(having funny thonkies of just-made-a-harbingy tonitoni but in the duo-tartie verse - specifically imagining a scenario where she and her brother are given stacks of paperwork and reports to do, but tonitoni doesnt want to do any of it and also understands only like half of it anyway. so her brother just puts her on stamping duty or something.

she doesnt need to read the boring papers!! niashka just gets to hold a big wooden block, stamp it into a blue ink thing, then stamp all over some dotted lines on all the papers to make a picture. isnt that nice! so much more fun right!!

at least she'd probably have fun doing that (and stamping all over the papers rather than just the dotted lines) until the novelty wears off in a year or so lol)

Ok so I've been slowly but surely been re-entruducing my self back to HoTD and I'm sure we all know that scene were after Corlys pledges House Velaryon to Rhaenyra and they're strategizing and when it comes to sending the messages Jace say's send us as dragons are faster and more convincing than mere ravens.

I think we can all remember that iconic scene in episode 2(i think) we're Corlys was talking abt the Stepstones I think and she says sends us.

I bet that hearing his eldest grandson (Corlys never cared that Jace, Luke, and Joff weren't biologically Laenor's they were his grandsons) tell their queen to send the dragon riders as messengers just like she did told the late king to do made do a double take. And I also bet that Rhaenyra's response to this also helped cement his support for her, she was doing what her father did not do when he was in her shoes, she was taking action but was being smart abt it too.

(And let's be honest the casting department of this show is good cause Harry Collet and Emma D'Arcy do look like they could be related.)
