The Go Home Show, March 23rd, 1998

The March 23rd episode opens with a Stone Cold promo. He instantly tells Kevin Kelly to shut up because he doesn't want to listen. He mentions what Vince said last week about being champion, and he cant be molded into anything else. Austin will continue to do whatever he wants whenever he wants and nobody can do a damn thing about it. Austin is looking ahead to Mania.

Slaughter informs Austin that he in fact DOESNT have the night off and will compete tonight and then he does his "Thats an order'' gimmick sayin Mr. McMahon gave the order. He then announces his opponent in The Rock and Austin replies "that's fine, he'll walk through all the trash". Slaughter then tells Austin that if he doesn't wrestle tonight he'll forfeit his main event at WrestleMania.

Stone Cold has to remind Slaughter he just said he would wrestle the match..in a moment of getting annoyed he hits Sgt. Slaughter with a Stunner and i kid you not the man did a front flip. Old men just don't bump for the stunner like they used to.

Later on in the night DX comes out to cut a promo. First Triple H wants to see footage from last week and we see his winning the championship.

Triple H says at Mania Chyna will be handcuffed to "The Chin" (not going to lie I loved all the Slaughter jokes from this time). But it wont be a factor because he owns Owen and he should just stay at home, if the black hart shows up to Wrestlemania then HHH will put him in the wheelchair for good. Shawn points out a fan at ringside and makes fun of her huge boobs and calls her a skank,

all of which didn't phase her in the least bit. He addresses the back and forth banter between Austin and McMahon and compares it to a girl fight with pinches. He said there's a cat fight booked at Mania (probably referring to Sable and Luna in their tag team match with Marc Mero and Goldust). Shawn appreciates the fact that Vince doesn't want Steve to become champ but the truth is Steve doesn't care and neither does he (Shawn). Shawn tell Steve for forget about Vince and stunning Slaughter he needs to focus on Shawn at mania and there's only one way to accomplish his 8 year dream. Shawn says he's the same age as Steve but accomplished so much more throughout his entire run but he's going to give him that one opportunity at WrestleMania. Stone Cold has to overcome Shawn and he also has to overcome one more thing...after feigning amnesia he pulls Tyson into the camera frame and says DX's Mike Tyson is the special enforcer.

 Tyson says hell knock Austin out if he gets in the way. Shawn asks Mike "who will walk out of WrestleMania STILL champion?" Mike say's

So I guess he just gave Shawn a new nickname...anyway Shawn then asks whos the baddest man on the planet and Mike says "YOU ARE HEA..." No I'm kidding he knew Shawn was referring to him he says he is. And Shawn ends it by saying DX will rule the wrestling world forever and that's his last promo at least as a performer until his return in 2002.

In the main event Rock and Austin go for a lock up and Rock gets Steve in the corner,

Austin flips it around and breaks the hold flipping Rocky off as only Steve can. After more back n forth the camera cuts to DX watching the match in their locker room.

The Rock gets Austin down but Austin pops up with a Lou Thez Press outta nowhere giving him a boost of momentum. The Rock then ducks a Stunner and bails to the outside. Austin attacks Mark to get at the Rock, he smashes Rock into the steps and once the action get back in the ring Rock begs for mercy but he gets a mudhole stomped in his ass. Rock ducks a clothes line and bails back to the outside. Austin grabs a chair to handle the members of the Nation of Domination at ringside. And while Austin is distracted Rocky comes from behind with a suprise attack and slams austin into the ring steps. Throwing him back in the ring The Rock kicks and chokes Austin in the corner, after letting up for a bit Mark Henry gets a quick choke in while the ref is distracted and the show goes to commercial break. When the commerical break is over Austin is shown having the Rock in a sleeper hold. The Rock escapes by running Austin into the corner and then boom we gets steve in the middle of the ring with the most electrifying move in sport entertainment.

Austin kicks out so Rock applies a Chinlock, no submitting so Rock goes for another peoples elbow but Steve moves out of the way. Steve hits Rock with 3 clotheslines back to back

and avoids a back body drop but caught that Stunner. Austin wins.. but D Lo tries to run and he too catches a stunner. DX music plays and they come out,

Shawn says he already turned his lights out once with Sweet Chin Music but this sunday he's going to do it one last time. He leaves for a second before coming RIGHT BACK OUT... I don't know why exactly, but he's in a huff, too took his jacket off and everything lol.

All jokes aside Vince probably told him to go back out there...or he wont get his fanny pack back (sorry I couldn't resist)

Triple h holds him back. Of course its to stall while the show goes off the air all for building anticipation for a show that really had already sold itself...

Next Stop.. WRESTLEMANIA!!!!

You had to submit your psychology assignment before class starts

Thanks to emo boy who saved your ass you had now time to run to the class and talk to your professor

Ms. Seo, your psychology professor, is someone you admire and she loves how you are passionate about the science she teaches

But err, you have been procrastinating on this assignment for a month now

“Look who finally decided it was time to be serious” she said while you were handing her the papers

“it’s just…a lot of things happened ma’am, I had troubles fixing my schedule at the library and it stressed me so much”

“Alright, I will check it later, go take a seat.”

You took a seat at the back of the class –just in case- you needed to get that sleep

Psychology was your only class for the day

So after the class ended you went to check up on the new assistant in the library

Now that you became a librarian with an income

It was part of your job to help the first year students who are going to become librarians toonext year

My assistant is a drama student

“it’s not that big of a problem, don’t worry, did you tell Kun about it? By the way where is he?” I put my backpack at the receptionist desk, aka my and Kun’s desk then headed to the staff room

the next day, all of your classes were online

but you had a night shift starting at 7pm

Then headed to the library

You discussed with Kun about the internships and the real adult world he will be facing next year

Then he had to leave at 8pm

People were still studying

And you were working on another assignment waiting for the Jisung boy to show up

Half an hour later

You were now watching random youtube videos sitting at your receptionist desk when you felt a silhouette approaching

You raised your head to meet

“Oh, bus guy, what can I help you with?” you said smiling

“Oh hi…I-I am Jisung, I thought Kun is on the night shift today…”

You chuckled at how cute he was

You finally got up from your desk to go check up on him

You freezed for a second then tried to wake him up

“Oh my, I-I’m so sorry, I didn’t realize it was getting late” he started panicking and packing up his stuff

“It’s okay haha, I just need the two books, and you’re free to leave!”

“The books! Yes the books, oh my god I’m so sorry, here” he handed you the books then got out of the library in a hurry

You put the books back where they belong and checked it up on the library’s system

You turned off the lights then closed the building doors

What surprised you though was

Jisung waiting by the door

“It’s late…and you waited for me. I mean you stayed more than your shift t-to not wake me up, I feel sorry…I can walk you home” he said, a blush glowing in his cheeks

“oh you don’t have to! Really, you don’t have to! There are still people using the same road as me at this time, so I won’t be alone!”

“but still-“

“Jisung, it’s not a big deal, don’t worry and get home safe!”

“since you insist, give me your number, how much time will it take for you to get home?”

You smirked “ nice move, I like you already”

i am new to the fandom & just found your blog, just wanted to say DAMN its so detailed and everything, i cant wait to read it all! also i was so relieved to find that the fandom is still alive <3

side note im just rambling here, i binged sherlock all really quick and everything is like a blur (idk if im in a state of shock or something, but i do know i was super invested at s1 ep 2, then i finished s4 at 4am one day and i had to read me some johnlock fics to comfort myself and i really dont know how i feel about anything yet just that well, johnlock and i cried during sherlocks fake death even tho i already accidentally read spoilers, and i also cried when they just went to hang out at bars together and hhh and during sherlocks best man speech and sherlocks goodbye to john (…maybe goodbye should be plural)…also i was v mad at eurus and s4 was a hell of a rollercoaster gd), so just wondering, how many times have you watched sherlock? how was the experience each time? (can be about any season or eps or anything, also any snacks u liked to eat while watching or anything of that sort? just curious and thought that might be fun to answer)(apologies if you answered this already i tried to look for it but i got a bit overwhelmed)

First of all, SORRY for how long it took me to get back to you with this one. I’m a giant heap of trash and I’m surprised people still come here LOL

Secondly, WELCOME TO THE FANDOM! We love having y’all here, and I’m honoured that you enjoy my blog and content! Also will comment on your praise on my meta here: THANK YOU. I’m very proud of my meta, and especially the SHEER AMOUNT of it I have produced still boggles me mind. Y’all remember when I was creative and thoughtful??? LOL S4 dragged me hard hahah. I still try to write S4 meta, just not as much as I used to. I like speculating, I truly do, but I have so little free time these days because of the nature of my full time job, so I tend to just... do nothing LOL. I find Fic Reccing really relaxing when you have nearly 800 bookmarks. I’m worried I’m becoming stale though. Oh well. I’m just trying to leave my mark here. <3

Thirdly, HAHHAH Thank you for your compliment about my replies to my asks; I genuinely wish I could get more asks finished every day, but I tend to ramble, as you can see, and I just... don’t finish them in a timely manner. Honestly, it’s a relief when I don’t know something because I can then get the community involved to help me out AND I also get new fic recs that way too LOL. I also draft a TONNE of asks and when I do that, I tend to just keep adding MORE and MORE and MORE so I have to post them, LOL. 

And finally: My fave episode is TAB; it was the episode I studied the closest and my analysis of the trailer is my “claim to fame”. I just love it to bits. It’s the episode I’ve watched the most. S3 is my fave season, and it’s the SEASON I’ve watched the most, no less than 30 or 40 times. Season 2, then 1. I have only seen S4 like 5 times in full total, and horribly enough, TFP is the most-watched episode: I watched the Leak, the airdate, and I went and saw it in the theatres because I already bought the ticket before it aired so I just... didn’t care. And then at least 3 more times in Watchalongs. So yeah :| I still haven’t watched the BluRay I bought, but I hated having an incomplete set so I bought it when it went on sale fore 10 bucks LOL.

But yeah, S1 and 2 I watched together, and I LOVED the show. I joined fandom the summer before S3 aired, and S3 is when I REALLY got into the fandom. I’ve been pretty much here since then, about 7 years I think now. When I saw S4, it was incredulity and disappointment with it. That’s really it. I’m still a fence sitter these days about the series as a whole, but I’m leaning more and more to “no S5 for at least 3 more years” kinda thing. Just... everyone involved seems so disinterested in the show these days, minus Mofftiss to keep pushing the Sherlock™ Brand to make money.

It’s been a month since of the battle for the $500K begun, there have been insane evictions, crazy blindsides and an unexpected backdoor sending 5 people out of the game.

It’s the day after the Eviction and everyone is preparing for the Head of Household competition.

As the houseguests enter the backyard they see a big bathtub and some buckets.

“Oh no... I don’t like where this is going....” @/whats-bb22 says as they get closer to the bathtub.

“Houseguests! I hope everyone is ready for a nice and refreshing time in the tub!” @/kelleekim says as he will host the competition.

“.....” everyone is just silent.

“Ok lemme explain the rules!” @/kelleekim says and once he’s done everyone gets even more scared.

“Thank god I’m sitting this one out.” @/kelleekim laughs.

“Alright everyone please get into the bathtub so we can start the competition.” @/kelleekim orders.

Reluctantly, everyone gets into the bathtub and competition begins.

(um so this comp is actually super boring to write, on the show they literally turned this into a whole recap episode because the hgs were just sitting around talking SAHJSAH, so im gonna skip this one chief)

“Uhhhh I’m gonna need a new skin because that water is foul...” @/julieeexcheeen shivers, stepping out of the bathtub.

It’s Nominations day, everyone is in the kitchen.

“As the Head of Household, I have the power to nominate 2 houseguests for elimination, the the ones that I’ve decided to nominate are...” @/julieeexcheeen twists the keys revealing...

“I’ve made my decisions based strictly on game, I consider you two to be great players and I don’t want to miss my chance at getting one of you out.” @/julieeexcheeen explains.

The 2 nominees are unphased by this.

“Hmmm someone decided to starting playing I see...” @/legendareme blankly stares at the camera in his DR.

“I am not too worried about this because this is part of the plan hehe.” @/whats-bb22 smiles in his DR.

“Yeah.... I didn’t nominate @/whats-bb22 because I want him out, I did it because I know between him and @/legendareme, if everyone has to pick someone to save it’s definitely gonna be @/whats-bb22 sooo I struck a deal with him and he promised to be a pawn for me.” @/julieeexcheen reveals her true plan in her DR.

“The Nominations ceremony is over.”

It’s time to select Veto players, the houseguests are waiting in the living room.

@/peterbrownismydaddy, me and @/kaysarswhore will join the HOH and the nominees in the Veto competition tomorrow.

It is tomorrow and everyone is out in the backyard for the competition.

“Omg ewww.” @/juliechensponytail cringes when she sees the hanging gnomes, “I really don’t like gnomes, they creep me out...” she says.

“Hello houseguests! Who’s ready for the competition??” @/jessica-milagros, the host, asks.

“We’re ready!” Yeah!!” “Let’s gnome!! Haha get it? Gnome?...” everyone responds.

“Alright, here’s how it goes...” @/jessica-milagros starts explaining the rules and once everyone gets it the competition begins.

(despite the simple concept, this competition is actually very complicated for me to write so ummm hehe! you can look up the competition to watch for yourself, its season 3 ep 21 i think and i recommend using SOAP2DAY it has literally everything on it, but basically all the questions are personal questions about the hgs so its just tew much for my brain to recreate so im sorry hhh)

(its really funny how the different the hoh and the veto competition are sjhsahjsajsa. me watching the comps for writing materials: well.... thats unfortunate)

“Yayyy!!” @/kaysarswhore claps as the final gnome falls.

“ Congrats @/kaysarswhore you have won the Power of Veto!” @/jessica-milagros announces and puts the Veto necklace on @/kaysarswhore.

“I’m back bitches!” @/kaysarswhore confidently smiles in her DR.

It’s time for the Veto meeting.

@/legendareme and @/whats-bb22 will have a chance to convince the Veto holder to save them.

“@/kaysarswhore congrats on winning! I hope that you can use the Veto on me but it’s a-okay if you don’t, just do what’s best for you!” @/legendareme says.

“Hiii, of course I want to be saved and I do hope that you will use the Veto for me but honestly I’m fine with whatever you decide!” @/whats-bb22 says even though he doesn’t want the nominations to change. 

“Ok I’ve made decision and I am going to... use the Veto on @/whats-bb22!” @/kaysarswhore announces.

Both @/julieeexcheeen and @/whats-bb22 are shocked by this and for a quick second glance at each other in confusion.

“Uhhh.. thank you!...” @/whats-bb22 says , standing up to hug @/kaysarswhore.

“And since I’ve Vetoed one of your nominees, @/julieeexcheeen please name a replacement nomination.” @/kaysarswhore continues.

Still stunned by what just just happened, @/julieeexcheeen doesn’t know what to do...

@/julieeexcheeen stands up and looks around the room of people and when her eyes land on @/jessica-milagros she says “@/jessica-milagros this is nothing personal so please take a seat...”

Now it is @/jessica-milagros turn to be shocked and confused but he manages to nod and join @/legendareme in the Nominations chair.

“I..... that was not supposed to happen... but @/legendareme is still my target so the plan is not over yet.” @/julieeexcheeen shakes her head in the DR.

It’s final, @/legendareme and @/jessica-milagros are up for eviction.

The houseguests are going through it this week god bless!

“This week @/julieeexcheeen rose to power, she decided to make a move and targeted @/legendareme! But at the Veto ceremony @/julieeexcheeen lost her pawn so she had to nominate another one on the spot, even though her target is still on the block, the game pressure got to her. Can she successfully send @/legendareme home or will it be @/jessica-milagros that catch the bullet instead? I’m Julie Chen [REDACTED] and welcome back to NWT Big Brother!” Julie says.

“Let’s get with the houseguests!”

“Hello houseguests!” Julie greets.

“Hello Julie!” “Hey girl heyyy.” “What’s uppp.” everyone responds.

“In a few moments, everyone will vote to evict either @/legendareme or @/jessica-milagros but before that they will have a chance to sway the votes to their favor. @/legendareme you go first!”

@/legendareme stands up and begins.

“Hello, I hope that you guys can keep me for a little bit longer because I love this game and I love playing it with everyone so please!”

“@/jessica-milagros it’s your turn.”

“Hi, I respect everyone and no matter what you guys choose I’ll be fine with it...” @/jessica-milagros says.

“Alright then, it is time to vote! And as a reminder, @/julieeexcheeen as the HOH you can not vote but in the event of a tie you will be the deciding vote. Ok @/carry-on-wayward-starkid you first.”

“That’s 4 votes for @/jessica-milagros and if one more person vote to evict him, he will be leaving the house.”

“And it’s official, with 5 votes to evict it is enough for @/jessica-milagros to leave. But let’s see how the rest will vote.”

“Ok, let’s break the news for the houseguests!”

“Everyone! I have the votes! By a 6 to 2 votes........”

“@/legendareme you are... safe.”

Julie shocked everyone with this.

Hearing the news, @/jessica-milagros stands up and gives everyone a hug and exits the house.

Julie then says goodbye to the houseguests as she’s about to interview our first Jury member @/jessica-milagros.

“Hello @/jessica-milagros how are you?!” Julie asks.

“Omg Julie... I actually feel pretty ok!” @/jessica-milagros answers truthfully.

“I guess that you did expect this outcome?” Julie asks again.

“Yeah... I did in some... sense? I don’t know Julie but something told me that my time in the house is up so.” @/jessica-milagros says.

“Well I’m glad that you are taking this well!” Julie says “And even though you’re out of the house, you are still in the game as you will be one of the deciding votes in the Finale so I hope you will enjoy your time in the Jury house!” she continues.

“Thanks Julie.” @/jessica-milagros smiles.

Julie then turns to the camera and says goodbye to the viewers ending the episode.

@the aizawa getting kidnapped/quirk stolen/being disappointed in himself stuff,,,,,, he comes back and feels like he isn't enough and that he shouldn't teach 1a so takes time off/leaves the school and 1a are so worried and outraged they basically strike until he comes back. so he comes in to yell at them to listen to their new teacher and then they all bombard him with - (1/2)

- how cool he is and what a good teacher he is and how he doesn't need his quirk to be an amazing hero and they all love and respect him so much (mic and all might get in on this too ofc) and by the end everyone is a blubbering mess and aizawa is there trying not to cry like. okay, i'll come back. and then the teachers go to the staffroom and he breaks down crying becAUSE HE JUST LOVES HIS KIDS SO MUCH ??????????? when aizawa gets back after Everything his depression has Kickstarted bc the one thing he held on to (being a hero and protecting the kids from what he and shirakumo went through as ua students) was forcibly taken away from him and now he has no other coping mechanisms

plus having ur quirk like forcibly taken from you must suck so much ass,,like quirks r described in canon to be a physical extension of one’s self so to be violated like that,,aizawa is just not feeling great is all im saying

once he’s back from the hospital (and he actually stays the whole time he was recommended to bc he just. doesnt see the point in leaving early anymore bc how can he protect his kids when hes broken like this) the first thing he does is go to ua to tell nezu he’s stepping down

and like nezu tries to convince him otherwise and it ends w aizawa there the wholeass day bc we all know how long nezu can talk, but aizawa just cant. he and his inadequacy cant be the reason why his kids get hurt any more than they have already

nezu compromises that there’ll be a sub until aizawa is ready to take the mantle back and aizawa is like “im not going to do that but okay”

as he’s heading out he runs into mic and all might and they ask him how he’s doing but aizawa’s Spent bc arguing w ur weird rat dad thing for hours on end is exhausting so aizawa just pushes them off

he’s not even harsh abt it tho he’s just completely tired and all might and mic are Worried

anyway they find out the next day that aizawa is “steppnig down for the time being” and theyre both like oh no. ohh no.

meanwhile in class 1-a the new sub is explaining what’s going on and the kids fucking riot. bakugou straight walks out. midoriya is arguing w the sub abt whats going on and the sub is just like “kid i didnt ask for this i dont know why aizawa’s doubting his abilities right now”

uraraka tsu and iida are like aight we’re gonna head out after like fifty minutes of this and the rest follow. the sub is just like “wtf am i even doing here”

anyway class 1-a strikes like this for a week and so nezu calls up aizawa (who’s been having a Very bad depressive episode at his apartment including ignoring all might and mic’s and even ms joke’s calls) to tell him that his kids r throwing a fit abt having to move on (nezu knows how this’ll end up if he can just get aizawa to go to his kids so he miiight be making it a bigger deal than it is but oh well)

so aizawa storms into heights alliance and hes tired and a lil touched but also hurt bc he cant protect his dumb kids anymore that’s the whole point of this why cant they just accept it

and he has a script in his head of wht he wants to say but when he enters the common room mic and all might r there and midoriya sees him first nd just. stands v suddenly and storms over to aizawa and aizawa is like “oh shit are they mad at me?? i guess they have a right to be but..” and then mido just hugs him

aizawa is like v confused for a couple moments bc what the fuck. the other more affectionate kiddos of class 1-a join mido (uraraka, tsu, ashido, kirishima, etc) before mic nd all might tell the kiddos to give him some space

before aizawa can say anything the kiddos have launched into talking abt how much they missed him and that they hope he’s okay and that he better be coming back to teach soon Or Else and also that they love him so much and they know he went thro a lot but “the sub said they would be there indefinitely but u should have a time limit on ur healing right?? youll be coming back soon?? youre such a good teacher sensei we might be able to do it w/o you there but we dont want to do this without you”. basically what u were saying hhh

and aizawa is just rlly overwhelmed bc he wasnt like expecting this at all. all of his kids have said at least something even bakugou and kouda and he’s just like. bruh.

then mic and all might ask if he’s okay bc they can tell he’s getting a lil overwhelmed nd aizawa tries to respond but he just breaks into silent tears. class 1-a FREAKS the fuck out like “OH MY GOD SENSEI WE’RE SO SORRY ARE YOU OKAY??? FUCK”

so i’m sure someone’s already noticed this by now, but i JUST rewatched Iron Man tonight and the very first song that plays when Tony is in the Army Jeep--which is to say, the very first song that plays in the first MCU canon movie--is AC/DC’s “Back in Black.” which is, you guessed it, the song Happy plays for Peter when he designs his new suit (which Peter incorrectly yet incredibly confidently attributes to Led Zeppelin, i love him so fcking much hhh,)

so, BASICALLY, Marvel pulled a “last episode of the anime where the first opening plays” moment and i, for one, love it,

I’ve been thinking a lot about AEW today and had to organize my thoughts.

I’ve been thinking too much perhaps about the way the storytelling of two seemingly distinct matches on the Double or Nothing Card were actually working together to set up a match for a future event: Cody vs. Dustin and The Young Bucks vs. The Lucha Bros. I was thinking I’d like to share those rambling thoughts.

The first is Cody vs. Dustin who are brothers but Cody in a promo before their match says that this fact isn’t important (AEW - The Road to Double or Nothing - Episode 14: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azQwNRD3H_o). This match isn’t “brother vs. brother”, or “natural vs nightmare”, it’s “era vs era”; the attitude era in WWE (Dustin) vs… well every era that came after really (Cody). The new generation has a lot to offer. Stop living in the past is the basic premise here. Cody then says he’s going “to kill the attitude era”.

Since this match isn’t taking place in WWE but AEW this match really becomes WWE vs AEW. The wrestlers support this in a variety of ways: Cody destroys a reference to HHH during his entrance. This could be seen as destroying a symbol of the attitude era, HHH was a prominent wrestler during this time, but he’s a CFO now and he books NXT. He helps run the company so by choosing his symbol it makes things interesting.

Dustin also bladed pretty severely. I love this because since the technique has fallen out of practice in WWE it serves to represent the attitude era as he is supposed to be. But the inclusion of the spot could also be AEW drawing a line between what they will do and WWE won’t. Another example of a symbol working for both setups.

I’d also like to mention this practice of donning the “crimson mask” is something Dusty Rhodes, the two participants father, was known to do, so while Cody told us not to consider this brother vs brother he is also giving us evidence that we should still view the match this way as well.

All the different symbols and references the performers make serve to build this match into something quite deep. It is at once brother vs brother, era vs era, and company vs company. But they haven't finished their story yet, and the match ends exactly where Cody began his set up, with the notion of brothers.

After Cody pins Dustin he seems content that he has “killed” the attitude era (WWE perhaps too? His argument not mine), and so now post-match he approaches Dustin as his brother again. He claims not to need any of his other titles, he needs a brother, his voice cracking as he reaches out. An emotional moment amidst the bloodshed. Seriously, so much blood. Cody explains they will be facing the Young Bucks if Dustin accepts his offer, and so Cody retires an era but not his brother on this night.

Now for the next match: Lucha Bros. vs the Young Bucks. They don’t seem to be connected at first. That future match isn’t for the titles on the line in this one. The last match was all storytelling this match was all moves. It was a simple story wrestled at an intense pace with loads of tight sequences, team finishers, and kick outs. But once again we have a match between brothers. Two teams of brothers this time.

At the end of the last match, a team between brothers was formed that seems like a special notion but in the next match, we see what such a team might look like. We get two examples actually, and it's stunning. The synchronicity and team chemistry are amazing. We see big sequence after the big sequence executed to perfection. But that idea that its special is killed.

The idea of those two brothers having an emotional reunion and sharing a special bond that could lead them to victory must now face the harsh reality that it isn’t so rare. “Maybe what they have isn’t special”, the audience is invited to ask, “maybe it won’t be enough.”

Lastly, let's remember that our new team's future opponents are effectively working heel tonight. The Lucha Bros are the ones fighting to regain their titles and the audience seems behind them. Then the villains win. That’s right our new team watches from the back as the Young Bucks defeat the Luchas. They were the better brothers tonight so how can our new heroes possibly win.

This was long but I really liked how two matches telling two separate stories actually built something together that makes me excited for a future PPV.

If anyone got down to here I’d love to know what you thought about Double or Nothing. I thought it was a blast.

I have a guideline, it’s definitely not a schedule and it’s also less regular than a routine because I give myself a lot of flexibility since, you know, it’s my vacation! 😄 i don’t get mad if i don’t accomplish certain tasks, i just leave them for the next day. so this is my “routine” if obviously i’m not doing anything special that day like visiting something, traveling, eating out, etc.

🌅 in the morning

As soon as I wake up I go make my breakfast, which I enjoy having quite early in the morning, around 7.30 AM and in my bedroom, at my work desk. Everyday oatmeal and orange juice! I enjoy opening the windows and letting the fresh air in, normally it’s sunny so I can enjoy the sunbeams without the heat of midday.

While eating I’ll watch the Crash Course yt channel. I really enjoy the nice warm feeling i always get from the channel, and gives my brain healthy activity. I really love any series they have. Right now i’m watching History of Science with Hank (*cough* perhaps a lil crush of mine *cough*). each episode is around 13 minutes, i rlly recommend. There’s also something on my phone called the 10 top news of the day. I check those.

I then resume my day with some physical exercise, including a yoga video from yoga with Adriene and 30 mins on my stationary bike, not in that order particularly, depends on how i’m feeling.

this time really boosts my energy! the yoga is absolutely essential for me. the bike is the most boring part and even though most times I dread it, it’s really good for me. i normally watch vlogs or put some music and the time passes by pretty quickly. I also alternate stationary bike with walking and running in a park nearby when i’m craving more time outside.

after my shower, I still have a few hours before lunch so I do whatever I feel like doing around the house, clean up my room, wash the dishes, also check up on my social media, play a game on my phone. i may resume to my desk after all that to work a bit on my laptop - edit and also write some notes (that i’m making ahead for second year).

soon, 11.30 PM arrives!

🍜 lunch

i have my meals pretty early.

as soon as 11.30 PM hits, I head to the kitchen and choose what I’m having to eat. I prepare my meal, cook or heat leftovers. I join my plates/bowls (I like to make meals pretty complete) and head over to the sofa where I’ll be watching a tv show on my laptop.

or if it’s monday, a last week tonight ep with john oliver.

🌷 in the afternoon

after lunch, if i don’t feel like getting out of the sofa right away, i can because it’s holidays c: so i might watch one more episode if i feel like it. 

the only thing routine wise i have in the afternoon hours is reading and drawing. the rest of the time i do whatever tasks i want to do that day, it varies a lot!

The afternoon hours are the best ones for me to read. it’s good to just snuggle in a corner and read my daily pages. I like to draw something in my sketchbook before dinner (around 6:00 PM, my golden hour) with a cup of tea and something in my earphones - a yt video or some music.

when 6.30 PM comes i do the same thing as in lunch hour! 🍜

☁️ in the evening

after dinner, i either keep watching tv or am on my phone on yt. if i’m not in the mood for that, i’ll return to my desk and write some notes, edit or just listen to music. it relaxes me, but only when i’m in the mood for it, i don’t force it.

because i wake up early, my body just naturally feels sleepy and wants to sleep before 11.00 PM. and that’s the end of my day!

💭 once again, these are all things i do when i’m not going out! So if I do go out in the morning for example, i’ll do my yoga in the afternoon. It changes a lot from day to day, these are just guidelines and I don’t worry too much about it. :3 the beauty of holidays!

also i didn’t mention my family but whenever i’m relaxing or eating or lazying around, i may be doing it with them, i’m not alone all the time hhh

and one final important disclaimer:

my writing makes my days look very structured and almost disciplined, in a way they are because that’s just the way I am - my mind is always making a list of tasks to complete, but I assure you it’s definitely ok to have lazy days, weeks, months! it’s okay to just do nothing. to do whatever you want. everyone enjoys their holidays in a different way.

i enjoy being productive and active on my holidays because it’s how I feel the happiest and I’m using them as best as I possibly can. I’m really enjoying them! before i would lazy around on my holidays, never leave the couch and I didn’t enjoy my days half as much as I enjoy them now. :)

It’s absolutely not weird so don’t worry about it, but it’s!!!! sort of an hard question to answer because more or less anything that can fall under the very huge umbrella of the rock label is fair game for me haha the two bands I’ve been calling my favorite for longer right now are Alter Bridge and Tremonti, lately I���ve been really into Nothing More, I have a super weak spot for Halestorm too right now - I like most post-hardcore, but Pierce The Veil and Bring Me The Horizon are my faves? But, well, all this stuff is really different compared to All Time Low… since you liked them you could try Tonight Alive or One OK Rock! You Me At Six work too I think, and… Andy Black’s solo album was more pop-ish but on the same genre too, so try that one maybe! Oh and Young Guns!!!! I love Young Guns how could I forget them, they’re in this type of punk too!

i can snap REALLY loudly

i am mixed because my mom is white and my dad is honduran but people have no idea what i am when they first see me, i have gotten guesses from every continent so i guess i'm racially ambiguous

my eyesight has been terrible for almost all of my life; i've had glasses since i was four years old and i can't see shit without them

i used to speak spanish more fluently when i was little than i can now but that's also in part because i stopped taking spanish and started taking chinese in school (i'm still not confident in my spanish-speaking abilities but i'm good at listening!)

Watch: Stephanie McMahon Slams Ronda Rousey Through a Table on ‘Raw’

The boss’s daughter isn’t playing around.

Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey declared war on Stephanie McMahon and her husband Paul “Triple H” Levesque weeks ago at Elimination Chamber, after Raw General Manager Kurt Angle told her that McMahon and Triple H only wanted to sign her so they could manipulate her as payback for WrestleMania 31, when Rousey embarrassed them alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Ronda put her trust in Angle and responded to HHH by slamming him through a table. Afterwards, it was made official: Rousey’s first WWE match would be against McMahon at Rousey at WrestleMania 34.

On tonight’s episode of Raw, Rousey and Angle (her tag-team partner) held a press conference in the ring alongside McMahon and Levesque. The atmosphere was unquestionably heated, with Levesque telling the crowd that “the deafening roar of ‘Ronda Rousey’ will become a deafening silence” after he and McMahon emerge victorious.

McMahon herself also went on the offensive, telling Rousey: “You are going to lose at WrestleMania…and we all know—the world knows—how you handle losses,” referencing her now-infamous losses to Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes that led to her retirement from the Octagon.

After the conference, the four competitors got out of their seats for a photo op that, unsurprisingly, quickly got out of hand. Triple H started the chaos by knocking Angle out of the ring. Rousey responded by grabbing Levesque’s neck, but McMahon caught her from behind and threw her though one of the conference tables, most likely as payback for what Rousey did to her husband at Elimination Chamber.

Rousey and Angle may be the favorites to win this Sunday—but if this confrontation was any indication, McMahon and Levesque aren’t going to make it easy.
