Bist du eigentlich an der deutschen Nationalmannschaft interessiert?

Geht. Nachdem man sich ab 2018 mehr oder weniger von der Weltspitze verabschiedet hat, komische Entscheidungen getroffen hat und auch den Quatsch mit der WM in Katar durchgezogen hat, bin ich da nicht mehr so krass dran interessiert und schau die Spiele (wenn überhaupt) einfach nur weil ich halt Deutsche bin. Der vom DFB produzierte Content (Grüße an die Bravatz girlies) um die Mannschaft wieder „näher“ an die Leute heran zu bringen ist nett, jedoch merkt man davon wenig auf dem Platz selbst. Wenn ich die letzten Spiele so angeschaut habe, war da null Spielspaß und die Spieler haben gelangweilt gewirkt - als wäre eine WM/EM eben nichts mehr besonderes für das man sich ins Zeug legt. Schön, dass man jetzt (!!!) beginnt Dinge zu verändern und (zum Beispiel) ein paar Neulinge ihre Chance bekommen, kommt das nur meiner Meinung nach Jahre zu spät. Mal sehen was noch so passiert, als Fan würde ich mich aktuell definitiv nicht bezeichnen.

Cette coupe du monde aura été catastrophique d'un bout à l'autre pour les idéologues qui s'imaginaient pouvoir s'en servir au profit de leur idéologie :

Les idéologues écolos d'une part : ils ont tenté de lancer un mouvement de boycott de la compétition = échec total, chaque match pulvérisant le record d'audience du précédent.

Les idéologues mélangistes d'autre part, qui d'ailleurs sont les mêmes que les premiers : ils auraient aimé la victoire de l'équipe de France pour en remettre une couche sur les joies du vivre-ensemble. Faute d'avoir réussi à écologiser l'événement, ils voulaient le cosmopolitiser = encore un échec puisque l'équipe a perdu. Pis, c'est une équipe blanche & catholique, homogène et identitaire qui l'emporte contre l'équipe symbole du remplacisme.

Finalement, ils ne pourront faire ni propagande écolo ni propagande antiraciste. Double peine pour les manipulateurs. Double soulagement pour les gens de bien.

eight is a really interesting character--much more so than the writers intended him to be, tbh--and it's a real shame that both the authors' racism and the fandom's behavior drove me away from getting invested in him for so long.

the racism i was just like 'wow this is beyond me to even begin to unpack at this point in time. jesus.' but also. the entire fandom using their love for them as a reason to make endless rabid hate posts about your fave, in many of which they fantasize about 'slitting open the fat bastard's belly and gutting him like a pig,' and getting dozens of notes for it will put you off a character a little bit. just slightly 🤏
