Maximizing Your Days Psalms 39:4 - I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalms 90:12 - So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Ecclesiastes 8:6 - For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter

The Equality Commodity of Time - Time is the only commodity on earth given equally to each human being - Time is the only commodity every human possesses - Every human every day is given the same amount of time - What you become in life is determined by how you use your 24 hours

Spending Time 1. Time is the currency of life 2. Every human is given the same amount of time each day 3. Time like all currency must be spent 4. Time is used to buy life 5. You become whatever you spend your time buying

Abusing Or Wasting Time Just like money…

1. Time can be stolen 2. Time can be abused 3. Time can be lost 4. Time can be squandered 5. Time can be appreciated 6. Time can be depreciated 7. Time can be devalued 8. Time can be revalued

What To Do With Time 1. You can manage time 2. You can use time 3. You can invest time 4. You can convert time 5. Time should be used to initiate, create, develop, build, and add value to the life that exist in it

Re-deeming The Time 1. To take ownership and control of your time 2. To convert into opportunity to fulfill your purpose 3. To design your days to create value in your life

How to Redeem The Time 1. Time like all commodities must be managed 2. Time must be protected 3. Time must be protected 4. Time must have a purpose 5. Time must have a vision 6. Time must have measurable results 7. Time must have worth and value

10 Keys to Redeeming Time 1. Document a plan (of what you want to accomplish in the year) 2. Establish your priorities (based on that plan) 3. Pursue your passion only (Not every invitation is a blessing, not every opportunity is a blessing. The devil’s greatest weapon to a disciplined woman or man is distraction, not sin - Not everything that is good is right) 4. Protect your plans & priorities 5. Identify what you value 6. Make decisions based on destiny 7. Inventory your associations 8. Review your investments 9. Do not try to please everyone. You can't make everybody happy 10. Forget the past and pursue and design the future

Control your future by making a plan. Forget about what you didn’t accomplish. John 7:6-9 Let this be the last year you waste. Repent of the bad decisions you’ve made and ask God to help you make the right decisions in the new year.

“Some people are born leaders.” Have you ever heard that expression? Others can be taught how to lead by learning technics and accepting natural principles to do so. Unfortunately, you can’t teach people to be NICE cause that’s a helpful attribute. Positive and Authentic Leadership is NOT just influencing others because you can influence people negatively through fear, intimidation, and manipulation. Leadership is the capacity to influence by inspiring (God Breathed). What do you do when you have illegitimate people in leadership positions and you are part of that team? That’s the question of the day. 🤔 Should one wing it and trust in God’s grace and leading to get’r done? 🤔Or is there a systematic approach in handling these matters? 🤔Or a combination of the two? 🤔 For leadership to be authentic there has to be a vision and a passion to follow through. Proverbs 31 woman

Just now I read a beautiful devotional by Myles Munroe (may he rest in peace with Jesus our Lord) about this chapter. He says it describes the epitome of what/who a Christian woman should be. He goes. It’s essentially describing how a woman can fulfill God’s purpose for her. More importantly, it reminds her (and all of us) that God—and our relationship with Him—is first and foremost. That as women whom GOD created in His Image, we need to put Him first and rely on HIM, then—and only then—we will succeed in His purpose(s) for our lives. I once heard a priest say: “GOD first, family second, and every other person/place/thing third.” This stuck with me forever and Proverbs 31′s description of a Capable wife reminded me of this; she keeps GOD and her relationship with HIM as her first priority always and looks to HIM first. She then provides for and looks after her family. Then, her job and other purposes are her focus—they're her third priority. She is first God’s daughter, second wife and mother, and third whatever her calling may be. 

She is an inspiration to us all. To who we should be, in God. To who we are called to be.

7 gifts of God to Adam

1. God's Image Adam’s self-image was the image of God. In this context, the word “image” refers to spirit nature and moral character. By design, Adam was endowed with God-like characteristics so that in his spiritual and moral nature he would be the “spitting image” of his Creator. 2. Gift of Function Being made after God’s “likeness” meant not that Adam was to look like God but that he was to function like God.

How does God function? He speaks, and whatever He speaks comes to pass. Within his own earthly realm, Adam had the same capacity. His voice carried power and authority. That which he spoke into his own life or domain came to be. For example, Adam had the responsibility of naming all the animals

3. God's Presence "Eden” is a strange word, meaning variously, “spot,” “moment,” “presence,” or “open door to heaven.” Adam’s presence in the garden of Eden meant that he was continually in the presence of God.

4. Gift of Work Work involves becoming. With these first four gifts, Adam knew who he was, how he was to function, where he was, and what he was supposed to do. 5. Cultivation Adam was gifted with the capacity to bring out the very best in everything around him. Part of his responsibility in the garden was to improve his environment, and do it in such a way as to benefit every creature in it.

6. Protection Adam was charged with the responsibility to “keep” or protect the garden and everything in it. As steward and lord of his earthly domain, Adam was also its guardian. God endowed him with the capacity to protect and defend those under his care, as well as to protect and defend the presence of God for their benefit. 7. God's Word “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.’” (Gen. 2:16-17).” Adam knew who he was, how he functioned, where he was, what he was supposed to do, how to improve his environment, and how to protect his environment. On top of all that, he knew the direct Word of God. By any measure, this is the definition of a whole, fulfilled, well-balanced, and well-adjusted individual.

Death isn’t the greatest tragedy in life, but living a life without a purpose is. No matter how rich or well off you may be if you aren’t carrying out your life assignment with passion and purpose you won’t be fulfilled. Seek what you are born to do because it isn’t too far fetched or hard to find. It’s right inside of you. It’s that thing that lights you up and makes you come alive. It’s what you’ve always dreamed about being and doing but have drifted away from. It’s the real only legit thing that will usher you into making a real impact and difference in your generation. Weather you do it for free or get paid it’s a must. It’s part of you! You have no other choice. I like what first century writer and leader Paul said regarding his personal calling and life assignment, “For though I preach the gospel (his assignment), I have nothing to boast about: for NECESSITY is laid upon me; yea, WOE is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me.” (2 Cor 9:16). See! You have to do YOU too!
