Mutant Mayhem

I just saw mutant mayhem. Wonderful, majestic, absolutely beautiful.

The animation was great, spectacular, I was always watching I didn't want to miss anything.

The soundtrack is one of the best I've ever heard, they did not miss.

Voice acting was incredibly fitting for each character oh My God.

And the story was fantastic, definitely one of the best TMNT movie I've ever seen, if not the best. It was new, it was not the old Turtles vs Shredder that has been done a million of times.

Can't wait for the series and sequel. I'm hundred percent sure they will develop more the characters and the storyline.

Superfly's gang as BABIES oh my they were just tiny little fellas who wanted to be loved.

Mondo, Wingnut and Ray are the nicest and sweetest mutants of the gang.

Speaking of which. LET. MY BOY. SING. Damn it, Superfly just let my baby boy be happy. He just wanna sing not fight.

He is just the cutest.

Leatherhead and Genghis were a bit underused but I think it's because out of all the characters, those two are the most used in other media, followed closely by Mondo. Now that I think about it, so were Bebop and Rocksteady, and they are even more iconic than Leatherhead and Genghis. Maybe the crew just wanted to give some lesser known mutants their chance to shine (Thank you so much, been waiting years for Ray Fillet to be featured)

They are all just one big family 🥺

Seriously just let me adopt baby Ray I'll treat him right.

So do we want to talk about the fact that Donnie has been brutally beaten/traumatized by 3/4 of this mutanimals group? No? Just gonna slosh right over that?

Rockwell literally goes from physical abuse to verbal abuse. Which is honestly worse since he no longer has the mindless monkey excuse. BAD PSYCHIC MONKEY! BAD!

I hope Donnie’s trauma is now something that lurks in the back of your mind every time you see them, as it does in mine

They were born in the heights of Turtlemania, and when the popularity of the turtles was on its way out, they tried to survive by jumping to TV. But the universe ended up conspiring against them.

Fifth drabble written while recovering, this time a Jagwar / Dreadmon one.

H Drabbles V: Cuts.

Space worms. Born out of a meteorite egg. Slimy bodies that disguise fangs and barbs sharp as steel. Miraculously, thankfully, not poisonous. Malignoid Worms, charmingly called. All were supposed to be dead. But it seemed at least two survived, no doubt late hatchers. So it was perhaps convenient, perhaps the opposite, that they happened to be on the path of Jagwar and Dreadmon when they were merely exploring the rainforest in search of a nearby water hole.

The Malignoids lay in pieces, their bodies already drying up. Soon they'd be buried. So that they'd be fully consumed by the earth itself.

The two mutants had come out mostly unscathed from the battle. Except for a flurry of cuts and slashes.

Finally on the water hole itself, they each removed his garments carefully.

Dreadmon shook his head: "Way too much red, assuming I look the way you do --and from the feel of things, we are."

Jagwar sighed as he waded into the fresh water. "Yes, well. Might as well wash up."

It did not sting nearly so much as Dreadmon would've thought. He did muse aloud: "Sometimes I wonder how clean this is."

Jagwar, who by then had waded in shoulder-deep, glanced back to say: "For humans, it'd probably be high risk. For us it should be fine. Immunne system surpassing both humans' and animals', just about." He swam closer to Dreadmon. "I can whip up something to help with the pain, though!"

"Doesn't really hurt that much..."

Nevertheless by the time they got out and lay on large boulders to sun themselves dry, Dreamon moved to rest on his right side, closer to Jagwar. Some of the cuts could still be seen up close. "I can think of a quicker way to nurse these," he said. "If you don't mind getting a bit I guess weird."

Jagwar grinned. "Never once minded 'weird'. What did you have in mind, friend?"

He had extended his hand for this. Dreadmon took it. Leaned in closer and licked the inside of Jagwar's elbow, the small laceration close to the gap. The taste was rather... funky.

Jagwar let out a small chuckle. "Ah, that! Well, then, come here!" He did a small leap, one of this feline traits. Returned the favor by mouthing Dreadmon's right shoulder, then licking the back.

There wasn't exactly pain from it, more like a spike similar to small electric shocks. The two looked at each other in the eye. Breathed in, out. Touched noses. Touched tongues. Held each other for a long, long time.

Later they were resting on the shore. Still holding each other, reluctant to pull apart and get dressed.

Until Jagwar said: "...that is one way to get your mind off of pain, certainly!"

"And probably as addictive as painkillers," said Dreadmon. "But so much better."

It’s the Mighty Mutanimals

(This is about Mutant Mayhem)

The “crime syndicate and army of mutants” wiki describes

Based on they very little we know about Mutant Mayhem, it’s the common theory that the majority of the film will be fighting smaller villains, and be much lower stakes than previous TMNT projects (no saving the world yet) and the foot and Shredder will be more of a looming threat for future Seth Rogan-verse projects

smaller villains like the evil league of mutants

But an army of mutants?? Isn’t that the basis for the IDW Mighty Mutanimals? An army to fight humans? To protect mutants?

We know for sure(ish) (mostly based on toy order leaks) that Bebop, Rocksteady, Leatherhead, and Baxter stockman, will make an appearance

But what if the rest of this army is the more common Mutanimals?? I mean Leatherhead was on that team

Slash?? Old hob?? Pigeon Pete???

Alopex isn’t apart of that team but I’m still hoping she’ll be included too

Jagwar, Dreadmon, Ray Filet, Mondo Gecko, Wingnut: College AU!

O hehe, we've done one or two games with this ;3

So it'd go like…

Jagwar is the History major whose style is basically Freestyle Hippie who half the time shows up stoned to class --and the other half proves he knows the material by heart.

Dreadmon is the Social Studies major, runs a small trinket shop on weekends that Jagwar sometimes helps with.

Ray Fillet is the Biology major by day, lead protester by night. He's never met a subject he did not love to argue about for hours.

Mondo Gecko is the freshman Skater who hasn't picked a major yet. He keeps trying to dip into Jagwar's stash.

Wingnut is the friend that nobody knows what exactly he's majoring in, but who is always down to either party or study --if it suits his mood at the time. He knows an awful lot about seemingly random subjects like Physics and the ways you can prepare raw meat.
