Day 30: comfort Last night I set to work making one of my family’s favorite dinners. Chicken curry. It’s the first solid food I fed my babies and my littlest’s favorite dish still. I make it every year as our #celebration dinner of Imbolc. It represents the warmth of the sun returning. The fire of life. The warmth of our love. I’ve obviously adjusted my recipe for me to be meatless. Imbolc is February 1st, but we’ll be celebrating all week, as my family has crazy schedules. Anxiety is real

So I have recognized I have a legit anxiety issue going on.  It took me a couple of months to recognize it but shit now that I do I wonder wtf to do about it.  I am not sure that more drugs is what I want but good lord this is a shit show.  I keep thinking about stupid shit.  Stuff I dnt need to think about on a daily basis like how much I need to save over the next 5 years for a new roof and drive way.  In a loop in my head all day long.

This woman is so inspirational. She is one of my closest and bestest friends. We always manage to be there for each other regardless of what may be going on in her seperate lives. Her everyday life however is much harder than mine or than i could ever imagine. Sick of Being Sick

Trying to keep a positive mindset while sick is fucking hard.  I have been sick numerous times over the last 2.5 months.  Including 3 times with antibiotics.  I have not gotten sick like this in years which I chalked up to an overactive immune system which is casuing my MS.  Well, I take a drug that is an immuno suppresent for it and I think my immune system is not blocking the things it should and I am catching fucking everything.  If I see my nieces or nephews I will be sick within a week.  Every fucking time.  I love seeing the kids so I am not finding this acceptable.

Furthermore, everytime I get a cold, sinus infection, or bronchitis I have a flare up of my MS symptoms. So awesome for blurred vision, wobbly walking, increasingly confused thiking, and more pills.  I am fucking sick of that pill box. 

I will now go walk the dog and try to move forward with accomplishing my plan for the day, including taking Wrigley dog for a nail trim and picking up some birdseed.
