Ok fr, can we talk about the fact that shoto went to a public school, as did the rest of the todoroki kids, and seemingly no teachers picked up that something might’ve been going on at home?

A child that comes from a family background of ice and fire quirks now suddenly has a frost burn over his right eye, his brother is supposedly dead “from an accident” and the other brother and sister in the family regularly witness domestic, emotional and physical abuse dealt by their father to the rest of their family.

And no teacher thought “this seems like a potentially dangerous situation, I should tell someone about this”

Oh yeah, they didn’t because endeavour was the number two hero and was an authority figure and trusted him.

Just thinking about this adds a whole new level of “this is fucked up” to mha. The series in itself is about raising children to be soldiers, but its very telling in saying that it’s portrayal of high ranking public figures, such as endeavour, getting away with absolutely horrific shit behind closed doors for such a long time is realistic, and honestly, scary as all fuck.

There’s silence. You look up from your phone. Shouto looks up from his latest book. Touya (dabi you correct. calling any of them something gentle will only hurt you later on) doesn’t look angry any more. Natsou has a strange look on his face.

It’s easy for you to forget that they’re all lived through horrible things, that Fuyumi for all her kindness (not kindness. it wsan’t kind to take you) and strength is human, that Dabi is able to love through his sadism, that Natsou was once a child.

Shouto sighs, and goes back to his book. You keep watching.

“Fuck you,” Natsou says very softly, “you don’t know what we did after you left. You don’t know what I’ve seen.”

Dabi smiles knife sharp, says, “I know that if you ever talk to me like that again I will carve my name into so that you don’t forget me like you claimed to.” Touya’s word cut, and you look back at you phone, fully aware that Touya is furious right now.

“Yumi wouldn’t let you.” Natsou says very softly.

Dabi shrugs lightly, “Do you want to test her? or me for that matter?”

So let’s but some things in perspective for y’all if this is true all might and Endeavor were born in the late 80s so the would have grown up in the 90s. Aizawa is 30 so he would have been born in 2004 touya todoroki is now 13 years old.fuymi is 12 years old, natsuo is 8 years old and shoto is five years old right now.

Enji’s New Family

Akina is Burnin’s cousin who came to work under Endavour’s agency before he lost his hero license.She takes an interest in the hero because of his money, and flirts with him.

For some reason Enji reciprocrates, maybe he’s bored, maybe he sees her as a fresh start.

They get married pretty quickly.And boy is there relationship toxic.Akina constantly brings up his abuse towards his other wife whenever he complains about her habits.And Enji is passive and let's her walk over him as a sort of self punishment for his actions.

At some point Akina wants a baby, and Enji obliges.Much to the distress of his previous family.

Rei-Is scared he might return to his old ways, but has given up responsibility of Eniji and his actions.She ignores them.

Natsou-Is angry at his father, assumes he’s being a good father for a publicity stunt.He’s jealous because he wished his father was like that with him.Finds it funny that he has a gold digger wife.

Fuyumi-Is excited, she's always wanted a baby sister.At this point Fyumi has children, so Enji’s grandchildren are older than their aunt.She gets along with Akina for her father.She thinks she’s a gold digger and is taking advantage of him.

Shoto-Worried,he keeps in contact with Enji for the sole purpose of looking after his baby sister.He makes this aware to Enji and his new wife.Shoto does not like Akina,he thinks she’s shallow.

Touya-Enraged at his father for having another child,but has a love for his baby sister.He’s not alllowed near them though.So he settles for pictures from Shoto and Fuyumi.

Platonic todoroki fam has a really negative reaction because they don’t want you to get hurt they do everything and anything in their power to male you have the worst time so you will drop out and when u say anything i mean anything

platonic erasermic are happy for you but also worried about you i mean with all the crap that 1-A already gone through they have a right to. So they’ll let you pursue your dreams but you can be enrolled in the support course instead.

Platonic league of villains is pissed of to the max i mean who said you could betray them like that! There’s no way you’re getting to be a hero because you’re gonna be locked in a basement for a few months for a stunt like this.

I’m Done with your BS

Summery: Fuyumi and Touya have a discussion with their family about what your care will look like. It’s not very nice

Fuyumi likes to think herself a patient woman. She is good at waiting, always has been but she’s done waiting and even more done with her family’s idiocy. The only one not in the doghouse right now is Touya but that’s only because he’s her twin and he knows when to stop acting dumb.

Usually when her family starts up with their nonsense again, Fuyumi’s content to wait it out, occasionally complaining to Touya about it but she has a new sibling/child now, and they need her. She will not let what happened to her, what happened to Touya, to Natsou, to Shou happen to her snowflake, not when she has the power to prevent that now.

She rounds up the family in the living room so that she can explain what needs to happen. Mom comes in first, gliding over to the end of the couch, perching there like the queen she once was. Shou and Natsou arrive together, arguing about the anime that they’ve starting watching together. Touya shows up next, taking a spot right behind her, his hand on her shoulder in a rare show of loyalty. Father arrives last, his fire beard extinguished for once. He sits down farthest away from everyone else which might be for the best in this scenario.

“Thank you for coming everyone,” she says politely, anger held tight inside her body. “I want to talk about the way that we are going to be treating our snowflake,” before she can get anything else out, people start screaming, yelling and accusations start getting thrown. Lightly clearing her throat, Fuyumi release a wild spike of ice, large enough to reach the ceiling. The room goes silent in a single moment.

“Now that we’re all quiet again, let me explain. Touya and I are in charge of them as well as the house. You could call his a hostile takeover,” she begins before she’s interrupted once again, “You can’t do that. I own this house, I make the money,“ Enji snarls, raising up, likely to attack. Without looking at him, Fuyumi lets her ice go, impales him in the leg, snaps “You’ve proven that you don’t get to care for children. I will be taking over or to be more honest, taking on the role officially.”

Rei looks almost sad for a moment but Fuyumi continues on, “I will assume primary care of the snowflake as I did with Natsou and Shouto. Everyone is welcome to spend as much time with them as you want but if you ever hurt them, you will regret it,” She does not look at her mother but Rei seems to get it anyways.

“Additionally, there are some other rules.” Touya adds in, federal smile on his face. “Disrespect me or fuyumi, grounded if you’re Shouto or Natsou, and burnt if your Rei or Enji, Try to hurt yourself, same thing, but I could care less if Enji dies. Mom if you try I will send you to a better hospital. The last thing, my word and Fuyumi’s word is fucking law. Clear?”

Shouto nods first, followed by Natsou and Rei. Father doesn’t do anything but she’ll take it

The Aftermath

part 2? of Todoroki’s Babysitter AU

here is part 1

Warnings: Yandere, Implied death, implied abuse, Endeavor is a jerk, Rei is mentally unstable, not too much Yandereness but we will get there in the next part I guess, reader just wants everyone safe and happy.

You awake with a soft groan, hearing your alarm beep into your ear alerting you to get up and start your day. Rolling over you reach out your hand hitting the alarm clock. It flashed 4:31 am in bright red colors. Rolling to your feet you dragged yourself to the bathroom to get ready for the day. Even after 20+ years of taking care of the Todoroki’s you still aren’t a morning person. 

The first thing you do after getting ready is to make breakfast and lunch for everyone. Breakfast is a little bit easier considering you only had to cook for four people, Endeavor, Shoto, Rei, and of course yourself. After Fuyumi and Natsou moved out you stop making breakfast for them but found out that they weren’t eating regularly as they should be and/or working themselves to the bone. You volunteered to make lunch for them and maybe dinner so they don’t work themselves to death. 

Just in time Endeavor walked in as you plate his food and set it on the table in front of him. He gave a hum of approval before he gave thanks and started eating. You bowed to him before going back into the kitchen, making everyone lunch. Even after all this time Endeavor and you didn’t really talk much. You didn’t know for sure but you think it was because you aren’t his priority, so therefore not his responsibility. You may look after his priority, making sure Rei is taken care of and that Shoto is on track/staying out of trouble, but he has no obligations to you. You just work for him and his family.

Yes, Rei and you are still family and you don’t blem her for anything she has done. You would have gone crazy too if you were in her shoes. Speaking of Rei, looking at the clock it read 5:05 am, she should be awake by now. You put together her morning meal. You saw Endeavor has left already for the day, making a mental note to clean up the dining room table after you feed Rei. knocking on her door softly, you announce yourself before opening the door slowly, making sure not to startle her. As soon as you open the door you see Rei patiently waiting for you with a smile on her face. 

The room Rei resides in wasn’t much to look at, with padded plain white walls and the only furniture in the room being the extra padded bed she is currently sitting in. You steadily walked over to her pulling in a chair with you, sitting down upon it when you got close enough to Rei to feed her. Unfountly Rei had a tenancy to break things and hurt herself so not much was allowed in her room, at least not unsupervised. 

Rei loves it when you come to her room, whether it was to feed, bathe, give her medicine, etc. she didn’t seem to care too much as long as you paid her any sort of attention. Unlike her supposed husband, she loves to talk to you and ask you every question under the sun other it was appropriate or not. You didn’t mind it too much for the more part, as long as you gave her answers she want to hear you were all good. After feeding and helping Rei get ready for the day, you rushed back to the kitchen to finish making Shoto’s breakfast. 

You know how hard it was for him sometimes and you so desperately wish you could change it. You tried not to dwell on that as you cooked. Shoto walked in soon after rubbing the sleep from his eyes, you made a mental note to give him a 20-minute break. You saw what Endeavor did to him and his family but you didn’t have the power or the means to do anything to stop it. Your shoulder and neck start to hurt just thinking about it, right where he indirectly gave you a scar. 

You took a deep breath, refocusing on making Shoto and yourself breakfast. Bring it over to him when it was done, you quickly took your portion and sat down a cross from him. Shoto usually is a kid but around you, that's another thing Shoto and Rei have in common. Shoto comes to you with deep and complicated questions, every once in a while he would ask somewhat of a silly question. Today was different, today was UA’s recommendation test and Shoto had to go to it. 

You both quickly ate your meal in silence, grabbed what you needed, and headed out the door. You started to worry when Shoto remained silent during the car ride there. The deep breath you need to stay focused and keep your eyes on the road. You waved goodbye to Shot, wishing him a good day before you drove off.

You didn’t really care what happens next as long as Rei and what remaining children she has left can find safety and happiness, that a ‘Toya incident’ will never happen again.
