I am so proud of my son who graduated school with great scores and got many awards including the President's Education Award. 🏆 Yay! (My ego is so boosted, but do not tell anyone. 😉 ) My children are growing too fast! A lady at the Dermatologist today told me she wishes she could lose 100lbs and look like me 😳😳but she’d had two kids too! . ✨Way too much weight to lose too & 🙅🏾‍♀️no time to workout either. This made me soooo upset😔 . I kept thinking, 🤔 I wonder how many other moms feel the same way she does and why would anyone think they can’t transform their bodies & Minds. I mean if you can gain it you can lose it. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And guess what, you don’t need a fancy gym, confusing equipment, a expensive trainer or a lot of time.
