Murakami's characters are often lost souls searching for meaning in a world that doesn't make sense. It's like he took the phrase "mid-life crisis" and turned it into an entire literary genre.

I've been doing Playlists for Usagi Yojimbo Characters for a while now. The idea was find inspiration for drawings, and with a little bit of luck, get ideas for my own reinterpretation of Usagi's story.

Anyway, I'm really proud of how they turned out so far and wanted to share some of them.

I have more cooking in the background. The plan is to do at least an hour of songs representing any recurrent character or that left an impression.
