I've been testing the Mr Fog MA8500 for two weeks now and so far I'm seriously impressed. The flavor, vapor production and battery life have all exceeded my expectations.

Design and Appearance

The first thing you'll notice about the Mr Fog MA8500 is it's a large disposable, measuring 105mm in height and 32mm in diameter.

It has a tapered, duck-bill style mouthpiece and smooth marble-effect PCTG plastic body. The top section around the mouthpiece uses softer TPU material for extra comfort.

The MA8500 is quite heavy, weighing in at over 60 grams, but still fits nicely in the hand. It's perfectly pocketable despite the size.

Branding is subtle, with simple MR FOG and MAX AIR MA8500 logos. The bright colors and shiny finish definitely attract attention!

Easy To Use

True to most disposables, the MA8500 utilizes an automatic draw system - just puff to vape. The draw-activation worked flawlessly during my testing.

A single LED light indicates your puff count and also shows charging status.

The MA8500 charges via Type-C USB in around 60 minutes. It conveniently supports pass-through charging so you can vape while it charges.

Adjustable Airflow

Easily my favorite design feature is the adjustable airflow. The airflow ring allows you to tweak the draw resistance from a tight MTL inhale to a more airy restricted DTL vape.

I prefer a super tight MTL draw which closely replicates smoking. But the ability to open up the airflow makes the MA8500 surprisingly versatile for a disposable device.

Performance and Flavor

Let's talk about how this impressive disposable actually performs!

Across two weeks of heavy usage I've been seriously impressed with the flavor quality and vapor production from the MA8500.

The 50mg nicotine salts deliver a very satisfying throat hit and instant nicotine fix. Great for smokers looking to switch to vaping.

With the airflow almost fully closed, the flavor density is exceptional - far better than most disposables I've tried. The vapor is thick, smooth and packed full of flavor.

Cranking open the airflow unsurprisingly ramps up vapor production. The adjustable airflow really sets the MA8500 apart from other disposables when it comes to customizing your vape.

Lasting Power

Now to the most impressive stat - this disposable just keeps going and going!

After two weeks of heavy all-day use I'm still getting ample battery life and at least a few days left before it's empty.

Based on my estimated 700 puffs per day, I calculate about 13 days of total use before it runs dry, aligning closely with the advertised 8,500 puff capacity.

Obviously lighter users could stretch a single disposable out far longer. Even as a heavy vaper, getting nearly two weeks of use makes the MA8500 insanely good value.

Apparently more flavors are coming soon which will be welcomed, although the current range covers a lot of bases.
