"A strange thing happened when the fates completely surprisingly, wove me together with a beautiful woman from Zambia. I randomly came across a photo of her on the internet and felt that holy jolt. Then the surge of a powerful compulsion to re-imagine that picture, and draw something else forth that could perhaps be a gift, an offering, for her.⁣ ⁣ I contacted her, and told her of my crazy vision, and the photographer of the original image, asking permission from both. I’m so grateful to @mukac_ and @createdeql for giving me their blessings and support to go ahead. Feeling them with me then opened the way to a real connection to something Other.⁣ ⁣ As this drawing was coming into being, I had a great feeling of strength and beauty.
