Simple, Spicy, tangy, Vegan Onion Tomato chutney to go w gluten-free, Vegan Crispy ‘Kali Kanji Dosai’ made w Idli rice/Parboiled rice and Coconut, served along w Madras Filter coffee made w Goat’s milk!😋 Believe me, it’s a great combo!💕Chutney Recipe: 1 cup pearl onions or 3 shallots, 5 small tomatoes, 7-10 red chilies, 1/2 tsp tamarind paste, 3/4th tsp Jaggery, salt yo taste, 7 curry leaves, 7 garlic (optional), 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. For garnishing: Sesame oil, mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves, 1/4th tsp hing. Method: Take a sauté pan, add oil, red chilies, garlic, shallots, curry leaves, and a pinch of salt until it starts to turn brown, add cilantro, tomatoes. Sauté it until soft. Cool for sometime and blend it together adding tamarind, Jaggery. Mix it well and keep it aside. In a small pan add oil, once warm, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, broken red chili. #aadivelli special (Hindu Holy month Aadi special) Super easy Milk fudge/Palkova using just 4 ingredients. Ricotta cheese (15oz), Condensed milk (8oz), Sugar (1/2 cup) & ghee/brown butter (1tsp). Pour all the contents in a microwave safe bowl (5-7 cup size bowl) and cook them for 5 min cycles stirring in between. Make sure you keep an eye. Opo Squash/Soraikkai stir fry South Indian style w coconut! Super simple and ready in minutes. Recipe: in a pan add, oil, once warm add Mustard seeds, Urud dal, curry leaves, slit Thai chili, red chili, salt, turmeric and ground Asafoetida, once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the peeled & chopped opo, sauté for a few minutes, it should start to become soft in 5 minutes max, once it feels soft add a couple teaspoons of dried coconut powder, stir and it’s ready to serve.
