1. Are you named after anyone?
Not that I know of. Had i been amab, mom would have named me after the man she believed should have been her soulmate (but wasn't my dad). They met in Italy while she was interrailing and her wristwatch died when he introduced himself. (His name was Alex)
2. When was the last time you cried?
Around and after April 19, after hearing the news of Moon Bin's passing.
3. Do you have kids?
No, but I would love to have someday. I'm just not in a situation where it would be wise for me to raise a child, I feel.
4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
No, that's not really my speed.
5. What is the first thing you notice about a person?
Outfit and overall expression of self. The manner in which they treat me. (I mostly meet customers. You can tell instantly which ones are nice)
6. What’s your eye color?
Green. The type of annoying green that ya authors wax poetic abt lol you know what I mean
7. Scary movie or happy ending?
These two are not mutually exclusive. A satisfying ending is more important, but I would prefer if its also a happy one. I'm trying to watch more scary things.
8. Any special talents?
I can pop most of my joints. I love organising and categorising things for myself and for others. It's pretty difficult to deter me.
9. Where were you born?
Ivalo, northern Finland. I have not lived there since I was a toddler
10. What are your hobbies?
Gardening, bullet journaling, digital drawing. Tabletop rpgs (starfinder and dnd, we used to play pathfinder). Reading and trying to be more active in watching different movies. Id love to say video games but ive only really played The Sims 4 and Acnh lately. Running when the weather allows it.
11. Do you have any pets?
Not anymore, but I used to have an older gentleman miniature poodle who was too tall to actually fit the miniature category. I love him dearly. One day I would like to get another dog, probably another poodle. I love how particular they are about things.
12. What sports do you/have you played?
I used to compete in swimming until I started high school. I've also danced a wide variety of genres from ages 7 to 19, and attended a couple of national competitions for modern dance. I had to quit because my joints got too fucked up and I fell out of friendship with my back then bestie. Now I just run and do home youtube workouts because I don't like going to the gym.
13. How tall are you?
161 cm ish I think? Which is like... 5'3 or sth
14. Favourite subject in school?
I've always loved languages, and had incredibly supportive teachers both in finnish and English as a foreign language. Swedish as well, but I never quite clicked with those teachers on the same level hence why my Swedish is more ..so-so. Art obv. Honestly? Everything else except for maths, physics and chemistry I found enjoyable. Oh and .. social economics? Probably would have liked the subject but I hated the teacher. Aside from those, learning new things has always been a joy.
15. Dream job?
Honestly? Something that won't drain me and actually leaves me with savings and a will to live.
Bonus: any significance to your blog's name: its the finnish version of my main blog's url, koalamb. Literally just a mashup of two fun little guys who are both known to be .. not the smartest cookies out there.
Tagging @varsbaby @moviestarmijoo @zeesqueere @seekingthestars @sapphicshawol @alexanderfuckingwept @phoradendron if you're up for it, but honestly if you see this and want to do it you can say I tagged you xoxo. Feel free to ignore, but I'd love to learn more abt mine moots

Digital Visiting Card: The New Way to Say Hello
Digital visiting cards are the new way to say hello be they for business or personal. In today's fast paced society, people are always on the go with work and family commitments, so a simple phone call or an email often doesn't suffice in making an introduction. Digital visiting cards are a great way to communicate your contact information quickly and easily.
What is a Digital Visiting Card?
A digital visiting card is an electronic version of a traditional paper visiting card. It is a personal card that can be used to share your contact information, social media links, and other personal details.
Digital visiting cards are becoming increasingly popular as people move away from traditional paper cards. They offer a more convenient and environmentally friendly way to exchange contact information.
There are many different ways to create a digital visiting card. You can use an online service, such as Vistaprint, or you can create your own using a word processing or graphic design program.
If you choose to create your own digital visiting card, be sure to include all of the same information that you would on a paper card, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and website URL. You may also want to include a photo of yourself and a brief message. Once you have designed your card, save it as a PDF file so it can be easily shared with others via email or social media.
Why Should I Use a Digital Visiting Card?
A digital visiting card is the new way to say hello and goodbye. It is a convenient and easy way to keep track of your contacts and their information. You can use it to store your contact information, social media links, and even your website URL. You can also use it to create a QR code that can be scanned by others to quickly add your contact information to their phone.
How Do I Use a Digital Visiting Card?
A digital visiting card is a new way to say hello and goodbye. It is an electronic card that you can send to people you meet. You can also use it as a way to keep in touch with people you have met. There are many ways to use a digital visiting card, and we will explore some of them here.
When you meet someone new, you can exchange digital visiting cards. This is a great way to make sure that you have their contact information. You can also use a digital visiting card as a way to introduce yourself. If you are at an event or conference, you can hand out your digital visiting card so that people know who you are.
You can also use a digital visiting card as a way to stay in touch with people you have met. If you have exchanged email addresses, you can add each other to your address book. You can also connect with each other on social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook.
How to Create Your Own Digital Visiting Card?
In the age of technology, paper visiting cards are becoming a thing of the past. More and more people are opting for digital visiting cards, which can be easily shared and stored on a phone or computer. If you're not sure how to create your own digital visiting card, don't worry - it's actually quite simple!
There are a few different ways that you can create a digital visiting card. One popular method is to use an online service such as Canva or Vistaprint. These websites offer templates that you can customize with your own information and logo. Once you're happy with your design, you can download it as a PDF or JPG file.
Another option is to create a digital visiting card using an app on your smartphone. iPhone users can use the built-in Contacts app, while Android users can try out apps like Business Card Maker & Creator. These apps usually have templates that you can customize, and they'll often let you export your finished card as a PDF so that it can be printed out or emailed to contacts.
If you want to get really creative, you could even design your own digital visiting card India from scratch using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. This is definitely the more complicated route, but it will allow you to create a completely unique and custom-designed card.
Once you've created your digital visiting card, make sure to save it somewhere safe so that you can access it whenever you need it
Introduction to Designing Your Own Visitng Cards
When it comes to designing your own visiting cards, the sky is the limit. You can go as simple or as complex as you want, and there are tons of online resources to help you get started.
If you're not sure where to start, consider using a template. This will give you a basic layout to work with, and you can customize it however you like. Once you've found a template you like, simply upload your own logo, images, and text.
If you're feeling more adventurous, you can create your own design from scratch. Start by deciding what size and shape you want your card to be. Then, use a program like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create your design. Don't forget to add your contact information!
Once you're happy with your design, save it as a PDF or JPEG file and print it out on good quality paper. Then cut out your cards and start handing them out!
Digital visiting cards are a great way to make a lasting first impression. Whether you're meeting someone for business or pleasure, these cards are an easy and convenient way to exchange contact information. And with so many creative and fun designs to choose from, there's no reason not to have one! What are you waiting for? Get yourself a digital visiting card today.

Owly shorten url
Tumblr media
OWLY SHORTEN URL PLUS
OWLY SHORTEN URL FREE
OWLY SHORTEN URL FREE
This includes the free version - so if you’re looking for a free URL shortener, this one’s for you! Owly is a integrated right into the Hootsuite platform, and is included with every plan type. A URL shortening site that’s been around a while might also be more reliable and reputable, likely to avoid service closure or disruption. Our advice: look for shortener services that allow you to customize your link, or that have built-in detailed analytics. On the downside… there are dozens of alternative options out there. The Google URL shortener was shut down back in spring 2019, but on the bright side, there are dozens of alternative options out there. 12 URL shorteners to try (besides the Google link shortener) There are a few different types of redirect HTTP response codes, but look for ones that use a 301 permanent redirect: the other varieties may hurt your SEO ranking. The long and the short URLs are both simply different starting points for an internet browser to get the same destination. URL shorteners work by creating a redirect to your long URL.Įntering a URL into your internet browser sends an HTTP request to the web server to pull up a specific website. Short URLs help avoid TL DR syndrome.Īnother benefit of shorter links: they’re also useful for IM or email, where longer links may be hard to read, or disrupted all together by line breaks. Shortened URLs give you that much more room for that poignant observation about politics, or the perfect punctuating emoji for your killer joke about hot dogs.Įven for posts on Facebook or Instagram, where the character limits are in the thousands, it’s still best for readability and engagement to keep things short and sweet. Twitter has a strict character limit of 280, so keeping posts concise is key. Short URLs allow you to get the most out of character limits on social media Combine this with other analytics tools-like Google Analytics-and you’re setting yourself up for marketing success. To easily track source traffic, create short links using different UTM parameters. This is information about who clicked your link, where, and when-information that will help you calculate the campaign’s ROI. Most link shortening sites will offer tracking metrics. Link shorteners allow you to track performance Hootsuite’s link shortener, for example, lets you create a vanity short link in just a few clicks.Įspecially if you’re using a free web hosting service, or have an ISP that’s less than exciting, a custom URL shortener is a way to keep your brand front and center whenever you’re sharing links.ģ. URL shorteners that allow you to customize your short link offer a chance to name drop your brand. If brand awareness is part of your social media strategy, a custom URL shortener is one more tool to help spread the word. A custom URL shortener lets you brand your links Keep things looking neat, tidy and, well, friendly with a URL that’s as short as possible. With so many letters and backslashes and numbers and question marks, anything could happen when we click that link! Anything! If you’re linking to a specific page buried deep on your website, or are using UTM parameters to track your visitors, you might find yourself wrestling with a lengthy URL.Īn oversized URL will look clunky pretty much anywhere you use it-in social posts, shared via text, pasted into an email.īut worse than that, long URLs also look super suspicious. There are a lot of good reasons to use a URL shortener if you’re going to be sharing a link. In some cases, you can even customize this mini URL with a custom phrase.
OWLY SHORTEN URL PLUS
Your new, shorter URL will typically include the shortener site’s address, plus a combination of random letters.įor example, if I punched in a URL like /tv-shows/puppy-bowl/full-episodes/puppy-bowl-xvi into the Hootsuite Ow.ly link shortener, it would generate ow.ly/uK2f50AJDI6. What is a URL shortener?Ī URL shortener is a tool that creates a short, unique URL that will redirect to the specific website of your choosing.īasically: they make a URL shorter and simpler. Also use it to track results and present the plan to your boss, teammates, and clients. Bonus: Get a free social media strategy template to quickly and easily plan your own strategy.

I’ve been holding off on making this post because I wanted to try it out myself and get settled in and make sure everything went okay, but seeing as I’ve gone ahead and updated my site and everything I thought now might be a good time to start talking about this publicly!
If you’ve known me for more than five minutes you know I fucking hate Webtoon, like, a lot. Every aspect of it disgusts me to the core of my being, and while Webtoon is the ugliest version of them the aspects that I hate also extend to basically any comic aggregate site. I hate that they treat artists like content robots, I hate that they treat comic readers like morons who aren’t capable of engaging with complex stories, I hate that they actively try to strip away all the cool parts of indie comics by cultivating sterile and impersonal environments that discourage artistic experimentation and unique expression.
So! I hope you’ll be interested in what I have to say about this new platform that’s (hopefully) going to be out of alpha this summer. If you think you like reading comics on Webtoon, I really encourage you to check out Dillyhub once it launches. That’s the short version, but I have a LOT to say about this! So I’m putting the rest of this under a cut.
Full disclosure, I’m not getting paid or anything for this. The creative outreach at Dillyhub contacted me a few weeks ago asking if I’d be interested in having Kidd Commander be one of their launch titles when they go live this summer. I was hesitant at first, since I actively distrust anything claiming to be For Creators at this point, but they answered my pushy questions patiently and everything seemed on the up and up so I gave it a shot; I’ve been needing a mobile mirror for KC anyway. Eventually they invited me to the alpha creator discord, where they’ve been working directly with all of us artists to improve the platform, and now to be honest I’m REALLY excited for this thing to get off the ground. Nobody asked me to make this post, but since I’ve spent years whining and bitching about how other services do wrong by their creators, I thought I’d talk about this one that’s doing things right.
So, the biggest advantage this site has for creators over others in my opinion is that it. Treats us like individuals, regardless of follower count lmfao. If you’re a new person just starting out with your new webcomic, here’s what webtoon does for you:
Tumblr media
Note: you don’t get a custom banner, you don’t even get to choose the solid color it is. That big circle icon is ALSO the image that shows up in searches, but everywhere else on the site it’s a 100x100px square, so you have to choose whether you want it to look good as a giant circle at the top of your comic’s page OR whether you want to look good in search results. Which, by the way, is the ONLY way for people to find you if you’re not partnered. And that’s it! You have no monetization options, you won’t show up on the genre pages, and when someone DOES stumble across your page it looks super unprofessional. Good Luck!
Now here’s my Dillyhub page(s):
Tumblr media
You don’t get a static banner and one icon, you get a whole carousel banner with as many images as you want front and center as soon as you get to the project page. You get seven (custom!) genre tags, as opposed to Webtoon’s single tag you have to pick from their list, and plenty of room to talk about your work. The episodes are even laid out better, you get a MUCH bigger preview space to work with and they’re nice and big on the bottom half of the page:
Tumblr media
you know, like they’re actually presenting ART lmfao.
That’s already an ENORMOUS improvement, but here’s my favorite thing.
Tumblr media
o hm that’s a lot of super cushy settings I have for every individual episode, but what’s that, Episode Type?
Tumblr media
LIKE.
listen, i know this is probably a bit specialized if you’re not a comic maker yourself, but this is a HUGE DEAL. You can post vertically OR page by page! You can even post pages two at a time for double page spreads, or so they read like a physical comic book! AND their specs are really open, as long as the file meets the size requirement you can make it whatever shape you want. You don’t have to reformat all your shit to post here!! I posted the entire first volume of KC STRAIGHT FROM THE PRINT FILES in like half an hour!!! The episodes can also be any amount of pages, you can post a single page or an entire chapter all in one go!
So that’s just the project page for the comic, let’s see what happens when I click on my username there.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Each author gets their own unique page (which you can tack a vanity url to!) to present themselves however they want! You always have the banner at the top, but beyond that you have a ton of options. Among other incredibly useful tools that really should just be bare fucking minimum at this point, like the ability to preview your page on different devices, you start customizing your blank page with this set of widgets,
Tumblr media
and from THERE you can customize them MORE, you can promote your patreon or your kickstarter or whatever! Having this creator space ALSO means that if you run several comics, or if you want to promote your comic AND your illustrations, you can just separate them into individual projects! Each with their own page! This is also really nice as a reader because you can subscribe to a creator but you can also just subscribe to specific projects, if you don’t want to get ALL of their stuff in your inbox. It’s so good y’all hh.
Once again, all of this functionality is just THERE as soon as you make your account. You don’t need to be “partnered” or whatever the fuck, you don’t need to meet a certain follower threshold to unlock the ability to operate normally. You get your own creator space to present yourself how you prefer, you get pages for all your projects, you can even set up monetization options (and change them for individual pages IN a project) right from the start.
ok ok let’s compare this to my webtoon page
Tumblr media
oh that’s right webtoon just puts your greyed out name at the bottom of each comic and that’s it because human beings don’t make this stuff, my bad lol anyway
Other fun shit that Dillyhub does that makes me feel like they’re people who have actually consumed or made comics on the internet at some point in their lives:
-When you log into the “studio” space, you’re in your creator account. When you log OUT of the studio space, it’s like you swap to a “reader” account, where you can access your pull list and comment on things with a different name and profile icon. Again, maybe only cool if you’re a creator, but if you ARE then you know exactly why this is incredibly useful lmao
-You can set up “hidden” projects, so if you only want certain things to be accessible by certain people or to not show up in searches that’s an option! You have SO much control here it’s great.
-The comment section has moderation options GODDD. You also have a real comment space, you know, so it actually encourages building a community (and a rapport with your community, if you like), and you also can just turn comments off entirely if you want! I haven’t used it much yet, obviously, but it’s been made very clear in the discord that artists want better control over their comment sections and the devs have it on their priority list.
-Absolutely every step of customization gives you a preview before it’s live, so you can easily see what these images you’re posting in different places are going to look like before you beam them to your followers’ inboxes. This includes individual episodes!
-This was sort of in one of the screenshots but it’s important so I’m saying it here too: the option to mark individual episodes as mature or with content warnings, rather than having to mark an entire comic as Mature Spooky Scary Content because of one or two pages getting a bit hairy.
This site is only in alpha right now, and it’s invite-only until they get to beta (for creators; anyone can make a reader account! but they haven’t set up a way to browse comics without direct links yet so) but honest to god it’s already blowing every other site I’ve used clean out of the water. And the staff has been really kind and responsive to us proposing fixes or changes! I will always defend individual websites as being the best option for an indie comic, but everybody’s gotta start somewhere and we NEED something that isn’t Tumblr or Webtoon to fill this role; this site feels a lot more like a symbiotic relationship than any of the other staples available for new creators right now. If you’re a comic reader and you want to see your favorite comics on Dillyhub I’d suggest keeping an eye on this site and once it’s live start poking them to look into it, and if you’re a creator follow their social media and hop in when they open up for anybody to join. I would LOVE to see this site take off as a viable option for hosting and reading comics.
Thanks for reading all this! I haven’t quite finished setting up yet, but if you want to poke around a project/creator page for yourself mine is here have at it. As things progress I’m sure I’ll have more to say, but since I’m usually so aggressively negative about places like this I just wanted to give some credit where it was due. fucking finally.

25: Ever done a prank call? No
27: Meaning behind my URL - On this account, it's just my name and then 'muses' because this account is just me talking to myself tbh. 28: Favorite movie - I feel like i don't have one answer bc I always have a different answer to this question lmao. I think it's called A Christmas Carol (the 2009 version w/ Jim Carrey). It just makes me feel cozy and warm inside. Also: Clueless.
29: Favorite song - All Too Well by Taylor Swift I think.

44: Have I shaved your legs in the past three days? - Have YOU shaved MY legs? No. Have I shaved my own? Yes
45: Where am I right now? - My room
46: If I were drunk & can’t stand, who’s taking care of me? - Most likely I'm not drunk, but IF I WAS, it would be my friend, my mom, or my sister (my sister would probs make fun of me and film me tho tbh)

Tumblr media
Name: Kim Age: 26 (27 in September) Writing Blog URL(s): @jinterlude
Nationality: Filipino-American Languages: English  Star Sign: Virgo MBTI: ISFJ-T Favorite color: Any shade of blue  Favorite food: Ah, I have so many, but I really do love ramen & this Filipino noodle dish my grandma makes. Favorite movie: West Side Story. A close second is Pride & Prejudice (2005) Favorite ice cream flavor: Rocky Road  Favorite animal: Pandas Go-to karaoke song: Upside Down by A*Teens (I think I just dated myself)
What fandom(s) do you write for? Mainly BTS, but I have written for SVT, EXO, GOT7, Monsta X, B.A.P, & NCT
When did you post your first piece? Oh dang, when? Hmm… I want to say Oct. 2016 (?) on my first blog (I had deleted and came back to Tumblr).
Do you write fluff/angst/crack/general/smut, combo, etc? Why? I mostly write a combo because it just happens that way! My main genres are: fluff, romance, & humor/crack.
Do you write OCs, X Readers, Ships...etc? I mainly write OCs stories because that’s what makes me the happiest when it comes to writing, but I still write x reader fics for drabbles and oneshots.
Why did you decide to write for Tumblr? Funny story. The reason why I started writing for Tumblr is because an old group of friends said that I should write a funny story based on a college class of mine, so I did and here we are.
What inspires you to write? Usually, it’s my imagination, but other times it’s either the song I’m listening to or even the show I’m currently watching. Right now, my inspiration draws from anime.
What genres/AUs do you enjoy writing the most? Genre wise, I love writing fluff & romance. AUs wise, I’m a sucker for Royal/Royalty. Mafia/Gang & Soulmate AUs would be a close second.
What do you hope your readers take away from your work? Oh, wow. I honestly never thought about that before. I think for me, the one thing I hope my readers get from my stories is at the end of the day, please do something that will make you happy. Your own happiness should always be a top priority for you.
What do you do when you hit a rough spot creatively? I take a break! Instead of forcing myself out of the creativity slump, I just take a break and let my mind recharge. Then, I go back to my outline and look over while listening to music that I know will spark some creativity juices.
What is your favorite work and why? Your most successful? My favorite works (yes, I couldn’t pick just one) are my Royal!AU Seokjin series (Fight for Me & Our Second Chance). I love the amount of time and effort I put into those two stories, and I’m simply in awe at the world and characters I created. My second favorite is my latest Seokjin oneshot, Protecting Each Other. It’s my first story that exceeded 10,000 words, and I’m just proud of how that turned out. Successful wise, I would say it’s, This Little String. It’s a Soulmate!Taehyung oneshot based around the red-string of fate, and every other month, I see someone like and/or reblog it, so I say that’s pretty successful!
Who is your favorite person to write about? Seokjin hands down. I mean, not only is he one of my ultimate biases, but for some reason my creative banks dishes out ideas and inspiration for him like it’s nothing.
Do you think there’s a difference between writing fanfiction vs. completely original prose? I personally don’t think so. You are still writing original content that derails from the source material (or adds to it), all you have to do is just replace your idols’ name with an original character name, and there you go. What do you think makes a good story? For me, I’d say that if you’re honestly proud of the end product, then that story is good, and your readers will see that. What is your writing process like? First I get an idea, or I like to call it, “it appeared to me in a vision,” then I outline it (if the idea lingers in my brain), and then I start writing and editing. Sometimes I’d sprint with my fellow writers on a server I’m in, and other times, I’d put on music and just let my brain go wild. Most of the time, I’m sprinting with friends.
Would you ever repurpose a fic into a completely original story? If I had the time, probably. I can see my Royal!AU series becoming an original story with different characters and an expanded plotline. What tropes do you love, and what tropes can’t you stand? I am a sucker for F2L I (friends to lovers)! I just love the idea of dating someone who’s your best friend, so why not date your best friend, if the feelings are mutual of course! As for tropes, I dislike, I can’t say that I have any. I think it’s because (and I feel so bad for this), I don’t really read much stories other than what my mutual friends have written.
How much would you say audience feedback/engagement means to you? It means the world to me because I do like knowing if I’m doing something right or if I need to go back and edit something for clarity. Mainly, I get likes and reblogs (with no feedback), and while it’s still nice of someone for taking the time to like and reblog something, I would like some feedback, please. I’m still grateful no matter what, though!
What has been one of the biggest factors of your success (of any size)? I think it’s the support of my amazing group of friends/mutuals! It’s thanks to their support that my work is reaching a wider audience, and it just means the world to me that they read my blood, sweat, and tears. I love them so much, especially my close friend, Jey (softjeon on Tumblr)!
Coffee or tea? What are you ordering? For coffee, my go-to is a Caramel Macchiato with Soy Milk (from Starbucks), but lately I’ve been using my Keurig, so I just Peppermint Mocha and 3 tsps of Sugar (I can’t stand bitter coffee lol). For tea, I really like Mango green tea from Gongcha (another boba place chain).
Dream job (whether you have a job or not)? My dream job is to be an elementary school teacher, however, I am currently working on becoming a social worker where my population will still focus on children/students. So, it’s a good compromise!
If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?  If I could have one superpower, it would be cryokinesis aka ice manipulation!
If you could visit a historical era, which would you choose? Oh, that’s a tough one, but if I had to choose one, I would go for the 1960s so I can see the Beatles live!
If you could restart your life, knowing what you do now, would you? No, because it’s thanks to those life lessons that I grow up to be who I currently am. Sometimes you have to go through those harsh experiences to be a better version of yourself!
Would you rather fight 100 chicken-sized horses or one horse-sized chicken? One horse-sized chicken, then I can feed my family for months.
If you were a trope in a teen high school movie, what would you have been? Oh, hands down, I would be the stereotypical geek/nerd. Though, I was called a “preppy” in 9th grade, so that was a first.
Do you believe in aliens/supernatural creatures? Yup, especially ghosts!
Fun fact about yourself that not everyone would know? I can say the alphabet backwards!
Do you think fanfic writers get unfairly judged? Oh, hands down, especially when it comes to writing smut. I’ve seen other blogs condemn writers who write smut about real people, but my thing is that these idols are merely face claims for a character that the author is writing about.
Do you think art can be a medium for change? I think so! Every artist has a voice, especially with what’s going on recently, we need to be able to use our voices to spread light on certain issues.
Do you ever feel there are times when you’re writing for others, rather than yourself? I used to think that way, especially when it came to writing x reader inserts since I know that’s what “sells” to the Tumblr audience. Now, I’m perfectly happy with writing x OC stories, and I’m content with my stories getting at least 5 notes. If it breaks 10 notes, then that’s a success!
Do you ever feel like people have misunderstood you or your writing at times? If they did, then I wouldn’t know. Most of the time, I think my writing is okay with people.
Do your offline friends/loved ones know you write for Tumblr? Yes, my soul friend managed my old blog once upon a time and actually read one of my smuts. I was so embarrassed! But at least he said it was tastefully written, so that’s a bonus?
What is one thing you wish you could tell your followers? Always remember that it is okay to take breaks/go on hiatus!
Do you have any advice for aspiring writers who might be too scared to put themselves out there? My advice to those who want to start writing but are too afraid put themselves out there is to simply go for it. I was that person who was afraid to put their writing out there for the world to see, especially with some already established BTS writers on Tumblr, but I went for it. At first, it might be discouraging but know that your mutuals/friends will always be your number one supporter! Use their support as a motivator to keep writing and finding your groove! Then, eventually, all of your readers will start trickling in and showering you with the love and support you deserve!
Are there any times when you regret joining Tumblr? I wouldn’t say regret joining but more like allowing my life to be revolved around it. At one point in my life, it felt like a second job/chore for me, and Tumblr should never be that type of site!
Do you have any mutuals who have been particularly formative/supportive in your Tumblr journey? Oh, I have so many! The ones that come to mind are definitely Jey (softjeon), Beanie (jinned), Nina (j-sope), Kenz (parksfilter), Renae (mygsii), Atlas (astraljoon), & Niah (randomkoalablog) to name a few! I love these amazing people so much and cherish their friendship to the moon and back!
Pick a quote to end your interview with: "Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious … and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." - Walt Disney

Iraq Dinar: Manager of Currency Exchange Makes Startling Admission
Since September, I’ve received first-hand information from two different credible, named sources, which by all accounts appear to be newsworthy developments to IQD holders/investors/speculators, as well as anyone sitting on the fence trying to make a decision of whether and how much if any to invest.
To be clear, I don’t have anything from an official source... Well, that’s not entirely true. I do. It was a person I believe to be a very high-level insider who first brought the Dinar RV to my attention. However, I will not elaborate upon that nor who the individual is that told me. For one thing, I don’t even know his name/identity, and I know better than to ask for it. I suspect that’s one of the reasons he talks to me. An image search of my name with and without my “Fat Lester” twitter handle reveals a sampling of some of the people I know, am friends with, have worked for and/or met. This person is WAAAAY more connected than I am or ever will be. But his information isn’t new, and was pretty general in nature. It essentially said that buying IQD might be a good move, and that anyone who agrees but hasn’t done so yet may want to consider not waiting much longer. What makes it significant is who said it, and that it was said to me first-hand (as well as publicly). But since I don’t know the identity of who said it, just that the individual is an extremely connected insider, I’ll not name his social media profiles in this post.
Manager of Local Currency Exchange Makes Startling Revelation
The first of the two developments I believe to be newsworthy came from the manager of a local currency exchange business (photographic proof below). I folded the receipt so the name of the business isn’t showing because I don’t want to contribute to the lady being fired or getting into any trouble at work.
I was there to buy Vietnam Dong, and I asked why IQD had recently been removed from her employer’s website. She said the federal government had come to them and told them they were no longer allowed to sell IQD. They could buy it, but anything they bought had to be exchanged for dollars and could not be resold. That conversation occurred September 08. I purchased IQD through them in July after a six week wait (the waiting list was long). IQD had been listed on their site as recently as a couple weeks before that day. I can only think of one reason why the US government would do that. Maybe I’m missing something so please comment if anyone reading this can think of any I may be missing.

Mid East Banknote Dealer: Iraq Reduces Amount of IQD One May Leave Country with from 10,000,000 IQD to 1,000,000 IQD; Begins Strict Enforcement
At the height of the shortages mid-summer, I used my experience selling online to find a collectible Mid East banknotes dealer who was selling IQD for about 60% of the lowest eBay prices at the time.
He’s been my supplier ever since, and we’ve developed quite a rapport and friendship. He is very grateful that I found him because he had no idea about the RV. He’s based in Ankara, Turkey, and since IQD became hard to find he started going into Iraq to get it (or going to the border and paying Iraqis to get it for him).
Well, since he started having to drive to the border to get it, Iraq has had a 10 million IQD limit on the amount of cash one can leave the country with. That said, according to the gentleman whose name is Laeth and whose last name I’m not able to spell, that limit had never before been enforced. The most recent trip he made, the amount of cash one could leave Iraq with had been reduced from 10 million IQD down to 1 million IQD, and Iraqi officials had security teams at every border crossing, and were thoroughly searching every individual and every vehicle trying to leave the country. I repeat, they were searching everyone who was LEAVING Iraq.
It’s not uncommon for cars and people to be searched at border crossings. But usually it’s the country they’re entering who’s doing the searches. And they’re looking for things like drugs, guns/weapons, trafficked people. Not cash.
These two developments are pretty powerful. I will reveal the identity and name of the employee and business from the first story to someone with an audience so they can verify that I’m not making any of it up. I must ask though that they not publish the manager’s name nor place of employment, and only tell readers/viewers that I did disclose both, and that they independently verified that what I said is in fact accurate, the conversation did occur, and she is in a position to make such a claim and has no incentive to lie about it.
Worth Mentioning: Same Currency Exchange Manager Says RV Totally Legit
One other thing I’ll add: I asked that same lady point-blank if there was legitimacy to all the RV talk I’d been reading about. She unequivocally told me that yes, it’s legit, it’s really happening, but that she couldn’t tell me which if any foreign currencies she owned personally because of her job position. The way she said it and the context in which I asked implied that she herself owns IQD & VND.
I wanted to ask her more but right then other customers came in and she went back to being professional as opposed to being candid.
Neither of the two people cited herein has any incentive to lie. Laeth didn’t know about the RV until I told him, and he knew I intended to buy as much as I could afford anyway. [Redacted] knew I was buying anyway, and only talked to me when we were alone together and even then only when I asked after we’d completed the transaction shown on the receipt.
Take it for what it’s worth.
Journalists wishing to validate the claim regarding the GM of the currency exchange business may reach me at 985-590-2253. Please text me with your name, organization/channel and callback number. By inquiring about her identity, you are agreeing to keep her identity and place of employment confidential unless she explicitly grants permission to publish that information. Reproduction of any of this material in any form is allowed as long as attribution is given to Peter Egan Jr. of Iraq-Dinar.com.
Laeth, the banknote dealer out of Ankara, can be reached by visiting BuyDinar.online . His domain ends in .store or .shop, and he has a Turkish and an Americanized version of his store. Much like his last name, I’ve struggled to remember his store URL so I registered the domain name above and forwarded it to his site for my own convenience when making purchases. He has agreed to speak with anyone who seeks to corroborate the story contained herein.
Note: The URL for Laeth’s original website and the one I purchase from is as follows: https://numizmatika.store/shop.

What are the cheaper, better alternatives to Mailchimp?
I was looking for free or cheapest alternatives and the first one I started using was Mailchimp but it’s not the best one for me.
Then I try GetResponse and find it the best and cheaper email marketing software. I am still using it. GetResponse is one of the most popular email marketing services.
With the addition of Autofunnel (now known as Conversion Funnel), GetResponse has become a great tool for building sales funnel as well.
GetResponse is a perfect tool for both beginners and professional marketers. It has tools to become an email marketing service, build a sales funnel, become a checkout software, or you can create social media ads using it.
It’s like a complete tool for internet marketers. Even if you require tools like drip automation, retargeting, and tagging for e-commerce, GetResponse has everything. You get a 100+ email template to match your brand and niche.
I’ve been a GetResponse user for a long time. I keep testing to multiple tools, but GetResponse is the best I’ve ever used. Not just me, but people that I’ve referred GetResponse, a bunch of clients, have never had any issues with it.
GetResponse allows you to build automation workflow, create autoresponders, retarget website visitors with drip campaigns, and more. You can even set up an e-commerce store using an in-built payment processor.
All in all, it does everything an internet marketer, blogger, small business owner, or e-course seller would ask for.
Here are some of it’s best features:
·
One of the best email marketing software that is beginner-friendly and equally powerful for scaling businesses.
·Conversion Funnel allows you to build sales funnels.
Webinar software integrated with GetResponse’s marketing platform.
·A checkout page with a payment processor already integrated.
Landing page builder with 50+ templates.
Marketing automation.
Opt-in form builder and integration with popular lead generation tools.
Retargeting automation workflow.
Drip campaigns.
Custom workflow builder with the visual editor.
·150+ email templates for various niches and industries
Facebook Ads integration and builder.
Unlimited email autoresponders.
GetResponse Email Marketing
The biggest challenge for any beginner is to setup automation workflows with email autoresponders. Most of the tools have a cluttered dashboard and a block-based automation builder.
GetResponse, on the other hand, has a visual automation builder.
Using the visual editor, you can create custom automation without much trouble. It’s easy, and with the help of pre-made templates, you can create autoresponder emails quickly and save tons of time.
The visual editor is fairly simple to use. GetResponse allows you to create autoresponder emails and use them in marketing automation.
You can set autoresponder cycles. A cycle will define how many days should pass after a subscriber is added to your email list.
You can choose which days the autoresponder is active. It could be active the whole week, only on weekends, and so on.
Well written emails should also look good, and based on your industry, how your emails look and feel will make a difference in conversions.
Take the pets niche, for example. Pet owners are extremely devoted and caring. They don’t compromise on quality. Emails that look basic won’t generate high conversions in such a niche.
What would work is an email written in a professional tone and looks like a pet lover sent it. And GetResponse has templates that’ll help you convert your emails in such a beautiful and personalized format.
GetResponse has email templates specifically curated for hundreds of niches and the purpose of your email.
You can choose from email templates designed for:
Selling products.
·Promoting services.
Educate subscribers.
·Welcome leads.
·Celebration.
Custom email templates are also a possibility. You can create a new HTML template using the CSS block-based drag n drop editor and save it for future purposes and repetitive use.
Speaking about templates, GetResponse has a landing page builder too. It’s not just a basic page builder. Just like emails, you have landing page templates too.
These landing page templates are also optimized for a high conversion rate. Host your landing pages on a custom domain or on a GetResponse URL. It’s your choice.
The pages connect with your funnels and email lists instantly.
You can upload media files straight to GetResponse to add them to your emails quickly. You get 2 GB of file storage.
Most of the time, you’ll send your email according to your regional timing. But your subscribers will receive your emails at their regional timing.
This situation results in a lower open rate and an even lower clickthrough rate. GetResponse has a feature called Perfect Timing.
Perfect Timing is a feature that allows you to send emails at the time that each subscriber is more likely to open and read your email. Perfect Timing is based on data collected by GetResponse.
When you use Perfect Timing, even when you click on send, the email isn’t sent instantly. GetResponse analyzes each subscriber, then according to the generated data, emails are sent when the response rate is recorded at the highest.
Their email marketing software is robust. GetResponse looks very clean and the dashboard is well organized.
In fact, it is the best looking and put-together email marketing dashboard.
You will easily find mailing list sats, email reports, automation insights, sales numbers, and other settings right on the dashboard.
There are two versions of API offered by GetResponse V2 and V3. The API V3 gives you slightly more control and access to commands over the connection at GetResponse.
If you’re looking to survey your audience, you can create survey forms to collect leads using GetResponse.
You can create multiple email lists inside your GetResponse account. Multiple lists can be interconnected using segments inside automation workflows.
Each list allows you to tag individual subscribers. This tagging function works on two things:
·Automation
Lead generation tools/Manually
Firstly, you can tag subscribers by creating an automation workflow. I’ll show you how to in the tutorial below.
Secondly, you can use a lead generation tool like Privy or Thrive Leads to tag subscribers based on the opt-in form they signup from. Or you can also tag them manually.
Unlike other email marketing services, GetResponse allows you to send a double-optin confirmation email twice. Suppose someone subscribes to your list but forgets to confirm the double-optin.
In such a case, you can resend the confirmation email by going to your mailing list. To resend a confirmation email, go to your mailing list.
Then click on the list name and click on the “Unconfirmed” link. This will open a new page where everyone who hasn’t confirmed their subscription will appear. Click on the three dots and select “Re-send.”
You get tons of options for optimizing your email marketing campaigns. GetResponse has an active A/B testing feature. Using A/B testing, you can compare two different emails and identify which one got more open rate and clicks.
A/B testing is a good way to measure the success of email templates, colors, text font, writing style, etc. It shows you what your subscribers are really loving and what’s not working.
I actively use A/B testing to check the difference between multiple subject variations. This one practice has helped to increase the open rate of my RSS digest emails. I highly recommend you to test two subjects every time you send an email broadcast.
To automate things up a little bit, there is an option to use a blog RSS feed to automatically send emails to your subscribers. Every time you publish a blog post, your RSS feeds get’s updated as well. Utilizing your feeds, GetResponse prepares an email and automatically sends it to your subscribers.
Set how the email looks, whether it will be sent immediately when a post is published or weekly as a digest. I use it for sending a weekly digest to my subscribers.
Transactional emails are triggered by emails. Emails such as account creation details, password recovery, cart recovery, checkout assistance are all known as transactional emails. Since these emails are sent to individual subscribers, they are not considered as a typical marketing email sent to bulk email subscribers in a list.
It runs a spam check every time you write an email. If it doesn’t pass the spam score check, you’ll have to edit the email content.
You can send a test message to check how your email will look when it’s sent to your subscribers.
GetResponse also shows you the global preview where you can see your emails getting accessed live by different devices. This will help you to identify any HTML or CSS issues within your template before they get sent.
All in all, GetResponse has tons of features. It might sound overwhelming, but the platform is very well optimized for ease of access, and it makes managing your email marketing campaigns swift.
GetResponse also has a mobile application to help you manage your email marketing and sales funnels on the go. The app is supported on both Android and iOS.
The GetResponse smartphone app lets you:
·Send emails and track statistics.
Keep in touch with new contacts.

You can also create social media ads using their Social Ads creator. You’ll get the app download link once you register for a GetResponse account.
GetResponse Conversion Funnel
Conversion Funnel basically helps you to create a sales funnel, with no prior knowledge required. Unlike other sales funnel software, GetResponse Conversion Funnel is built for beginners and small businesses.
It consisted of beginner-friendly sales funnel templates and a shop listing platform. The sales funnel templates are what make Conversion Funnel so much interesting and popular.
Using the sales funnel template, you can build a complete lead-to-sale funnel optimized for high conversion in a few clicks.
You can choose from a bunch of templates depending on your need and industry.
There are three categories of sales funnel inside the GetResponse conversion funnel:
That means you won’t have to bother building a sales funnel from scratch if you are going to sell a product, promote a webinar, or looking to build your email list.
Beginners will highly appreciate the pre-built sales funnels offered by Conversion Funnel. It eliminates the guesswork, which is why most beginners fail at creating a highly successful sales funnel.
Using the pre-built funnels, you’ll slightly ensure the success of your sales funnel. Because these templates are built by successful email marketers and CROs. If your product/service and customer onboarding system is solid, these sales funnels will not fail.
All GetResponse Conversion Funnel templates are optimized for higher customer retention and high sales. You just have to fill in the blank and edit the sales funnel templates with your product information, services, and other stuff. It’s that easy.
GetResponse has over 30 conversion-optimized scenarios created by professional marketers.
That’s just not it. Conversion Funnel is a combination of additional features such as:
Social Ads creator
Lead generation form builder including exit-intent popup forms
·Product manager and listing – both physical and digital (you can use the product listed directly in your emails)
·Sales page optimized for a higher click-through rate.
Perfectly timed emails to recover cart abandonment (automatic setup)
For example, if you choose to build a sales funnel to sell products, the default settings will:
·Automatically retarget your email subscribers and online store visitors.
·Send autoresponders to create specifically for selling products.
·Automatically send confirmation emails (you don’t have to pay for transactional email)
Process credit card, stripe, and PayPal payments
·Automatically display and send upsell offers.
Automatically recommend new products based on past transactions.
If your goal is to generate more leads, use the lead magnet funnel. Prepare a checklist, an eBook, or a free PDF report and offer it on your website as an incentive in exchange for an email.
Using GetResponse lead magnet funnel, you can deliver the lead agent and nurture the subscriber.
GetResponse Support
When it comes to supporting, GetResponse is not the best.
Their platform is good, so I haven’t’ had any frequent issues. But I’m an online marketer, so I can tackle most of the issues on the front-end myself.
However, not everyone using GetResponse will be a professional.
GetResponse says they are the world’s easiest email marketing platform, and yes, they are. Most of the issues are solved quickly.
There is live chat support, 24×7 accessible. You can send an email for ticket support in over 8 languages.
Resolutions come pretty fast for normal, day to day issues. You won’t have any delays in getting an answer as well as done-for-you support.
But GetResponse support is quite weak at resolving complex issues. Their support staff is knowledgeable just enough to answer and solve front-end software issues and errors.
GetRespone Integrations
One of the many reasons people are afraid to migrate to a new email marketing service is integrating their current software with the new platform.
Many times, the only reason you might not shift to a more powerful tool could be as simple as this:
You are afraid to lose control and disrupt the sync among the software you’re using. You don’t want the hassle of adding a new tool and changing the way you operate.
Well, that’s not an issue with GetResponse. It integrates with 120+ software, cloud-apps, and web services. It also connects with Zapier to further integrate with over 1300+ apps.
It integrates with all popular and not-so-popular landing page builders, funnels and pipeline software, CRM, and chatbot software, just to name a few.
You can also connect it with a custom app using the newer version of the GetResponse API key.
GetResponse Pricing & Plans Basic $15 plus $49 professional $99
GetResponse Pros
Things that I liked about GetResponse are:
Intuitive dashboard, quick navigation across all marketing software and apps.
Powerful email marketing templates for various niches. This makes it easy to generate more conversion, even if you are a novice.
Marketing automation to personalize and automate your email communication based on your audience habits and preferences.
Straight forward sales funnel builder. Sales funnel templates are possibly the biggest advantage over its competitors.
Ecommerce store platform built-in. You can list physical and digital products right inside GetResponse and sell using the integrated funnel and email marketing automation.
Allows affiliate marketers to send raw affiliate links.
The landing page builder is quite powerful and has the qualities of a full-fledged page builder.
Integrates with PayPal and other payment processors. You get a built-in high performing checkout page as standard.
Social Ads creator to publish Facebook and Instagram Ads. It’s much easier to use GetResponse Ads creator than Facebook.
GetResponse Cons
Here are the things I didn’t like about it:
The support is decent, but if you need solutions to complex marketing requirements, you’d better be buying the enterprise or Professional plan.
Deleted emails are still counted towards the invoice for the month.
The form builder is quite basic
GetResponse Review: The Conclusion
Overall, GetResponse is a complete marketing solution, but at the core, it is one of the best email marketing services.
It is a beginner-friendly, has tons of powerful features, and allows you to create complex marketing automation workflow with ease.
With its Autofunnel Conversion Funnel software, building sales funnels and lead pipelines are easy as it gets.
If you’re a beginner or small business, GetResponse seems to be the perfect tool for you.
But, if you’re looking for something to scale your e-commerce store or a tool that allows you to customize content for your customers, you might want to consider Drip or Keap.

TOP 7 WEBSITE BUILDING TOOLS IN 2020
When your goal is to build a beautiful website for your small or medium business which will attract your users, you need so much of coding knowledge and time in your hand cause building a good user friendly website is not an easy job to be done. But now-a-days these jobs become much more easier for anyone cause there are tons of website building tools available in internet which will do same in a limited time period and much more efficiently. But choosing a right website building tool for you is not an easy job as there are so many website building tools in the internet. You do not know which one is suitable for you to build your website.
Many websites have different types of templates, some have very few and some have so many to use. Different websites have different type of extra tools which you can not find in another one, that is what makes it so difficult to choose which one should someone purchase for themselves.
Now in this blog I am going to pick my Top '7' favourite website building tools which me or my friends personally used in some point of our life. So here it is.
7. WEBNODE
Just a few days back WEBNODE updated their plans and added different stylish themes which will easily attract any user. The new plans are much more cheaper than before and I will suggest you to go for their paid version cause there are few limitations in their free plan and also building a business website with their free plan is kind of difficult cause templates are very basic.
What I liked about their plan is that they upgraded to very stylish and responsive template and also there is no page limitations.
6. JIMDO
Jimdo is a German-website builder and overall a good choice to build a beautiful and stylish business website for both small or medium. The reason I picked it at number '6' cause you will find so many eye-catchy templates in such a affordable pricing. You can even build any types of website without any kind of website building experience.
What I liked about this builder is that they have a photo-editor which will help you use slideshows or videos as background and also move different content in a page without any kind of difficulties.
5. GODADDY
GoDaddy is right choice for a beginner cause their website builder is so easy to use so that a beginner can not find any problem while building website on their own. It also offers a great source of in-built sales and marketing tools. Building a website for your business is become much more easier for you with these tools. As GoDaddy is a well known name internationally they provide a quality security service for you.
What I liked about GoDaddy is their world class security services and easy user friendly website builder tool.
4. SQUARESPACE
If making a blog website is centre of your need means if you want to make a blog website Squarespace will be your first pick. This does not mean you can't build a business website or other type of website for you with the help of Squarespace. Using Squarespace to build a quality website is the easiest job for any new user or a beginner.
What I liked about Squarespace is that they have a feature rich commenting feature, multi-author functionality, schedule post feature, AMP(Accelerated Mobile Pages) support and so more.
3. WEEBLY
Weebly is probably the easiest website builder available in the internet and it is much more easier than Wordpress and don't need any technical knowledge to use it. Rather that it's free plan it's paid plan which is $12/month is probably the cheaper option for any website designer and it lets you use your own domain name.
Overall Weebly is best choice for any developer but the biggest flaw I found out while using Weebly is that bad 'SEO'. From  a technical point of view Weebly websites have a lot of problems with the way they work - page URL, using flash and so more.
2. WORDPRESS
The reason I picked Wordpress in number '2' cause I personally using Wordpress now-a-days and building a beautiful website with the help of Wordpress is so much easy. Using Wordpress you can build blog, social, portfolio, woo-commerce( Wordpress version of e-commerce website) website and the template options they have are so many that you must find a suitable template for your need.
I personally placed it at number '3' cause there are some flaws in building a website. There are some limitations while you edit a page and you need to learn a bit to build a proper well looking website but overall Wordpress is a good choice for you.
What I liked about Wordpress is that as globally over 38% of people use Wordpress I can easily believe on its services and security and Wordpress is really a great choice if know a bit of how to use it.
1. WIX
Wix is the best website developer overall. I said overall cause Wix is really easy to use, secure, good services and globally well known. Wix let you build a website just the way you want with the help of drag and drop method. You can choose a wide varity of templates made by professionals or build a website from scratch with a whole blank template. The app market makes it easier to add extra functionalities such as photo galleries or e-commerce. Globally it has a rating of 4.6 and I think the rating is enough to know if using it really worth it or not and it is also the best website builder for building a business website.
The only flaw it has at least for me is that the editor is a bit slow but on a overall perspective it is really great website builder to use for your business.
So I think this will help you to find a suitable website builder for your need. All I want to say all of this developing tools are really great wheather you choose the 7th one or 1st one, it's totally up to you and your needs on which builder you need to build the site for you.

PicPick - All-in-one Graphic Design, Best Screen Capture Software, Image Editor, Color Picker, Pixel Ruler and More.
Jan 4,2019
Screenshots are the great media which can help us save the contents shown as images on our computers' screens conveniently as well as quickly. Furthermore, with the screenshots, the saved contents can be displayed vividly and clearly, which is good for sharing especially. Although there are hot keys for us to capture screenshots in Windows, it can't meet our needs in some ways. Therefore, it's necessary for us to choose the suitable screenshot tool so that we compare the 4 free screenshot software for Windows from four aspects here: using interface, capure methos, edit methods and share function.
Basic Introduction
SizeSupported PlatformsLightshot2.6MBWindows, Mac OSShareX(12.3.1)5.3MBWindows 7, 8.1 and 10Snipping Tool1.24KB(Windows 7)Windows 7 and laterPicPick14.7MBWindows
Note: The four software can be downloaded by clicking their names in the form above, except Snipping Tool which can be opened by searching in the start menu of Windows.
The Unique User Experience of the Screenshot Software
Tumblr media
1. Using Interface
Actually, Snipping Tool, Lightshot, PicPick, and ShareX are far apart in the interface. Let's see which one fits you better.
Snipping Tool
When it comes to Snipping Tool, it is a familiar to us because it is a Windows built-in feature with a simple interface. It can satisfy the basic needs of ordinary users.
Lightshot
To my surprise, the Lightshot is simpler than Snipping Tool in that there is no interface before capturing. After launching the software, you can create a screenshot of the custom area.
ShareX
ShareX's interface is complex in some way because of its left panel and I was confused about the panel at the first time. After using it a few times, I have to admit that it is a great piece of software.
PicPick
Picpick For Mac Os 10.10
I'm most impressed by the interface of PicPick which is like that of Microsoft Word and shows options clearly. It is one of the more advanced and feature rich screen capture programs.
2. Capture Methods
Picpick For Mac Os 10.13
The capture methods of Lightshot are the least among those of four software while ShareX has 13 capture methods, including some advanced options like scrolling capture, webpage capture, and etc. There are several methods in PicPick, which is three more than that of Snipping Tool.
At the same time, there are different ways to use the four software. When we want to capture screenshots by Snipping Tool or Lightshot, we can just click the icons of them to begin. If we capture screenshots by ShareX or PicPick, the first step is to open the interfaces of them. And I will prefer to the ways of Snipping Tool as well as Lightshot, which are convenient and direct.
Capture MethodsLightshotRectangular, Full screenShareX(12.3.1)Full screen, Window, Monitor, Region, Region(light), Region(transparent), Last region, Screen recording, Screen recording(gif), Scrolling capture, Webpage capture, Text capture, Auto captureSnipping ToolRectangular, Free form, Window, Full screenPicPickFull screen, Active window, Window control, Scrolling window, Region, Fixed Region, Freehand
Tumblr media
3. Edit Options
It's available to edit the screenshot by pen, line, marks or other ways in Lightshot. The edit ways of Snipping Tool include pen and marks methods. There are various and advanced edit ways in ShareX, including stickers, watermark, blur, etc. And PicPick also has the advanced edit options like watermark, blur, but the options are less than those of ShareX.
Picpick Mac Os X
The screenshot can be cropped in ShareX as well as PicPick, and PicPick can also cut the screenshot. It's a pity that there isn't the crop and cut option in the Snipping Tool as well as Lightshot.
4. Share Functions
There is a single way which is sending e-mails in Snipping Tool to share screenshots with others. And we can share our screenshots in Lightshot by four popular social platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, VK and Pinterest. The ways to share screenshots with others in PicPick are various, because we can not only share screenshots by e-mails, but also by social media like Facebook and Twitter. Sharing screenshots with others in ShareX is special, because we need to upload the screenshot first and then send the screenshot's URL to social platforms.
Recommendation
In my opinion, it's worth trying the PicPick, because it is easy to use with its clear as well as compact interface and it also has features which aren't limited to common capture and edit options. It can keep pace with our daily use. However, if you need a professional as well as multifunctional screenshot tool, I think that ShareX is a good option, though it might cost you some time to explore its features.

State your name and username. 『sal, fivefootab-i-tch』 Is there a story behind your user name that you’d like to share? 『it's from an o.g. fandom video called "More Sassy Levi (Ezekieru Outtakes)". this was way before i was more or less tumblr savvy and i've gone through variations of it before settling on this one to mimic Ezekieru's pronunciation of BITCH. i'd wanna have a completely hyphenless version of this url to make my presence easier for the tumblr system to SWALLOW, kkkk but it's taken. the version of it with a 1 instead of the i isn't though... so maybe i'll switch to that one, i dunno. what's a brand?』 Where are you from? 『i'm from the states, southern california, bordertown asscrack of the U.S. you might get that lazy, high as balls, surfer feel from my voice since i've been here all my life』 How long have you been a fan of the series? 『i'm about two years late from the anime release, and i only know this because i immediately started writing fanfiction after binging the series in summer 2015. so... coming on 4 years? damn.』 What is your favorite and least favorite Arc? 『my favorite arc is the uprising arc, a pretty popular opinion, for a lot of reasons: the sudden turn of events, levi's collarbones, levi as a kid, KENNY, the characters all having their own unique identity crisis as their morals are suddenly taking turns, historia reclaiming her identity... (which was something that hits a little too close to home for comfort, but what's a good series that doesn't rip your personal feelings to shreds?)』 『i'm not a big fan of the marley side of things, another pretty popular opinion. for me, suddenly switching to a new cast of characters and setting after so much was accomplished in the uprising arc and return to shiganshina felt like betrayal. i mean... they get to the basement, which was the whole ass goal of the entire series up to that point, then we suddenly screech to a halt to tell someone elses' story. i can understand it... theoretically? i guess? bbut the whole time i was still like "wait a minute, what happened with the main cast?" bits and pieces of it have grown on me since, but i still have a ways to go to invest myself. politically, i just realized... marley really grinds my gears. why did i have to realize this? i'm shook. i can't believe this. i'll process it later.』 Do you have a favorite moment in the story thus far? 『eren screaming "the world outside the walls is my birthright" for... reasons. historia reclaiming her identity for... reasons... i've found myself hyperinvested in this series for immensely personal reasons i hope to eventually see through in my own life. i wanna be free, too. i also liked the moment in the uprising arc when levi thanked armin for saving jean. it was rough, but something he needed to hear. also any moment levi praises people. it's really cute.』 If you could resurrect one dead character who would it be and why? 『kuchel, because not only does levi deserve his mother but i would've loved to see more of her and how she raised levi into the compassionate kind of guy he is now. that side of him survived the tough love kenny put him through, so she must've breathed hella life into her kid and that's something i'd love to have seen more of』 Who is your favorite character and why? 『levi, for a lot of obvious as well as not so obvious reasons.』 『obvious reasons: he's pretty fucking cute. his sass and one liners are hilarious. his sense of humor's a clusterfuck of bad shit jokes and dark takes the people around him don't understand half the time and that's pretty funny in itself. he's o.p. as hell but the way the story makes it not matter when it comes down to it (because the universe is just THAT fucked up) is really something. he's in a league of his own but the depth of his characterization and development shows that's only a small part of who he is. the story demands so much more of him and the ways he rises (and sometimes falls) to the occasion makes me really like him. he's showcased as Humanity's Strongest but he's still human and flawed as fuck.』 『not so obvious reasons: he says fuck gender roles. he's short and makes the trans guy side of me feel pretty good. that particular character trait isn't just a gag for me. he started from the bottom now he's here. he always sides with the powerless, the helpless. he (to his own personal moral code) uses the strength he has for good as opposed to using it to keep people below him, something he could very well do if he uncritically internalized everything kenny spoonfed him, and wanted to. he doesn't sit on a moral high horse. he's open minded and accepting of letting people decide things for themselves. he's humble. if he doesn't understand something, he'll look to other people and he does all that while remaining confident and assertive in his own abilities. he doesn't hold himself above doing the dirty work if he feels he's best suited to do it. he genuinely cares about people and does his best to talk them through their issues when they need it, even if he's clumsy while doing it. it's really inspirational and personally validating .』 Any OTPs? 『erejean hits me a certain way. they're everything "boys will be boys" is SUPPOSED to mean, and i still can't get over jean calling eren cool. they're just so funny and i love their dynamic. hange and petra hits too for a reason i don't really understand yet. i don't get super invested in pairings, but i do like seeing character dynamics being explored in different lights and stuff. **** i bonded with my partner over roleplaying an au ereri thread, so that pairing's pretty special too. i didn't ship it at first, but being open to it has led me to getting to know this amazing person, so... yeah.』 You are able to transport to the SnK Universe for a day. How do you spend it? 『helping out. i don't know what i'd be able to contribute, but i'd want to be doing something to make the lives of the main cast easier. they have it really hard, and so many times i wanted to be able to do something for them. so i write my original characters into fanfiction. on the other hand, if it's a world where i'm independent and free to live whatever life i wanna live, i'd wanna go absolutely apeshit first. see everything there is to see and live all the life there is to live. ****perform a strip tease at a scout party and have the officers stick bills into my boobs.**** THEN commit myself to some sort of social or military work for the scouting legion. ****be their comfort... if yaknoe what i mean. it's good honest work~♡****』 Eren Jaeger did nothing wrong or Eren Jaeger did everything wrong? 『eren jaeger is what eren jaeger does. i can't vouch for whether or not he's right or wrong because there's no way i can really put myself in the situation he's in. mass genocide is very wrong, without a doubt, but something tells me there's something else going on and his real intentions are more complicated. a pivotal point in the series for him was his tribunal, where levi played the role of the arrogant wank to save his life and beat his ass before the whole military court. i think there's something similar going on here. he could be playing a role too, but it still stands that i have no idea. i'm not so invested in condemning or glorifying him, because the things i enjoy about his character aren't really going to be influenced.』 What is your favorite song in the series? Feel free to sing an extract 『i love them all. hiroyuki sawano makes such amazing soundtracks and all the vocals are powerful and chilling as fuckall hell. some favorites i do have are red swan, Vogel im Käfig, Bauklötze, call your name, it's answer song call of silence, youseeBIGGIRL, the spanish version of so ist es immer. so uh... even though i'm not very good at it, i do really love singing, so... i'm gonna try and sing some for y'all. i know a lot more english, japanese, and spanish than i do german so... i'm sorry!』 ****『Like the scarlet night veiling the dark You can hide your fear Can lie, my dear Kono mama yume wo mite Chi darake no tsubasa Hirogete』**** 『Las sillas ya juntas están Charlamos toda la noche  Este lugar no esta nada mal  Y creo que nos llevamos bien ****Solo estamos nosotros  Siempre es nuestra luz  Cantando y bebiendo, puedes estar tu Bajo el cielo azul  Siempre estamos asi  Y largas son las noches aqui』 『Ist das der Zerstörer oder der Schöpfer?』**** 『one of these days, when i feel more bearable to listen to, i'll... try and do some full ass covers, if y'all would be down for that ♡』 Bonus: What would Erwin do? 『about... what? everything going down now? i dunno. all i can offer is a dream daddy reference. he's chilling in Margaritaville somewhere... 』 Say the following: Wall Maria, Jean Kirschstein, Reiner Braun, Ymir, Theo Magath, Onyankopon, Kiyomi Azumabito, Hajime Isayama, Shiganshina Trio, Shingeki no Kyojin, Shinzou wo Sasageyo

The Silence Agenda: A reference post
revised/updated 2/7/20
(this is an updated version of the old post, I had to make a new one because it wasn’t letting me edit, but much of it is changed anyway)
WHAT IS THIS THING YOU’RE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT, WIN???
Well, it’s my original novel, The Silence Agenda, that’s completely taken over this blog to the point of me considering changing my url (don’t worry I won’t, I’m not planning on changing it anytime soon), and I figured it’d be good to have relevant info in one place for anyone interested in learning about it or about the characters!
Plot Synopsis: A trained assassin and Stressed(tm) grad student room together in a tiny apartment to make rent easier.  (oh my god they were roommates)The book centers around their relationship, growing from not quite enemies, but more like annoyances, to unlikely friends, and eventually of course, to lovers, because I’m predictable like that.
Nyx (they/them)-
Tumblr media
Nyx is the trained assassin half of the story. They’re 24 years old, genderfluid and use they/them pronouns, and they’re also intersex and identify as queer!
Tumblr media
They’re also ISTJ and an 8w9. They’re not really a people person, as they learned a lonnnng time ago not to trust others, and have a very hard time communicating and also showing or feeling any emotions at all.
Tumblr media
They had a rough life, grew up poor, were kicked out of their house when they were 17 by a homophobic/transphobic single mother, and ended up homeless for two years before they joined
The Silence Agenda, the name of the organization of assassins that Nyx is a part of. Their mission is basically to take out people that other people want dead. Technically, they’re hitmen, not assassins. The Boss is the highest up in the organization, and has no name other than The Boss. I have no drawings of him. Other Silence Agenda agents include:
Iris (she/her)-
Tumblr media
Nyx’s ex girlfriend, and recruiter of them to the silence agenda. She also saved their life. She’s impulsive, somewhat irrational, somewhat crazy, and also drop dead gorgeous so Nyx was wildly in love with her. She sacrificed herself to keep them alive, and they’ve never stopped blaming themself for that. Partially because of
Kat (she/her)-
Tumblr media
Another silence agenda agent, an extremely petty, jealous bitch who also happens to be the main antagonist of the story. Always jealous of Nyx because of Iris’s “favoritism”, she holds a deep grudge against them, and also manipulated them into thinking that Iris’s death was their fault, even though it wasn’t. She comes from a rich family, and grew up somewhat abandoned by her parents, and with some violent tendencies. Her parents were killed by Silence Agents when she was 20 years old, and she proceeded to then join Silence Agenda to become a ruthless killer. Power hungry, manipulative, and obsessive, wants nothing more than to take over the Silence Agenda herself one day
Tumblr media
And that’s pretty much it for backstory, Silence Agenda related things. Which is only HALF of the story I’m telling. The other half involves my wonderful boi
Avery Sharpe (they/them)-
Tumblr media
A 23 year old grad student studying history with a deep love of all things Irish. They’re agender, bisexual, and demisexual! They have green hair that they dye lavender halfway through the story (hence different hair colors when I draw them). They also have emetophobia, social anxiety, and ADHD.
Tumblr media
They work two separate jobs, at Starbucks, and the campus library in order to afford to live, as they were disowned by their conservative Christian parents their junior year of college,  They’re very passionate and feel things a lot, and are also incredibly messy, which drives Nyx up the wall.
Tumblr media
Sam (he/him)-
Tumblr media
Avery’s only real other friend at the time of the story’s writing, one of their coworkers at Starbucks. A Friend and Boy. Highly supportive, encouraging, and the Ultimate Wingman of Nyx and Avery’s relationship. Gay and in a long term committed relationship with his boyfriend, Carlos.
Tumblr media
The only other important character has no illustrations, but his name is Derek Bernard, and he’s Nyx’s target, who works at Avery’s university as does Nyx undercover. He’s the head of the department of economics and he sucks.
If you made it here, thank you so much for reading! As for the story itself, I have it in both novel and SCREENPLAY form, thanks to my beautiful and incredible girlfriend @drama-dick who you should check out bc she also writes amazing poetry! If you’re interested in reading, DM me! I have individual tags for each of the characters, as well as a main tag for my story, The Silence Agenda (https://sureuncertainty.tumblr.com/tagged/the-silence-agenda), if you’d like to check it out. I am planning on attempting to self publish, and will be posting more details about that as it comes out.
Tumblr media
Feel free, as always to DM me or send me asks with questions for, or about my characters! AND AND AND if you ever want to literally make my entire day, draw art of any of my OCs for me to love you forever!! I already love you forever for reading this!

How I Write Blog Posts and Why You Need a Writing Routine
A lot of small business owners want to start writing blog posts for their business. Writing takes one part discipline, one part research, and one part art with a touch of psychology to do. I’ve written this post to help those starting out building their own writing habits. Writing is like any other skill, it takes practice and dedication. We all start somewhere and every one of us can become pro bloggers.
Planning
The first step I take to write my content is to sit and plan the post out. Writing isn’t like the movies where you sit by a sunny window and type away building a million dollar blog. Writing quality content takes practice and planning. You can achieve both over time.
Planning your post starts with your topic. Planning topics can be a huge roadblock and many people quit writing before they begin. Develop categories for your blog based on your products or services. After that develop topics for each category. Try to develop 10 to 20 topics to start. These topics can be further broken down or developed into long-form content.
Once you have a topic you know you can write 300 or more words for, start to plan out the post. On a Word document or Google Doc, start with a basic title you'll build-out later. Make a section for keywords to help get your post ranked. Make a section for SEO meta titles and descriptions. Finally, outline the actual post with headings for each point you want to make in your post.
Research for Your Blog
Researching key aspects of your blog before you write will help you create content that brings value to the people that need to read it. Researching before you write will refresh your memory and help you back up your facts. With researched data and info, you boost your authority and trust with readers. People that trust their information sources are more likely to convert.
Persona
Personas are a fictitious person that represents a segment of your target audience. Building an in-depth profile for your persona including a name, family, job, and pain points humanize your persona. Personalizing personas give you a “person” to create your blog post to read.
Having these personas allows you to write like you are having a conversation about your company to a friend. Knowing who you are writing for is a huge step in creating great blog posts.
Keywords
Keywords act like triggers for search engines when people are looking for specific topics. Finding keywords can be tricky if you don’t know where to look or how to use them. How to do keyword research is an entire post on its own
Brainstorm a list of words that you would use to search for the topic of your post. You can use a tool like Google Keyword Tool or a free tool like Ubersuggest by Neil Patel to get an estimate of how much traffic those keywords get. Once you find a handful of relevant keywords, search them on Google, and look at the “People Also Asked” section. This is a great way to either find new topics related, refine your post, or find your alternative or long-tail keywords.
Authoritative Sources
The last thing to research to create your post is several sources to back your content and show trust and authority. Trying to find at least one credible source per point will help with readers and your SEO. You can also learn something new about the topic you’re writing about. If you use someone else’s work to back your post then it’s only right to give them credit.
Blog Writing
Now comes the fun part. Many people, myself included, get stuck in the writing phase. Here are a few suggestions and tips I use to start and finish a blog post.
Make Time to Write Like it’s Your Job
You need to set aside time to write. Create a block of time in your workday to just sit and write. Write one or two blog posts for practice and to publish later. Writing can be a very Zen-like activity once you start to develop solid writing habits. You’ll get better at writing as time goes on and you’ll start writing more and faster.
If you write your blog post a little bit a day, eventually you’ll find it takes 2 months to finish and by then the entire thing could be outdated or look like a jumbled mess. You need to sit and get your thoughts down while everything is fresh in your mind.
Find a Place to Write
Finding a comfortable place with little distractions is the next step. Unrestricted writing is key to getting your post written quickly. Find a space to call your own and camp out to build your writing habits. You need as little interruptions as possible to get all your thoughts on paper.
Don’t Stop to Edit or Think
One of the biggest contributors to writer’s block I run into is when I stop to correct grammar, spelling, or anything that doesn’t look right to me. I’ll fix all those little red underlines from Grammarly and next thing I know, boom there goes my train of thought.
When you start writing, don’t stop until you’re finished. Get all your thoughts out and in a logical order for your blog post. You’ll have time after to edit, add, or take whatever you want away. This is why large publishing companies and marketing agencies have editors. Their job is to fix errors and make sure the post is readable. Don’t let imperfections stop your progress.
Blog Editing
My process for editing my blog posts is waiting a day until I even look at the post again. By waiting a day to read and edit the post, I give myself a fresh set of eyes and detach from the post. I can make sure the post is accurate and conveys the message I need it to.
The first thing I do is make sure grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct through an app like Grammarly. I use the free version which works great for me. Using another app like the Hemingway app will help you when you’re starting out to keep your post readable.
Next, I read through and make sure the information is organized and makes sense. I may reword sections or even completely remove anything I don’t see as relevant. Sometimes on more complex posts, I’ll ask someone to read it and make sure they understand what I wrote.
Blog Publishing & Distribution
Once the post is edited, it's ready for publishing. Before you publish, find a few decent and relevant images to add to the post including a featured image. These can be stock images or photos you took for your business. Your photos need to look professional and you need to be able to size them appropriately.
Once you’ve entered your post and images into your preferred platform, optimize it for SEO. Make sure you have one H1 and the other headings follow suit according to importance. Use ALT text on your images. Add your meta title and description. Any links need to be semantic for Google. Finally, make your URL short and descriptive for Google and readers.
Once you publish your post, decide what platforms and when you’ll distribute your post. Just writing a post won’t get eyes on it. The more traffic you get to your post, the more authority your post will get. Decide how you want to section your post for social media. Do you want to publish to Medium? Maybe you want to repurpose the post into a video for YouTube. There are a ton of possibilities. The most important thing is to get your post out there.
Repurposing Blogs
Repurposing your posts is something to consider down the road. There are several key ways to repurpose content that works great. Repurposing allows you to take an existing blog, build it out or fix it, and keep your existing link and SEO juice.
Pillar Posts
Pillar posts are for posts you can easily make into 3,000 plus words and create a web of links between smaller posts. Pillar posts are a comprehensive, long-form post that acts as the hub for a web of similar links. Pillar posts are amazing for boosting SEO.
One downfall is you need around 10 posts on the same topic you can tie together to start your pillar post. Once you have a good amount of posts on a topic, it's truly something you need to consider.
Updating Blog Posts
Google loves when content is updated with new information. I’ve seen client posts skyrocket and do extremely well with SEO once they were updated and given a fresh headline. The best part about updating posts is you get to put a new perspective and eyes on it while keeping the SEO you earned for the original post.
Alternate Media
Making your post into different media types is a great way to create funnels with video, infographics, podcasts, and other content types. Having your message out in multiple formats gives you a great opportunity to get more eyes and ears on it. The more funnels you get out there, the more traffic you get back to your site.
Social Media Posts for Funnels
This isn’t so much repurposing but a way to build more funnels with your post. I usually add this as part of a content marketing strategy. Planning to take stand-alone parts of your post with custom graphics make great social media posts. If you have a post with enough info, you can have months worth of social media posts from one piece of content.
Conclusion
Writing a blog post can be daunting and sometimes writer’s block will hit you and you’ll give up. Hopefully, this post will give you a little light on how someone who does this for a living handles it. With planning, research, and practice, you’ll become a pro in no time.
