This is an interesting and delicious recipe made using sandwich bread cuts and masala moong dal gond on it. It is prepared and served like an egg-based bread omelette, where moong dal gum is used in place of eggs. It can be an ideal and complete breakfast food for people of all ages including children, providing all the essential nutrients for the morning meal.
One of the most important recipes for most people is toast or sandwich recipes. We all want to have something special, solid and delicious with bread that is quick and easy to make. Carrying forward the same tradition, I am presenting a solid bread-based breakfast nibble recipe known as Moong Dal Toast Recipe, which is known for its crunchiness and tangy taste.
In any case, I have created a little variety in the Moonglets Hitter by adding finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, onion and tomatoes. This will help in making it more tasty and attractive as you can replicate it only with moong dal gond. You can also try different things with other dal options to make it really interesting. To make a smooth paste, you can add pulses like moong, tur or gram to it. If you want to use individual pulses, you may need to seriously sift through and actually crush the time. It may need to soak overnight.
firstly, choosing the right bread for this Moong Dal Toast Recipe can be important. For any toast recipe, I usually use white sandwich bread slices. The same should be done for this recipe, and brown, wheat and multigrain bread should not be used. secondly, you can use any vegetables including capsicum, onion and carrot. To make it more colourful, you can also add finely chopped beetroot, beans, mushrooms and corn kernels. This is a great snack for kids because it is colorful. finally, you can also incorporate this recipe by adding cheese between 2 bread cuts. Apart from this, you can also cover it with green chutney.

Ingredients for Moong Dal Toast Recipe:-
1 cup moong dal
2 chilies
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp salt
pinch of asafoetida
½ onion finely chopped
½ carrot grated
½ capsicum finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped
¼ tsp eno
6 slices white or brown bread
butter for toasting
Method to make Moong Dal Toast Recipe:-
1.To make Moong Dal Toast recipe, we have to take washed yellow moong dal.
2. Now wash the dal well and soak it in hot water for 2 hours.
3. Now take out the dal from the water and put it in the blender and also add 2 green chilies. Now we have to make a paste of lentils.
4. Now take out the dal paste in a big bowl and keep it.
5. Add turmeric, black pepper powder, hing and salt to the paste.
6. Now the batter has to be beaten well. When you beat the dal paste well, the color of the paste will also change and the batter will become full.
7. Now add onion, carrot, capsicum and green coriander leaves and mix everything.
8. Now pour batter in a bowl as required and add 1/4 tsp eno and mix it.
9. Eno is to be added to the batter in small batches only, do not add Eno to the entire batter at once.
10. Now heat the griddle and roast the bread by applying butter on both the sides.
11. Now spread the bowl batter we have on the pan and place the bread on top of the batter.
12. Now from the other side also you have to apply moong dal batter in the same way.
13. Now it has to be cooked on low flame from both the sides. Don't bake the toast on high flame as the batter will remain raw from inside.
14. Now in the same way you have to prepare all the toasts.
15. When your Moong Dal Toast recipe is ready, enjoy it with butter and tomato sauce.

You can easily add this healthy breakfast recipe in your weight loss diet plan. This recipe is loaded with proteins but on the other hand low in calories. So friends, today I am sharing with you moong dal recipe, it is moonglet or we can say veg omlette recipe. Very healthy and tasty also. Suitable for everyone. Even kids will also love it. In single moonglet or moong dal recipe will get only 177 calories. So friends, try this recipe and let me know how is the taste. #breakfastrecipeforweightloss #moongdalrecipeinhindi Ingredients Split Green Gram (3/4 cup) - 150 gm (15 spoons) Rice - 30 gm (3 spoons) Onion – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Capsicum – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Carrot – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Tomato – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Coriander leaves – 10 gm (chopped) Oil – 10 gm Spices Green Chilli – 1 spoon (chopped) Curry leaves Ginger cube small Asafetida Turmeric Cumin seeds powder Coriander powder Coriander, mint leaves, green chilli – Chopped or paste ½ spoon Salt as per taste ENO – ¼ spoon (natural taste less) (Red chilli powder and other spices optional as per cooking culture) Cooking Method Mix the rice and split green gram and wash properly. Soak up to 2 hours. Once soaked properly wash once again and add it to grinder jar. Add Green Chilli – 1 spoon (chopped), curry leaves and a small ginger cube. Make a fine paste, if required add some water to maintain consistency. Add the batter to a bowl to mix further vegetables. Its time to add vegetables. I have finely chopped onions using a chopper. If you don’t have chopper, you can cut them using knife also. Add onion – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), capsicum – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), carrot – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), tomato – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) and coriander leaves – 10 gm (chopped) I am also adding coriander, mint leaves, green chilli paste as per may taste. If you don’t have this paste ready, you can chop them raw and use. Add salt as per taste and the spices such as asafetida, turmeric, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder in small quantities. Mix all the ingredients properly. Now add ¼ spoon ENO powder (this should be tasteless) and stir well in single direction only. The batter is ready and can makes 4 moonglet Heat the pan and spread the omelette/dosa in a traditional way. Add ½ tsp oil around the veg omelet. Cover and heat until both the sides are properly cooked. This is a very healthy recipe and tasty too. Our healthy dinner/breakfast is ready.
