Ultra Necrozma Shull

Ultra Necrozma reminded me of someone. Probably nothing. He's always been suffering with that crystal in his neck. I thought maybe letting him leave to fight Necrozma was a mistake... But then he absorbed some of Necrozma's light and- He can fly through Ultra Space like this but it's difficult to maintain this forme. A Z-Move like this? Explosive. When Lillie returns to Alola after three years in Kanto, she finds a different region--Moon is Champion, Sun is traveling abroad, Hau is in line to be Kahuna, and Gladion is giving Aether back to Lusamine. Lillie wants nothing more than to reconnect with her friends.

But when Sun returns amnesiac and hostile, she, Moon, Gladion, and Hau must work together to save their friend before he causes damage that cannot be fixed. Along the way, old feelings come back with a vengeance, to be dealt with one way or another.

*official title pending?* This morning's Nintendo Direct showcased one interesting thing: Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon A little disappointed Necrozma isn't part of a massive crystal dragon... This is actually a WIP* but I wanted to get it out that I am working on something, but I have to go to work like right now, so enjoy!

What happens when all your bones turn to crystal and then expand? It’s painful...

When the hungry takes over, the Necrozma crystals expand, seeking out the light it yearns so desperately for. ... How does he walk like that?

Finished sometime around Nov 2020, only because I couldn’t decide on the arms

Can't say I'm unsatisfied with how I color a Cosmog BTW that Cosmog is super dead now. Oops? Sketched in Nov with the intention of finishing, but 7 months later and- Necrozma desire light. What little light can be acquired from one Cosmog though? Surely it's not enough. It's not enough...

Concept: Shull becoming Necrozma

A rough drawing that I threw a fresh coat of paint on. It's just concept I use for my little make believe journey in Ultra Moon. Felt like uploading to give context to what's coming next. Shull fell from an Ultra Worm Hole and landed on a sparkling stone. It embedded in his neck. Turns his bones to crystals under extreme stress. I'm messed up.
