wonho echoed, struggling with the binds as he slowly sat up, his muscles flexing under his shirt from the effort.
“Yup.” Glancing at the boy once last time, Changkyun winked. “Maybe I’ll see you there. I’ll make sure I hide out in a place on a lower floor.” With that, he jumped upwards, out of sight and into the brightly lit city.
In the apartment, Wonho laughed as he watched Changkyun leave. Kicking off his left boot, he shook out a small blade and picked it up with his feet. Once the binds were sawed off, he shook out his wrists and grinned.
“Busan, eh? Looks like we’ll see each other really soon, I.M” Wonho grinned, slowly standing up to grab his things and climb onto the window. Glancing abck at the ruined sheets, the sprawled-out weapons and the Changkyun’s sweatpants on the floor, Wonho disappeared like a shadow in the night.
I hope you all enjoyed the smutty Wonkyun! I haven’t written a smut in awhile, so I’m a little rusty, but I tried to make it fun and sexy at the same time. Let me know what you guys think! xoxo
